I got a BMTC bus from Electronic city at about 1:45 pm and I was travelling to Majestic Station. The bus Number was KA-57-F-0022 . I gave the conductor 100 rs and got a ticket of 25 Rupees . He didn’t give me back the balance of 75 ₹ saying that there was no change. I believed him and I waited till I reached majestic.Then I asked for my balance on arrival destination and he asked me for my ticket . Still he was refusing and I asked again and again. After 5-10 minute following him he gave 70 rs back instead of 75. I had to beg to get the balance and I was carrying two bags of nearly 20 kilos. I nearly got in an accident while chasing him . I couldn't get his name because I didn't know how to read Kannada. I hope nobody has to go through such situations again and I believe necessary actions will be taken against the bus conductor.

    approval the first one was reject and secound time have applicated .please send the approvaled
    massage to make student pass as soon as possible

      Respected sir/mam,
      Daily evening while going back to home I have to catch 201 series bus.which is the only bus which goes to Banashankari from koramangal. Ofter signal lots of buses will be coming at a time. 201 bus won't see whether passanger is waiting in the bus stop or not. They will speed up and don't come near bus stop just go fastly. Which is really bad and daily it's happening with me. Please make 201 buses gives stop in krapanidhi college bus stop. Thanking you.

        The lady conductor not having a proper manner how to behave with passenger we having a change but that conductor using a bad words and not having a common sense how to behave pls take a action on her she told me to get down from the bus ### pls teach a conductor how to behave

          Has we are the staff of BGS PU COLLEGE, Mahalakshmipuram, integrated college. Actually, NTA has announced JEE Mains exam in the month of FEB, so we are conducting revision class for JEE even sunday also. So our students will come to college from different locality on their interest with parents concern. But your staffs(conductors) are behaving like animals with our college girls. On 24th Jan, between 4.00-5.00, Bus number KA-57-F-0074, conductor, ### fellow misbehaved with our college students. This is the way you people are treating passengers,

            The conductor of the bus KA 01FA 1563 as not allowing student pass as the identy card of the collage is still not announced and we are showing fees recipt still not accepting it and asking us to take ticket in rash manners...

                To the respective officer, I am a daily bus traveller from doddaballapur to my workplace which is in Bangalore. Today as I got bus near Hebbal bus stop, the conductor seat was empty and I'm not feeling well, so I occuppied the seat but the driver forced me not to sit in that place even though I said that I will leave as soon as the conductor issues tickets but the driver didn't move the bus till I get up the seat. I felt that they insultes by not moving bus. This made me to suffer mental torture. It is against the humanity.Please take actions so that if any person (not only female) is not well, showing humanity should be the first preference

                  My sister who studies in Maharani Arts Commerce and Management College for Women travels from Tippenahalli to Travel to college. As there are not much buses for Tippenahalli, she needs to select alternative buses where she needs to walk more than 2 kilo meters. But conductors ask her to board only Tippenahalli buses. Hence would request you to inform the conductors to allow them as she would not carry money to purchase ticket.

                    The MyBMTC app is not able to track the latest buses i.e., KA 57 F 4xxx series buses.

                      I asked for ticket, from Malleswaram 11th cross to KammagondanaHalli i.e., KammagondanaHalli Rama Temple. But conductor gave ticket upto Abbigere, which is last stop.
                      I've asked conductor regarding it, he just tells.. you can get down anywhere you need, instead of giving reason.. for what he charged extra.
                      I was traveling with 3 more ppl.. he did same with all 3 tickets.
                      When I questioned him, he is telling you people shouldn't ask all those.. Since I asked about stages.
                      It's not about money, it's about behaviour or taking customers/commuters for granted.
                      Many gets fooled by this kind of people in charge.
                      And he is so rude, when I asked him why did you give ticket for the place which I'm not going...
                      These kind of people are responsible for BMTC losing its customers or commuters.
                      Please take some action and make commuters comfortable.

                        As 20-21 pass application as been released by the Bmtc, we are facing difficulty in selecting our via stop, like many o[censored]s need majestic as via stop but the majestic option is missing from it so please update it properly.

                          Today i was travelling from Marathali to Bellandur like normal days.
                          This routes ticket fare is [protected]@10/-

                          The conductor got me the ticket of [protected]@15/- afterwards when i ask to this fellow why do you get me the ticket from Doddanekundi to Belanduru . He behaves rudely .

                          Humble request to you please take action on this complain .
                          I hope will get a gentle response from your end.

                            I was travelling to sumnahalli in BMTC Bus Number KA 8842 which comes from Yeshwanthpur to Kengeri. And driver is a non sense speaking about personal things and all. Who is a mannersless and idiotic person. He is public servant and pls act as so.. he is doing any charity to travellers. It's his duty . I need a apology letter from him

                                KA57F1054, 365 J KBS to BANNERGHATTA ROAD, The mentioned route bus not able to hold Rain water and rain water dripping through the emergency panel installed at top, The passenger sitting at that place will be drenched, consider this, and kindly do the needful.

                                    There is no option of kempegowda bus station in bus pass application in via 1 and via 2, there is no mejastic option so that we r getting delayed for applying bus pass so please add that option as soon as possible...

                                      Hi,
                                      I am regular bmtc passanger from bagmane tech park, doddsnekundi to Banashankari. Till 10days before all busses use to come and stop doddsnekundi below flyover. But suddenly all busses are started going on flyover. We all many passengers are waiting long time for bmtc buses but no buses are coming below flyover. No board kept or no intimation that all buses wil go on flyover henceforth. This is redicules.. You should keep before some board atleast to passanger knows henceforth bus wil not come here but not done. Kindly do the needful.
