Hi, I boarded F9019 from Total Mall,Doddanekundi to New horizen college on 14/9/2013.Even though it was Saturday morning the bus was over crowded.I was with my friend and asked the conductor for ticket ,since both o[censored]s didn't have change we gave Rs 100 and the fare was 24 ,but the conductor asked for change which we denied .He then didn't give us the ticket and said he will come when he has change.By then the bus was at Marathalli where the ticket inspector boarded and asked for ticket which we didn't had.He took the 100 rupee note which was still in our hand and asked us to wait.After checking all the tickets he fined us for Rs 200 each without listening any of our explanation.There was a lady with the similar case also.We called the conductor and he said something to the inspector in kannada which none o[censored]s understood (ALL three o[censored]s were north Indian) and went away.Here after the inspector didn't listen and asked to give fine.I was trying to explain him the scenario but he was'nt ready to listen.After some heated arguments he put his hand in my pocket and confiscated my mobile phone and said now you can go if you want.I was shocked at such a behavior of Inspector.At this time we were near to our stop so my friend gave him the fine to which the inspector didn't bothered to give the ticket.I was still arguing with him whereas my friend went out of the bus.He was continuously demanding money and started warning that he will take me to Police station.Since neither of the Inspectors(1 male and 1 female) were wearing any badges or name plate I wasn't sure if they are truly the Inspector or not,I asked him his name and ID card to which he didn't reply and continued bragging.At last I gave him the remaining amount of fine and demanded the ticket to which he wrote something in kannada and asked me to sign without explaining what was written.When I inquired what was written he said just sign it or go out of the bus.Since the bus has already crossed Belandur and I was getting late for office,(at Vrindavan Tech village) I signed and came out of the bus.My bus fine ticket ID is[protected]D/25). This is a serious issue as hard earned money of common people is brutally taken away.

    hennur cross Please start AC Volvo buses from hennur cross to koramangla. and put volvo buses from hennur to indian express. Morning this normal buses are so crowded with all school students and they dont give seat to others. atleast school students should b made to stand like in Kerala. I work with st.johns,I travel from Hennur cross to Koramanlga,i have a Volvo pass, i don get place to stand also from hennur to shivaji nagar and from shivaji nagar to koramangla 362 buses frequency is very less, with all this problem its making it difficult for me to continue this job. and I am sure there will b amny others like me. Hennur cross, flyover is half done n left,, roads are dig and left open,, and with all traffic, its so difficulty to cross road and walk toward dominos. Pls look into this matter ASAP.

      Hi sir/Madam Myself Manasa Gowda working as a Asst professor at Acharya institute of Graduate studies in Bangalore, i would like to bring Notice and want to complain on bus conductor bus route chickbanvara to kempegowda bus stand (KA57 F461), this incident had happend on 8th sep 2013 me and my roommate were going to majestic this bus conductor stated to abuse me and my roommate in a very vulgar kannada and made us to get down from the bus and throned money on my face and telling to catch another bus, if i ask why is he behqaving like dis he started to abuse me. i seriously want to put a complain and i want him to get the strict punishment for his behaviour. and without doing from on our side he just abused and made throwed our belonging in the middle of the road. please concern department i would like him to get serious punishment for his behaviour

      Today when i was travelling in the bus i bought a daily pass for 70/-. Throughout the day we went with that pass...many conductors asked about the pass and we showed them the pass..they all were ok with that.we travelled from murgeshpalaya to bagalgunte, hesarghata main road.But while returning from bagalagunte we got into the bus 250AC...the bus conductor asked for the pass, we showed it to him...then he started asking about the id card and voter id and aadhar card.we are students, went to see the cet exam center. we didn't carry all those...(daily pass means no need of id card).That bus conductor behaved so rudely and striked the wwhole pass with his pen...and made us to get down in between, near dasarahalli...we had no money...to go back home...how the conductors can be so rude...and full corrupted.Is this is what your system is all about?Just imagine our condition.Do you always behave like this..those who come to bangalore in search of job..they also don't have id cards and all...This is really bad...so bad.I really want strict action against the bus conductor.
      If this is how the bus conductors will behave, then who will take bmtc buses again.Atleast they should think...simply troubling people for their own benifit is not good..you guys have to serious action against the bus conductor...otherwise somebody else might will suffer .

        i [C.V Naresh kumar] entered a bmtc volvo bus with my wife and my son [KA-01-F-4382] on dated[protected] at 6.00pm at nayandanalli bus stop, we waited in the bus for 8 to 10 minutes, and some body asked to conductor to go and conductor not responded and simply talk with driver, then i ask conductor what is your problem, why you are not going & why bus is not going and conductor replied still time is there wait and i replied why you stopped here not stopping in bus stand then driver told that this is company bus not your bus just wait or get out of my bus and he opened the centre door of the bus and told to get out of my bus at that time i heard that the conductor was talking with someone in the mobile where are you? come fast we are waiting last 10 minutes for you. then we left the bus and we waited in roadside near bus for another 2 to 3 minutes then some lady went into the bus and then the bus moved. Please provide as much information as poss

          The conductor was seen behaving very badly and shouting on a lady when she asked the conductor to return the change of Rs.5. It is really shameful to see how can a man treat a woman passenger so badly for such petty thing even when the woman passenger was asking her own money to be returned by the bus conductor.
          It is not the first time that such complaints are being reported for the bad behaviour of bus conductors. It is a shame to witness such things again and again and it discourages people to use BMTC bus services.

          Please take immediate action.

            Dear Sir / Madam Today at 5.30pm, 507A (normal bus) didn't stop at Janapriya apartment stop ,the conductor was at the door and told the driver to move. We are standing for 30 minutes and to reach Tin factory. We heard from students that This is the regularly happening at this stop. Request to take immeatiate action.

              Conductor demanding more than normal ticket fare.

              Today(07/08/2013) 09:00AM, I got into 500D Volvo (Bus no. KA01 FA 1684) bus from IBLUR and asked ticket to KADABEESANAHALLI (6 kms - Rs25/-) . The conductor gave me Rs.35/- ticket from AGARA - MARATHAHALLI BRIDGE.Other 500D buses are charging Rs.25/. I asked conductor why he is charging extra, he demanded there is no bus stop in KADA BEESANAHALLI and there may be checking. He started arguing. I had to pay Rs.35/- though there is a stop in kadabeesanahalli.

              BMTC — Demanding more fare

              I was travelling with my friend from Wipro Gate (Electronic City)
              to main Road NTTF on 6th July 2009, at 7:30 PM on bus number
              KA-50 F-057

              When we gave the conductor Rs 8 and asked for 2 tickets to main Road NTTF, the condcutor took the money and refused to give the tickets.
              When we insisted again, he asked to pay Rs 7 per person(while the usual fare is Rs4).

              I really wonder how govt staff on duty dare to commit such theft .What will happen if a routined checking takes place, the fellow passengers will be caught for not buying the tickets and the conductor will move away with white collar even after comitting theft.

              I request BMTC to take strict action against such conductors.

                I boarded 365 Volvo Bus at 9.45am on 8/1/2013. I boarded from Arekere stop. The usual charge till Gottigere is 15 rs. I had a 100 rupee note. The conductor asked me for 5/- change and i didnt have it. The conductor started scolding me. He said he will not give 5 rs back. He forced me to open my purse bags in front of everyone to check for 5/-.When he didnt find any change, he asked driver to stop the bus.

                He asked me to get down and stopped the bus for 5 mins. I refused to do so. He then gave me a ticket of 15/- and returned only 20/-. He didnt give back 5/-. And all through the journey he kept cursing me in Kannada.

                Dear Sir, We are getting updating pop-up message from this site from last few months back, so delay in reply. Sure action will be taken on your complaint. BMTC
                Sir,

                We request the authorities to retain the Lady conductor of Bus Reg Numbers KA-01F3594 (Route No.88) and covering the route from Harischandra ghat to Corporation Office (Via: Vidhana soudha)starting at 9.25 AM. This trip is especially for officers going to their duties. Now that the Driver himself has to issue tickets and drive the Bus would result in late arrival at destinations. More over very often we have seen that best working conductors, Drivers, officers etc being transferred which is more hurting.
                So, we request the authorities to retain the lady conductor for the Bus Reg.No. KA-01 F3594 (Route No.88) immediately.

                BMTC — BMTC CONDUCTOR MISBEHAVIOUR

                Hi,
                I am Umesh from rammurthy nagar on 23rd July at 1:45pm i borded a bus at ITI colony gate to Tin Facory stop bus # 315L vechile #ka - 01 fa 834 conductor refused to give ticket and didnot stop the bus at tin factory bus stop instead took me to kasturinagar stop when asked about it he used valgar languages i warned him but he continued he says you can't do anything go complain i will see. This is not excpected from u all guys. Action shoulb be taken on this other wise i will take this issue to printing media and Transport Minster.
                this happened on 14th of october 2008, the bus no.213G gabbady to k.r.market.
                Iam travelling in this bus every day but the conductor named by naveen is very rude.he speaks very rash he doesnot know common sense he beats one lady.
                he is not suitable for this public work he behaves like an animal.
                If it is one day we can tolerate but he do everyday he doesnot have patience and not have the qualities to serve public work.

                so, if you have some responsibility please spare him from the job because these people will not care about warnings.

                BMTC — Ticket not issued by drivers and conductors and misbehaviour

                This incident occured with me, when I was travelling in a bus ka-01-fa-1660 from Suranjandas Road to Jeevan Bhima Nagar. I had reported this matter via internet to bmtc, but didnt receive any feedback or response.

                I had issued 10 Rs to Bus driver for ticket on boarding the Bus. The Driver gave me 7 Rs back, without giving the ticket. when I insisted on giving ticket, he took back the change and gave me back my 10 Rs, asking to give me change of 4 Rs. Although later he gave me ticket and change when I told him I donot have change. The issue is that passengers are not given tickets, I have been observing such incidents on Buses. This is not a good practice and BMTC should overcome such greedy malpractice, by conducting regular checks and hold the driver/conductor accountable.

                I am concerned that a profit making organisation like BMTC, might start incurring losses because its own employees are greedy.
                Sending this mail, for a broader betterment goal of our State owned Transport and Nation.
                People shouldnot forget that the Bomb blasts in Mumbai were a result of corruption and we are allowing this tree to sprout and grow here.

                Please do something for BMTC Conductor, because they are behivour is not good.

                BMTC — misbehaviour by the conductor

                the conductor has misbehaved with the girls.Bus no. KA-01 F-4983 ....rout no. 266....the conductor literally beat the girls traveling in the bus. And he even misbehaved n tried to harass them. And used offensive words in kannada. its really cheap that these people use there language on the ones' who do not understand it. it is requested not to keep such employees, because these are the the people who represent your city.

                You paid 100/- to conductor and he pay back to you only 20/-rs. you didn't ask remaing change?

                what words he scold in kannada, if any thing happens in future you take the public support otherwise you can't face alone madam. take care bye

                  The 500c route bus drivers and conductors do not stop at the Bust Stop at Jayadeva hospital while travelling towards Banashankari. They stop at the traffic signal and force us to get down. When asked to stop at the bust stop last friday they conductor and driver spoke very rudely that you should get down here we stop and we stopped at traffic signal. This is NOT a one off incident and is repeating with almost every 500c buses in the morning.

                  BMTC — Non stopping for school children

                  BMTC route no 401 yeshavantpur to yelahanka KA 01 F 3771 did not stop even though it was less rush. the school children were not taken. as teh scholls are leaving at 1500 hrs to reach house it will be 1700 hrs when they will have their food. please advise all the drivers to stop at school premises. from 1500 to 1600 none of the buses are stopping. no body want to take risk..when i request the coductor to stop he misbehaved with me.

                  Buses — Buses not stopping at bus stops

                  Buses in Aundh and Pimpri area doesn't stop at bus stop during day and night too, even though the bus has enough vacant space.
                  As i have to travel to aundh area because of job but while coming back i have to wait for bus at least 1 to 2 hour and after waiting bus comes to us but does'nt stop, it is OK for a young person to run and catch the bus but not for older person, females, girls they have to wait atleast 4 to 5 hours.
                  I think drivers and conductors of this area must be knowing these peoples and they must be also involved in it.
                  As the aundh and near by area is very dangerous for all as many robbery and rapes has took place in that area. because in this area normally no one on the road standing all are on own vehicle.
                  Normally policy station is also on a long distance.
                  if some incident took place who is responsible for it
                  1) PMCT Buses for not stopping at the bus stops
                  2) Guys getting chance due to PMCT buses
                  3) Long distance between police stations
                  4) Or bad luck of that person who who got robbed or raped.
                  Please do something to avoid such incidents.

                  BMTC — not stopping buses at the busstops

                  route no180 and 65b drivers are not stopping the buses at the newly constructed busstop basaveshwarnagar opp. union bank of india

                  Many people - students, senior citizens are waiting the said bussstop at 4.05pm on 8 april 2009, but the above mentioned drivers rode fast the buses as if the bust stop is not visible or people are not to be seeen

                  It is really pathetic . We were all very happy to see the new stop as we had to walk along distance towards havanoor circle. But what is the use even after waiting for more than half an hour buses are going fast without sstopping here

                  BMTC — NOT STOPPING IN THE BUS STOP

                  SIR/MADAM,

                  On the 21/04/2009, the bus no 401G bearing the number plate as KA 01 F 3580 did not stop at BEL Hospital 6:10 pm. This is not the first time this is happening. I had to wait for more than an half an hour for the bus to travel to Yelahanka .This is not fair and it is very inconvinient for the Public. If there is no Bus stop please take of the bus shelter so that people dont wait and waste their time. I kindly request the authorities to take severe action on the driver and the conductor for not stopping there and also waiting for the authorities to let me know what was the action taken against the same.

                  I took a bus from ITPL to Bellandur Petrol Bunk with bus route 502. The Bus( KA-01 FA-1176) driver did not not stop at Bellandur Petrol Bunk even after requesting repeatedly and instead stopped at Sarjapur Junction. We have a BMTC BUS STOP at Bellandur Petrol Bunk.

                  I don't find any reason for not stopping the bus, where the passenger wants to get down.
                  Please take action against this.

                  Actaully am travelling from autin town to passport office koramangala in (201) bus.
                  One aged person (50 - 60) age want to get down at AC center bus stop he was asking to conductor for stop but he is oppose to give stop there he is told no stop here but every bus will give stop there
                  Then i asked to conductor why u not given stop he behaved me with rough behaviour
                  and he not given stop there that aged person had get down at next stop and walked till before stop

                  BUS ROUTE 14 NO 3167 WAS NOT STOPPING AT STOP WHEN I STOOD ON MID OFFF THE ROAD TO STOP 7 WHEN ASKING TO DRIVER THAT WHY HE DID NOT STOP HE SAYS THAT YOU HAVE LIE DOWN ON ROAD TO STOP THE BUS ON STOP.

                  This is very common story of buses not stopping in the bus stop. They will for sure stop where they like but not in the bus stop. The attitude of the bus driver is not that of a government servant but as though BMTC bus is his family property & directly drove from home.

                  This has happend several times that they do not want to stop at Mallya Hospital. Which is a prime stop where there is a College, Hospital, Stadium etc etc...,
                  Drivers especially do not like the daily passes do not know for what reason with the pass if you go and ask they will say no he will not stop near the Mallya Hospital stop from majestic platform #17 n other platfroms closeby which is such inconvenience to people like us who solely depend on the BMTC buses.

                  The best part is no place to complain seek a solution for this nuisance with BMTC's great employees attitude. what ever it may be we have to pay our taxes with out fail every financial here with that also tolerate all these unwanted nuisances.
                  with a little bit of hope i m registering this complaint here.

                  On Saturdy July 17th I waited in the bus stop opp Krishna Sevashrama 5th Block. There is a bus stop with shelters etc to BSK 2nd Stage with other passengers also standing for the bus. At 2:30 pm KA[protected], F2648 -201 G they did't stop then I called[protected] BMTC for Complaints & Suggestion btn at 2 40 to 3pm at last I got the phone the person who recieved the phone instead of giving proper answer, started telling there must be traffic etc, I was trying to ask him whether the bus stop which I am standing is designated bus stop or not - I asked him to recognise himself - he did not I get so many calls - I have better buisness to do ... he hanged the phone. Later I moved near the signal light to get the bus.Again I repetedly tried to contact him till 4;30 pm the phone was engaged or he avoided - I also tried to contact PRO phone 22952516 at 4;30 pm - the phone was not lifted perhaps being Saturday. My question why do you keep a person to man in complaints section - where he has any interest or respect neither for his job nor for the organisation. Will the MD of BMTC will take note to redress and inform me what action you have taken to care for the commuters ? Could you or any body else will reply from BMTC ?

                    I would like to notify the indecent and ugly behavior by the Conductor and driver of VOLVO Bus NO- KA-01-FA-584, Route no-356 c commuting at 5:00 pm between Silk Board Junction to Hosa road junction.

                    It was heavily raining and the bus driver was reluctant to stop at the bus stop which is exactly before EC Flyover . I asked politely about the same and received an frustrated and irresponsible reply from the CONDUCTOR.
                    When I off boarding the BUS at HOSA Road junction from the front gate the DRIVER of the bus started challenging me for some unwanted/unknown reasons.I got down and asked politely to leave, the DRIVER started abusing in a very BAD language publicly .The Driver was challenging me that he will TRASH me if BOARD the bus again. It was a display of complete Misuse of the authority and responsibility which he owes a Driver of such a luxuries public vehicle.

                    Tell Me I am a responsible citizen cum Bangalorean and was on my way to Office, had i forgotten everything and got involved in a fight with him.
                    Next Time I will definitely do that.


                    Just like any other common citizen of Bangalore and India, I too have right to object the unlawful act by any person.
                    I would request the AUTHORITY to take necessary actions against the DRIVER and CONDUCTOR so that no other person should suffer.

                    Please tak necessary actions.

                      There is no bus service towards Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Yelahanka. Why does an Educational institute doesn't has a public bus service. NMIT, yelahanka is an Autonomous engineering college. autonomous status is given only to those colleges who has got facilities, infrastructure, Education system and things like that. NMIT doesn't have a basic public bus service, its shameful... Many poor students have to pay the college bus fee which starts from 7,000Rs. If the BMTC provides a public bus service towards this college, it would really be great and the villagers nearby will also be benefited by this facility.
                      Sir, Please have a bus route such that it passes via Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Yelahanka and a stop near our college.more than 4000 students will be benefited by your service.

                      Sir, I can afford to pay the college bus fee.its too high.so please start a bmtc bus service that passes through NMIT.if the bus service is from Majestic to NMIT, via maleshwaram, Sankey tank, Hebbal, baglur cross it will be very helpful for may students and college staff.please listen to this plea and provide us a public bus service..

                        Bangalore volvo drivers and conductors do not know Hindi or English so, a big communcation gap is there. They misbehave and they sought on North Indian and abuse in Kannada.

                        They give wrong ticket as well. I personally experienced 500D volvo bus. I asked ticket for Kalamandir(Marathahalli) from Silk board, the conductor gave ticket for Doddanakundi. And when i asked that why did u give ticket for Doddanakundi, The conductor started sough-ting on me. The driver was knowing little bit Hindi, so he told there is no stoppage at Kalamandir. I told him if there is no stop there then why did u give wrong ticket, After saying this he sought like anything.

                            I would like to bring to kind notice about my worst experience in 201R bus route
                            Reg no: KA 57 F 785
                            Time: 6:00 at Banashankari
                            Date: 15.06.13
                            Description:i boarded ythe bus around 6 pm at banashankari bus depot. The Driver was very arrogant & he started commenting on me badly since i got the call from office. When i said him that i am not the only person to speak on phone, he stared using very abusive language . He used such a bad cheap vulguar words in front of all other commutors which is very bad to explain also. He dint even mind to raise a hand on me. When i said that i m going to complain, he dint even seemed liked he respected his superiors.I sincerely request the concerned officer to take action on him & pls. make a pleasant travel to all the commutators. also request to protect the dignity of girls by taking severe action against him.

                              This complain is against BMTC (Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation). They have been cheating

                              1000 of people everyday since many years. There are many people travel between two stops namely "Silk

                              Board Junction" and "Devarabisanahalli" which are 7 Kms apart. But bus conductor always give tickets

                              which mentions the stops as "Silk Board Junction" to "Kadibisanahalli" which say 12 Kms and charges Rs

                              45.00 instead of Rs 30.00. If we argue with conductors, they behave very rudely.

                                Whenever I (or anybody) asks for a ticket for travelling between the Bus stops: "Silk Board" and "Devarabisanahalli" in "Vajra Bus" (AC bus service by BMTC), conductor always provides a ticket which is printed as travel from "Silk Board" to "Kadubeesanahalli" which is 12 Km and charges Rs 45 for. But the actual distance from "Silk Board" and "Devarabisanahalli" is only 7 Km and fare shouldn't exceed Rs 30. They cheating people by giving ticket of wrong destination even if "Devarabisanahalli" is a proper bus stop.

                                BMTC — Issued a wrong ticket

                                Hi,

                                This is Srinivasa Rao statying at BTM 1st Stage and working as a Software Engineer at Jayanagar, Bangalore.

                                On 2nd, Nov '09 i catched the 25B at BTM Mico Layout arround 10.00AM, and i asked the conductor for ticket upto Jayanagar 4th Block, he gave me a ticket worth Rs.8, but i am sure it was a wrong ticket. I gave him Rs.8 change, but already the back side of the ticket having due Rs.2 written with pen. So i got confirmed that was a wrong ticket.

                                This was not the first time happening for me, so many times it is happening in this route..

                                The ticket no. what the conductor gave me is: R119 953061

                                Is there any solution for these kinds??

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                Yesterday Evening 16th jan 2012 i took bus from CBI RT Nagara to Thindlu,bus no of no KA-01-F -1464.Rout no 288(Market To Thindlu).Ticket no.KL 35 476513.(11 Rs)&B[protected] Rs).
                                The bus fare is 12Rs from CBI RT Nagara To Thindlu.. but i gave Rs 20 to him .But he returned Rs10. I Asked about that .instead of rs 12 ticket, he gave me 15 Rs old ticket. As he said, if any checking officer asked about the ticket, you should tell thus you came from market .Not Only I almost everybody in the bus he said same.
                                I hope after reading this BMTC should take some action against these type of conductors.
                                Its a request that Conductors should behave properly and actions should be taken against these kinds of Conductors.

                                I am writing this complaint with a hope that action will be taken.

                                  Today morning 07:05 AM I departed in the BUS Route#289 Reg.#KA01F3312 from Yelahanka before third stop Dwarakanagar the driver was driving the bus too rashly. I was sitting on last third row seat from back of the bus and the was jumped soo badly that my head hitted with roof of the bus, I felt down on floor of the bus and got hurted on my hand and it was bleeding from my hand. When I told the driver "You are not suppose to drive like this(RASHLY)" then he replied me to go by AUTO instead of BUS and started abusing me in Kannada because I was speaking in English however I can understand Kannada. IS THIS THE WAY HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?I am a Software Engineer in Aditya Birla and I Usually I used to travel in BMTC BUS and honestly BMTC service is preety good as compare to other Metropolitan BUS services. BUT what today I have experienced that is also not at all acceptable. I hope necessary actions should be taken to set everything right.

                                    On 04-Apr-2013, I was on bus 500C KA 01 FA 1534 (going towards Banashankari). I got down at HSR BDA Complex bus stop at 22:20.

                                    There were about 15-20 people already standing inside the bus but the driver had kept the air conditioning at a minimal level.

                                    When I requested the conductor to increase the cooling or fan speed, I got a strange reply that if you want A/C, then go to the back of the bus. Already people were standing inside the bus even at the back.

                                    Then I requested the driver, that it is very warm as there are many people in the bus, at least increase the fan speed.

                                    At this, the conductor started using abusive language and said they will not increase even the fan speed.

                                    The driver too asked me not to talk too much and sit quietly in whatever they are offering.

                                    It has been a regular practice that conductors and drivers maintain the air conditioning at a very low level throughout the journey. Only those passengers sitting directly below the outlet, manage to get some thin cooling. The drivers often open the window next to their seat and do not like if you ask them to increase air conditioning inside the bus.

                                    It is peak summer these days in Bangalore and such a behavior after increasing the Vajra Volvo fare twice recently is very shocking for a premium service.

                                    It clearly indicates some kind of fuel saving motives and unscrupulous profit making motives behind keeping air conditioning very low and causing discomfort to the passengers.

                                    BMTC/vajra — taking extra charge

                                    Dear friends..
                                    Yesterday , i was returning from my office in ITPL , bangalore towards
                                    Banashankari. So i took a bus KA01 FA 1932 on 5/13/2011 .The ticket would cost around 45/- , so i gave him 100/- and 5/- so that he will return 60/- .
                                    But the conductor wrote on the ticket and told me to collect it later..
                                    When i reached near my point , i asked for remaining change , he in-return asked me for the ticket , after seeing the ticket , he started shouting that
                                    this ticket he didn't give that ticket and again asked me for an exra ticket .
                                    it was already 11 PM so i didnt argue with him as i dont know his language .

                                    so friends i request everyone to carry proper chage when the board again in VOLVO BUSES by BMTC bangalore

                                        Please take this complaint very seriously, the conductor misbehaves with the Ladies in the name of collecting tickets and also does not stop at regular bus stops though asked to stop at the destination. This is increasingly harassment on women who travel back late evenings to their home after Office hours.
                                        Three incidents I can tell which was done by the conductor, today on Mar 03 2013.

                                        1. Did not stop the bus at Bus stop near Sai Baba Hospital when two ladies showed their hands at the bus stop to stop the bus.
                                        They had catch other bus and reach one stop and after giving a chase were able to catch it at a HyperCity Market signal. When asked for the reason for not stopping he simply told it is of his interest to stop or not.

                                        2. The conductor does not stop when a girl asked to give a stop at Babusab Palya (80 Feet Road) and had to travel all over till Kalyan Nagar stop. The girls who travel at late evenings should be given stop at the regular bus stops, looking at their safety and security. It is sheer harassment and a big Embarrassment to the BMTC. who has been encouraging to Bus Day and stop to travel by cars.

                                        3. Pushes and shouts at girls in the name of Collecting tickets.

                                        These incidents never happened by any other buses.

                                        Kindly take this matter very seriously.
