Buses are not stopping at Sadashivnagar police station stop especially after 6:30 PM everyday even the buses are found to be empty

Route - Vidyaranyapura, Bus number 276

When tried calling BMTC helpline numbers[protected] / +[protected] no response from many weeks

Please do the needful at the earliest

    Please provide the bus as many more passengers are suffering at night time as I am regularly late traveller at 10:30 there is no bmtc bus available for Nelamangala to Jallahalli route at night..

      The buses going to Shanuboganahalli and Bilwaradahalli will not stop at Designated bus stop (i.e., Jayadeva Hospital or J D Mara/JP NAGAR 3rd Phase).
      We can understand that if no persons are there in the stop, then to go without stopping.
      But when so many people are waiting for the buses, it is very sad that buses are not stopping at Designated stops.
      If buses for Bannerghatta or jigani or Arenal, there are many buses available, but for Shanuboganahalli and Bilwaradahalli there are only limited buses, even that buses are behaving like this means it will be very difficult for consumers who is dependent on Bmtc buses.
      Kindly look into it and either put more buses to the areas or atleast ask the Bmtc drivers/conductors to come at time and give Designated stops.

        Less number of buses are coming from Jalahalli cross, Yeshwanthpur and Vijayanagar route to Banashankari.. Even if they are coming they are taking flyover route and not coming to Nayandahalli signal. Same problem in the evening also. Buses are more to uttarahalli route and not to Nayandahalli. Please allott more buses to Nayandahalli to Banashankari route.

          BMTC bus No KA-57-FA-1917 hit my scooter at Hebbala signal on 30th Oct 2020 around 10.30am. I have attached bus picture.
          Driver Name Rajagopal V
          He was trying to jump the signal and hit my viechle from back side due to which back side complete portion of viechle got damaged and also my left leg got minor injuries.
          Post that driver told me not to register complaints and he agreed to pay repair cost in the morning, later when i called him he is not agreeing to pay the rest of the amount.

          I would like to raise the complaints on this incident that and below is the snaps FYR

            MisCoduct or Improper Behavior from BMTC Conductor [Route: 401, Vehicle Number: KA-53-F-0182]

            Hi,
            "I believe this complaint registration site is genuine(not for namesake) and respects the time and concerns raised by the BMTC Commuters and thereby providing the needed hassle free resolution at the earliest"

            This is regarding the Misconduct or Improper Behavior from BMTC Conductor[Route No: 401, Vehicle Number: KA-53-F-0182] plying between yeshwanthpur and Yelhanka.Dated: 28th Oct 2020, around 12:30 PM

            I boarded the above mentioned BMTC bus on 28th Oct 2020, from Yeshwantpur Bus stand around 12:30 PM. The driver was driving the bus very slowly (not even 20 KMPH) although there were no blocking traffic(this includes intentionally slowing the bus nearing the Traffic signal waiting it to turn red although with an decent speed the bus could have crossed before the next red Signal). When I asked the Conductor why the bus is driven so slowly as it is causing inconvenience to all of the passenger in the Bus and also it is causing inconvenience to other vehicles on road which had to overtake this huge vehicle and on an narrow lane, the Conductor started yelling at me and said "they will drive like that only as they have one hour time to reach the destination and it is upto their wish on how they drive" and also when i said i'll complain regarding this, the conductor said go ahead and call them i'll talk to them. This is rediculus and an intolerant response.

            This isn't justifiable at all in the interest of BMTC commuters and others vehicles on road, why should the BMTC commuters and other vehicles on road needs to be impacted(Get delayed in reaching their respective stops) due to this more than expected overall trip duration graned to that BMTC route. In case the driver feels he could reach the destination much before the trip duration that should be ok, he should ensure he drives with a normal speed(not below average speed) only and reach the destination and the only thing he should take care is to start the next trip from the destination when the next trip duration starts, rather than causing a delay for all commuters and causing nonsense to other vehicles on road.

            I would like to hear from you on what mitigation plan you have for the concern raised and also what action will be taken on the rude behavior from the Conductor(They have no right to yell/shout on commuters). A proper public behavior training is a MUST for such conductors. I here by await for the reponse at the earliest.[mailto:[protected]@gmail.com]

              Pls educate your staff about cleanliness. Route no KA57F2748 is not following rules. People are allowed to enter bus inspite of lack of seats.
              Conductor is cleaning his nose often and not sanitising his hands and also spitting now and then

                  Sir in our village Bhairanayakanahalli, nelamangala taluk, bmtc bus is stoped due to corana, there is no bus in our village it is Sevier problem for transport sir it is difficult to reach our destinations please send minimum of 2 buses per day it will help more so

                    Hi sir i was traveling from hal to krpuram i got in to route 400 and the depo was 6 and name of the driver was fairoz pasha who was very bad in his behaviour and used very bad words and started sexual harsiment on me he started asking me wat is ur inner wear colour and wat is ur size tr was only 4 passangers in the buss i requedt u to take a necessary action on this plz

                      This is the route from Majestic to Jambusavaridinne. BUS NO KA - F1-1917 is not giving stop at Corporation daily at 8.30 Pm. And conductor doing very negligence behaviour with passengers. Please take action against them.

                        Am pickuping in rajkumar samadhi opposite am asking next signal but she is simply given 10 RS ticket .. but day by day I'll be taken 5 RS ticket ... Am asking why you do like this .. she simply lying... This kind of conductor not like this.. please take immediate action and giving one warning ...

                          I took TICKET from chandapura to jayadeva hospital(towards banashankari) bus no : KA5Y10344, AND PAID RS.100 TO CONDUCTOR, TICKET IS 25RS, BUT FORGOT TO COLLECT CHANGE OF RS.75. PLZ DO NEEDFUL.

                            On 6th october 2020 around 8:45am at Peenya Dasarahalli Bus stop the driver allowed all the passenger to board the bus, but when a senior citizen was about to board the bus [Busno:KA01F1645] the driver moved the vehicle rashly and closed the door when the senior citizen was on the first step of the door to board the bus.

                            Kindly take this complaint into a serious consideration as it a matter of every senior citizen.

                              Dear SIR/MADAM
                              My complaint is on a conductor that he didn't provide me a ticket he gave me a ticket from another person who was going to get down at there stop, that to the ticket stop was different from the stop I got down. I asked him more than 3 times after that he gave me that wrong ticket. if I ask why he did, so he is shouted at me. Bus number - KA-57 F-3013 Timing 7.30-8.00

                                This is to inform about the conductor who behaved rude infront of everyone in the bus. The bus no us KA-57 F- 2957.
                                I boarded the bus today onb3rd October at 3:45 PM from Silk board station towards Banashankari. He asked me the ticket. I showed the day pass taken in the Morning. My signature was there but no ID. I told that other conductor didnt give pen and had no pen with me. And I just kept the ticket inside so that I can open the mobile where I have my I'd card but yes was not allowing instead shouting infront of others.
                                These are not having respect for the people boarding the bus. He should listen what was the problem I was sharing instead he was disrespectful.
                                I want the concerned authority to take the action . If I had no ticket let him take me out of the bus or give penalty. What is this rude behaviour. All other people sitting in the bus are evident how his behaviour was.
                                Repeatedly he was saying I didn't tell you to keep the ticket inside. I told let me open the I'd in mobile and I will show as bus was moving I couldn't had balance to hold both in hands.
                                If action not taken, then can be taken further step to teach a lesson to such a people. Hope this matter will be considered seriously and soon action will be taken.

                                    My car was hit by bmtc bus bearing number ka-01 fa-2254 on 26.09.2020 at around 6pm when i was travelling back home from office.
                                    This happened near krupanidhi college circle in madiwala/koramangala.
                                    I was trying to take right towards madiwala market when bus hit me as driver couldn't negotiate the bend properly.
                                    He wanted to blame me and run away but traffic cops who were nearby stopped him and asked us to exchange phone numbers and go to madiwala police station and surprisingly, cops left us alone and vanished from there.
                                    My car got a major dent on right side and bumper damaged. I tried to reason with driver/conductor with no luck and neither of them were ready to give out their numbers and come to police station.
                                    After about 20 mins of doing the same, the driver agreed to come to police station and asked me to follow the bus on my car. Like a fool i did and he vanished from there without having any intention to stop at police station.
                                    Have no clue what to do when something like this happens. Driver is trained professional and couldn't see a car on his right while negotiating a bend. And then keeps on blaming others. Is there a redressal mechanism for this, if so please help.
                                    Its gonna cost me. But my worry is that how are these guys are accountable? Can these guys get away just like that?

                                      I am travelling daily from hesaraghatta to malleswaram to and fro. I am writing this on behalf of all the passengers travelling in this route. I see a lot of buses plying to other areas where as to hesaraghatta there are hardly any buses plying. Out of the few buses plying, they will not stop if the seating capacity is full since standing is not allowed due to covid-19. Passengers travelling to hesaraghatta are standing in the bus stop minutes and hours together because of this.in view of this, i request the authorities to increase the frequency of buses to hesaraghatta. I see other buses like 258c to nelamangala, 276 to vidyaranyapura, 273c to jalahalli, 252 to peenya 2nd stage and 250 to chikkabanavara travelling every 3 to 5 minutes.

                                      Hope the needful will be done at the earliest.

                                        There are no busses available after 8pm from hennur to shivajinagar. We need to wait for hours to reach home.
