The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

How BMTC loses

I traveled from Electronics City to Koramangala by BMTC Bus# KA01-FA-1909 on Thursday evening and boarded at 06:45 PM. Until Madivala, the conductor never came to collect the ticket fare. In Madivala, he asks for Rs. 15 as fare and then asks to give only Rs. 10 but will not give the ticket stating that the "tickets are exhausted". Is this a Win-Win situation? This is how BMTC loses. In addition, imagine if a checker boards anywhere...

require more buses of 7D route

I am a regular passenger of Indiranagar to Diary Circle route. In this route very few 7D buses are running. Now a days we have to wait minimum 2 to 3 hours to get on 7D. School / College students and other passengers have to depend only on this 7 D since there is no other buses. Kindly look into this and put more buses in this area....

Extra ticket charges by BMTC

Hi,
I observed several times in BMTC buses, they are collecting extra money from the passengers and issue the ticket. Suppose, if the ticket charge is Rs.10, some conductors are asking for RS.11 or Rs.12 . As my last experience:- Usually, I am paying Rs.5 from ‘bansankari’ bus station to ‘devagoude petrol pump’. But, conductor collected Rs.7 from me at two different times. Since, they are issuing tickets, I...

Exit door

BMTC Volvo buses have two doors and I understand one for exit and one for entry. It is difficult to exit from the entry door as we have to go in between seats and people. I request the authorities to consider opening exit door for all passengers to exit from comfortably.

I was traveling one bus from Electronic city to Double road bus stand and requested conductor to open the door. She started abusing. It is rediculous for...

Wrong route of plying

Sir,
Today at 4:15 PM I got into Bus route no 210N (Uttarahalli-KBS), at

BMTC VOLVO Ticket - Overcharging

Hi there,

I had a think about whether I really have to put this down here under a forum. Then I thought may be this will help one of my fellow passengers one day.

I travel from Madivala (Aiyyapan Temple Bus Stop) to Shivaji Nagar everyday. I believe a lot of passengers commute in this route everyday, thanks to BMTC for their rewarding service of not providing enough buses in this route. How can I think of BMTC...

Buses not reaching the actual destination

The bus (#342) starting from Sarjapur destined towards St.John's Hospital, before reaching the destination, the bus driver & conductor asked everybody to get down at Madivala Market. When people asking for the reason since they paid ticket fare, bus conductor behaved rudely towards the passengers.
