Complaint : As a normal day was going on i got into this bus to go to my college, The bus conductor threatened to Break my Bus pass if i get in again, just because he didn't understand my Via's.
Via'1 as on Bus pass :
Hopefarm towards ITPL.
via'2 as on Bus pass:
Hopefarm towards varthur.

Sir we stay at jeevanhalli after the lockdown is over all buses are been coming to all areas but NO BUS COMING TO COXTOWN JEEVANHALLI EVEN AFTER SO MANY MONTHS

I DONT NO WHAT IS THE REASON DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE ALL R WALKING TILL JAIBHARAT NAGAR AND TAKING THE BUS AND SOME R ALSO GOING BY WALK ONLY SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL AT THE EARLIES

Buses which comes from majestic 225C, are not coming to Mysore circle or sirsi circle, the bus has to come from goods shed road but they are not not taking that route, they coming from okllipuram, bunny mill route, and they are not even giving the stop over there, it has become very difficult for us to travel from there to RR Nagar and there many aged people who travel in this route and finding difficult in travelling and catching the bus, and also there is very less buses from KR market also for this place, please look into this issue and help the public please

Its regarding BMTC Bus route 127 which operates from shivaji Nagar to jeevanhalli. The service have been suspended for long time. Please take an action to restart the service since many college students and employees are getting affected. Kindly prioritise.

I was travelling from EMC Mahadevapura to Marathahalli on 22 Feb 2021 by BMTC route no C6 bus no KA57 F3481 in the morning 8.30 am about.
A Ticket no 070100 TT99 for Rs.15/- Rupees fifteen only was issued to me. I am travelling daily on the route except sunday. Always i am being provided ticket for Rs.10/- Rupees Ten only.
In spite of request that fare is Rs10/- the bus conducter was not even to listen the saying and was fixed for Rs.15/-
There is not any fare increase declared by BMTC. How a bus conducter can issue any price of ticket for any travelling.

Rash driving near Atthiguppe road by the driver, about to hit family travelling on Motor bike, overtaking from left at overspeed and abusing at public.

In bmtc bus pass application it is showing 19RNSBM023 is already submitted for this year, but application number has not came
What should I do?

Below the windsor manor bridge on Feb 18, 2020 at 4pm, this bus was driving rashly and hit 2 cars. One of those cars was mine and it was badly damaged in the rear.
Instead of sorting the matter politely, driver and conductor were highly abusive and did not stop the bus.
Please advise where to file FIR to claim damages?

I travelled in one bmtc bus KA57 F-2540
In this bus, I get in to the bus by talking in mobile phone and searching for seat to sit at that time conductor abuse me with harsh word like first give money then only go and sit, i said ok wait... So he said like always talk in phone no other works for these people, actually am in company call and this man telling like this, is there any rule like dont use phone in bmtc? Or is it a crime to talk in phone when we are in bus?

I'm leaving in kammagondanagalli jalahalli west for past 4 years... Here the buses service won't be available during peaks hours because of these people who are going for and schools college students are affected... Morning from 7.30 to 8.30 only few buses are coming towards bel circle.. The same opposite way towards abigere the bus will go back to back with no passengers.. Same in evening it opposite towards abbigere buses will be less and towards bel circle buses will go back to back.. I kindly request BMTC to increase number of buses in abbigere route at least during peak hours..

220F is the only bus service available from our Apartment - Provident Ssunworth in Venkdatapura Village, Dodddabele, Kengeri Hobli, Off Mysore Road, Bengalauru-560060. Some times, they cancel this bus sudden;y, particularly when the bus is under repair.
Today i.e[protected], 8 am trip from Provident Sunworth Apartment to Nayandalli Metro was not cancelled without intimation. Lot of students and senior citizens were waiting for the bus. Since not other bus from the apartment, we are very much inconvenienced.

Yesterday also ( 16.02.2021) 6.30 pm bus from Nayandalli Metro station was not there. I waited for half an hour and took some other bus which stops 3 Kms away from PSW.

Many students and residents including sr. citizens are travelling in this bus and sudden cancellation of the trip creates lot of inconvenience to the residents. With great difficulty, this bus service was started after lot of persuations.

We therefore request you to kindly see that whenever bus is under repair or staff are on leave, alternate arrangements can be made by providing stand by bus or staff.

The bus has regular conductor by name Sri Mahadeva Swamy and Mr. Mahesh and both provide very good servicwe to the resodents.

Hop our request will be considered.

It's regular seen that private vehicles are parking regularly in front of bmtc bus stop, Gm Palya-560075.

Today also two vehicles parked disturbing those who waiting for bus. I have attached fotos of vehicles parked today morning at 8 am dt.17.02.2021

From 8:50 am to 9:15am waited at Trinity circle... Couldn't find a single bus.. ... Many were waiting in the stop... Some ten buses went towards mgroad near circle... Please take action against it n do the needful... I asked driver and conducter thy didn't respond properly... If ths continues it vl b very difficult fr those who depend on bus

Everyone inside the bus is screaming to the driver to drive slow but he doesn't care and is not an experienced driver either. I already got a backpain just sitting in for 5 minutes and I'm only 30 years old and athletic so what will be the condition of senior citizens in this bus?? This bus doesn't have a working suspension at the rear. And the driver is going through every single pothole of Bengaluru as I type. Why should the public suffer like this?? Need a proper action.

Route- Cantonment railway station to Harris road

While boarding the bus near Cantonment railway station, had to come back center of the road, and board the bus in running, though there was 10-15 waiting for the bus to stop driver kept the bus bus in moving.

During departure near Harris road bus stop, I kept asking the bus driver to stop even the conductor told the bus driver to stop, he dint listen to anyone, saying there is no place to stop it in the center of road.

As a passenger I buy ticket to get down in a particular stop, were I had to walk from Tannery road to Frazer town with all my luggage, do you think it is so easy to get paid for doing public service and you eat money for of people and I'm act like a irresponsible street Gundas shouting on passengers, eat public money and show your bloody attitude on us

I have taken that Gunda bus driver photo, I won't leave it here, looking at him I can make out he has newly joined, his Gundaism if let go now will continue for long term, many innocent people has to suffer who travel in these days kind of of buses

Over speeding rash driving at 7:40am at forum mall to st johns bus stop KA57F4331

I was travelling from hopefarm to AECS layout. I bought ticket but after buying the ticket conductor said to change the bus.

It was on 13th Feb, 2021, route number 61A, Chandra Layout, bus no KA 01 F 8954, the conductor was a lady, the bus departed from Majestic around 2.00pm, my bus fair to sujata takies is 5rs, but I had only 50rs in my pocket, the conductor was so rude to give me the ticket because I had no change. She said I need to ask the other co-passenger for 5rs, who will give me?
She was ordering me telling that only 40rs she will return, and she was really making a bad face. She didn't give me the other change of 5rs. Please take the action, this way if we react would that be nice? Is this a service or I don't know what to say.
