Respected Sir,

I am Srinivas. I traveled in 500C from ITPL to Ibbalur (Sarjapur junction). Today (22Sep 2010), I had really bad experience with conductor of 500c 8:30 PM bus. I don't know his name (He did not reveal to me). I am ITPL premium pass holder, When I miss my ITPL bus, I usually take Volvo bus. Bus conductors give me ticket for Rs 25/- instead of Rs35/- as I am holding the premium pass. But this bus conductor, in his very rude manner, rejected my pass and asked me to take ticket for Rs.30/-, I tried to explain, but he would n't listen at all. I took ticket as he mentioned. While getting down, he started scolding me in kannada (I just started learning the language) for no reason. I don't know what is prompted him, he is almost hitting me while I am getting off the bus. I usually respect and understand the pain of conductors in doing their job. But this particular conductor is very unprofessional and uncultured. I strongly believe that he should not be serving in Hi-Tech volvo buse. I saw him misbehaving with fellow passengers too.
I request BMTC authorities to take appropriate action and help the passengers travelling with out too many troubles.

Today on 10/5/2012 I also had an exactly same kind of experience. Even addition to that, that conductor told me you cant sit where as there were some seats vacant in the bus. Reason she told me is, you are a pass holder. so.

I was on my way to office, didnt want to ruin my whole day, by arguing with her about the reality.

I am pretty much sure. BMTC authorities are not even bothered about these problems. At least they can instruct the Volvo conductors for a good behavior and attitude.

Please, I dont blame all the conductors, but due to these few people all of them are getting blamed...which is very unfortunate.

    Hi,
    I am staying in Bangalore for past 4 years and have seen the culture and people very closely.
    I am a regular commuter in BMTC volvo from my home to office and I find it difficult to cop up with Staff recruited (Driver and conductor). I would like to point out some incidents and scenarios where humiliation by Conductor and then driver supporting him was beyond acceptance:

    1) They tend to behave like owner of buses, they dictate on where Males have to stand and where females.They do not have any right on ordering a common man on where they need to stand.I have had many rifts with driver specially on this and I was forced to leave the bus cause driver stopped the bus and started abusing in Kannada.

    2) Yestedray only when Bus stopped just at HSR BDA junction and some guys wanted to get down there. Actual stop is 100 meters from there and driver did not stop the bus there and when I asked him to stop the bus, conductor started shouting in Kannada.

    3) I am from Northen region of India and do not speak Kannada, when driver/ conductor find this they behave racially and ll not respond in a bahaved manner.

    4) Most of the times conductor writes on back of the ticket the balance amount and will not give money back until stop comes and when bus gets halted due to passanger asking for money, he starts shouting.

    This is not the case with entire staff, but most of the staff is ill mannered and do not have basic manners.
    My sincere request to the authority is to put some concrete system so that we common man can be accountable for Driver /Conductor's feedback.Its our money from where entire infrastructure gets generated, we pay taxes.
    I did not use my vehicle for office travel every time but now I need to change this if no action is taken by BMTC, they need to be answerable to all this.

    My name is Manoj. sending you this mail with some expectation from your end to our Bangalore peoples.
    Hello, team we the passengers from K.R.Puram to Market. we have noticed many conductors are rubbish
    in their behavior. As we the citizens of Bangalore should represent our state as a developed and educated state, am i right on this?
    But we see most of the conductor are with out discipline in their uniforms and attitude, As we the citizens
    are ready to pay and get Rs.40 of a daily pass or on monthly pass, we have this rights to complaint you people...
    This most pathetic is that more that 70% of conductors chew PANPARAG during duty hours...
    Correct me if we are wrong in the above sentence.
    Is this the value of the BMTC family..??????????

    As per my mail i can ask a small request from you team... why dont you bring any rules and regulation
    for all the drivers and conductors to have a neat uniform and not to use their PANPARAGS and PANS
    when they in duty.
    This is not a big deal to a big BMTC family.

    Hello, Sir i dont remember your name, but i have met you in bus near HOSMAT stop on thursday. i have spoken to
    you also, and we had conversation till we both reach Shantinagar BMTC, later i can to know you are the Official director of BMTC, when you got down the bus all the press people covered and had some questions for you.

    I still remember your words, you said as you will be ready to do any favor for the passengers, as passengers are our people, passengers are our people, passengers are our people. Do you really think
    they are getting good respect from the BMTC family???? Never sir

    When i saw you, the bus was came from indranagar depot, and the bus was very clear with all the water wash, only because you will travel in the same bus on the bus day.
    Then why not for us, we the passengers travel daily.
    We dont required so much as you get,
    But we must get our value


    A last question for the BMTC officials,
    How may you feel sir if a conductor approach you with mouth full of panparag swelling aside his lips, asking to buy a ticket, when you are going for a exam. I met this incidence sir, so i'm completely
    broken on that day.

    One or the other day, your family or relation will face the same situation which i faced..
    before it could happen take some steps to avoid this,
    And we the college students feel ashamed to say our bangalore BMTC is not our supportive.

    I will try my level best to meet you personally and ask this question

      As from the day school kids are allowed in Big10 bus, we are facing lots of problem, as in Bannerghatta G4 route the kids wait only for Big10 though the other BMTC buses are empty they dont get in those. this cause lot of inconvinence to daily commuters who travel til Brigade road, due to school kids who gets down only near diary we dont get seat who travel for such long distance and though its only way for us we sometime take private vehicle for travelling, which causes loss for BMTC.

      so would request your goodself to look into the matter

        Hello,
        I am Dinesh B Sharma, stay in J P Nagar and work with NSN, travel everyday from J P Nagar 6th Phase to Hebbal (Esteem Mall) on BIAS-5 at 8AM. Today, on 07th Sept also boarded in to this bus and while getting down in Hebbal Esteem Mall, the conductor pushed me to get down saying it's getting late. Is this the service we expect from BMTC Volvo Vayu Vajra buses? Ruthless Manners less conductor and shouting at me for asking the reason for the same.

        Please take appropriate action on that person.

          Hello Sir,
          I was travelling from Banshankri to Mejistic at 2:30 PM on Sunday 5th September 2010 in bus no KA 01 F 4976. It was one of the worst journey I had ever travelled. Actually what happened is I got into bus at Banshankti to move towards Mejistic the fare is 16 Rs from there (Conductor told). I gave him 20 Rs. note and he told me that give change money I show him that I have only 4 Rs. in form of change then he talked very rudely with me I again talked him that sir I dont have change and again his reply is in very rude manner I told him that sir please dont talk like this way, then after he told that give me change otherwise leave the bus and he started pushing me out of the bus and I have to go to there via another bus. I am travelling in BMTC since so long time but this was my first horrible experience. I hope that you will do some needful in this matter.

            Hi ,
            I am shravan and a regular commuter from Kundalahalli gate to ECO space.

            Today i was traveling by Volvo KA01-F4607 and on giving Rs 100 for the bus ticket of value Rs 15 ,I was asked to get down at the next stop due to lack of change.

            On insisting and repeated request to give ticket in usual way by writing the amount extra at the back of ticket,the conductor did not gave me the ticket and misbehaved with me.

            On informing that i will have to complaint for the misbehavior ,he gave me the ticket but even after the travel of 6 km and on getting enough cash from other travelers, when getting down on my bus stop,I produced the ticket for the rest of the amount,I was asked to collect the money from the complaint (which i informed to do when he did not gave me the ticket).

            This has to be stopped and the correct action should be taken against such persons.
            Public transports are for public service not for harassing them.

            the conductor and driver of this bus is known for this .even if we complain nothing is done about it some times i feel all the commuters complaints must be sent to their top management and then some thing is done about it .
            drop the car and take the bus but its drop the car and take the abuses

              I was standing near Maharani College, Bangalore on 26.08.2010 and it was raining and traffic was jammed. A VOLVO Bus KA 01 F 8818 was there stuck in the jam. As it was about 1/2 Km from the nearest Bus Stop, we requested the driver to open the doors, but he denied and said us to go to next stop where we boarded the bus.
              After entring the bus when i asked the driver why he didn't opened the door there, he told it was not the bus stop and when i said as it was not moving at that time, he started shouting and abusing.

              I want to know is this the way Drivers and Condutors suppose to service the nomal commuters.
              Rude Behaviour of traffic controller working in yeshwanthpura depot.


              I was went to depot yeshwanthpura one day to meet my family member.he is working for conductor.I came to meet him. But their working one person, his name is Venkatachalayya (Traffic controller) .i collected his details and i complenting for u.i went and ask him, but suddenly he started shouting and abusing on me. and i saw he's behaviour is not good with lady and gents counducters.espe for ladies.
              So im requesting u to transfer him to some othe place.Plz i need reply from u.

                Senior citizen age reduction for Travel concession

                The age prescribed by the central govt for obtaining concession for travelling by train for senior citizen is 60years. The same should be applicable everywhere for similar facilities like road transport , air , etc.
                But, in Karnataka, for travelling by Busses of KSRTC and BMTC It has been fixed as 65yrs.what is the basis for this? It was 60 yrs earliar. It was modified to 65yrs during 2008.The...

                Dear sir,
                I am Rajani i am working as a senior service engineer in telecom company i am basically bangalorian
                yesterday(dt:16/08/2010) in evening time i catch the pushpak bus(rout no 350 from majestic to Audogodi that rout) from shantinagar 10th cross to lakasandra in this bus driver cum condutor he asked a ticket i told i am having pass like that then i shown my monthly pass again he asked my id card while in that crowded bus i am serching in my bag in that mean time my stop also came and he told you dont have id card i wont give pass like that he started arguing with me, atleast he can tell you did not get that id card we wont accept plz take ticket because my mistake i could have going to take the ticket instead of that by forcely taken from the pass and he didnot return back and he told i return back to bmtc office. i enquired with office to collect to show my id card but he didnot given there also

                i hope we you take action regarding this.

                and my small advice to Bmtc department please giving training to your conductor and drivers hoe behave,
                and regarding conductors they give used ticket and they going take money from us.

                and who cheating government against them take action instead of that i toke tha pass that price is 660 Rs, for that id card charge is 100 rs only, when i toke 660 rs pass i couldnot able to take id card ?

                because of him again i am purchase daily pass i spending more money from my packet.

                Dear Sir,

                I'm a public of Mysore Road, Bangalore i have faced many problem from BMTC buses they are not giving a perfect stop in the bus stop and if the buses are empty also they wont give the stop in the bus stop.

                In this you have raised the price of bus pass poor people cant pay this much amount please make sure that perfect price for the bus pass.

                  Hi this is Karthik I really had a very bad experience today with BMTC, today I traveled from Srinivasagar to Corporation bus I travel was 43E @ 8.30AM , conductor was rude with passengers , that gentleman was very kind to the school students by beating them & using slang words to move front if there is enough place(peak hours) is there any problem to move front , this incident made me to raise the complaint & also my problem first thing is I gave him 40/-(4 10/- notes) for pass he kept the money inside his bag & asked what? I said pass he took 30rs from his bag & asked me another 10/- I said sir I gave 40/- please check he shows that 30/- & demanding 10/- from me a passenger beside me said that I gave 40rsonly but he was strong saying that it only 30/- & he said i[censored] don’t have get down from the bus & I gave him another 10/- & showed my BMTC ID card so that daily pass charge is 35/- he said u have to take diff ID for daily pass then only its 35/-. Bus was not stopped in bus stops, passengers were shouting to stop the bus in stops. Why should I pay 15/- extra to BMTC? i have attached my ID & daily pass.I want my 15/- back & proper action to be take on the rash behaving conductors.
                  y do this conductors give correct chage back to passengers we should call them PUBLIC PICKPOCKETERS not conductors, if passenge is aware that daily pass is 35/- for a pass id holder(monthly pass ID) y do they charge 40/- after shwing the ID also saying this ID is invalid for 35/- pass. god knows wat they do with is money . Govt should take back benifits & schemes given to drivers & conductors.

                      Hi,

                      I am Ganesh studying in a B School affiliated to Annamalai University. The institute is located in Bengaluru. BMTC denied issuing me a Bus Pass as my B School was not affiliated to Bangalore University. This is pathetic as I am still studying in Bangalore as a student and nowhere in the below two links is this rule stated.

                      On enquiring with the superintendent at Majestic Bus Station, he told me that the students whose colleges are affiliated to Bangalore University, pay revenue to the Karnataka Govt, whereas non Karnataka Universities get revenue in their respective states and the Karnataka Government does not get anything.

                      On informing him that Bangalore University was not capable of providing a course content to my liking and my interests, he informed that it was not BMTC's problem.

                      This is education for god's sake and no matter which university in India, a college in Karnataka is affiliated to, the Government Of Karnataka (Mr. Yediyurappa) or the BMTC president should take immediate action to rectify this issue.and give all students of Karnataka, bus passes of their comfort and not put IDIOTIC restrictions like this. Personally I dont care if the Karnataka Government gets revenue or not, I need my bus pass immediately.

                        I would like to bring in to your notice that, we do not have any Shivajinagar bus during 8.30am to 9:00am morning.Due to this people residing in marathalli are facing lot of problems.
                        I would request you to make necessary arrangements bus during this time.Since this will be office hour for many employees they face many problems in travelling in rushed bus.

                        And one more think to complain , not let allow buses at the same time .it will be loss for both bmtc & passengers also .

                        Sir,

                        SUB: REQUEST FOR BMTC BUS FROM KENGERI SATELLITE TOWN TO MARATHALLI.

                        With reference to the above subject we the passengers residing in Kengeri Satellite Town & Kengeri would like to inform that we are all employees of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited daily travelling in BMTC buses to attend the duties in HAL (since there is no subsidized transport in HAL), so we kindly request for regular BMTC buses from Kengeri Satellite Town to Marathalli & Marathalli to Kengeri Satellite Town - via - Kengeri, Rajarajeshwari Arch, Bapuji Nagar, City Market Flyover, Corporation, Richmond Circle, Airport Road, HAL, & Marathalli, throughout the route hundreds of HAL employees (and also other regular passengers) are travelling regularly early in the morning 05.45 AM onwards (Since I Shift timings in HAL is 07.00 AM onwards). This can be verified by running BMTC buses on Trial Basis in the above mentioned route from 05.45 AM onwards.

                        Please consider our request which will be more helpful to the passengers travelling (Both HAL employees and also other regular passengers) in the above mentioned route and run the buses regularly from 05.45 AM onwards, which is also profitable to BMTC.

                        Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                        I am residing in K.R.Puram
                        I would like to bring in to your notice that, we do not have any bus from K.R.Puram to Koramangla.
                        There are hundreds of people commuting to Koramangla and Madivala via Indranagar inner ring road.
                        And there are no buses from binnamangla to Koramangla too since all buses go via ulsoor, CMH road.

                        And the buses coming from Kalyanagar(Bus No.8) dont stop everyday at the binnamangla stop in office hours. We everyday travel by private buses though we have bmtc monthly passes.

                        Please do take my request into consideration and take the necessary action as early as possible.

                        BMTC — No Bus Facility from Binnamangala to Koramangala

                        Dear Concern,

                        There is no proper bus facility from Bhinmangala to Koramangala.

                        Every day 30-45 minutes is getting wasted.

                        REQUESTING FOR BUS FROM DODDAKAMANAHALLI, BANNERGATTA to ELECTRONIC CITY .

                        There are lot of IT professionals working in Electroniccity staying in Bannergatta Road / Doddakamanahalli, could you please start a BMTC bus from this route to Electronicity.
                        There is a bus from Gottigere to EC - 378, but people staying in Doddakamanahalli do not have a easy access to this bus.
                        Kindly consider the request.

                        less frequency of Bus No.171(Koramangala to Majestic)

                        At the time between 8 to 9 am very less frequencies there. After waiting for long time, back to back 2 buses are coming. Very much rush also in the morning. Please look in to that and kindly make more frequency as soon as possible.

                          Both the above mentioned route buses do not stick to departure timing at Tatanagar causing lot of hardship to commuters depending on public transport around this time of the day. Pl strictly instruct the staff to stick to the time from tatanagar or else warn them about their imminent transfer to a punishment route. Now we are being punished for no fault of ours by going to Kodigehalli or outer ring road near Bhadrappa layout signal - a good walking distance of around 15 to 20 minutes ie 3 bus stops distance. Pl realise our suffering caused by these petty tyrants and transfer them immediately please.

                          Public Transport(Buses) — Not Maintaining the Timing

                          In our area (Periyar Nagar) Ch-82. They are not maintaing the correct timing in peek hours also. Compare our near ares's bus No as well as Bus counting are less.
                          But In our area Govt. allocated Counting of Buses are much better than other areas like (T.V.K NA, REDHILLS AND SO ON.) . But Here, Not maintaing the Usage of buses. Based on their convient and other reason their taking buses.
                          Yes, I agree her complaint. I'm also belongs to that area. In T.V.K NAGAR No. of buses are 38c, 8b, 46, 37b each may have 3 buses. So, may be 15 buses like.In REDHILLS NAD OTHER SURROUNDING ARES LIKE KOLATUR, TEACHER;S COLONY, VINAYAGAPURAM have 142, 242, 42c, 29 and counting also less. But In Periyar Nagar They are having 8a, 42, 46b, 29a, 29L, 29c, N29B and so on. And counting also much more than others stations.But their are not maintaining the Timing As per their convenient and other reason. If collections are less also they are cancelling the buses..

                            201-R volvo bus supposed to take the following path from SONY world to Madiwala

                            SONY WORLD-->CANARA BANK---->BDA COMPLEX BUS STOP---->WATER TANK STOP--->MADIWALA.

                            These days(after the construction of the over bridge near Ayappan temple) 201-R volvos are bypassing the BDA COMPLEX stop and Water tank stop by taking short cut before BDA complex that leads to Madiwala.Because of which passengers waiting in BDA complex stop and Water tank stop need have a indefinite wait.
                            When questioned the conductor it was told that water tank signal waiting time is around 3-4 min and hence they are bypassing.The bus drivers and bus conductors are choosing the route based on their convenience rather on passengers convenience.

                              I want to lodge a complaint on the bus driver of the above mentioned bus. This person was driving like a maniac near the Nagawara circle. He almost rammed into my car and when I asked him slow down he started using bad language and followed my car honking, even at the signal he kept honking behind my car just to irritate me. He would come dangerously close to the car. Such drivers are a serious threat to commuters. I hope such irresponsible drivers should be taken to task.

                              I totally agree, he must have been an auto driver in the past, just got the govt job, so he is showing his skills. The transport dept must and should educate the drivers and conductors on road safety and guidelines. the lives of both the public on road and the commuters are at stake. Just because these guys have the govt job, they think nothing can be done to them. The dept must seize the DL and suspend or restricate them from services.
                              I totally agree with this person. Such drivers should have their drivers licence revoked.

                              I agree with this person. Such drivers who doesn't care anyone on the road and drive rashly should be immediately suspended from duties and seize their DL. I hope BMTC authority can understand these words.

                              I am Shobha Narayan working as a Auditor was on the way to my office towards kalinga Rao Road, I was standing in the junction in front of Bus No. KA 01 FA 375, Rounte No. 271, no idea about the initial, as soon as the yellow light appeared he started his bus and hitted my vehicle (Access 123) and went mercilessly. Kindly treat this as my complaint towards that driver and take sevear action. The bus was towards double road. Alady fat dark driver.

                              Today at 6.45Pm 19/05/2014, A BMTC Bus NO:KA-57-F- 623, from MG Road side passing towards Halasur was Driving very rashly at the traffic and passed the lido signal and stop the bus in lido bus wrongly for long time and made traffic their was no traffic police reported and when some of the public including me punith asked the driver both the driver and conductor started abusing and made nuisance kindly take a action against this driver and conductor the picture of bus and driver and conductor is been uploaded.

                              this is punith i am a common man, today 19/05/2014 at 6:45 Pm a bus to Halusuru via MGRoad bus no KA-57 F-623, was driving rashly and stopping in middle of the road without common sense and not sure whether the driver was drunk but when some of the public asked including me both driver and conductor behaved rashly, why their is common sense to BMTC Employees, its time to change kindly hire some educated ppl and at same treat this as my complaint I am ready to come to any place to complaint on this kindly take an action.

Government Bus service is to help the public not to kill the public, Kindly all your employee's Mr Respected Public Minister, Directors and Emploees...of BMTC. keep in mind, your family members may suffer one day same way in the roads.

                              Once we were crossing the bridge immediately there is a stop in corner after crossing he is driving to so corner all started running because people were little front in line I don't no why suddenly he was taking the bus towards so corner and there was a blind girl standing thank god there was a girl who pulled her back otherwise he would have ran over her because he was just rushing so harshly without any bortheration I don't understand sometimes there behaviour.

                              I wonder the driver whether he is driving a public utility BMTC bus or an auto rickshaw. I request the concerned
                              authorities to take immediate necessary action against the above bus driver before he commits any major accident
                              and loss of public property.

                                organized crime gang operating aboard bmtc buses are involved in pickpocketing and robbery.
                                there are certain routes like g8, c3, 201, 501, etc where max cases take place.on 15th july 2010 i got robbed of my mobile phone which was inside my pant pocket near kengeri upanagara on bus g-8. 4 to 5 ppl will always stand near the door and using distraction techniques pick pocket innocent ppl. if we create a scene, they force us to get down form the bus. this clearly shows that the conductor is also involved in the scam. i really hope honorable transport minister Mr.R Ashok takes strict action and helps get my mobile back.

                                  I took the front door to climb the bus at K R Puram Railway Station as there was no space in the back door for which the driver abused for nearly 15 minutes. Stopped the bus, pushed me down, and assaulted in front of public. He did not allow me to board the bus. I had purchased the ticket also. The driver did not had badge and was drunk. He did not disclose his name upon asking several times. The conductor kept quiet seeing all the drama. There is no rule as such that a male passenger has to climb only in the backdoor. This is an insult and inconvenience to the public.

                                    The Buses route no 252GA, KA01 F3659, From Andhrahalli To Yeswanthpuram has running from last 8Months. That request of the regullar Passenger those who are going to Peenya, Jalahalli and Yeswanthpuram. But now this has diverted to Vidhyamayanagar from inner side wise coming but there is no problem for us. But now the bus is not coming to Andhrahalli School Stop and it is stop in Andhrahalli AllaiMara Stop. If we ask to driver and conductor they infroming the BMTC Controller has been instructed them that you have hault the Bus in Vidhyamanyanagar itself ok then the bus stopes then where sould go the regular Passenger those from Andhrahalli School stop. Like this only from Last five yrs the route number 252G, 265B/1 and 265B/2 listing to drivers and conductors some wrong informtion the bus has been cancelled and they have diverted the route to only for Tigularapalya(265B/1 and 2) and 252G route itself cancelled which was running from Bydarahalli To KBS. And samething regullarly means Morning and evening one trip from Sivajinagar to Vidhyamayanagar we have requested the bus to extenend to Andhrahalli but they have not extended the route. But know the with request of Vidhyamanyanagar people's the bus route 252GA has been diverted. But today they are telling that you have hault at Vidhyamanyanagar in future BMTC Controller will no bus should go to Andhrahalli means then where should go the Andhrahalli. I don't know what type of BMTC Staff are there they do not have little manners that the bus should hault at Andhrahalli School Stop. For what BMTC controller will reply. pls we are requesting to pls instruct the driver and conductors to come to Andhrahalli School Stop.

                                    Today (20.6.2011 at 11 am) bus route number G9 bus number FA1467 KA01. Bus route has been diverted from BRV to Infantry road and we were 7 members to get down in BRV but he didnt go that route he turned to infantry road we asked for stop the bus in infantry road he didnt stop and he stop the bus in shivaji nagar bus stand.

                                    Drivers and conductors have arrogant and very worst behaviour.

                                    They think as if they are carrying us free of cost.

                                    BMTC is not at all registering complaint and taking action.

                                      Today I travelled from jayadeva Hospital to Majestic Bus Stand. The conductor took the money from me and from my friends. But He didn't give us the tickets. When we asked he is telling wait..I will give... Till the last point of stop he didin't give the tickets. When we reached at Majestic we asked where is the tickets.. He is telling no need.. You can leave now. We told you are cheating to government and for the same we will complain to BMTC. They he told leave from here or I will arrest you for not doing the tickets..                                       i am new to bangalore i dont know much about the bus numbers to travel from place to place.i travelled from devanhalli to hebbal on 28/6/2011 that is yesterday in afternoon around to o clock. first before getting in to the bus. bus was standing i asked conducter where this bus goes. he told where you u want to go their to that place it ll go he said. he mis behaved with me. he talked rubbish and bad words. sir for new persons if they dont know the address they should guide us properly . but conducter mis guiding and mis behaved with me, if we females are suffering like this then please govt should punish such conductor. bus number is KA 01 FA-591.
                                      Hi I was travelling from BTM to basavangudi on 4-3-2012 at 9.30 am in BMTC 60 E bus(which goes to vijayanagar via basavangudi).Driver itself was collecting tickets.I paid him 50 Rs(as i was taking ticket for both me and my frend) from water tank to basavangudi.Rs 12 each was the ticket charge.Driver had to pay me 26 Rs change .He just wrote the change behing one of the tickets and dumped it in my hand which fell down(becoz of air) .Driver has seen this.However i manage to pick one ticket which had fallen down.couldnt pick the other one as it fell inside the gear box.Since bus was not at all crowded(hardly had 7-8 people i assumed that drivwer would remeber that ticket fell down and he had to pay change.However i had one ticket with me.While getting down in basavangudi when i asked for the change .Driver asked for the ticket .I gave him one ticket and told him the other one had fallen down which he has also seen.and i told him to pay my change back.But rather than paying the change driver started abusing me without even minding that i am a lady and started using slang wrds.At one pointof time even came to hit me.But none of the passengers came to our rescue all were dumb spectators.I have noted down the bus number -KA01F 3119.Its not the matter of change .I am not lodging this complaint for getting my change but to show people how drivers cheat people and misbehave using abusive words.Since there is no prper rules and no one to monitor these people they behave in this way without any fear.I request to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action on the driver for misbehaving and cheating
