Hi ,

I want to complain against the BMTC Bus conductor of the route 201 and bearing No. KA--01 F--3239.The conductor misbehaved with by pushing me back . This is not the way he should behave with a lady.Moreover, he was speaking very rudely in Kannada as I refused to go back for his behaviour.

I travel in bus everyday but I feel that there is no security for ladies in bus. The bus conductor take opportunity to touch the the ladies by asking the money for the ticket or for saying to go back. Even though there is reserved seats for ladies but there is very less ladies to demand it and no conductor ask the seating gents to get up from the ladies seats.

If there is a threat for ladies from the bus conductor itself. What step is BMTC taking for the security of ladies travelling in bus. I have a very sincere request to the Government to take some strict action for such misbehaviour.

dear sir / madam...,

i am pramod karkera. i am business man and my business is located in laggere its near peenya IInd stage. today i mean 19 th may 2010 i boarded bus (KA 01 F 2011) named kempegowda bus station to laggere. when i ask for ticket to laggere, conductor roughly told me it will not go laggere. i asked him why did you put that board first remove it. then he is scold me with local worst language.

first of all bmtc have to train up all such conductors and drivers how to behave with passangers otherwise passangers will train them.

take action on such conductors and drivers
The Bus conductor of BMTC bus was very rude while talking to a lady. He did not have manners how to behave with a lady. I could not tender him a change of 2 rs, so he misbehaved telling get down from this bus, though I gave him the full amount and he did not had the change. Even if people do not have change with them, there is no right to the conductors for misbehaving with anyone. He could have just asked me to wait until he could collect the rest of the change amount from other people. It is very ridiculous to ask anyone to get down if he/she doesn't have change.

    respected sir,
    i've been a regular traveller of btmc almost for the past 4 years, i've lately see that there are almost no bus from crop to kumarswamy layout... the bus's are either over crowded or they do not stop... pls increase the frequency of 15g,15e,210R,276 during peak hours...... it would be great i[censored] can introduce a BIG10 route connecting corpration and dayananda sagar college cross... hope u would look into the matter and introduce some better service... specially in the morning where the busses come at the same time or no bus at all...

    BMTC — bus not stopping at manyata tech park

    there is a declared bus stop infront of manyata embassy park gate 2.
    but buses are not stopping there. if asked driver and conductor are getting angry at employees and stopping only at next bus stop.

    Complaint Type - Complaint against vehicles
    Complaint/Suggestion - sir, I am a regular traveler in Jalahalli ( HMT watch factory ) - Manyata Tech Park route.I have a complaint that there are not enough BMTC buses running from Jalahalli to Manyata/K R puram or atleast from BEL circle to Manyata /KR puram side. And the worst part is that all we commoners have to travel in poorly maintained travelers. The travelers fill people above its capacity( for a 12 seater at least 20-25 people will be filled ) and people travel with their construction tools and all in that congested vehicle.How can we even think that we are travelling safe in these conditions?There are no proper handles to hold, even the seats are shaking in most of the travelers.Please do something to reduce the risk in travelling like this.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      This is to inform you that I Mr Panduranga shettigar has go into a BMTC BUS KA-01 F-3994 at MurugeshPalya at 9.30AM on MONADY 19 OCT 2009. When I have asked the ticket till Richmond circle, Driver/cum conductor has given me a used ticket(which was already tore by driver for previous traveller). When I have asked him to issue fresh ticket and told him that he is issuing me already used ticket, he has foul mouthed me and told me that he is trying to use cancelled ticket....
      I have observed this type of fooling of pucblic by bmtc bus several time.
      Being educted person, I am able to understand what these crooks are trying to do. But most of the uneducted public are unware of these method used by bmtc bus driver/conductors.

      I kindly request concern authorities to do investigation into this case and take the appropriate action.

      I am ready to help the enquiry if BMTC wish so.

        The bus number KA 01 F 3522 and the route is 500D time of boarding 1.15 at kasthurinagar,a women traveling in this bus was treated in the rough way and teezed her with abused words, no one is their to question them on this rude behavior, so kindly punish these people to not repeat suck kind of behavior again and again.

        I Normally take a BMTC bus route no 8 or 412 heading towards Madiwala, on one Friday that was on 16-apr-2010 I had logged a bus no – 8 that was on 16-apr-2010 I was waiting from 10:35 but there were no buses, at last there was a bus this ie: no-8 which came around 11:15 to the stop near Ayyappa temple (near Banasawadi) he was heading the bus very slowly around not more than 10 to 20 Kmph/- even though it was a koramangala Outer ring road there was not much traffic on that day, the road was empty as I was already late to office I Said why are you driving like a bicycle he replied back to me saying its cycle only. After few stops conductor came near by I asked him sir why is the bus going very slow its already time-up for the office? he said this can only go in so much speed, an after going few meter away from me he was scolding me very slowly as I shouldn`t hear it. I kindly request you to look after these bus Drivers & conductors ( age bar for both drivers and conductor would be around 40-50Years. We should provide a Good Service to the commuters not a poor service like this, because 1 or 2 people like this every one is getting a bad impact.


        Dear Departments.

        There are not much frequent buses on this route as mentioned above route no: 8 & 412 kindly request you to provide frequent buses on this route, it would be great help full atleast every 15-20minutes if there are buses.

        The bus number KA-57 F 1563 and the route is 500D time of boarding 12.20 at New horizon college, a gent's traveling in this bus was treated in the rough way and twisted her with abused words, no one is their to question them on this rude behavior, so kindly punish these people to not repeat such kind of behavior again and again.

          Dear Sir,

          This is to bring to the notice of BMTC management, and the Transport minister Mr. Ashok that there ia an anomaly in the student bus pass issuing and it has to be rectified. I want to bring to your notice my own experience. My daughter Shashi Priya K, after passing her PUC, had written CET conducted by KEA for admission to Engineering and other professional courses. She got a rank above 35000. We are not sure of getting a seat in Engineering course. Admissions for Degree courses are taking place, and they close even before the selection process for Engineering courses are conducted. So, to avoid wasting one academic year, I admitted my daughter in BCA course in Kristu Jayanti College at K. Narayanapura. We paid Rs.1390/- and got a pass from BMTC to travel from Ramamurthynagar to K. Narayanapura. But luckily, my daughter got Engineering seat in East point college for women at Bidarahalli, in the casual round. She got admitted in the Eastpoint college. We wanted to avail the student bus pass. We approached the BMTC. They said the pass issued earlier (from Ramamurthynagar to K. Narayanapura) is not valid, and they can't even give another pass on "Route Change" basis, because it can't be done from a Degree college to Engineering College. Because,the amount varies. For a degree college course it is Rs.1390/-, where as for Engineering College course it is Rs. 1750/-. My daughter was forced to get another pass by paying Rs.1750/-. The earlier pass for one full year has gone waste. The fault of my daughter is selecting an Engineering course!

          I want to argue on two counts.
          1. Why this hike in pass amount for Engineering students? After passing PUC, the bright student gets an engineering course, and a dull student gets a degree course. Why do you want to penalise a bright student? The parent pays more fee for sending his son/daughter for Engineering course. The Government also wants to extract more money! It is illogical. After all, they are travelling in the same BMTC buses. In my view, there must be only two slabs: School students, and post-school students.

          2. The government is helping and encouraging the students by issuing subsidised passes. It is a social welfare measure. If a student changes the course, or college, the BMTC should give another pass without collecting any amount. Because, the student has already paid the amount for one full year. It is just a matter of change in route. There is no misuse of pass by the student. Every student aspires for a better course or college. The BMTC should encourage such students.

          Hope the Government and BMTC will consider these arguments and make necessary changes atleast from next year.

          i was traveling in a bus from KR puram to Shivajinagar on 16th OCT 2009 at 6 pm at KR puram bus stop.The conductor had drunk and was mis behaving towards ladies.I was alighting at Srinivaspura bus stop and was standing near the conductors seat.the drunken conductor hold my hand and was mis behaving i kindly request you to find that conductor and take action.I dont know the name of the conductor but the bus number is KA-O4 FA 654.
          I am doing MCA in RV college mysoore road...and there are 1or 2 busses for nayndahalli in the morning hours of college timing...
          and there are no direct busses available at that time in the route of BANSANKERE TO RVCE.


          at least provide us the suficient no. of busses between 8 am to 8:45 am for nayandahalli...
          so we can exchange our bus there and go for RV college..as our college starts at 9 am.

          I made the yearly bus pass, but I think it is of no use... as there are less busses in this route..during our college time.

          Daily I am struglling to get bus and if get then I have to travel with almost my body outside the bus door...

          so, please do something for us...

          1. II PUC colleges have started the classed on 3.5.2010. Student Pass will be issued from 1st July 2010

          Most of the II PUC Colleges have reopened and classes have started on 3rd May 2010. But the passes will be issued only from July 1st 2010. The answer from the pass counters of K R Pura, Domlur, Shivajinagar and Majestic are we not received 2010 circular, so we are helpless.

          2. AS YOU LIKE PASSES NOT AVAILABLE ROUND THE YEAR AS SAID IN THE WEBSITE.

          AS PUBLISHED IN THE WEBSITE 'AS YOU LIKE' PASSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE 3 BUSSTANDS, SHIVAJINAGAR, SHANTHINAGAR AND MAJESTIC. SHIVAJINAGAR ENQUIRY ANSWER WAS WHAT IT IS? WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS? PLEASE ENQUIRE AT MAJESTIC.

          I went all the way to Majestic to get the As you like pass for my son. The answer was we have not received any circular. Circular will come only in July 2010. Hogi sir, amele ba...

          While Govt is busy producng Vjra series, Kindly look into ordinary citizens, cry.

          my son who is studying in 2nd puc took student bus pass paying Rs.1270/. since he has tution in varies places that pass cannot be used at all the time. I went jayanagar bus stand to enquire whether it can be changed "As you like pass".with what ever extra amount i.e Rs.1000/ . But they said not possible. If the person is ready to pay the differential amout what is the problem in doing that. Why these corporation says they are for services.If they not oblige small things like this what can ordinary people can do.To avoid extra burden he unnecesarily walks all the way .This year is crucial for him. If he waste time like this there is no use of tution. Please make some change in your pass renewal system which helps common people .I think Mr. Ashok will look in to the matter and will soon helps us in getting the new pass.

          can i change my bus pass route
          my son has got admitted to jain college jayanager 9th block...he needs to get the bus by 6.45 in the morning...and the direct bus is 60A from vijaynagar...we got him his student bus pass...which we mentioned in the route as nagarabhavi to jayanagar 9th block...the concern is...this 60A...will leave by 6.45...sometimes earlier too...so..when we reach vijaynagar bus stop...if we do not find 60A (which already left and we were late to reach the terminal)...then the other option is to catch 60L...which goes to east end...which is also very close distance to his college...

          if he takes 60A, he will reach college almost 45 mins early...and the next bus (60A) is at 7.15...this but..he might be late to college...

          but, we understand from the department that only one bus ie. 60A which goes to jayanagar 9th block...can be added in his student pass...in case he misses that 6.45 bus...he has to wait for another 30 mins of so...to get another 60A which he might reach the college late...

          concern is...we are told that the bus pass cannot be used on other busses which also on similar route...or like say jayanagar east end..which is closer...why is this...

          earlier days, i think all the bus numbers which go on a particular route and also closer ones...were mentioned in the issued pass...so the student can take any of those routes and reach destination...but now its not allowed...

          I have applied online application for bus pass and online payment is also done...but when i tried to track my bus pass, it is showing " no details present"..
          Is this a kind of scam? Please let me know what to do further...

          I have applied for the smart card and it's been very long that I'm not getting my smart card very disappointed with the services of BMTC for online application they are taking 2 months to issue

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            Today morning dated 15th Sep, 2009, i boarded a bus with number 43, that goes to K.R. Market at Maruthi Circle bus-stop near Srinagar. When i got into the bus, the conductor was near the back door of the bus. I was waiting for him to come and collect the ticket. In the very next stop itself, a lady ticket squad boarded the bus and asked me for the ticket. I told her i got in in the previous stop itself and the conductor was away so i was waiting for him to collect the ticket, but she was very reluctant to listen to what i am telling her and was demanding me to give 100/-. Also if i have to give any explanation, she asked me to come to station.

            I was not even given the receipt for the amount i paid.

            Is this the way to treat the passesngers? If these greedy squad cant do their job properly, they should simply sit in house and wash clothes or whatever. They cant target the passengers for money.

            I request you to take action or atleast guide me how i can approach the higher authorities for the same. I am not going to leave this matter at any cost until that lady squad apologizes for the blunder she had done and pay me back my money.

              Hi, I am working in domestic call center, My shift is 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Usually i will get buses in Caunigham Road, Like 301E, 302 etc, i.e K.R Puram and Babusapalya Buses but, these buses are not giving stop in Caunigham Road, They will give Vasanth Nagar, This is happening from past 7 Months, I have given complaint to shivajinagar, In Puted complaint in complaint box, but there is no response, this happening now also....... so please i[censored] take action it will be usefull for me and other people also.............. Thank U.......
              bmtc buses - No tickets are giving .very very bad and cheating people or govenment.

                This is the real truth and the personal experience of a middle family Girl who has to take a bus @ Majestic Bangalore after 5pm. particularly with the buses with only 1 way -In,
                when ever any of the bus Stops, these bloody rouges run towards the bus (even though they dont need to take that particular bus) for harassing the women by touching the butt and the other parts.

                  The 328x bus series plies from Hoskote to Attibele/Sarjapura. Over the last few weeks, the bus-service has been very rare/irregular between 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM which is the peak hour when people are trying to go back home. This results in the one bus that comes being very crowded- around 50 people try to get in from every bus-stop. Request the BMTC to make this bus-service more frequent, at -least during peak ours since there are a lot of people who use this route. This is also helpful to people who work in the whitefield area of Bangalore but are staying at Hosur, Anekal etc. Similarly, it will be great if the freqeucny of 600 & 601 can also be increased.

                  The frequency of bus 171 is very less in the morning peak hour. The bus will be heavily crowded and there will be no chance for anyone to get in to the bus.

                  This is Rajya lakshmi . Iam travelling Daily from basavanagudi to BTM. But the buses are not coming in proper timings. Actually for one hour we are standing in the bus stops. No buses are coming. No frequent buses in this route.                   Convenient buses to Sulthanpaly but invenient of conductors, Only drive will plays both the role driving as well as conductor.It really become a problem especially in morning sessions as people rushing to their work it was getting late everyday due dis inconvenince. Please arrange for the conductor atleast in Morning timings

If they are doing like this, then people what they have to do If they waited more than 1 hour. Please check regarding this and as i am student most of our surrounding areas of students are going to college in jayanagara so please provide at least two buses between 7.30 to 8.30 it will be very helpful for most of students ...

                  please arrange k3 bus between 8.30 to 10.15, almost for two hours bus from jayanagar to koramanagala is not available, whereas from opposite side every 15 min there is a bus.I wait for at-least 1 hour daily morning and finally go in auto wasting my time and money.Sixmonths back there was at-least one bus, now i dont find any K3 between this time.many people face the same problem at my bus stop.so plz plz do some arrangement...

                  I'm a software engineer working in Bangalore at Madiwala, I'm Staying near Mekhri Circle. Every day i'm used to go through the Bus B-3, But Most of the Day that Bus is not Stopped at Mekhricircle. Today(19.04.2012) I was waiting for that Bus at 8.45, But the bus was not stopped at that Stage, even though me and 5 more along with me have showed a Sign. Kindly take necessary action against those Conductor and Driver for this Irregularity. They are used to do the Same atleast weekly thrice. I'm so Affected because of thier activity. I hope that BMTC Management will do needful to regularise such an Activities.

                    There was only one direct bus 500N which was going via Diary to ITPL. But from yesterday onwards, the bus route 500N was withdrawn.As there is no other direct bus in this route to ITPL, the people suffers a lot to go to ITPL.We need to change three buses.So kindly run the 500N bus in this route or add direct busses in this route.

                    Yes i agree, 500N was the ONLY bus connecting kormangala and ITPL.Lot of commuters are suffering because of cancellation of this service.

                    It is a real big trouble to we commuters who are dependant on this bus, 500N, to report to our daily work.
                    When there are so many people plying by this bus, d dont think it is a right move to cancel this service, especially on working days.

                    There is only one irregular bus from Jumbo Savari Dinne to Shivajinagar ie. route no. 415 (29) and the condition of the bus is not good. At times it remains for repairs resulting no bus on that time/day. Usually commuters depends on this bus only leaving Jumbo Savari Dinne at 7.45 AM.The driver Mr Srikantesh and Conductor Mr.Yousuf who usually operate this route are very cooperative and humble employees.

                    Request you to ply more good conditioned Jnnum Bus from Jumbo Savari Dinne leaving at 8 AM daily for Shivajinagar.

                      Hi,

                      I want to know about 500N Volvo bus run by BMTC from ITPL daily evening at around 5pm and second one at 5:30 pm. Yesterday I was standing at Sathya Sai Hospital stop for around half an hour to catch 5:30 bus but all in vain.
                      The bus haven't came.
                      All of sudden has it been withdrawn?
                      Is there anyone to answer my query.

                        I'am Arun the bus no-271A, Depot-8, KA01-F-3104, has no time sense. They are not doing the trip regularly, they are missing the 2 trips daily, The bus goes from Abbigere at 9.00am to Majestic & come back at 12.00pm . I dont know that why only this bus take such time.                         Bus # 340Q. From St.Johns hospital to Electronic city.
                        I was waiting for the bus since 8:20 to 10:A.M, but the bus din't turn up. They say there is bus for every 20mins. This wastes lot of my office timings. If this is the case going further, no one will be in a position to board public transport if they don't keep up the timings.

                          Recently there's 402T introduced from Yelahanka to ITPL which runs via Majestic, instead if you can change the route via ring road (hebbal...kr puram...ITPL) it will help many people travelling to ITPL and utilize this facility.I would request you all to take it seriously and action this.

                          I totally agree, I work at white field, I have to change 3 buses (Whitfield to Marthahalli, Martha Halli to Hebbal and Hebbal to Yelahanka) to reduce the travel time.

                          Kindly consider changing the rute (hebbal...kr puram..Whitefield...ITPL).

                          There should be a direct volvo from Vidyaranyapura to ITPL via Marathhalli bridge.
                          This comment is very much in the interest of the commuters. I don't think anyone would travel from Ylk to ITPL via majestic. BMTC should bring out some practical solutions & not make a mockery of itself by taking decisions like this.
                          Why is BMTC not listening to this ?

                          There should be volvo buses running between Vidyaranyapura to ITPB. It will help lots of people.

                          Vidyaranyapura -> BEL Circle -> Hebbal -> KR Puram -> ITPB

                          and/or

                          Vidyaranyapura -> Yelahanka -> Hebbal -> KR Puram -> ITPB
                          provide Volvo regular and frequent ervice to Yelahanka or allow Gold pass to Vayu Vajra atleast till Yelahanka
                          its been 2 years since the original post. is it any different now ? does metro cover this route atleast to let bmtc sleep on this forever

                            On 31st March 2010, at about 13.45 to 14.00 Hrs I was waiting for bmtc bus at Bandi Reddy Circle Bus Stop (specified stop), Sriramapuram, B'lore-21. Bus route no. 83D (from Bandi Reddy Circle to City Market) had come and took U-turn of the circle before the specified stop, but did not stop at the specified stop. The driver did not stop the bus inspite of my request to stop the bus at the specified stop where I was standing. On seeing me he has driven the bus at top gear with a grim face. I immediately lodged a complaint with bmtc and the complaint no. is 1109 on 31/3/10 at about 13.45 to 14.00 Hrs. Basically there are less bus frequencies at Bandi Reddy Circle and commuters are facing lot of problem. I do not know the driver or conductor's name. I had to walk to Devaiah Park ( 2kms away) and waste my time and enery being senior citizen because of the irresponsible public servants. I request you to kindly take immediate action on the concerned immediately and there should not be any repetition of such misbehaviour by any public servants.                             I'm Prabhakar from Banaswadi would like to complaint for rash driving. a lady waiting for the bus near Mosque road at 12Hrs
                            and lady asked the Driver of 303C .wheather the bus goes to Banswadi. With Harsh reply ...and before the lady cud get down he started the bus and lady was underneath the bus. The Conductor commentswith lady "before starting from home see some good faces" all the bullock driver are driving the bus so. we wud like request to take action on this regards.

                              Bus number 335T Bus driver name: R a m e s h

                              Daily I take bus from K u n d a l a h a l l I to K T P O (stop next to I - Gate).
                              Since this is not an official bus stop for other local state buses, everyone prefers v o l v o s as they stop at K T P O.
                              Today I boarded the bus at 10am.
                              The bus driver did not halt the bus at the proper K T P O stop. When I requested him to stop the bus, he did not reply or react in any other way. He just closed the door & kept driving. Even on my repeated requests to stop the bus he did not do so & started speaking in k a n a d a .
                              I do not know the local language & that is one more reason why I prefer v o l v o s, at least why I preferred v o l v o s till date.

                              Is this just a complaint blog kind of thing, or does anyone of authority actually takes active interest in solving the issues logged by public?

                                Regularly am commuting bmtc buses from kadabagere to m.g. road (5 hours spending for up and down travel!). Have taken recently Qly vajra bus (independent celbs) pass but no vjara bus through on the magadi raod to my residence in Kadabagere.

                                Kindly look into this matter and request you to provide the service at lease the near by my destination.

                                  I am a regular traveller in singanapalya to ITPL BMTC bus .On August 3 2009 Morning 9.20 am.I took a BMTC bus KA 01 574
                                  it was so crowded.Next stop checking inspector got in .it was a lady. and she was askin 4 ticket .I said conductor dint come yet .I was holding the money also 4 ticket.She then talked smething in kannada to conductor and then conductor said he had cme der to give ticket.they suddenly started asking for 100 rs as fine else i hd to go police stn it seems.As i dint knw kannda and no body ws ther with me i had to finally agree to thm.. after next stop checking inspector got down.then wen i asked conductor he ws telling it is like that it seems..i was really a bad experience .It is an insult to entire BMTC. If i had a company i would have definitely not agreed to them

                                    i am here submitting a compliant for the inconvenience caused to ladies in all buses. especially in Puspak or any other bus without conductor.
                                    The whole bus is occupied with gents, they come till the conductors seat also & satnd. if they do this where & how shld ladies stand?? forget about seat, we atleast require a comfortable standing atleast.
                                    these gents take advantage of crowd buses & n they misbehave.
                                    could you please make some arrangements where the bus is equally given place for gents & ladies to stand & sit... increase the number of seats also if possible.

                                    Ladies will also have no other go, they'l take the bus even if rush to maintian their office timings or so, but that creates lot of inconvenience to us.

                                    Request you to immediately rectify this problem in all areas.

                                      Me, Umay working as HR in a company was travelling yesterday from Bhansankari to Bommanahalli around 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm and the bus number is KA -50, F-170, ticket no A[protected] for ur reference
                                      I gave a note of Rs 100/- for ticket of Rs 9 to conductor as i had no change(and wanted change), he gave back the change for 90 Rs and wrote behind the ticket for Rs 1 n gave me the ticket. after 2-3 stops from Bhansankari, a lay gave him coins for her ticket n so i asked him for change. he said he'l give.
                                      Later, when there was 2-3 stops ahead to Bommanahalli i asked him again he made a big nuisance in front of other passengers saying i asked him for change 5 times when it was only 2nd time. he again asked me to wait till stop when he had change with him.
                                      so i asked him as to why he was shouting unnecessarily for my cash which he had to give.
                                      our arguement continued and i aslo asked if we give 1 rupee less for ticket will u give us the ticket kya? so he got still more raised and for no reason he said "will u come home"!! which was very stupid of him, and so very illetrate to behave n say those cheap words .

                                      I request you to immediately take action on him and give justice. Please teach them the proper manner & behaviour to follow with passengers.

                                      Advocate — Misbehaviour of B.M.T.C. Conductor

                                      This is the Complaint against an Un-named conductor of B.M.T.C.Bus bearing no.KA-50 F-088. On 26.11.2009 at 9.15am i was travelling in the above named bus. It was full rush in the bus there was no place to stand or sit. Some passengers standing infront of me. Conductor came to me and asked me to go inside though it was full of rush. I asked him why r u telling me only to go inside. He abused me in a filthy language. I told him to give respect and take respect but he was continuingly abusing me and some passengers also told him to quite but he was talking too much. I told him to behave properly with passengers. But he created nuisence in the bus. It spoils my reputation and also time of the passengers. He stopped bus for sometime. All passengers started to abusing him then he started bus. Till i got down from the bus he was abusing me in a filthy language. It shows he is not fit for conductor job nor his behaviour is satisfactory. Remove him from service otherwist it spoils the reputation of B.M.T.C.

                                        1. Stops in middle of the road to drop the passengers
                                        2. The moment passengers are dropped, takes a swift right and occupies full road and does not even bother to see who is hurt.
                                        3. Today during overtaking he came to extreme right blocked my car to move forward and would have been a major accident causing casulties.

                                        Please advice your "idiotic drivers" to pay attention and not to hurry themselves and risk other commuters lives.

                                        BMTC — Negligence of the driver

                                        There are lots of pick pockers roaming in silk board area. I was a victim today. It was around 12 PM when I took a normal fare BMTC 356 to majestic from silkboard. in just 2 minutes my mom shouted that her handbag zips was open fully. I thought may be she didnt close it properly and suddenly realized that my handbag was of less weight. When I saw my handbag, it was open too and my purse was missing. I immediately complained to the driver but he didnt even mind to stop the bus. I begged him to check the men around me. But he simply said, how can I, better you?? How does he expect a girl to check the pockets of men? I commanded him to take the bus to police station but he said the next police station is only at wilson garden(thou later i came to know that there is station in madiwala itself, just 1 minute there. Not even one man in the bus was willing to help me. There was a man who even told he cannot stop the bus just because of me. All my screams were of no vain. I would have definitely got my purse back if the driver had taken action on time. it is because of the negligence of the driver that I lost a huge sum and also a lots of stress and panic which I would never forget again. BMTC is definitely answerable to this. I even get a feel that the driver has a share. After seeing that no one is going to help me I got down so that i can take the steps to lock my accounts. I found the madiwala station and have raised a complained. But the driver's and public's is really paining and unforgettable.
