Everyone inside the bus is screaming to the driver to drive slow but he doesn't care and is not an experienced driver either. I already got a backpain just sitting in for 5 minutes and I'm only 30 years old and athletic so what will be the condition of senior citizens in this bus?? This bus doesn't have a working suspension at the rear. And the driver is going through every single pothole of Bengaluru as I type. Why should the public suffer like this?? Need a proper action.

    Route number 290E, Bus number KA01-F-9462, timings 7:50pm to 8:00pm

    Route- Cantonment railway station to Harris road

    While boarding the bus near Cantonment railway station, had to come back center of the road, and board the bus in running, though there was 10-15 waiting for the bus to stop driver kept the bus bus in moving.

    During departure near Harris road bus stop, I kept asking the bus driver to stop even the conductor told the bus driver to stop, he dint listen to anyone, saying there is no place to stop it in the center of road.

    As a passenger I buy ticket to get down in a particular stop, were I had to walk from Tannery road to Frazer town with all my luggage, do you think it is so easy to get paid for doing public service and you eat money for of people and I'm act like a irresponsible street Gundas shouting on passengers, eat public money and show your bloody attitude on us

    I have taken that Gunda bus driver photo, I won't leave it here, looking at him I can make out he has newly joined, his Gundaism if let go now will continue for long term, many innocent people has to suffer who travel in these days kind of of buses

        I was travelling from hopefarm to AECS layout. I bought ticket but after buying the ticket conductor said to change the bus.

          Hi,
          It was on 13th Feb, 2021, route number 61A, Chandra Layout, bus no KA 01 F 8954, the conductor was a lady, the bus departed from Majestic around 2.00pm, my bus fair to sujata takies is 5rs, but I had only 50rs in my pocket, the conductor was so rude to give me the ticket because I had no change. She said I need to ask the other co-passenger for 5rs, who will give me?
          She was ordering me telling that only 40rs she will return, and she was really making a bad face. She didn't give me the other change of 5rs. Please take the action, this way if we react would that be nice? Is this a service or I don't know what to say.

            I came into a bus.. Bus number (KA-01 F4536). The conductor has given me ticket.. Before I hold it, it went outside of the bus.. The ticket amount was 20/-.but he charged me extra 20.so total ₹40.without my fault he did like this..

              On 9th Feb 2021, i travelled in 502C bus. The bus was not stopping in bus stop. Bus was moving while passengers were boarding or getting down.
              I have observed similar issues with other buses many times.
              Request to plan to solve this issue. As aged persons may get into accident.

                The bus driver did not stop in bible college stop and has stopped in poorna pragna school and has told the senior citizen to walk and go. I have the ticket with me.

                  Route number 378D Registration number KA57F2083 from Kengeri behaved rudely and was impatient to listen to the query.The bus driver too stopped the bus and got up from the seat and was disrespecting in nature.Plesase take action and ask to show some respect to fellow passengers and keep the dignity of BMTC.Not wearing mask too..

                    Conductor didn't return moeny back even after so many reminder before my destination... they simply written the balance amount behind the tkt with stating that 'no change'. Today[protected] I didn't get my 75/- back from conductor. Atleast they should understand that they are gov. salaried employee and harassing/cheating poor people.

                        My daughter boarded route number 210p in corporation bus stop today at 2:30 pm. Conductor demanded to show fee receipt along with bus pass. As she did not have hard copy he asked her to buy ticket. She didn’t have change to pay and conductor forced her to get down in midway. When she’s having valid pass there’s no need to ask for fee receipt. Upon that he cannot deny her right to travel. Please take necessary action against such sadistic behaviour of conductor

                          Conductor of route number 210p asked for fee receipt along with bus pass when my daughter boarded the bus around 2:30 pm in corporation bus stop. But she had only digital copy and conductor did not oblige. He asked her to buy ticket and as she had no change he forced her to get down from the bus in midway. This is considered as harassment to students and I request the authorities to take necessary action against such sadistic conductors

                            My name is Bharath am student on 6/02/2021 Saturday morning at 7:18 I came to bus stop name called 'Kanaminike Colony'
                            Bus num ' KA-57-F-1330 ' this bus has came, it didn't stopped I the buss stop its over moved and it didn't stopped yet it still moving

                            I asked to stop in the bus stop and he scold in bad words and in front of public

                            This is not first-time every day I face this problem.. Am done With it so am raising complaint .. Please take a serious action from higher authority to public respect..

                              ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯಲಹಂಕದ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತಿಸಲು ಬೈಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲಮಂಗಲ ಬಸ್ಟಾಂಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಯಲಹಂಕದ ಬಸ್ ನೆಲಮಂಗಲ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಸಮೀಪದ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಡ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಮುಂದೆ ಚಲಿಸುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಬಸ್ ಸಮೀಪ ಬಂದು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ರಿಕ್ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. 'ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಆಗಲ್ಲ' ಎಂದ ಆ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬೈಕ್ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಯೋ ಮೊಪೆಡ್ ನನ್ನ ಬೈಕನ್ನು ಉಜ್ಜಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಯಿತು. ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋದೆ. ಬಸವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಕಿ 'ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಮಗು, ಗಂಟೆಗೊಂದು ಬಸ್ ಇದೆ, ನಿಲ್ಸೋಕೆ ಆಗಲ್ವ?' ಅಂದರೆ, 'ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಕಡೆಗೆಲ್ಲ ನಿಲ್ಸೋಕೆ ಆಗಲ್ಲ' ಎಂದು ಮಗಳು ಬೈಕಿಂದ ಇಳಿಯುವಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಲಿಸಿಯೇಬಿಟ್ಟ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಚೇಸ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಭರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಅಪಘಾತದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತಿಸಿ ಬಂದೆ. ರಕ್ತ ಹೇಗೆ ಕುದಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ, ಕಾನೂನಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಸುಮ್ಮನೇ ಬಂದೆ. ಅದೂ ಎರಡು ಅಪಘಾತಗಳಿಂದ ಬಚಾವ್ ಆಗಿ.
                              ನೆಲಮಂಗಲದಿಂದ ಗಂಟೆಗೊಂದು ಬಸ್ ಇದೆ. ಅದರ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಾನು ದಿನವೂ ಬಸ್ ಹತ್ತಿಸಲು ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಈಡಿಯಟ್ ಡ್ರೈವರ್ ಐದು ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಮೊದಲೇ ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ರಿಕ್ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
                              ಇಂತಹ ಜನವಿರೋಧಿ ಡ್ರೈವರ್‌ಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಎಂಟಿಸಿಗೆ ಅವಮಾನ.

                                  It's Morning 7 and i boarded the bus from Kadugonadanahalli and the driver drives the bus very Rashly.
                                  It's better if BMTC warns them and even few buses in the morning does not make a stop in the bus stops if the number of people are less.

                                  BELOW IS THE BUS NUMBER

                                  This is a very serious issues.
                                  Due to this rash driving two of the people were hurted by colliding to the pole in the bus.

                                    I got a BMTC bus from Electronic city at about 1:45 pm and I was travelling to Majestic Station. The bus Number was KA-57-F-0022 . I gave the conductor 100 rs and got a ticket of 25 Rupees . He didn’t give me back the balance of 75 ₹ saying that there was no change. I believed him and I waited till I reached majestic.Then I asked for my balance on arrival destination and he asked me for my ticket . Still he was refusing and I asked again and again. After 5-10 minute following him he gave 70 rs back instead of 75. I had to beg to get the balance and I was carrying two bags of nearly 20 kilos. I nearly got in an accident while chasing him . I couldn't get his name because I didn't know how to read Kannada. I hope nobody has to go through such situations again and I believe necessary actions will be taken against the bus conductor.

                                        Respected sir/mam,
                                        Daily evening while going back to home I have to catch 201 series bus.which is the only bus which goes to Banashankari from koramangal. Ofter signal lots of buses will be coming at a time. 201 bus won't see whether passanger is waiting in the bus stop or not. They will speed up and don't come near bus stop just go fastly. Which is really bad and daily it's happening with me. Please make 201 buses gives stop in krapanidhi college bus stop. Thanking you.
