I am resident of #40, 9th cross first main, prashanthanagar, bangalore 560079 (Near magadi road housing board colony). The sewerage line in front of my house is choked and not allowing the sewerage to go down and in turn it is getting a back flow into my house and filling itself around and making our life miserable. I had contacted the sewarage cleaning team about this problem and they are yet to respond. Please at your earliest direct concerned personnel to attend with at most priority. Acknowledge this complaint with your response.

    The manhole is overflowing and nobody cares about it. This is so unhygenic as the water is all over the road and street. The garbage is also all over the road. We have been complaining to our owner since 3 days but there is no movement. This will definitely spread sickness and people will be dead. This is like staying in drainage. Do something which is a pemanent solution.

      Rm enterprises water supply is falsy disposing the waste water near residential area due to which many people are falling sick and they are also polluting the underground water by inserting a long pipe into the ground and then disposing the waste water into the pipe.. Due to this false disposal the farmers near by are also facing a lot of problems and even i am one of them.. The crops are getting spoilt due to air and water contamination... Please look into this matter and help us soon... Rm enterprises owner is rajshekar. This is happening near shikaripalya.. 560105

        Whenever the cauvery water supply is on, there is water leakage near our apartment. The exact spot is between no 2 & no 3 coles road and the water spills on to the road.
        I have registered a complaint with bwssb ref no bwssb[protected].
        However there has been no response till now. And the water leakage increases
        By the day. Pl attend to it.

        Kaveri water is not being provided for a longer period . A very much delayed or no supply itself, please consider this.

          Please close the sewage leaking that is happening since 12 days. Many complaints personally has given no results. The address is bettappa lane, c t street cross, nagarathpet cross Bangalore 560011. Pls do the needful urgently.. It would be much appreciated because many old people and school children cross in this place and highly infectious..

              There is no kaveri water supply to muneshwar temple street at kodihalli in hal 3 rd stage either from jb nagar or domlur. Even the borewell supply is also not available. Immediate supply of kaveri water to this area is solicited. Till then, water may be supplied through tankers. Please watch the uploaded video. An drinage water is supplied to us. Please let us survive for some more days. Please provide good water.

                We the residents of the 19th main, btm layout, 2nd stage, opp to bbmp playground (House nos. 214 to 224) bring to your notice that there is so much of irregularity in supply of water. There is no water for the past 5 days. We are depending completely on corporation water, we never had this problem all these years. We have been residing in this area since 25 years. This irregularity is causing lot of problems. Repeated complaints to your office in mico layout has not solved the problem. Even if the water comes the force will not be there it will not reach house no.214. We expect atleast the water supply once in two days.

                  This is to bring to your notice that, our neighbours on 6 cross n r colony basavanagudi bangalore have placed an illegal valve in our water connection from the main line and are taking water from our main water line. They are also stopping the water for our apartment using the valve attached and the water pressure is reduced drastically, thus reducing the supply of water to our apartment. We have attached a picture of the same for your reference.

                  We request you to take immediate action on the same and enable removal of the illegal valve attached to our connection from the neighbours, for seamless water to our apartment.

                  Inspite of a formal complaint to the authorities no action is initiated even after a week.

                    But i can see the arrears amount of rs.216 in the water bill of december.

                      There is drainage block in front of the house 124, 4th cross, cheluvadipalya, bangalore - 560053. Since from 1 month. By which it is resulting into bad smell, entering into the houses and causing serious health problem. So kindly the office may look into the matter and solve the problem. I think there is hydrallic machine is required for the cleaning of the chamber/manhole. So kindly help us sir.

                        Bwssb bills exponentially increased from past 2-3 months. Earlier i used to get 800 rs for 10-12k liters consumption. However, from past 2 months even though there was no water due to issue at 43rd cross hbr 5th block the bill reported consumption of 31000 liters and costing 1900+. Tried to call customer care to raise compliant there is no response. Please help me to

                        The sewers on Maithri layout are blocked and over flowing. Despite requests no one from.BWssb is attending and doing the needful. The stench is unbearable and we also fear spread of mosquitos and diseases. The sewers especially at 1 and 2 main is over flowing. Request urgent assistance

                          In Mangammanapalya ward 190, they r charging 3rs extra per can but in Machine v need to insert 5rs gold coin but one guy taking 3rs extra, if we ask they are showing their rudeness, So please let them know to collect only 5rs per can as per the govt noticed.And I have attached file too.

                            Jp nagar 1st phase drainage/manholes blocked frequently in front of bescom office, causing blockages in sewage lines of houses in 11th-b-cross, 30th-main.

                            House owners are forced to pay thousands of rupees frequently for bwssb workers to get the blockages cleared.

                            It is near panduranga swamy temple, and the residents of the road are frequently harassed by the bwssb workers.

                              I live in prashanth extension, 2nd cross, itpl main road, whitefield main road, villa christina, next to akshaya ladies pg building. There is a lot of construction for a booming pg accommodation which is resulting in blockages in the sewage lines and overflow.

                              This overflow is directly entering my compound posing a serious health hazard apart from a terrible foul smell. We are a family of 4 senior citizens, 2 adults and a child. We have made 3 complaints to the bwssb but till date no remedial action has been taken.

                              I request your good office to look into the matter and inspect the conditions here and prevail upon the bwssb authorities to take action which only they can do.

                                I have been getting excess water bills for the last several months aganiat the average bill of rs 300 i am getting rs 1985 in last month, it varies from 600 to rs 2000
                                Due to air pressure even though water is not coming meter counteneously run,
                                We have checked and repaired the water meter but still getting high bills for water which we are not using, even the water the water was not used or coming meter keep on running

                                  Some people in doddanekkundi are using borewell dug in their residences to supply water commercially. I am pretty sure this is depleting ground water at an alarming rate. They use huge tankers, now even bharat benz trucks. The roads are all damaged due to these heavy trucks and cause a lot of dust in our area. Please investigate these in the doddanekkundi area - pragati layout - near doddanekkundi lake.

                                  The govt employee came to change water as he said its not working.
                                  He then bribed 500 RS for it. We refused it then he took the old meter and left with out fitting new meter.

                                    #51, c/o shashikala, 4th main, 5th cross, naidus layout, bangalore 61. Am residing in this address. Our house owner has illegally removed the properly working meter during night time when there is no human visibility. 3 men came who don't seem to be the bwssb workers dismantled the meter and took it away.

                                    They did all this after 8:30 to 9:00 pm when there is no human visibility. Is proper permission is taken by mrs. Shashikala is not known. Kindly look at the issue at earliest.

                                      Hosa road, channakeshava nagar, right side, 4th cross is facing lot of problem with regard to water. Water is supplied ones in a week. Complaints were made to be regularly. Our area water supplier maintainer name is srikanth, we complaint against him, but he couldn't take mind this matter. Only right side 4th cross is having this problem while other lines water is supplied every one day in a week, he leaving water to roads, in other he leaving water morethan hours but only 4th cross not having morethan hours only 30 to 40 minutes in that water will come very slowly, without water how can we survive our life tell me you only sir. I requested to you take urgent action to him, kindly do the needful and solve our problem...

                                        The ines were broken while JIO labourers were connecting cables and digging the road deeper .

                                        This a loss of water to all residents and water is being wasted on road side.
