Complaint website not working

I wanted to raise a complaint against an erring driver who was driving in violation of rules threatening human lives but the BMTC complaint website is not working. http://www.bmtcinfo.com/site/BSComplaints.jsp

When you patiently type in all details and click on submit, it gives a javascript error. BMTC has to check and ensure that an important part of their system serving customers and related to safety is up and running....

V500 DB Bus Num KA-01 FA 1677 does not stop at Busstops

Dear Sir,

Please take this complaint very seriously, the conductor misbehaves with the Ladies in the name of collecting tickets and also does not stop at regular bus stops though asked to stop at the destination. This is increasingly harassment on women who travel back late evenings to their home after Office hours.
Three incidents I can tell which was done by the conductor, today on Mar 03 2013.

We the residents of sahakarnagar are frustrated with bus transport when a group o[censored]s complained also it did not work. Atleast mini buses should be organized to reach us to the main road. harsh scolding

Vajra buses minimal in morning

Hi,
We travel daily from CV Ramanagar to BTM layout and are very happy with Volvo frequency in the evening, route number 201 R.
But to our surprise could not find even a single Volvo in this route in the morning from 7AM.
As most of the crowd are office goers and travel at this time, it would good if you could arrange for Volvo buses at this time.
The problem i can see is that probably the depot for these buses...

BMTC buses route deviation

Hi,
With regard to the above subject many passengers in the route from Banashankari to Jeevan Bhimanagar are facing probelms as most of these buses do not come to BTM and Silk Board.
Just to avoid signals they take a deviation from BTM water tank and go through St John's hospital road, because of which passengers waiting in BTM(Kuvempunagara), Silk Board and Madiwala have to keep on waiting which is disgust as even though...

Safety in Pushpak buses

Took a different route missing a bus stop

I took 500C to come from Udupi Garden bus stop till Agara bus stop. The driver was supposed to go below the Agara flyover as the bus stop lies beneath the flyover. Misconduct by BMTC bus staff

Abusive Behaviour of conductor
