Volvo service required to Mahadevapura,whitefield road

Currently there is volvo service from banashankari to itpl & banashankari to hebbal. But both the busses will not go to mahadevpura & whitefield road. I mean to say, ITPL bus ll take right near big bazar & bebbal bus ll go in parallel to whitefield road. There are quite a few companies in dat road, HP, ABB etc. So pls do the needful & put some volvos in this route....

Frequency of 500 series buses from ITPL

VOLVO fares for all the 500 series(ITPL- Silk board route) has recently increased by Rs 10. Inspite of these extra charges one has to pay the bus frequency for 500 series buses to Silk Board route has drastically decreased irrespective of the time (be it 5.30 PM, 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM) I had to wait atleast for 40min to 1hr for a bus.

To make matters worse the buses will stopa a few meteers away from the bus stop and keep waiting...

Arrogance of bmtc conductors

I understand that BMTC has of late increased the rates of the volvo daily pass from Rs 75/- to Rs 80/-.
But the irony is, this is not put up in any form of a notice on the buses. Neither do the conductors inform the commuters about it in advance. BMTC Volvo Bus Fare

I travelled today from BTM Layout to Electronic city in volvo bus. i gave 100 rs to the conductor and i had to get back 75 Rs. He metioned that he does not have the change and since even i did not have the change i waited until the bus stop.

E-Ticketing

Dear Sir,
I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 5th of March 2010 through KSRTC online ticket booking facility. Where it had asked for passenger identity for which I selected PAN card and got PNR number generated. On travel date I was not able to take print out of the ticket due to some reasons.

BMTC conductors charging extra at night

Just like auto drivers, some BMTC conductors/drivers are also taking extra fare after 11pm. Is this by rule or are they cheating bangaloreans? Mostly they take 1.5 times the actual fare.
A few conductors/drivers do not give tickets at night, they take the fare into their pocket....

No stop at KTPO???

Everyday I take BMTC volvo bus (335E) to reach office near KTPO from Richmond Circle (from past 6 months). I always buy ticket for KTPO and the bus stops at KTPO cross road. Many people working for software companies nearby like GE, Genesys, L&T etc get down at this stop. There is also a board saying Bus Stop.

Irresponsible and Rash driving of BMTC bus drivers

Driver of bus 369 drives recklessly and knocks down just to let them know to leave him way... Irresponsible and having least sense to stop over and check if he is not driving over other vehicles.. I boarded the bus (bus no. KA01 FA1397, route no. BIAS 12) at BIAL today (10th Feb 2010) at around 8.25 PM to go to BTM Layout. He demanded Rs.190/- and while he was still removing the ticket from the ticket book, I asked him to change the destination to Jayanagar 4th block instead, for which fare is Rs.150/- and to issue the same accordingly.
