This is with reference to kia 8 bus plying from electronic city to airport (At times 9.48 rupena agrahara bus stop). I usually take kia 8 at rupena agrahara at time 9.48-9.50. However the kia 8 buses are not stopping at the rupena agrahara bus stop. I am facing this issue everyday.. I have to stand little ahead of bus stop because until i raise hand and stop the buses are not stopping. I stand ahead because the bus stop is usually busy with buses so kia 8 is not visible. Today same thing happened with ka 57 f4376. On asking why they are not stopping at bus stop they said that until someone raises hand and stops they don't stop. Then what is the use of bus stops? Should every one raise their hands to stop the buses. He said that they cannot stop at every bus stop because of time constraints. Ok i understand. But if bus stop is on left side then atleast they should be on left or atleast move slow to see if any passengers are available at bus stop. But they are going on extreme right side with fast pace. How can someone who are senior citizens can go in middle of road and raise hand and stop the bus. This is not fair. I don't have specific complaint against driver and conductor of ka 57 f4376. They are doing good job but from what they said looks like it is the problem of bmtc. Services like these should be improved. Kindly look into it. Public transport must be convenient for everybody in this city.

Kia-8
Usually I take kia-8 bus from kudlugate to salaripuria junction
There is only one direct bus which is scheduled from electronic City
Today, bus did not even stop at kudlugate bus stop
Very bad service from airport bus
I guess it's scheduled time from electronic City was 10:30am
We are paying almost 3 times of actual bus rate as it's direct bus and which takes lesser time to travel.
It passed from kudlu gate around 11:15am
I waved at them
It crossed kudlu signal did even stop at the kudlu bus stop
Poor service from BMTC😔
I am a frequent traveler for airport from s.i . apartment stop. The fare will be 265. Today while waiting for the bus at s.i apartment stop Kia -8 bus stopped 10feet away from the stop and the conductor is busy giving tickets to passenger, i waited for some time then I approached the bus and the driver opened back door and got inside the bus. The conductor asked rs 305 but I told from s.i. apartment stop the fare is 265. Then the conductor rudely spoke get down and wait s.i apartment stop. No option for me got down from the bus with luggage and walk to si apartment and have to wait. I have been in Bangalore almost 15years but never any conductor behave that way. They are the ambassador of blr airport and Bangalore. Quite shocking for me . Please please kindly educate your Kia bus conductor how to behave with passenger. If that is not the proper stop then why the driver opened the door. I hope his ego hurt when I said fare is 265 in front of the whole passenger.

    Dear BMTC,
    Buses from banashankari TTMC (from bsk temple) to hebbal via jnanabharati or kengeri was available before : approx before 1 month. But now buses are not available. Please get to notice this and avail bus facility.

      Dear bmtc,
      From past 1 month there are no bus facility from banashankari to hebbal (via bangalore university or kengeri)Bus number 501A, 501B and 501D is not available and passengers are forced to take other high priced means of transportation because of this. Daily wage workers and employees are suffering because of this. Please take action and avail the buses. Thank you

        This is citizen from Bangalore, daily we used to travel through bus route starting from Corporation to Katrigupee via bus no.45
        Due to covid we are afraid to travel in bus in evening buses here no distance between people this situation can be avoided by bus driver as well as conductors but they are focused about covering maximum people in a bus in every stop. I am tried to raise this issue

          I travelled by bmtc at 6:30 from sunkudkatte to herohalli the bus driver did not stop at herohalli stop and when requested spoke very rashly and was abusing a lady passenger. Bus no. 3538 having board as seegehhalli gate

            Was carrying a bag with 1 sales tax file.
            1 sales and purchase register of year 2017 and 2018. Left it in the bus no 356C near forum mall bus stop.

              Dear sir/mam,
              Myself deepak narahari i am travelling in bmtc vehicle numbered ka-01 f 9503 from majestic depot - it is going to jigani now... I have noticed conductor is a careless fellow and passengers are exceeded the seat limit and in thia time of covid-19 its not allowed or good thing to allow these non sense things... Kindly take strict action lm conductor for his carelessness.. I hope this issue will be resolved and a strict rule has to be implemented saying passengers will be allowed to travel in limited seat and no overloading to be done.

                Sir i am government employee working at gpo bengaluru living in p&t quarters kavalbysandra. My officer hours gets over at 6pm i reach at indian express around 6.05pm and it has been 3 days constitutively i haven't got any bus to the p&t quarters. I delivery have to take private vehicle everyday.

                Kindly arrange atleast one bus between these hours.

                  Bus no ka01fa1545, i catched a bus at peenya 2 nd stage 6:50 pm due to this covid19 issues less bus available and i was traveling towards jalahalli cross conductor behaviour is so rude and less seats available i occupied front seat not conductor seat and started saying go back this is conductor seat i told him politely this is 2 seater next to my side u can sit but he is not listening to my words and started shooting at me and stopped bus then i shouted on him and asked that standing people are so many and why ur asking me to go back then all people standing get down, please take action on him and i am traveling everyday past from 25 years and his talks has hired me he is not having little bit of common sense he is speaking with a woman so rude behaviour and at this stage people rush to catch bus and his handling is worst, please a request from my end because everyday we need to travel in the same route to home after completing job

                    Dear this is inform you that today while i get in to bus from banshankari to hebbagodi i demand for ticket i had rs200/- so i given to conductor rs 100/-
                    He given ticket and return me rs75/-after sometime he came back me and directly he took another rs-100 and saying that he given by mistake 175 the i refuse to give he forcefully took and used bad words. Here we are loosing trust on bmtc. Even i took video also i will upload in social media please stop these kind robbery for further clarification please feel free to contact me

                      I'm traveling t dasarahalli to corporation everyday, in this root no k r market bus and we are going to kbs and change, and number of buses also less in this root.
                      You are not giving permission to standing and also buses less numbers.

                      Today i'm waiting 1hour in yvp ttmc bus stand no kbs buses and tc also not there passengers are more than 3 buses waiting. I'm changing 3 buses to corporation.
                      And media report buses are empty riding no passengers bmtc incurred loss but this our root problem in every day (Mor & evg).

                      I request to bmtc head kindly run more buses in morning and evening, afternoon depends upon passengers otherwise waiting buses in stand passengers are come more run or stop

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        This complain is against the conductor of 271t starting from abbigere to majestic at 7.15 am.

                        I have taken a monthly pass with new id and have laminated both, reason behind to wipe very often with disinfecting solution during these covid pandemic. But this morning i boarded the bus from abbigere to bel circle bus no.271t. The conductor falsely accused me with bad word, for laminating and told me fraud, robber etc... To bring color xerox and abused all kind of filthy language in front of all the passengers even in spite of me telling him to check the logo and also asked me to get down from the bus or he gave me an option to buy ticket if not to get down the bus. As i don't want to argue with him i took the ticket and traveled with other passengers in front of whom i was abused badly. I am not feeling bad for rs.15 but the abusive words hurt me very badly. I have attached the pass and the ticket.
                        Also please give training for conductors to understand the difference between xerox and originals with logo.
                        From bel i travelled to kasturi nagar in 500d, the conductor accepted the pass by seeing the logo.
                        I want the authorities to take action against the conductor abused me in front of others. If needed i can proceed against him legally. And please reply me back with the action taken against him sir.

                          I have got weekly pass at Yelahanka bus stand pass counter on[protected] as pass issuer punched the pass by issued date to validity date but when I board in bus conductor refuse the pass for because pass is punched invalidly as per conductor. Now whose mistake is this? I got a pass for RS.300/- and not able to travel who's responsible for punching the pass correctly. Please find the pic attached. And please let me know what to do. thanks

                            I'm traveling in the bus 283 from kempegowda bus stand to Hunasamaranahalli which left KBS at 5.11pm on 30/07/3020. The seats were totally filled with passengers and in Hebbal crowding started by then once conductor told there's no seats. But, when the bus reached byatrayanpura signal so many people just entered in the bus and the driver didn't say one single word to them.
                            When in this COVID-19 pandemic social distance is a must the bus is fully crowded with more than 10 people standing.
                            Is this the measures taken by BMTC officers? Where's the checking and proper measures given by WHO been applied?

                              •as i have travelled in bmtc bus in bangalore bus registered number 2807 where the bus destination number also has not written but mentioned as kalyannagar.
                              •i catch bus from frazer town to jai bharath nagar but ticket issued by conductor is from coles park to maruthi sevanagar and i asked why it's mentioned different destination in ticket then conductor started raisin his voice and started some insulting words to me like you don't have common sense that too infront of other passenger and later conductor explained that you will not get ticket wherever you want and government has fixed the ticket only for stage wise and ticket will generate as per stage.

                                My bus pass application was rejected in august 2018. Since then i have been making rounds to bmtc shanti nagar office, submitted several complaints & written to managing director of bmtc as well. I had to submit my account statement several times, after long hours of convincing i haven't received my refund.
                                I have been contacting miss chetna of bmtc office on her mobile who keeps assuring my refund of ₹1352 will happen by next month, as accountant is on maternity leave & other claims.
                                Till date, there have been no refund whatsoever. It's frustrating.

                                  Honerable chief minister,

                                  This is very serious issue i m bringing lots of family's suffering and my father worked as bmtc conductor and served your government and last month he got retired and the pension amout is 2400 per month how can a family of 5 persons survive in this metropolitan city with this much money this is very ruthless and very bad of your government treating a retired ex servent who served his whole life for your government so please consider this issue and resolve this also in this covid pandemic situation he can't go outside to search other job for living as he is government employee we got apl card which is useless not getting proper ration also thought of going to media but as a responsible citizen i m writing a complaint to government so please consider the seriousness of this issue and do the needful

                                    We are health workers and working in vijayanagar brought from jayanagar
                                    We used to travel daily by bmtc bus from here to there between 9am to 7pm
                                    Now a days the bus services are very wrost and even after carrying our monthly passes we have to wait more than 1-2hours at bus stops of vijayanagar especially evenings
                                    We are travelling through autos which is very unusual thing to us daily
                                    Please make sure the daily commute in these routes without fail as we are facing very wrost situations for bussus
                                    No one responding in these ttmc's and finally we are suffering

                                      My self shivarudraiah along with my 55 years aged mother took a bmtc bus from jalahalli cross to mei factory. But conductor issued a ticket till yeshwanthpur, again i asked why are issuing for wrong destination bcoz i need to get down in mei factory stop. But he replied with an answer that from mei factory to yeshwanthpur same price with same stage. He took us till govardhan stop. But in middle we requested to stop at mei factory, he didn't stop.. I don't why he did. Since we need to catch a train from yeshwanthpur railway station to shimoga at 5:30 with train number 02089. We missed it due to uneducated driver and conductor..

                                        I'm regular commuter in route no 176 from mariyappana palya to r. T nagar. The problem that we are facing is that the bus ply in this route are very inconvenient. The buses do not come in time they ply as on whenever they want.
                                        We have to wait for more than 1 hr for the bus. Many times we have raised this issue by calling the bmtc helpline but it has not riped any fruit. The problem in this route bus and its crew is, they ply on their wish and fancy. If the buses arrives together there will be 4-5 buses comes like caravan, where none of the buses will be stopped because of the probabilities principles followed by the drivers by assuming next bus driver might stop. This is the daily problem which we are facing. So kindly solve this problem.
