This is to bring to your notice that bus stop at Johnson's market is totally damaged and no action for installing new seats was taken. People have to stand for such a long time without being able to sit on broken seats of the bus stop. Hope you will take action as soon as possible.

    Address: Bus route from shivajinagar to Yelahanka 5th phase

    The bus no. is G-9 way from shivaji nagar to Yelahanka 5th Phase.
    I caught up the bus from Contonment railway station(heading towards Yelahanka), the conductor was wrong with his words to call the passengers inside, he made the big issue shouting at me and rest public were all silent this made me still angry with his rude behaviour. He also stressed about educated people, I don't know what does this matter related to education, it is much of common sence that everyone should possess to respect every individual, where I feel is not there in these BMTC condoctors or driver- I am not generalizing since I have seen many kindhearteds too. He also shouted at me to take taxi or cab, who the hell is this person to yell so was my question. Please take up this note to instruct all the conducters and help the general public.
    The bus no. is KA01F4561, I don't know the conducter name as they have no identity cards provided by them or they have not displayed it to public

      Dear Sir,

      Today the BMTC bus hit me from back when i was driving My bike, By God grace i did not got hurt. where as when i ask driver politely why are you doing this & can you not see i am passing in front.

      the driver was so careless and he told me that i saw you that's why you are alive or else you would have been died by this time.

      i think BMTC drivers dont have value for any life on the road.

      This happened near Kengeri satellite BUS terminal. Please let me know where i can give written complaint.

        Hi,

        This is to highlight to all there is no buses in evening time, all most 50 plus people waiting in bus stop of Agara HSR layout daily but buses wont on time, people's are waiting for buses for majestic and K.R market but same time i can see other side bus stop of Agara 500D buses are coming continuously within min then empty how is these is possible, there is no control of bus depot, kindly someone look into this in priority because people suffering from this bus delayed daily, moreover I am waiting from hour for bus

          I boarded the bus around 6:45 and asked the ticket from the conductor and paid him 100 Rs. he took it and mentioned the change to be paid back to me in the ticket. When my stop was approaching I asked him to pay the change. He said me to get 20 Rs but I did not have it. I told him that if you would have told me earlier I wouldn’t have boarded the bus or you could have told me to get down. He said get the change and started pushing and hitting me. I could see the change with him I said pls give me my stop is almost there. He refused to give and pushed me hard. Later I borrowed the change from someone and paid him. Also he was not paying my 100rs so I asked someone to help me out. Then he also did not stop at my stop rather stopped 2 stops away. He did not tell me earlier that he would not stop at my stop so I would not have boarded the bus.

          The actual price is ₹15 also I did not ask for Kodhathi Gate ticket. He gave me this so that he can actually keep the change.

            Bus no ka57f1328 dated 17.06.2022 3.30 pm bus conductor asking ticket amount from students even thought showing school receipt/id card as per your notification up to 30.06.2022 travel showing by school receipt/id card becouse of your online id card web not working.
            His behave also not good he is get down my daughter in middle of the station/destination. So pls take a action on misbehave conductor or else provide student bus pass.

              Ka-57-F3866, Ticket collecter misbehave me while I am trying to catch the bus before d cross bus stop he shouted in front all public we outsider also indian not from other country but this kind of behavior is not acceptable to a female in public bus is public property not their own so need to take action.                 Me and my friend had to wait for approximately 1 hr for a bus. It didn't arrive and hence we decided to walk to our destination. To our utter surprise on our way we saw three same numbered bus coming altogether with no time gap between the buses. This is not happening for the first time. Once I even had to wait for 2hrs. The bus number is 171 and our stop was forum Koramangala.

                Hope you will take necessary actions

                  Hii we are standing at agara bus stop about an hour and we didn't find a single bus towards bellandur so please make sure all buses run properly to the bus stop because we saw more than 10 buses running over the flyover.

                      We are finding very difficulty in catching buses at kalyana nagar moodalapalya between 8am to 9am, very few buses run at that time anf they come either crowded or doesn't stop at all. This has become very difficult for the students to reach college at right time and comfortably safe.
                      Please do the needful by increasing the buses at this time

                        Just travelled from majestic to manipal hospital old airport road by bus no KA57F 4856 the conductor charged @₹25 where on other days it were @₹20, and on giving ₹100 for 3 person he just returned ₹20 only.

                          I got onto an electric bus that was empty and the conductor was so rude that he was angry that i didn't get into the bus ahead of his n that now that was came itz a burden for him to verify the pass. Why the hell is it named as public transport if it is not feasible for travelling. Such rude behavior, how are people supposed to travel in peace with such conductors. Is there no behavior sense at all?
                          I wonder when all of this will change!

                            Today morning one of the BMTC bus hit my car from side & the way driver turned the bus, one of the guy who was on bike had accident.

                            At that point of situation we couldn't note the bus number. But this happened today Morning around 8:45 PM on HAL road.

                            My car got damaged from back & also the person got hurt who was on bike.

                            The driver didn't even stopped, he ran off.

                            I believe cameras will be there on HAL road, which can help in tracking that bus. Immediately such drivers should be suspended.

                              The frequency of G2 bus is very low and bus is always delayed. Kindly request u to increase the number of buses.

                                At around 7pm on 3rd may 2022 a bmtc bus was driving rashly and hot my car from behind. The car was fully damaged and had incurred a total cost of Rs 1.2 lakhs
                                At the accident spot the driver promised to pay the money as compensation and hence i didn't lodge a complaint at the police station
                                But now when it's time pay he is not responding to calls and messages and is not paying any amount
                                The insurance was covered thankfully but i still had to pay Rs 15000 for repair and I would not be getting and no claim bonus next year
                                Looking into the financial condition of the driver i had demanded him to pay only Rs 15000/- but he is not paying the money and not responding

                                Date 3rd May 2022
                                Time approx 7pm

                                Kindly provide me solution for this and ask the driver to pay the compensation

                                  The buses that travel from yeswanthpur to kengeri i.e 401M and 501C, they do not stop on the specified bus stop and they behave very rudely with the passenger. I am frustrated with this route buses kindly communicate with them and resolve this problem

                                    So, I travel by bmtc everyday and notice that none of the electric bus stop sometimes...why is it so? Irrespective of it being filled or partially empty they don't stop at all...they jus drive off, is it their will and wish to either stop or no? In that case why is it called a public transport? The frequency is so fluctuating that we don't know when we shall get the bus on time or no.
                                    In that these so called electric busses wanna jus drive off. And also this happened yesterday, there was a traffic jam and the conductor asked me to get down a stop before the actual stop where I was supposed to get down. Why shud I? I have paid for a destination n I shall get down there only. When I got up to get down in the actual stop the conductor starts yelling at me. Jus because there is a traffic jam dosent mean I shud get down in the prev stop or before the bus stop and walk. Why shud I do so?
                                    The electric busses issue is still a question to me n many...i don't think anyone would complain abt it n i also don't think this complaint would be even read by anyone or be addressed.

                                      60A bus route Vijayanagar to jayanagar more passengers but no bus, if bus came means lot of people boarded even 3 to 4 people are stand on Bus every time.

                                      Bus are not in time. Please provide 2 more buses for 60A route avoid rush.

                                      After 248 Bus (K R market) 10-15 buses for K R market one 60A bus come.
                                      That 248 Bus every time going with empty.

                                      Please survey the route and provide the actual buses we want...

                                      I am request to you even I am not traveling on 60A bus but i am watching every day people suffering a lot so I am completing this

                                        The bus no. KA57 F0956 hit my car from behind leaving substantial physical damage to the car, on Marathalli Outer Ring Road at 7:25 pm on 14th June, 2022. The driver was driving rashly and took a sudden right turn.
