I was going from Karthik Nagar to Next stop Total Mall. I gave Rs.5 to the conductor but he didn't give me ticket and the checking officer came and asked me the ticket. I told him that the conductor didn't give me ticket. Instead asking about it to the conductor he asked me about Rs. 200. I was telling him that was not my fault but he didn't take any action against the conductor. He charged me Rs. 200. The officer told call the police about it the police said complaint to BMTC. When i called BMTC they told me register complaint online. The Bus number is 500D (KA 57 F 731). I know nothing is gonna happen. Just want to aware to my dear friends about this. Regards, Nikhil

    CHARMI- I was travelling from Domlur to Rjeswari on 06/0/2014 by 4.45 p.m. 334E Kadugodi bus route. bus conductor was having enough amount of change of 100 rs. i was asked to leave bus as i were not having 10 rs. Change for the fare. he misbehaved as well as was asking rudely to get off from bus. but some old lady gave me change and because of that i was able to travel. it was very rude behaviour.       My name is Aradhana. I am working as an Scientist and Team Lead in a top biotechnology company in Bangalore.
      I normally take BMTC bus from Yashwantpur to Cantonment Railway Station. Today, on 24th January 2014, I took BMTC bus 252A/7 (KA 50 F 161, D 22) at around 4:45 PM in the evening from Yashwantpur. The conductor was issuing tickets to others in the back. I took seat in front part behind driver’s seat and kept ticket money ready, waiting for conductor to finishing issuing tickets to other passengers in Male passenger’s section and come to front side of the bus for issuing tickets to those recently boarded the bus. Within 2 minutes of my boarding in the bus, before the RMC yard bus stop, the ticket checker (name Mr. S. V. ) boarded the bus and started checking the tickets. Since I was on first seat, he asked me for tickets. I politely told him that I am waiting for conductor to issue me a ticket, because I just boarded the bus and Conductor is on the back side issuing the tickets. However the ticket checker started arguing with me very arrogantly. He did not even listen to other passengers who had witnessed the incident. The ticket checker forced me to pay Rs. 200/- for no faults of mine. Instead he was insulting me in front of the whole BUS crowd. I would like you to take strict action against the officer (Mr. S. V.) who was doing a mugging act. The checker also held his hand to block my way when I insisted on both o[censored]s going to police station. Please provide me compensation of the whole amount and additional insulted charges, especially insulting and harassing a woman. Thanks and I will be eagerly waiting for your reply and action. I will be giving a police complaint as well. I urge you to support us and remove some of the money-minded staff in BMTC so as to make the BMTC run smoothly and take care of women employees who are honestly paying for the tickets without fail every day.

        Bus No- KA 01 1067. Today's date 23 jan, 2014. I was coming to office(Whitefield). The conductor has given ticket me for 16 rs. Near to BEML Layout some poilce offcers got into bus for ticket checking. i Showd my ticket which conductoer has given. But he told it is not correct and started shouting in Kanada. He took fine . In bus i was almos feling cried. I want to take any step on that person..

          I been travelling everyday from past 2 months to work on Big 10 G3. i saddens me to say that 98% percent of the Drivers & conductors behave as if the people are there for a free ride. Conductors are rude & driver often rash. i understand the pressure they work under. But thats no excuse for their behavior. They have 0% regard & respect for women. The drivers move the bus even when women are trying to get on the bus.Drivers and conductors use foul language in front of the women, drivers are talking on cell phone while driving, conductors talk rudely all the time and at times they have their own fights which cause unnecessary nuisance to travelers. Its mostly a humiliating journey for me, to see them being disrespectful to people all the time. I know nothing will be done as our system is always pathetic. its just the first try.

            Hi i boarded an MF7 bus numbered 1674 from itpl to cosmos at 7:30 A.M.Actually the fare is 15 but he charged 32 for 2 tickets.I gave him 50 rs and when i am asking him for change he keeps on escaping and when i finally asked the change when my stop came he is shouting at me for not having change with me.Actually he should give a ticket of 15 rs each so that he can give me remaining 20 as change but he gave 16 rs ticket each so he refused to give me 18rs change.Even he is having the change he is refusing to give it and when i forced him to give finally he got anger and shouted and gave the change and i got humiliated and asked his name and he refused to say that too.So, please take action on him and teach them a little patience to them

              I am a 3rd year engineering student. The incident happen at jayadeva hospital in route no. 201 coming from Banshankari. I have a place of changeover on my pass as jayadeva but the arrogant conductor said that the pass is not allowed from that particular stop and charged me Rs 10/- without issuing me a ticket. When I brought this to his knowledge, he started abusing in kanada. As I didn't wanted to indulge in a fight at that time I got down and now posting my complaint here. I couldn't took his photo at that time but can recognize him easily. I am just an ordinary public and there are many like me, so its a kind request to handle this type of complaint strictly.

                Dear Sir/Madam, The monthly bus pass facility initiated by BMTC Volvo bus is an excellent initiative for daily commuters. But irrespective of this facility, the bus conductors serving for BMTC Volvo buses disregards the monthly bus passes and ask for bus fare in cash so that they can make easy money on change ( money equivalent in lower denomination) as they have tendency to give the change when one reach his destination and ask for it. My complain is against the bus conductor for BMTC Volvo bus no. KA-01-FA-1843 on 7th November 2013 at 6.56 pm while traveling from Doddanakundi till Hebbal. I was having a valid Volvo pass for the month of November'13 which my company provides every month and which I was using from 1st of November'13 regularly without any complains from any other bus conductors. But the bus conductor of the said Volvo bus number disregarded the monthly Volvo pass and instead asked for bus fare in cash saying that the monthly bus pass amount got increased in between the month of November'13 which I totally disagree. Any change in monthly bus pass in between the month should be reflected in subsequent month. Please take strict action against such bus conductors who are not well equipped with updated policy set by BMTC and instead harass daily commuters for earning easy cash.                   Accident Driver of bus No. KA57F1318 has crashed through the Car i10 intentinally, This would cost at least 8000/-. he did it intentionally as he did not have patience to wait for the vechiles to pass. He was rude even with the Bike driver for overtaking him. This incident happend at 9.15am at RBI layout today i, e 29th oct-13. I know BMTC will not take any action on such drivers, Hope this will help the common citizens who read this will be Cautious and keep away from such drivers.

                    Dear Sir, I boarded a bus (its a puspak, the light brown colour one - No. KA01-9041) in Byrathi cross stop AT 9.05 AM on 29th October 2013. There was no conductor in the bus and the driver only was issuing the tickets when people were entering the bus. I gave rs 20 and asked for a ticket to clarance. The driver gave me a ticket for rs. 16 and wrote 4 behind the ticket. When my stop came (clarance) i just gave the ticket to the driver and asked for change. The driver got so irritated and started screaming that why donot you all get change where should i go for change, he just threw all the money he had in hand and asking me see where i have the change. then he gave rs. 10 to a person (guy) and said u give her rs. 4, and that person said i donot have change. the driver dint give the change at last and also scremed like anything, i told him u pls talk to me politely as I am talking to you and i just got down from the bus. i really got embarassed that he was screaming at me for no reasons and also even dint give me the change, he was really impolite. I am registering this complaint so that poor people donot suffer henceforth like this and also to warn the driver to be polite with people and bring the required change while coming on duty as it is always not possible to render exact change in the bus.                       yesterday i had took volvo day pass & traveld from hebbal to marathalli...came back in d evening to hebbal from marathalli, , , from hebbal i had to catch bus to mekhri circle...got a volvo which goes through mekhri circle..climbed that bus...but when i shown the pass to conductor then he told as that pass wont work...& he took 15 rs from me...i made to pay forcebly being volvo pass with me...& its not an airport volvo also...BMTC SUCKS...the conductors are not at all co-operative...they needs strict action...but government s sittin quiet leaving people in troubles...

                        it is very much regret to note that inspite of several complaints to the authorities to operate route no.369b, 369d, 368d, 364f, 364h and 364j via anjeneya temple inside arekere. which was operating from from long back nearly 10 years.now they have not operating this services.it is very difficult for the people to travel without buses services.these routes are operating in the road which there is no hoses and no body will board buses inthe route they run.the depot manager give reason that bar people will object.i spoken to corporator of the area he assured to give cooperation for running the buses they brought any complaint to him.kindly operate the buses in orginal route.

                          I don't know if complaining here is of any use or not but still I want to.
                          this evening I boarded bus no KA 01 F3837 (271 route no.) at that time the conductor was on the back side collecting tickets, then next stop came and one lady was about to get up I was busy looking for the seats I did not noticed the conductor, well when I got one of the seat I took out the money from my wallet to buy the ticket and waited for him because he was giving tickets to others and suddenly he turned to me asking money I gave him and as soon as I got the ticket any senior of him boarded the buses and started checking the tickets of everyone but as ho got down he started shouting on me I did not understand even a bit as it was kanadda and I don't understand that language I asked the other girl sitting beside me as to what is he saying she said he accused you of being thief and is saying in spite of having money in your hand why were you not taking the ticket and he thinks you did not wanted to even. You took tickets because you saw his senior otherwise you would not have taken. I did not say anything but I felt very humiliated in front of so many people.

                            I travelled in a bus from HAL, bangalore to SpiceGarden, bangalore in G1(bus no KA 01 FA 2240) at 12.30pm on 10th October 2013.The conductor gave me back Rs.5 instead of Rs.8.But this is not about the money, its about the way he behaved(the conductor). He said "If you want to get down, get down else lets go to the next stop" and blew the whistle to indicate the bus to move.What is the step should I take to punish that guy?

                              I was travelling from indiranagar to koramangala at around 7.50 in d evening in bus no. 201d bus no. Ka 57 f 47. I was sitting in the first seat. The first few minutes of the journey was fine. Somewhere near sony signal koramangala the bus conductor made me get up from the seat an then started yelling at me and abusing me saying that i have not kept my ticket properly even though i had the ticket in my hand. When i tried to argue saying that i have the ticket and have infact paid him the money he threatened to throw me out of the bus. I also tried asking his name but he did not answer me, instead he started abusing me again. The bus driver was also supporting the conductor. Is this kind of behaviour common in bmtc buses. It seems to be after seeing the list of complaints lodged across the complaint board. Do you not train your conductors on how to talk to customers. We pay and get on the buses and dont come for free. So why this attitude?.. is the management sleeping or is just plain negligent.

                                I used to travel by Local Bus everyday from Arekere to Dairy Circle. Today on 30/09/13 I was travelling towads Dairy Circle. The bus number is KA57 F54 at 8.30am. My fare is Rupees 12 from Arekere to Dairy Circle. When I took bus from Arekere It was so crowded and I could not find the bus conductor. When It reached Jaydeva I found him and I gave him Rs.15. He took all the money gave me Rs.5 ticket. When I opposed him, he abused me and told me to give him Rs.100 fine. I could not understand why he was asking for the fine and he abused me again and again. 3 times he asked for the fine. It was really embarrassing.

                                It is my request to look after in this matter and take an action against him.

                                  Hi this is suchitra I was travelling on Saturday 28/09/13 bus route is 356 D. bus no:KA 01 8586 . I took bus from st john bus stop & i have to get down near double road signal. :::First of all bus conductor has not given me the change he took Rs 20 & when i ask for change he ask one lady to give him Rs 5 & he gave Rs 10 to her & ask to share with that lady even she is not having change, so she dint return. ::: Secondly when i ask bus conductor to open the door near double road signal below bridge as bus was standing for 2 min because of signal.He was talking so rudely & ask me to request the driver not him when i was asking to driver he told me talk to conductor & misbehaved with me. :::Third he told Me as u r girl so behave like a girl & he stop it in corporation circle & talking all rubbish thing.I dont know why in India people are still illiterate & think KI LADKI HO LADKI KI TARAH RAHO WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ?CAN U EXPLAIN THIS This is their daily excuse, with which common public has nothing to do with that.Government should look into this matter because public is suffering with this daily. Please look into this matter, otherwise common public will not tolerate more,

                                    I usually take volvo bus from home to office.Before last bus fare renewal from HAL Main Stop, it was Rs.40 to Satya Sai Hospital. At times I used catch bus from HAL Police Station as well. That time fare was Rs.35.But after the fare renewal recently, from HAL Main & HAL Police Station fare is the same- Rs.45 !!! How is this possible ? As per before the change, from HAL Police station it should be Rs.40. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                      I travel by volvo 500D every thrice a week. I have no qualms against the service but yes today that 26th September, I caught an orange volvo bus from Manyata tech park. My stop is at the New Horizon Engineering college. It was a 60 rupees ride and I paid him 100 rupees for which he did not have the change so he said he will give me later. by the time I reached JPMC it was crowded and this conductor had tons of 10 rupees chiller so at the second last stop i asked for my forty rupees which he declined to give then. Just before reaching my stop I asked again 1st) he talks to me so rudely 2nd) he tells me to get down where one lady will give the change as she has to get down in the same place. I told him the lady doesn't owe me anything. Then he shouts. My point is I have had a similar situation before but the conductor was generous enough to explain it and I have even left twenty rupees or ten rupees occasionally but this conductor was going on humiliating me in front of whole lot of people. Not to forget just before this happened today in the bus he was paying others money happily but probably I come from the north east part of India he was discriminating. Sad fact is BMTC is good but because of one or two person like him will spoil the reputation of the company and even more sad is we the passengers are the reason why BMTC is making so much money but here we are treated like piece of garbage. How can you not train your staff not to in the plate that gives him food.

                                      I hope you will take a serious action to this conductor in an orange volvow that started at 8:30 from manyata.

                                        My Name is Pallavi, everyday i travel from St Jhons to Bomannahhalli,in BMTC bus
                                        On 17/9/2013 @6PM near ST JOHNS STOP I Got and bus KA 57 F51 towards electronic city, and the charge from St Jhons to bomanahalli is 12 Rs and i gave Rs 20 to him, conductor gave me 10rs back and asked for 2rs change and went back, i was waiting for conductor to come front at last near madivala he came front and i gave him2rs change he took the money and when i asked for ticket he s scolding me and gave 5 rs ticket no H[protected],I was shocked and asked him, but again he started scolding me..! IS THIS THE WAY THE GOVT EMPLOYEE BEHAVES..? WE ALSO THE EMPLOYEES AND WORK FOR PRIVATE, BUT THE REMAINING 7 Rs , IS NOT FOR ME NEITHER FOR THE GOVT, WHY GOVT IS KEEPING SUCH KIND OF EMPLOYEES, HE HAS CHEATED ME AND ALSO THE GOVT WITHOUT GIVING PROPER TICKET, If he does this to 100customers what is the amount loss for the govt, I HOPE THE HIGHER AUTHORITY WILL TAKE PROPER ACTION ON THE CONDUCTOR,Such kind of employees are UNFIT FOR THE PROFESSION...
