We have submitted ECS to thedebit SB AC F SBI [protected] during Sep 2022. Even after 6 minths the ECS is not activated. please do the needfull.

Sir,
The people who is having the own house in the area are using motor pumps and forcibly extracting the water when it is released to all the houses, due to which people of small rented or people who own sheet houses are not able to afford for a load water and are helplessly begging for 1 or 2 cans of water from others.

This is happening past 1 year and since majorly most of the own houses are doing this in the entire road, poor people are majorly suffered.
This is a complaint on behalf of the poor who couldn't raise the complaint.

Can someone please look into the matter advice BWSSB to conduct a surprise check in the area and penalise the guilties and requesting you to take a legal action

Dear BWSSB team,
there is sewerage water pipes broken between the chambers. Due to this the dirty water is not flowing and also leaking onto the road. Several complains 5+ already registered in the local office but they come only to try something but not do anything about changing the broken pipes.
Higher office needs to intervene here to find a solution

solution - The sewerage pipes need to be changed with bigger pipes.

We paid for kavery water connection.they charged 35000+.and
3000 for civil work.
And asked extra money for them. But i didn't give. But I had given for meter fixing person. So they annoyed and not supplied water. Again I asked they said we have to open the road and check pipeline. We already paid 3000 rs for civil work. Now they are ignoring. Not picking my call.

Now the drainage water is coming out of the ground and flowing on the road.

This complaint is regarding drainage blockage in our locality which is situated in the below address mentioned
3rd Main Road, (Tent Road) Hebbal Police station Road, Bangalore 560024

As we came to know that Sanitary Pipe has Cables in it and Drainage has been blocked inside and due to this Restrooms are filled with sanitary water, where water is having stinky smell with small particles of dust, unable to use for daily purpose in house as inside house could get smell and we could not live at home and children's also getting health issues regarding this.
Written Complaint by localities has been Raised to BWSSB in Anand Nagar and also in RT Nager but till now nobody has attempted to resolve this issue.
Sincere request for looking into this and clear as soon as possible this problem.

In our area from past 2 months water supply was not proper raised a complaint in call center and called JE kumudaAEE Nandini but no use.the main problem is with wall man venkatesh who ever give him money he leave water tobthat road.please change the wall man or take necessary action.from past 25 years we didn't face this much of water problem.

No water supply to small owner family who don’t have illegal connection and no illegal motor usages.
90% of the houses has more than one illegal water connection with out meters. As they pay money to area line man Suresh.
Many complains given and catch the people No strong action agaist to illegal connection houses.
If any inspection, lineman inform to the families in advance about inspection time to stop motor usage during water supply. Later continue the same.

Does BWSSB encourage to have illegal connections and usage of motors and decent families to struggle ? Why not serious action can be taken like plan to power-cut during water supply few days to resolve issue smoothly or take serious action to disconnect water connection with huge penalty.
