Hi team,

Today 6-dec, boarwell drilling is happening on the road @ dominic layout, seegehalli, krishnarajapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560049.

They have blocked the entire road & drilling is happening on the govt. Road.
Request authorities to take immediate action.

Not sure how this is allowed in the first place & if the authorities noticed it. Please help..

Hii sir due to chamber problem in road line the sanitary has getting again again blocked bue to the chember has got old and it has been totally spoiled. We request you to provide. New chamber. If we go and give compliment in bwssb in yelahanka. They won't care late response if they come and go it will all right for one or two days again same condition so. Please take some action on it sir thank you.

There seems to be no water supply in 6th main ramanashree layout for the past 4 to 5 weeks.

_ there are some houses in 6th main bilekahalli who never have water shortage - we know about a separate water connection illegally to those houses. This is a scam that is known to all and continues with the blessings of the old timer residents and corporators. The corporations and water authority is hand in glove with these special beneficiaries.

The above blatant bwssb malpractice must end.

I shikkari palya main. Electronic city bangalore road today sime one digged a bore well on the tarred road. The road is public transport region. Many school kids are walking in this road. Kindly do the needful before some mishaps happens. Kids road pedestrian who walk in dark., or even vehicles are in danger.

It comes after wipro gate 300 meter towards hulimangala.

Kindly take necessary action to remove and fill the unauthorised digging. This is my humble request to the court.

Water meter shows 3704 however for the past three years, the water person has been mentioning the excessive amount. He has captured as "2703000" (Wrong reading) which is ridiculous. Water bill will come around rs.500 however because of this excessive reading, it shows we need to pay rs56, 983. We have faced a lot of mental pressure because of this problem. We have not at all consumed so much of water. We keep asking the guy to mention the exact meter readings however he is not obliging and we hardly get to even meet him (We have met him only four times in the past three years. We need a person from the water board to visit our home and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
This is a serious issue and we need your assistance and involvement in solving this problem. Recently we were advised to lodge a complaint as our mental health is at stack!!

We are residing in shankara enclave, hulimav, bg road, bangalore 76.in our flat cauvery water is not coming regularly and if it comes, it will come with low flow and also only 2hours. But near by streets, water is
Overflowing and getting wasted. Waterman in our area is not at all visible and never respond to our phone calls. Please take immediate action and arrange to solve the problem. Thank you

Sewage line newly Installed at Thubarahalli Extended Road is blocked & all the sewage is flowing on the road. This is mud road & area is severely impacted difficult for even school buses to ply. This is serious health hazard & may have outbreak of infectious diseases. Very Bad smell traveling this patch. Attached pic .

Hoping authorities to take immediate action as last 3days no official has visited site.

We are facing drinage block in our house main entrance to drainage, i have complained to the authority nobody have taken responciblity to solve this problem. Our bath rooms and toilets are blocked... Water is flushing inside and outside to the road even tresspassers are also facing problem... So we request you to enquire this and take a suitable action.

We have been charged excess than the usage as the meter reading is not correct and need a service/change in the meter, kindly arrange a visit to the residence to resolve at the earliest as we have faced huge loss with the bill. We are also not notified about the readings in real by the meter reading person every month, there is no proof for the same.
Kindly help resolve the issue asap

Water is not coming regularly for ramachandra reddy layout mangammanapalya main road - 560068. 8 to 10 days once will get water some time it will be more than 10 days we don't get water. If the water is coming then only for 2 to 3 hours it will come, with this water how can we maintain for 10 days. We are fed up of paying to water tanker. Even after we pay to bwssb we are paying for water tankers to get water. We are having very bad experience with the person who is leaving water to our area. He is leaving water regularly and he doesn't stop water even after 2 days and water is flowing continuously for the adjacent areas. If we ask the person who leaves water he will shoot at us in the middle of the road and he is asking for bribes to leave water. Many time we have given oral complaints to bwssb board but we didn't get any response from them. So i request you to take necessary action and please help us to get human basic need which is water on a regular basis. Thank you.

This is to inform you that there is a huge amount of water is being wasted in our locality every day. The culprits are donne biryani house. Koramangala 7th block, opposite lane of hdfc bank. After informing them many times but still they leave their motor on for hours together. Hence requesting you to take a proper action against them to save the water. We are bangaloreans are suffering from water crisis and these people without any sense wasting a huge amount of water every day.

I am a senior citizen aged about 80 years and residing in rented house at no. 21, i. T. C. Road, r.. S. Palya, m. S. Nagar post, bengaluru-560033. From the past 8 months there is no cmc (Borewell
) water. But i am receiving water bill in which ₹. 100/- charged every month towards borewell water. How can i pay for
Water which is not supplied at all. Even the cauvery water which is supplied twice a week is insufficient for 3 tenants in this building. The owner who is staying in chennai is helpless in this matter. I am a very old woman & cannot run up & down to the concerned offices to solve the problem. I request an immediate action in this matter for which act of kindness i shall be grateful to the concerned officers.

Yesterday bwssb people digged road to stop water leaking but not repaired road again they have left the road as it is whoom we should blame if the government servents itself not bothered about it and road had become even conjustef now because of this and metro work please fix this problem sooner.

We are residents of aparmnet near dinnur main road rt nagar...
Since month july the person who comes here for bill reading doesn't come to our apartment...
He comes and generates bill for all other sorrouding buildings here...
Kindly look into our problem and give us a solution..
Everytime we need to follow him and go to his office and collect the bill..
Sometimes he' not available there also...
We should call him 3 to 4 times follow up and then get the work done..

There is continuous borewell digging in our area which has been operating since last friday. They start at 6 in the morning and continue till 9 in the night. We are badly affected by extreme noise hazards leading to headache and nausea. I am not able to study for my exams. Please help.

I have attached a vedio for reference. When he finishes lowering one casing and retrieves the bore, the noise is 10 times higher

No water supply since 1 year.in my area near shiva temple vidyasagar saraipalya srk nagar post bangalore. We r having lot of problems regarding water supply we have to call water tankers it cost us 500 per week. Water is free of cost but ur govt is supplying water in my area is mentioned above kindly take some action about it.

The public borewell pipes in front of smilee nest apartments, 2nd cross down, bhuvaneshwari nagar, hebbal kempapura are leaking heavily resulting in heavy wastage of drinking water. These pipes were recently replaced & repaired by bwssb. But the joints were not sealed at all leaving water to be leaking heavily. Lot of water is getting wasted which will reduce the water yield from borewells in the surrounding areas. The pipe is located right in front of smilee nest apartments in 2nd cross. Please fix the leakage at the earliest to save water and money.

I am writing to you regarding the illegal cauvery water connections in my locality. Some people in the below mentioned locality haven't installed any water meters and have also not paid building taxes. They have paid taxes for small cement sheet houses but in reality these houses are commercial rental shops (Muni reddy building) and have displayed bwssb numbers which is not the truth.

Moreover they have dug 2 or more tanks (Sumps) inside the shops and have internal pipe connections from the main sump. They use electric motors connected to the main water supply pipe for creating more suction pressure thus creating no or little water supply for the pg's and apartments down the road. So, i would kindly request you to take a look into this matter and take necessary actions.

19th main, 43rd cross, 1st stage, 5th block, water is not supplying properly it's very slow we are facing this issue from past 4 months we have written a complaint to concerned engineer in hennur cross bwssb office but no action is taken from his side. Daily they leave water only for 4 to 5 hours and they stop it and it's happening only in our 19th main. Please treat this on high priority.
