I am writing this complaint on behalf of all the residence of 4th cross, shivraj road (Mohammed ali road), dj halli, bangalore 560045.in our street there is no water supply from last 7 days and all the residence are undergoing lot of problem due to this. Here the supply is controlled by a single person and the supply is given at the discretion of this single person who is responsible to release the water. Also, in our area water supply is given only 2 days a week for 1 or 2 hours (Wednesday &sunday) but in other nearby areas water supply is regular. Not sure why this discrepancy. Could you please intervene and help us to get water supply immediately and also increase the frequency of the supply.

The illegal water supply is happening from last one year in new baiyappanahalli area and not action by bwssb.

I am residing in new baiyappanahalli, my neighbor does water selling business. There are 4 water tanker lorries running for 24 hours in a day (Sapthagiri venkateshwara water services vehicle # ka 03 ae 1447 & ka 03 ae 7657) near my residence.

Every 10 minutes the water tanker lorry passes in our area and it creates lot of noise when the take a turn, revers & horn. This is creating a lot of noise and we are unable to tolerate the noise created by the water tanker lorries and ended with many sleepless day and nights.

We had spoken several times and requested several times to the lorry drivers and the owner of sapathagiri venkateshwara water services to stop their services at least from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am, but they never responded to us. We had spoken to the neighbor who sells the water and they say that they cannot stop their business even during night and they claim that they have taken permission from bwssb for doing this business.

When we said we will give a complaint, they say that, we can proceed giving a complaint to any of the departments.

Request you to look into this issues and resolve as early as possible.

I'm writing this complaint hoping atleast someone from BWSSB higher Authority will notice and take action and resolve our water problems.

From 5 days we have not got the water supply, when approached to BWSSB office near Domlur Bus stop they said to write in the book, we'll come and check. By this you can understand how careless they are. I'm saying we have not got water for 5 days, so instead of providing some alternate options they are asking to register a complaint and go from here.

We are facing Water problems from few months at 11th Cross, Domlur Village. Many people in our lane have complained n number of times but still the BWSSB persons have not taken any action till now. The Water supply is two days once and we get water hardly 3-4 hours and that it comes very slowly. There is no water problem in 10th and 12th Cross, Domlur village and only our lane has issues. So I don't understand if they have separate valve for each lane or what. We didn't had any issues like one year back and I don't understand why we are facing the problems now.

In Winter the situation is this, so I can't image how it'll be in Summer when we have water storage across Bangalore city.

I told I'll approach higher authority and they provided some phone number and when called the BWSSB person was off duty and asked to call tomorrow evening, I requested to send another person to check as there will be no supply tomorrow but he said there is no one else. I don't understand how they will check when there is no supply. We have to suffer for another 2 days without water.

I'm the resident of bismillah nagar, 9th cross, d. R. C. Post, bangalore. For the past 1 year we are facing lot of issues in getting kaveri water. They have visited the location twice and it worked fine only on that day and after that the same thing is repeated. We are not even getting minimum 2000 litres on alternate days. Please help us do the needful.

From the past 4 months we are not getting cauvery water in our house. The water supply used to be fine before that. We've now become heavily reliant on bore supply which is not reliable either and the tankers who supply muddy water. My parents are senior citizens who've been struggling to get this issue resolved. They've tried numerous ways of getting this issue fixed despite thier age and health conditions.

Once a water engineer said came to have a look and said there is some dirt stuck in the pipe and got it removed. Even this hasn't helped. We've raised complaints and sent letters to various people. Without any luck, we are going to visit water adalat to see if we can get any help.

This is regarding the bwssb bill we are receiving for our residence since 4 years. We are getting 2 parallel bills for the same residence and we have requested enough to the authorities about the matter, still not resolved. We are paying one bill regularly and people from board are coming to disconnect the water connection (For which we have paid the bill amount regularly). Kindly resolve the matter and oblige. Rr no of the bills s-109965/bs05 & s-242037/pp-03.

Water is not there in basavanagudi ashoknagar and surrounding areas, in paper it had been said that jan 22 and jan 23 there will be no water supply, but today already jan 24. Pls resolve the issue. We depend on bwssb solely for water. Concerned authorities please look into the issue. Water supply tankers nobody can afford as they will not come on time and also they charge exponentially.

We are not getting any water from bwssb and even the consumption shown in the bill also is 1000 liters, but in our bill there is a charge of sc for borewell - rs. 3000/- and other charges 4625/- and month on month the total bill is coming is 9300/- and we are paying regularly.
Please look into it for such high billing, we are running a pg and not able to bear this expense and its a question of our survival, so please look in to this.

There is no water supply since 12 days, when contacted the valve man he always says its under repair. The place is ullalu post office road, ullalu, vishveshwariah layout, bengaluru 560056. But before this there was no adequate water supply also. The water is supplied for few minutes while we cannot even fill the tank. The issue will be bigger in the coming months, in the summer.

There is no water supply in jnanabharathi bda layout bangalore... From past 3 4 days.. And no one is responding to the customer care number... Always 24/7 it's busy... We are facing difficulties... Sir... We are staying at no. 2462, 16th c main rd, hal 2nd stage indiranagar bangalore 560008... Kaveri water totally blocked from fast 2weeks... Pls take action on priority... Meter reader is reading does not do his job on the date specified date viz meter reading date is on 12/01/2019 as per bill. Meter reader came today (19/01/19) and gave the bill device no is i1691j15. Sub division is nw3. This is not the first time he is doing this. He is consistent late comer (Since his posting) invariably he comes 7-10 days late than the reading date. This was brought to the notice of the concerned earlier, the response was no good. Instead taking action by the concerned officer, he advised us to bang the meter reader. This is the caliber of the officer careless of the officer. Not bothered.
Can somebody take some remedial measure so that we get bill on scheduled date.

Our water meter is very old (Feb 2012) and we feel that it is giving wrong reading like there is huge difference in bills with our and neighbour bills, i got to know bwssb is replacing all the old meter with new one for free of cost, could you please do the needful asap so that we don’t face trouble on these huge bills because of meter.

Bwssb website for making online payment is not maintained properly. When it asked their official they told me to write to their md. Their website is bwssb.in, but it is insecure one & dangerous. Their it cell to be revamped with qualified & experienced professionals. When i make payments through other service agencies, service charges are being collected. When we make online bill payment there shall not be extra charges. Request you to resolve the issues.

Sir. I am resident of telecom layout no 98 hbr 5th block. Nagwara. Since last 4months the water supply to our is not e is no recorthere. We have made complaints to all the officers. Here i would like to mention that we have made complaint to the officer sunil kumar ee but noaction has been taken by the officer. We met several tines and called him over phone but no actio had been taken by the officer. All my complaints are fallen on deafears. There is no proper way of registering the complaint and no acknowledgement is given when complaint is given over phone or person. So there is no record of the same. The valveman manju demands money and collected rs 8000as reparing charges fro my aged father in law who is a senior citizen. After paying so much amount the water supply is not restored. Actio dhould be taken for the pereon who is indifferent to my complaintand proper water supply to be restored to the house.

Dear sir/madam, in our street almost all houses are using motors to pull the cauvery water every time. Is it legal?. Due to this, buildings who are not using motors are getting very less water. Could you please take any action. Address :5d cross, abbiahreddylayout, kaggadasapura, cv raman nagar. You can catch from afternoon of every thursday and saturday. Please do the needful...

Few houses has been supplying water from its borewell to water tankers for commercial distribution. I believe this commercial utilization of a residential borewell is against the law. The house has conspicuously placed pipes for easy tanker filling. The owner of the building has been providing water to as many as 20 - 30 tankers every day also traffic jams because of water tankers. This is causing rapid depletion of the groundwater level in the region.
Similarly there are around 6 bore wells in this area. I also doubt if they pay income tax for their earning.

BWSSB people had started to dig rods in order to lay some pipes in Mahaganapathy Nagar, Opp Hotel Hot Coffee, Near to Mandovi Motors, Rajajinagar Industrial Town. They have not yet completed the work and daily they are putting mud in front of our office (Drivezy). Roads are really very bad, our customers are complaining that they are unable to take cars for ride in front of the gate. I myself faced lot of problem taking my car in and out and because of this, my car's front bumper has been damaged on 15/01/2019.

In our office, we have installed several CCTV Cameras, in which everything has been recorded in the system. I have also taken photo's & video's along with JCB Vehicle bearing no KA 52 M 2585.

I hereby request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against the Supervisor or Contractor and to compensate for the damages at the earliest.

We are facing lot of problem due to water shortage. Hardly we are recieving water once in week. Sometime more then one week, we don't get water supply. Our daily routine get disturb due to this. Water is basic necessity. We have to call private water tankers for our needs. Water supply should be fixed on daily basis. Like we will get 1 hour or 2 hours supply. But more than one weeks is really creating lots of problem. Being joint family we face a lot of problem with small kids. Request you to help in this case.
