This happened as I was coming from Jayadeva hospital check post to Himagiri Meadows(before gottigere) . I boarded a blue color bus going towards gottigere at 8.30 pm on today(Jan 31st). I have given the last 4 numbers of that bus.(F 4850) I did not notice the route no or no number was given. While I was getting down in Himagiri meadows I went to the front of the bus to get down. As I was getting down even before I could come out the bus the driver needlessly closed the door and my hand was stuck inside. Also he instead of opening the door started the bus and therefore I was in danger of grievious injury. Only when I and the co-passengers shouted did he opened the door and my hand was released. Because of the reckless and foolish action of this driver, I was in danger of great injury. This happend at 8.45pm at Himagiri meadows. The driver did not even apologize for that and casually took the bus. I want immediate action against this driver.

Am bringing it to the notice since there are many case of injuries and damages caused to private people and private cars on the OMR. These drivers think they are the bosses of the roads and just leave the bus and take shelter in the police station in a bad situation. I presume there is no punishment from the employer or a sudden audit of their behaviour on the drivers' seat.

I request you to take appropriate enquiry with the driver and ensure safety for the public.

    Sir,

    This is regarding the ladies seat reservation.

    The rule says that the seat has to be vacated by any male passenger sitting in ladies seat when there are any women pasengers. But this does not happen at all.

    All most all seats are occupied by men, also they stand up till the driver making it very very difficult for the women passengers. Also few of the conductors do not support women in getting their seats.

    Request you to look into the same.

    As per the rules all womens are not getting the reservation seats as the seats are reserved for womens. Eventhough the seats are very less for womens then also they are not going to leave ladies seats. few conductors do not support women in getting their seats.

    Iam a regular traveller from majestic to kurubarahalli but the buses are very less. kindly request you to provide extra buses to kurubarahalli especially after 6.00 pm

    BMTC some Buses are coming from majestic are not giving stop in K.R.circle bus stop opp Govt.science college, If checking inspector is there, vehicle then only buses are coming to bus stop.
    All passengers are suffering because of this. Already earlier we have complained regarding this to checking inspector Sarathi Vehicle. but till date no action was taken.
    Please take necessary action agst all drivers and help passengers to reach their destination early.

    IN BMTC BUSES LADIES SEATS ARE ONLY FOR NAME SAKE. ALL SEATS ARE OCCUPIED BY GENTS FROM MAJESTIC. THIS IS HAPPENING ALL BUSES. GENTS NEVER VACATE THAT SEAT IF LADIES PASSENGERS REQUEST THEM. EVEN CONDUCTORS ARE NOT BOHTER ABOUT THIS.

    ONE HORRIBLE THING IS THAT ONE MAN SHOW. DRIVER & CONDUCTORS WORK HANDLED BY DRIVER ONLY.

    MORING TIME ALL ARE IN HURRY TO GO TO OFFICE. SINCE THESE DRIVERS ARE DOING BOTH THE DUTIES, BUSES ARE REACHING THE DESTINATION LATE. EVEN WHILE ISSUING TICKETS DRIVERS ARE LEAVE THEIR BOTH HANDS ON STARING TO ISSUE THE TIKCETS PASSENGERS. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS. IF ANY THING HAPPENS WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THE LOSE
    Do we have any ladies seats in BMTC volvos also and if it is not there then they should introduce some ladies seats in volvos also.
    Even u ladies sit on gents seat...why u want to sit on gents seat huh? first stop that... and why the hell they should provide reservation in volvo.everyone pays higher than normal fare... they can't reserve seats in ac buses... not only ladies provide more money even we ll provide... :@ :X
    Now a days gentsare sitting in ladies seats in BMTC buses when we request them to leave the seat they are talking mannerlessly and they are telling you people are aged and don't have culture to behave properly they won't vacate and even bus conductors are also supporting gents and ignoring us in the buses. If they vacate also they will stand behind the ladies touching them from back side . Now a days it has become very shameful things . Hence we request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and give justification to ladies according to the rules. So that ladies can travel comfortably in the bus

    I have already complaint my problem through e-mail, but so far we are not getting any relief from gents . To-day i.e.7.10.2011 when I was coming in 340 A bus No. 1239 one gents was sitting in ladies seat so many ladies requested hom to vacate he used very bad words and other gents also in bus supported him ignoring ladies.     There Should no discrimination in rules. I saw so many times Ladies are occupying gents seat and Gents are not asking to vacate. Already ladies reserved bus started from BMTC and they are getting more comfort than Gents.
    There should be reserved bues for mens also. Now a days they are getting same salary in corporate sector but for reservation they always have question. Any rules which is made by BMTC or other organization should not be discriminating by keeping mens on other side..

    I was seating on the first seat... He suddenly comes and let me get up and saying it's his seat... Later on I searched on net... Whether there's any seat reserved for conductors... But there was no such thing... Please take some action against such things... We r paying for the seats... If we don't get its fine... But letting us get up from the seat is so not dobe
    Can someone answer how the reservation works for BMTC buses with KSRTC board! I mean the bus works and looks like BMTC but will have KSRTC board which doesn't allow passes! I suppose ladies seat reservation works like the normal BMTC buses but conductor says no such rules for KSRTC.. can someone familiar person clarify this to me!
    I took BMTC AC bus from bansankari to Manyata, at silk boar bus stand I got place to sit in the first seat, As per BMTC rule in AC BUSES are first seats reserved for conductor ?

      Hi,

      I am daily travelling from Vijaynagar to Whitefield by bus no. 500K & 333T. The route used by these buses are very lengthy & take moretime ( 2.5 Hrs for 500K & 2Hrs for 333T).
      Why can't we have direct route White field --> Old Airport road --> Sule Circle -->Life style --> Corporaion Circle --> KR Market Fly Over --> mysore Road --> Vijay nagar.

      This can save lot of time. This is opnion of several people who are travelling daily.

      OR

      Extend the buses going to Majestic to Chandra layout / Nagarabhavi ( Changing 335E to 333T).



      Please look into this & do the needful.

      I am totally agree with this complaint. Travelling for 2.5 - 3 hrs before & after working is really painful.

      I hope BMTC authorities will look in to this.

      500N bus root was good, all of sudden service has been stopeed, Please resume it. So many professiionals perticularly aged and pregnants are dependent on that as it stays uncrowded and has good service by driver and conductor.

      Hi,

      I am travelling everyday from Hopefarm (Whitefield) to Silk Board.For the same I take Volvo (500/505/506) from ITPL .For this I need to change 2 buses every day to reach Silk Board.

      All above volvos start from ITPL.

      Hope Farm is just 2 stops (2KM) ahead of ITPL.

      If any of the above bus service is extended till Hopefarm then it will be a great help for so many daily travellers.

      Hi,

      I am daily travelling from Arekere( Banerghatta) to Tinfactory @ morning 8a.m by bus no. 500C( FROM Arekere to Marathalli) & 500D( from Marathalli to Tin factory). The route used by these buses are very lengthy & take moretime ( 2.5 Hrs)
      Why can't we have direct route tin factory ?This can save lot of time.
      and also i have faced lot of problems while returning back . after 6 pm the volvo servuces are very less in Banerghatta road( from Shopper stop bus stop to Banerghatta)

      I am sorry to inform you that inspite of going for monthly volvo bus passes, Though Volvo has increase monthly pass fares, they are least bothered to see that their frequencies are well controlled. Many times, we see all of a sudden 3-4 buses coming altogether whenst you have been waiting for a single bus to come to your stop. During evening after 7pm - it is difficult to get a sinlge bus especially buses coming from Silkboard - though ordinary buses run quite regularly.

      If we are paying for monthly pass don't we have a right to get the money's worth. Mind here, the difference of ordinary monthly fares and monthly pass is just 150 INR but when you are forced to ply ordinary buses - this amount of difference increases and we end up loosing money due to BMTC practices.

      Resultant, every bus that comes is overcrowded because of this delay. Moreover, people are not in a position to leave one crowded bus and wait for the another to come.

      I am forced to travel in ordinary buses. Recently, I am finding that BMTC has cut down on frequencies especially on the following routes: Old Airport to Marathahalli and Marathahalli to EcoSpace Drive daily to my office. Worst thing, I am not able to get a bus inspite of waiting for 20 mins especially in the evening. Even buses from Mayo Hall to Old Airport after 10pm is very difficult.

      So, let us know are you going to put back the frequency level for Old Airport and Silkboard buses.

      Hope some one is hearing it and this problem is immediately attended or else we would be forced to leave volvo aside and start using ordinary buses.

      BMTC, please do something - passengers are increasing and the bus timings are not properly arranged. So, are you going to listen to our request.
      volvo bus service from nagabhavi starts from 7.45am. How is it possible to reach ITPL at 8.45 as office in time is 9.00AM. Itis requested to start from 6.45, so 2 hrs journey & can reach at8.45. Will the authority look into it?.

      As per schedule on bmtc website after 8_40am there is no bus 500k from vijayanagar in the morning.But conductor tells me there is one after half an hour. Where can I find latest schedule?

      Please extend the 335E to Vijayanagar & Chandra layout.

        Hi,

        I am not sure if this makes any sense for the government of Karnataka but BMTC should become more responsible and disciplined. Conductors and drivers should be resposible enough to perform there duties properly. Its the responsibility of conductor to make people aware of how to use the bus service, I was traveling in KA-01-F-2591 in the morning time when the bus is fully crowded and to my utter surprise I am seeing 2 male passengers sitting in ladies seats and commenting on gals and torturing, asked the conductor to tell them to get up from ladies seat but the fool conductor did not have the guts to tell them. This is really hopeless.
        Like this India will never grow and people like these will dominate the women.

        Not sure if any actions would be taken, but its my duty so I have done my part. Its ur duty to stop eating public money and do somethg for them.......

        I regularly travel in BMTC from Jayanagar to Hunasamaranahalli on new Airport road. Every day I get horrible experience travelling in BMTC. today I boarded a bus from Majestic (298M - KA-50 2185) at 1:30 PM. Driver was in a hurry right from start that he did not even wait at BUS stops for the passenger to board or alight. I saw passenger running behind the bus to board. Also one of the passenger escaped narrowly near hebbal when the driver immediately started the bus before the passenger could board. At yelahanka he stopped the bus & starting quarreling with a passenger on a silly thing & wasted nearly 20 mins quarreling with passenger.

        I would urge the concerned BMTC authorities to take action against this irresponsible driver.
        U can not make stop anyone from sitting in ladies seat if the seat is empty.

        anyways this reservation scheme is full of nonsense
        The Bus number 266R which stopped near sambhram engineering college by 1:30PM on[protected]where my parents departed) travelled to swasthik. They asked for proper destination but due to lack of dumbness of the that conductor, he listened some other destination. When my parents arrived the destination they asked for change. But this conductor abused them very badly. What the hell of situation is going on in this world. My dad is 68 years old and my mom is 63 years old. How the hell he can do it like that ? As i am staying out the country i cannot give a formal compliant about this issue. But i believe that if something is left in this country please take a necessary action against all these "Mother [censored]ing ". I am harsh and i know the pain of missing the parents for a long time. Hope website helps me.

          I took BMTC's Volvo bus- 500K (KA 01 FA 1747) from Silk Board to Ecospace today.

          On boarding the bus I asked the conductor for the ticket but did not have the EXACT change .I handed a Rs.100 note to the conductor and was appalled by his reaction.

          He started shouting at me for not providing him the exact amount. I asked him to stop yelling and told him to issue me a ticket for the next stop instead to which he disagreed and continued with his rant.

          We talk about training auto drivers on public conduct, I suggest we include in it these unruly and uncivilised hooligans calling themselves "conductors" so they learn how to talk to and behave with the passengers.

            BMTC is currently providing good service across namma bengaluru. Even though the roads are not good due to Namma Metro project, the drivers are taking us home well with in time and with out any harm. But i feel sorry when i see new Jn nurm buses, because on these buses the BMTC has written there full form as Bangalore Metro.....etc.

            The name of Bangalore has changed to Bengaluru, and it is beening effectively used all over namma bengaluru, but these govt. organisations are not using them. It hurts me a lot. The govt, organisations must implement these things and make sure that they use only bengaluru word all over the city.

              Dear Sir,

              We are regularly travel from Dairy Circle to Brigade road in route number G-4 – BIG-10 Buses and Koramangala to Brigade Road in G-2 – BIG-10 Buses. In these buses, behaviors of conductors are very rough. The problems we are regularly suffering in these buses are:
              Conductors are not giving the tickets, he takes only money after that firstly he will say "give me chiller" though he has sufficient chiller. If we give chiller then he will not give tickets. If we don’t have chiller then we have to beg for our refund as well tickets. If we argue for tickets or refund then they are doing misbehave

              Please do the needful as this regular practice.

                Dear BMTC,

                To day myself and my wife were traveling in BMTC from city market in route No 335, (KA 01 – FA 1087) from City Market at about 5 pm, while alighting at Murgeshpalya , the conductor and driver not bothered to monitor passenger getting down. My wife was fallen down, there was severe bruise.

                The driver behavior was so strange, in stops like richmond circle, corporation the bus was not stop, even by stretching hand and requesting by public, they are not bothered.

                Such Driver and conductor is nuisance to public, please save the public from the irresponsible staff.

                BMTC — Conductor irresponsible

                The BMTC volvo bus no KA01 fa 2238 with service no 500C destination to ITPL which ran on 17/09/2010 around 6:30PM via Marathahalli bridge.

                The conductor is so irresponsible.Collecting extra fares for the ticket than usual.He might be new to this but isn't listening to the passengers .For Rs 10 fare from JP morgan to Marathahalli he gave Rs 15 ticket and arguing this is the correct fare.'

                Though he is having change he is not willing to give until insisting for a longer time.
                We request to kindly seek the action against this .Please do not read and enjoy ,wake up and do the needful

                BMTC — lack of ordinary buses which go into electronic city

                i am facing a problem to go inside electronic city ,as there are very few blue buses which go into it,and they are often full.Please increase the number of 600FB buses during 8-10a.m & 5-7pm.I request you to take the action as soon as possible.

                I was Charge Rs 20 in place of Rs 15 for travelling from Richmond Road to Domlur , for showing the Rs 660 Bus pass as told by the conductor .

                  The BMTC conductors and the SQUAD seems to be playing a game to collect money. Today when my wife was coming from Domlur stop to the Marathalli stop, the conductor did not issue a ticket. On the next stop the squad got into the bus and charged fine worth of 100 Rs. when my wife protested telling that the conductor haven't issued the ticket and that the just got into the bus the Squad member did not issue a ticket, then also he did not listen. He told that either she will give the 100 Rs fine or he will drag her to the nearest police station. I have the receipt but I cannot type the details as every thing is written in Kannada and unfortunately I do not know Kannada. I feel its a way of extracting money from innocent people by the BMTC squad. BMTC please take some action. If any BMTC members want a copy of the receipt i can scan it and mail it to them. Hope some action will be taken, or else this forum is useless. These squad members do not know how to behave to the customer. Please recruit some good people. There are a lot of people without job in he place. Please use the resources.

                  BMTC — Conductors not providing the proper ticket

                  Today morning I got into a new type of BMTC bus(BIG 10(Air Suspension vehicle)-Pass not allowed). My ticket charge was Rs.15 but the conductor gave me only 10 rupee ticket. Afte I asked for two times, she gave me the reply saying "There is shortage of 5 rupee ticket and so she is not giving. What we are supposed to do when the conductor is not giving the proper ticket?
                  daily i get a bus to elec city, it actually cost around 8 Rs but always this people(bmtc) give 8 rs ticket only and also they are not answering properly for that.

                  my frnds travell daily in Bus No: Ka 2808 / Janti Vahana 501, from Marathalli / Belandur to HSR Layout Sector1 (Near CPWD Qts / Food Days). All other buses stop here, only this bus never stops, if asked driver " travel form other bus, i am stopping this". conductor dosnt issue tickets all are girls thery are scared to argue, as both shout, what has happened to this part of Bangalore, in malleshwaram / Jayanagar south areas in never happens, if it is people question, i am taking it personally since this is not only about my frnds about Karnataka, kindly take immediate action, if this manner repeats again, to the girls people here (still we have kanndiagas from all associations) will join and stop, yaaru ivaranu nilslilla endhre naav maad thivee, namma naadu / thangiyere prashnay, awaiting your reply, all kannidagas and association,note this number , if no changes in the behaviour will put a coment on this again, all can join and stop it, HSR police station too take action .

                  While I am travelling in the bus in the morning 6.35 A. M. I gave 10Rs note to issue me a ticket from Basavanapura Stop to Jayadeva Junction. The conductor did not issue me a ticket when I demanded the ticket to issue the conductor started shouting at me and making me very upset. For that reason I even called BMTC & Jignani depot manager to complaint against the conductor but they asked me to send in writing. Please advice the conductor in the bus to behave politely with the passengars.
                  I agree these bus conductors and drivers al behave like bloody kings of the bus

                  Firstly these think they own the bus and are least concerened about the concern of the passengers

                  They need to be told that we r payign high tickets and travelling not to listen to their bloddy arrogance,

                  Yesterday, at about 6pm, I catched bmtc bus 500A Bus no.2448 at Silkboard junction towards J.P.Nagar(signal).I was waiting for busconductor for purchasing the ticket as the conductot was coming frm frontside with full rush inbetween the ticketinspection team came inside and forced me to pay penalty of Rs.500/- & threatned me to take policestation due to not pursued the ticket.As I am law gradute and knows all the rules & regulation.Lastly, requested me to pay Rs.50/- for penalty & agreeded, paid.

                  Therefor, I request you to enquire, wheter the passengers fault or conductor fault?

                  I was Travelling from Nagawara to Hennur...On 04th May 2011,at 1:50pm,I boarded a BMTC bus
                  [KA-01F 1174 ,Hebbal to Nadavati, Bus No-301 ] & i told the conductor Hennur Depot & gave him 4 Rupees but the culprit conductor returned 1 Re & did not give me the Ticket...On the same day while Returning back I boarded another bus from Hennur to Nagawara [KA-01F 2514-Hebbal to Silk Board ],this conductor too did the same thing..If a Checker comes i will be caught & conductor will blame me & i ll have to pay fine..this is what your Cheat conductors do to majority of the Commuters...

                  Please take some Action against this Corruption & cheating done on passengers & Governments BMTC...

                  Yes. This is happening always. Even if we give the correct bus fare and ask for ticket, the conductor will look at u as if you were a joker.
                  BMTC has to take some action in this regard. Once the conductor took 80 Rs for 4 tickets from domlur to corporation ( volvo ) and didn't give the ticket. When we asked for the ticket he used to scold in Kannada.
                  Also when we ask to stop the bus in a busstop the driver will not do it. He will always stop after the bus stop only. Now people also not standing at the bus stop. U can count the busstops where u can find the people. They will always stand atleast 1 or 2 mt from the bus stop.

                  licence number ka 01 F 4331. Rude behaviour by bus conductor, charged 7 rupees for one stop against 4 rupees.
                  Travel Date and Time : May 29th 2:10 P.M I boarded 201 with Number KAO1 F 3989 Pushpak (Driver cum Conductor)from Jai Deva East End to Silk board and the driver cum conductor, did not issue the ticket even though i paid him proper bus fare.

                  On demand he said go give complaint let's see who will take action.Such a rude behavior from these people.

                  Also, hope that the Transport Minister Mr. Ashok R looks into this.

                  Request government to look into such kind of issues where the Driver cum conductor can be careless and not performing their duty well.

                    This is regarding the bus route journey from Kalyan Nagar to Banneraghatta. Route Bus nos MBS8 and 412. There is no proper timing for the bus services in this route. The greater excuse for the BMTC is the Byappanahalli Railway Gate. Having that as the reason, no proper buses available for the commuters and it is daily problem.

                    Kindly request you to look into the problem and take care of the public specially during peak hours.

                    If you wait for the bus. always you can find the bus going on the otherside 2 or 3 together. This side people have to wait for either of the 3 whenever it comes. It is very very bad part of BMTC especially in this route.

                    Please take necessary action to solve this issue atleast during peak hours (School/College/office timings).

                    I took bus from ISOLATION- Bangalore to Tippasandra -Bangalore on DEC 13 morning 10 A.M.
                    Bus number KA 01 FA 615. I paid Rs 3/- and asked ticket.
                    He didn't give. I asked twice again but didn't issue.
                    i'm a student of a college.. At the time of evening their is so much of crowd in majestic and no proper arrangements will be set up.. and the buses will not spot in the bus stands, And that creates a horrible situation and the passengers will quarrel with some silly silly reasons.. So i request you to kindly take a strict action on this complaint.

                      Hi,

                      I would like to report a Hit and Run case against a Bangalore BMTC bus driver. On Friday, 27 Nov 2009, I was driving on Sheshadri Road at around 9 am when a BMTC bus hit my car from behind and broke my right-side lights and damaged my rear bumper. The bus route number was 211-H and bus registration number was KA-01-FA-327.

                      The driver refused to admit his fault and also refused to provide his name or show his driving license. He forced me to go back into my car and said go complain if you want, I will not provide my name / driving license details.

                      When I called up the BMTC office to register a complaint, they were not even interested in talking to me.

                      Due to this accident, I have incurred car repair expenses of approx. Rs. 4,000. How do I get compensated for this loss? Is this the kind of behaviour that the BMTC provides to the citizens of Bangalore?

                        Travelling back to Vidyaranyapura from Majestic is a pain between 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Volvo buses don't ply from majestic. Getting back from office even after having a Volvo pass becomes a waste. Request BMTC to increase the frequency from Majestic to Vidayaranyapura during this time.

                        There are no busses from kadugudi to reach at office time ( 9:00 AM - 9:30AM) in to Shivaji nagar area. I dont know why the frequency of 335E is more by neglecting all other routes.Introducing atleast 1 or 2 busses during the time 7:30 to 8:00 morning time will be really a great help for those people who are working in Shivaji Nagar.

                        Taking monthly pass for 1500 and down in MG road and paying another 50 bugs for auto is not feasible. Please consider this and do the needfull.

                          i had same experiance from a BMTC bus conductor and driver today(03/12/2009)... i took ticket from new-horizon college to marthahally which is only 3rs journey, i didnt had change so i give 10rs. not only he didnt giv me 7rs balance but also he act like he is not hearing me, which leads to some scenes dere like he caught my shirt, one passenger tell something to release me, driver closed both the doors atlast he droped 1 stop after my actual stop.

                          there was hardly 6 or 7 mebers in the bus dat i travelled. the conductor in the bus didnt carry any cange to giv balance to passengeres. he is askin 2 get out from the bus if one have no balance. when i asked him why he didnt carry change he pointed to something which written in kannada later i understood its meaning is "give change".

                          i forgot to look conductor's name(he is dark, around 5ft6" hight, avg fat guy) & driver who have mis allignment of eyes, but i noted d bus number partialy which is KA-08-2815. a blue colour bus.

                          I had taken a bus 171 from Adugodi to Majestic at around 9:20 a.m. today. I have given Rs. 20 and he gave me a ticket of Rs. 13 and at the back he has written Rs. 7. I asked after corporation bus stop to give me change but he told he will give later on. After following again and again he gave me Rs. 5 and after reaching majestic he refused to give balance Rs. 2 and told me get down from bus. I have to get down since I am getting late to reach office.

                          This type of services we used to receive from them.

                          Kindly request you to do needful in this regard and teach them how to behave with passengers.

                            My Name is Imran Khan and I work as an Engineer for an organization located in Domoluru and I stay in Jalahalli cross, My Cab pick up is at BEL circle I need to travel by BMTC bus daily from Jalahalli cross to catch my Cab in BEL circle I usually travel by 1.15Pm by BMTC bus but the problem is they stop in Jalahalli cross for more than 15 to 20 minutes till the next bus arrives at that time there will be an massive traffic jam.

                            Incidence happened on 03-DEC-2009:-
                            Today the 2 busses where standing at jalahalli cross for more than 20 minutes but they never moved I was getting late to my work thought of taking an Auto at the same time then an BMTC bus arrived at that stop numbered KA-01F-3369 Route number 270 (Shivaji Nagar –Jalahalli cross-BEL circle) I Asked conductor will it take time to move as I was not aware that he is moving now, he said that if you have urgency you can move in car or auto, I asked him why are you talking so rude in fact I addressed as sir but he was using singular to me still I got into bus because I was getting late while entering inside he was abusing me and my patients rate got lost and I said him that I am going to lodge a complaint against you and I will escalate the same to higher authority but the conductor started playing pranks in front of passengers using abusive words saying no one can pluck his hairs.

                            Is this the way an government servant behaves with the customers, where is the law and order gone don’t they have fear of higher authority they even don’t know to speak properly with the customers we come from pretty decent background so we keep quite without abusing but they cross the limits I request you to please take the necessary actions on him.

                            BMTC — volvo conductor speaking rudly

                            Sir,

                            I am really feeling by seeing volvo bus conductor does not know who to behave with passenger i request senior office to teach or conduct a classes for uneducated dirty conductor i feel like spiting on there face .Today around 9.40 am (29/01/09) bus no 335 i board bus at corpation i was about take my ticket he started speaking to me in ekvachana i felt like booting him, that conductor is bandaly .
                            I also agree as the BMTC bus driver and conductor rudely behave.
                            One time while I sit in the front seat in the BMTC Volvo bus, conductor demanded me to leave the seat for him. I did not leave the seat and he threatened as I may be alive in future to feel safe to travel in Bus.
                            I very much promote everybody to take bus though I see lot of misbehaviour from bus driver and conductor.

                              1. I live at Arakere MICO Lyt,near bannerghatta road.the bus stop close to my house is the mico lyt bus stop.I study at a college in jayanagar.From this bus stop there are just 2 buses-364 A & 369 A which go 2 jayanagar ,and the timings are not that convinient.but there are 4-5 buses going 2 dairy circle.I kindly request you 2 add more buses which go to jayanagar at convinient timings.

                              2. I also request you 2 add the new blue luxury buses and volvo buses under the Jn-urm project from Arakere to jayanagar 4 our bus stop.

                              3.When we return home from college at around 4-5 in the evening, we get in the buses at the 2nd blk bus stop.Nowadays some uses like 364 C-suvarna bus,364 A-blue&white bus,369 A -blue & white bus do not stop at the bus stop .This has happened 2-3 times.hence I request u to to see to it that the buses stop at the bus stop.

                              4.There is no shelter and there are no seats at the JP Nagar 3rd phase bus stop.We face a tuff time during rainy season.hence please see to it that a proper shelter is built there.

                              Just to inform BMTC that i am boarding the bus at bommasandara bus stand. The Volvo bus (356N) starting from narayana hrudalaya is not stopping at bommasandra bus stand bcs the buses are going on top of the flyover and bus stand is at down. Can some one look in to this since we are regular passagngare of this bus and this thing started from past one month only when fly over started.

                                Hello Sir,

                                Today I boarded 500k volvo bus near ECOSPACE bangalre at 5:30 pm.(Bus N0: KA01 - 4403)

                                The conductor was very rude and misbehaved with me.

                                He stabbed on my leg and try to push me with his hands , since I was standing near space near to Driver.He wanted to stand there.


                                This is really very disguisting.

                                Please take appropriate action on him.
                                Hope I will not see him in any of the volvo bus in bangalore.

                                Please stop harrasement against ladies travelling by bus.

                                Even they are having change but i[censored] will give 100 rs and 5 rs change for ticket rs 15, they will never give u change and said to go out of bus at anywhere. at that time feeling so embarsement. Also they are doing very rash driving.

                                  1. The bus was driven very rashly. The driver was treating the bus like a auto and trying to
                                  dart in and out of lanes while overtaking all the samller vehicles on the road. I myself,
                                  at one point while driving my car got very close to this bus and had to halt. The bus driver
                                  kept on drving rashly as i followed the bus till Domlur, changing lanes rashly
                                  every few meters.

                                  2. The bus stopped in the middle of the road at Kodihalli bus-stop, even though there were
                                  no other buses at that bus stop. This caused all other vehicles to halt and there was no
                                  space to go forward.

                                  3. Similarly Driver stopped suddenly at domlur flyover, which is not a desginated stop.

                                    On 25th November 2009 BMTC bus route no. 294C (I could not note the vehicle no.) plying between Shivajinagar and Agara took right trun immediately after the railway overbridge near Clarence school at 11.15 am. The regular route is to go straight and touch Davis road along Richards park. I have noticed this happeninng in earlier occasions also inconveniencing passengers waiting in the bus stop abutting clarance school.

                                    There is no complaint number with any of the BMTC crew!

                                      i was travelling in bus no. KA01/F3725(bus no 94D) on 21st November 2009 saturday between 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm which was plying from shivajinagar to yeshwanthpur.driver didnt stop the bus at Yeshwanthpur tollgate stop.when i asked the driver and conductor,the driver in particular started hurling abuses at me calling me "GANDU".I felt very insulted and hurt.Please take strict action against both the driver and conductor of the bus as their behavior towards customers is intolerable.

                                      Also the driver drove the bus very rashly.in fact,he caused lot of inconvenience to other fellow two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles on the road.

This bus conductor & driver Behavior is not good. they are talking about college students too much. language also not good they are talking hoge, bare like that. this is for your information & needful action.

                                        I am a daily commuter in BMTC buses and I would like to bring this issue regarding a Bus Stop on Murphy Road near Ulsoor lake. There is a Bus stop just after Ulsoor lake signal(when coming from Taj Residency - after Gurudwara) but no buses stops over there. If you want to come to Murphy Road, Ulsoor in BMTC bus you have to either get down in Lido Mall bus stop and walk around 1.5 kms or get down near Adarsha theatre and walk back 1.2 kms which is very troublesome. I dont know the logical reason in having a well-built bus stop and not stopping any buses over there. There are so many BMTC buses which ply in that road every minute. I am sure there are many people who work in Millenia Towers and travel in BMTC buses everyday. They either go till Adarsha theatre and walk back 1.2 kms or if lucky get down in the Ulsoor lake signal with the courtesy of the BMTC bus drivers. It would be great and really helpful if buses stop on Murphy Road near Ulsoor lake.
