I travelled in one bmtc bus KA57 F-2540
In this bus, I get in to the bus by talking in mobile phone and searching for seat to sit at that time conductor abuse me with harsh word like first give money then only go and sit, i said ok wait... So he said like always talk in phone no other works for these people, actually am in company call and this man telling like this, is there any rule like dont use phone in bmtc? Or is it a crime to...

I'm leaving in kammagondanagalli jalahalli west for past 4 years... Here the buses service won't be available during peaks hours because of these people who are going for and schools college students are affected... Morning from 7.30 to 8.30 only few buses are coming towards bel circle.. The same opposite way towards abigere the bus will go back to back with no passengers.. Same in evening it opposite towards abbigere buses will be less and...

220F is the only bus service available from our Apartment - Provident Ssunworth in Venkdatapura Village, Dodddabele, Kengeri Hobli, Off Mysore Road, Bengalauru-560060. Some times, they cancel this bus sudden;y, particularly when the bus is under repair.
Today i.e[protected], 8 am trip from Provident Sunworth Apartment to Nayandalli Metro was not cancelled without intimation. Lot of students and senior citizens were waiting...

It's regular seen that private vehicles are parking regularly in front of bmtc bus stop, Gm Palya-560075.

Today also two vehicles parked disturbing those who waiting for bus. I have attached fotos of vehicles parked today morning at 8 am dt.17.02.2021...

From 8:50 am to 9:15am waited at Trinity circle... Couldn't find a single bus.. ... Many were waiting in the stop... Some ten buses went towards mgroad near circle... Please take action against it n do the needful... I asked driver and conducter thy didn't respond properly... If ths continues it vl b very difficult fr those who depend on bus...

Everyone inside the bus is screaming to the driver to drive slow but he doesn't care and is not an experienced driver either. I already got a backpain just sitting in for 5 minutes and I'm only 30 years old and athletic so what will be the condition of senior citizens in this bus?? This bus doesn't have a working suspension at the rear. And the driver is going through every single pothole of Bengaluru as I type....

While boarding the bus near Cantonment railway station, had to come back center of the road, and board the bus in running, though there was 10-15 waiting for the bus to stop driver kept the bus bus in moving.

It was on 13th Feb, 2021, route number 61A, Chandra Layout, bus no KA 01 F 8954, the conductor was a lady, the bus departed from Majestic around 2.00pm, my bus fair to sujata takies is 5rs, but I had only 50rs in my pocket, the conductor was so rude to give me the ticket because I had no change. She said I need to ask the other co-passenger for 5rs, who will give me?
She was ordering me telling that only 40rs she will...

I came into a bus.. Bus number (KA-01 F4536). The conductor has given me ticket.. Before I hold it, it went outside of the bus.. The ticket amount was 20/-.but he charged me extra 20.so total ₹40.without my fault he did like this.....

On 9th Feb 2021, i travelled in 502C bus. The bus was not stopping in bus stop. Bus was moving while passengers were boarding or getting down.
I have observed similar issues with other buses many times.
Request to plan to solve this issue. As aged persons may get into accident....

The bus driver did not stop in bible college stop and has stopped in poorna pragna school and has told the senior citizen to walk and go. I have the ticket with me....

Route number 378D Registration number KA57F2083 from Kengeri behaved rudely and was impatient to listen to the query.The bus driver too stopped the bus and got up from the seat and was disrespecting in nature.Plesase take action and ask to show some respect to fellow passengers and keep the dignity of BMTC.Not wearing mask too.....

Conductor didn't return moeny back even after so many reminder before my destination... they simply written the balance amount behind the tkt with stating that 'no change'. Today[protected] I didn't get my 75/- back from conductor. Atleast they should understand that they are gov. salaried employee and harassing/cheating poor people....

My daughter boarded route number 210p in corporation bus stop today at 2:30 pm. Conductor demanded to show fee receipt along with bus pass. As she did not have hard copy he asked her to buy ticket. She didn’t have change to pay and conductor forced her to get down in midway. When she’s having valid pass there’s no need to ask for fee receipt. Upon that he cannot deny her right to travel. Please take necessary action against such sadistic...

Conductor of route number 210p asked for fee receipt along with bus pass when my daughter boarded the bus around 2:30 pm in corporation bus stop. But she had only digital copy and conductor did not oblige. He asked her to buy ticket and as she had no change he forced her to get down from the bus in midway. This is considered as harassment to students and I request the authorities to take necessary action against such sadistic conductors...
