This is the route vehicle coming from Bangalore to Nelamangala didn’t give Nursery stop after Binnamangala inspite of Begging to please give stop
to board the Vehicle Please take action against these irresponsible driver n conductor....

My car was hit by bmtc bus bearing number ka-01 fa-2254 on 26.09.2020 at around 6pm when i was travelling back home from office.
This happened near krupanidhi college circle in madiwala/koramangala.
I was trying to take right towards madiwala market when bus hit me as driver couldn't negotiate the bend properly.
He wanted to blame me and run away but traffic cops who were nearby stopped him and asked us to exchange...

I am travelling daily from hesaraghatta to malleswaram to and fro. I am writing this on behalf of all the passengers travelling in this route. I see a lot of buses plying to other areas where as to hesaraghatta there are hardly any buses plying. Out of the few buses plying, they will not stop if the seating capacity is full since standing is not allowed due to covid-19. Passengers travelling to hesaraghatta are standing in the bus stop minutes...

There are no busses available after 8pm from hennur to shivajinagar. We need to wait for hours to reach home....

I wanted to travel from mekricircle to town hall first things is bus for mejestic we have 10000in every 5 minutes for markset there is no bus t all waiting from last 2hours 1bus came they don't allow us then ### people ways they serve for public what the hell if there is no service it had to menyione people they are waiting has no valeue and Iam sure this complaint will be ignore...

Hi Team,

I took Bus from international airport to bomanahalli towards electronic on[protected] which costs 300 Rs, but as I didn't have change I gave 500 Rs but forgot to collect change from conductor. What to do to get back the change?

Schools and colleges have opened but the students pass renewal has not been not issued. And the old pass is not been accepted. I hence request you either renew pass online or accept the old pass itself...

I am waiting near vivekananda circle at gandhi bazar for bus no 45g. I am waiting for more than 1 hr, till the bus hasn't come. I am a diabetic patient waiting for bus about an hour. Please do some thing and make sure bus should come at right time at right place.. Even traffic is also ok....

Very rash driving by almost all buses.
Those who are seated at last seats we have to break our body bones by the time we reach our destination. Such a hopeless driving by all drivers.

This is with reference to kia 8 bus plying from electronic city to airport (At times 9.48 rupena agrahara bus stop). I usually take kia 8 at rupena agrahara at time 9.48-9.50. Buses from banashankari TTMC (from bsk temple) to hebbal via jnanabharati or kengeri was available before : approx before 1 month. But now buses are not available. Please get to notice this and avail bus facility.

From past 1 month there are no bus facility from banashankari to hebbal (via bangalore university or kengeri)Bus number 501A, 501B and 501D is not available and passengers are forced to take other high priced means of transportation because of this. This is citizen from Bangalore, daily we used to travel through bus route starting from Corporation to Katrigupee via bus no.45
Due to covid we are afraid to travel in bus in evening buses here no distance between people this situation can be avoided by bus driver as well as conductors but they are focused about covering maximum people in a bus in every stop. I am tried to raise this issue...

I travelled by bmtc at 6:30 from sunkudkatte to herohalli the bus driver did not stop at herohalli stop and when requested spoke very rashly and was abusing a lady passenger. Bus no. 3538 having board as seegehhalli gate...

I have noticed conductor is a careless fellow and passengers are exceeded the seat limit and in thia time of covid-19 its not allowed or good thing to allow these non sense things... Sir i am government employee working at gpo bengaluru living in p&t quarters kavalbysandra. My officer hours gets over at 6pm i reach at indian express around 6.05pm and it has been 3 days constitutively i haven't got any bus to the p&t quarters. I delivery have to take private vehicle everyday.

Kindly arrange atleast one bus between these hours....

Bus no ka01fa1545, i catched a bus at peenya 2 nd stage 6:50 pm due to this covid19 issues less bus available and i was traveling towards jalahalli cross conductor behaviour is so rude and less seats available i occupied front seat not conductor seat and started saying go back this is conductor seat i told him politely this is 2 seater next to my side u can sit but he is not listening to my words and started shooting at me and stopped bus...

Dear this is inform you that today while i get in to bus from banshankari to hebbagodi i demand for ticket i had rs200/- so i given to conductor rs 100/-
He given ticket and return me rs75/-after sometime he came back me and directly he took another rs-100 and saying that he given by mistake 175 the i refuse to give he forcefully took and used bad words. Here we are loosing trust on bmtc. Even i took video also i will upload in social...

I'm traveling t dasarahalli to corporation everyday, in this root no k r market bus and we are going to kbs and change, and number of buses also less in this root.
You are not giving permission to standing and also buses less numbers.

Today i'm waiting 1hour in yvp ttmc bus stand no kbs buses and tc also not there passengers are more than 3 buses waiting. I'm changing 3 buses to corporation.
