No water supply to small owner family who don’t have illegal connection and no illegal motor usages.
90% of the houses has more than one illegal water connection with out meters. As they pay money to area line man Suresh.
Many complains given and catch the people No strong action agaist to illegal connection houses.
If any inspection, lineman inform to the families in advance about inspection time to stop motor usage during water supply. Later continue the same.

Does BWSSB encourage to have illegal connections and usage of motors and decent families to struggle ? Why not serious action can be taken like plan to power-cut during water supply few days to resolve issue smoothly or take serious action to disconnect water connection with huge penalty.

Cauvery water irregular supply. BWSSB will supply Cauvery water once in 4 days and last one month it is too horrible. No proper water supply even after 4 days gap. Every week we need to get water from water tankers and need to pay 600 per tank. No use even after filling complaint in local BWSSB office.

Contacted the BWSSBand informed about them about the anomaly in your water bill. We talked BWSSB officials calling their customer service helpline and requested them to provide corrected bill to make water bill payments to BWSSB

Contacted the BWSSB, &provide them with all the necessary information related to your complaint, such as your account number, bill number, and any other relevant details.

Hi,

Today they dug up the road and added one more water connection to existing one.The added T joint at end of the 2 pipes to appear as if there is only one connection.
Site number 31.#31, 4th Cross, Nrupatunga road, Battarahalli, Kr puram,
bangalore 560049.Because of him all others are facing water issues.

There is no water supply to our house since 2 days. Please do the needful.
Looks like the water pipe on the road is broken from outside. There is continous water leakage.

Sweage pipe of 4th B Cross Puttur Cut Road has blocked completely, around 5 houses are completely impacted due to this issue, we are unable to use the toilets as well

Very bad smell and sewage water flowing in road

We are getting harassed by one of your lineman santhosh, who behaves he is supreme of bwssb. He is harassing area people by opening valve for hardly 1 hour and later controlling the pressure to very low due to which we dont get waterflow through any of the taps. Alternative days we recieve water but its really insane getting tortured by a lineman due to which it is uneasy for us with inadequate water supply by bwssb. There are no othe water source solutions to us . Every day we run out of water cause lineman is supply water only for max of 1 - 2 hours every alternate days. Its horrible experience we are having. Kindly take serious action against lineman after resolving and verifying our issues.

Extremely irregular supply of water in our area. As a result our water bills come down drastically (to Rs.300/-) and go up suddenly (to Rs 1300/-) in some month when water is supplied for long periods of time in a day. Since, more water cannot be stored it gets wasted in many cases due to overflowing sumps/overhead tanks. Action of the person responsible for operating the valve is highly suspect too!

My BWSSB meter is changed from domestic to non domestic, when contacted the billing person he asked to check with BWSSB team, they again suggested to come along with the agent and that agent is demanding a hectic amount of rs. 30, 000/. Please help to resolve this issue.

Water is using without the meter in 10th main road Attur Layout Yelahanka Bangalore 64 and please check the enter road. Please check it sir., Clear it sir.

There is a drainage overflow in front of our gate. When enquired on the same it is been said due to blockage in the main road the drainage water is reversing back near our house. We have many children's who are staying in this location and old people who come out for playing and walking respectively. The drainage smell can effect them. We request you to take some action and resolve this issue.
