Sir, that is painful to say about 180 timing that is not defined I don't know why ... They are always late from time ... Today I m waiting from 8:30 but it is 9:48 now ... I m student ... I don't what should I do ... But this is much depressing...
I hope you will take right action to solve this problem ...

    Dear Respected Sir/ Madam

    I Am Not Giving You Details Of bus here because I have warned the driver gently and he has promised me he will never do this mistake again so just because of humainty I am not informing you bus number and driver details and now why I am raising a complaint here is I am requesting you to strictly warn all the buses going towards Peenya 02 Nd stage not to enter in Govindapa Bakery Road because it's a 10 Feet Road and no buses is permitted to go in this road and actual route is Mahadeswara Nagar Main Road towards Hegganahalli but some of drivers I don't know why they are trying to go in this road and creating Traffic. To be frank here public also feeling very bad about your bus drivers for entering into the small road. So plz inform all drivers not to go in Govindapa Bakery Road Let them go in Mahadeswara Nagar Main Road as per the route allotted to them.

      I would like to file a complaint against the bus conductor present on the route 36B, vehicle number KA 57 F 88 at 3:20pm on 22nd December. The conductor, even after providing all the valid documents didn't accept my student bus pass giving the reason of not having a hard copy of the receipt. This year with the pandemic situation, our college has accepted only online payments and has given us all only online receipts. And the other buses I catch have no problem. This conductor rudely rejected my pass and forced me to buy ticket.

        From kavalbyrasandra to egipura bus stop is so rude to the passenger as the passenger was asking the he's reaching Point address the conductor behaviour was too much wrong to the passenger ..as I request to the BMTC tht a clear briefing to be taken how to behave with a passenger as they pay n ride n bus conductor was Behaving too much rude to tht person...thankyou

          Respected whomesever it may concern,
          I 23years old Female citizen of Indu was travelling from shivajinagar to Kodigehalli gate in bus number : kA-57, F-3117
          By 1:30 pm today 19 December 2020
          Was been verbally abused by the driver and a female conductor ..the conductor lady was so rude and she even even collects money from passengers and was not giving the tickets
          They even refused to open the door of the bus
          There behaviour was so rude and abusive
          Please do Kindly take action against these kind of bad behaviour
          I hope that the respected authorities will be taking action a

            The bus route from Banashankari to Vijaynagara and transverse. There is a shortage of bus from Vijaynagara to Banashankari. Only few MF12 busses are available. We have to wait for hours to get a bus. Think about the students who have to travel everyday. Please resolve this Asap. Increase the buses in this route. Thank you.

              Hi Team,

              Bus No - KA 57 F 3380 have hit my left side car Mirror and kept going on. I have stopped to have a talk he did not get down from the bus and started arguing with Abuse Words. Which is not right and He has not right to abuse a person like that even though it is his mistake. I have take his picture along the bus number. Request you to take an action.

              If i would like to register case for abusing me front of Public.

                I travelled via 415 h bus ..the bus conductor was misbehaving in the bus .he was very rude in the bus and was not ready to mention the remaining amount also he didn't pay the amount.
                I paid him 100 rs and he didn't even mention the remaining amount at the back side..
                Such misbehaving people should be removed.
                He needs to be removed from his duty.

                  BMTC bus number KA.40F.1405 Broke lane at hebbal signal at 07.12.2020 at 9:18am. He broke the lane from right to go left. And in the process damaged my vehicle MH02CW8932 on the right side. Picture attached with it. When I confronted him, he is saying- TODAY IS BHARAT BANDH why are you out of the house.

                  Please take strict action against such anti-national drivers. All BMTC drivers are rash and drive like they own Bangalore roads. So many times accident may happen. But they don't care, because they are government buses and they know no one can do anything to them.

                    Bus number KA 57 F-1571 15E didn't stop in one of its stop in national college I have to run like anything till the signal for catching the bus.
                    It is quite disappointing.
                    If driver/conducter don't want to stop at the stand then why the hell bus stops are there.

                    Kindly guide the bus driver and conductor the same unless I will raise the complaint with higher authorities.

                      Complaint on: Lack of buses to Anjana nagar as destination

                      Due to Covid-19 public have reduced for the travel and need to maintain social distancing. Rules are made not to allow public in standing but there is lack of availability of buses.

                      Waited for more than one hour just to get bus from KBS to Anjana nagar with no people following social distance. I request to arrange for buses as most of the public use Bus as their main mode of transportation.

                        Many buses from Corporation travel via KR market, causing a jam in the already overcrowded market area. This blocks and slows down buses till Makkala Koota. A sincere request to change the travel route of a majority of the buses via KR market (whose destination is not the market) to either take the Bala gangadhara Swamy flyover (45-G/1-J route) or the lalbagh route (36 route). People wishing to reach the market from Corporation or Town-hall have a lot of other buses, and a few buses could take the Makkala koota route. This will reduce traffic in the Market area and save plenty of time for the passengers.

                        While 36 A could travel through the market, maybe 45D could take the flyover.
                        I sincerly hope that BMTC comes up with a strategy to reduce bus-traffic in the marker area.

                        Looking forward to travelling via KR market quicker.

                          Hi, I’m travelling from infosys salarpuria campus to silk board daily from past 1month daily ticket price was 20/-but today this conductor took 25/- I was asking why the price differs today I’m travelling on same route from past 1month they use to take 20/- to Silk Board and why ur asking more 5/- the conductor has started angry on me and scolding and I use to keep asking him and I took his photo and he came to scold me for taking photo, I’m not complaining about5/-but like happens to me no other person should not face these type of problem.if bmtc helps in this issue it would be great otherwise encourage people like that conductor.don’t punish that conductor because he also have family just warn him do nothing repeat and ask for more money.

                            I request you to increase number of buses orelse provide precautionary measure and allow public to get into bus bz from navrang to other places there are 2 to 3 buses which doesn't allow people for standing if this is the situation then how public should earn their livelihood everybody can't buy vehicle i[censored] don't provide public transport conveniently this may increase poverty or traffic issue. Kindly think about middle class people Lowe class people they can't get auto cab to go to their work place please if anybody has humanity and maturity think about it and find a solution

                              Hi BMTC team,
                              Iam Naveen, degree college student residental at electronic city and studies in Gottigere . As the continuous decline in Corona cases the educational institution are returning to normal life. With regard to this as students we are also need to travel distances to reach institution. As the student pass issued in 2019 is left without informing us the validity .Due to this many conductors are asking us to buy tickets, and many of them are harassed badly.so I kindly request you to inform us the validity till the new application for BMTC students pass is accepted.

                                  The way of marathahalli to Banashankari road.the bus stand name New horizon college(F-BGE-0049A), I'm waiting lost 1:10min all bus stop way form 50m to bus stop.even old citizens also waiting for bus.but not Good.
                                  this kind of Drivers doing them Duties, and all sets are empty.i have photo of proof. Take the action against to doing this. Or every Depo officer guide them....

                                    There is lot of dust in the iron poles everywhere and also seats, I asked to conductor about this by showing hands with full of dust, he also showing his hands with dust, i didn't understand, actually he has to take care about cleanses, if like this is continued surely Bangalore transport become worst than other states transport, please look into this matter.                                       Please provide us the sufficient 176 bus facility. If one 176 bus goes, we have to wait for another bus for about 40 min and there will no 176 bus running between 9 am to 10 am.
                                      Usually this is the time, when all workers, employees go to office and we really feel very difficult to travel without this bus.
                                      People will be waiting for 176 bus for about 40 to 50 min but this bus will not come.
                                      Kindly increase the number of 176 buses. Its really helpful.
                                      I waited today from 8:45 am to 9:40 am but still i didn't get a 176 bus. Daily i used to wait but no use. Most of the days i went to sadashivnagar from navrang by walk. Please understand the people trouble and help us.
