I hv made a payment of rs.1, 061/- on 23.10.2018 in respect of the above rr. The payment was made by debit to my credit card no. Xxxx xxxx xxxx 7209on 23.10.2018. The payment was successful but your server failed at the time of successful. Hence, the amount is not credited to above rr till today. Pls look ino the matter and arrange to credit immediately.

    Sewage water is being let out into open storm water drain and sometimes it stagnates and leading to stench and breeding of mosquitoes leading to various diseases. It has to be addressed asap. Bwssb ae has been initimated but they are not interested in solving the issue permanently. We feel ashamed that a layout like hsr is soo horrible in this issue. Wish bwssb responds to citizens grievances

      As per the attachment we received the bill of ₹. 2053 for the month of September, and for Aug we received the bill of 1500 lumpsum but normally we were getting the bill not more than 200/month. Kindly check once, whether there is a technical issue in your meter because we are only three girls staying in a room and not wasting the water, so how the bill was so much for Aug-Sept. And also our water meter is connected with electricity meter, and if water bill is high then should impact our electricity bill also, but we received the normal electricity bill as usual.
      Kindly look into the matter and help in rectifying and checking the bill, and you can go through the earlier bills. None of our bill was pending before Aug, as we clear up all the dues upto July.

        During the month of july/aug 2018 rerouting of water supply was done and the sewage water with dirty sediments/ mud was mixing due to which the meter is blocked and water supply is almost nil.
        Suspect: meter is blocked and/or the mechanism is damaged. Request necessary instructions to replace/ supply new water meter. I may add that the tapping from main line is at termination (Dead end). Action/intimation asap would be appreciated.

          People walk in the dirty water to cross roads, multiple complaints have been raised and no action at all since last 2 days.
          Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            Hi,

            This is kavitha and this is my rr number n-347186 for the bwssb connection.
            Every month i used to get a bill of around 200 to 300 rs, but this month suddenly i have a received a bill amount of rupees 21, 690 (Twenty one thousand and six hundred and ninety) which is very huge. And in the water consumption it says 413000 litres of water is used which is false. I'm sure that not even a single litre of water is used because the tap was not even turned on.
            Hence i want to raise a complaint against bwssb for the same. How can a bill be so high and we usually get water only for one hour two times a week.
            So please check this bill amount asap.

              There is shortage of cauvery water supply in murugeshpalya, thimma reddy layout area for the past 1 week. Most of the day there is no supply. If there is supply then the pressure is very less. We are facing this issue since oct 11, 2018.

                Storm water, sewage and sanitary waste from talaghatpura flows into mantri lakeview (Opp coca cola warehouse). During any rains, the storm water brings all the sanitary waste into mantri lakeview without any drainage created or illegally connected to our layout.
                Drianage system is not available in this area, but the sewage flow from talaghatpura is connected to our layout without any thinking on sewage and sanitary waste flow going thru' a residential layout!

                  My bill rr number is nw351818/cmc. And consumer id is 92310 and it is domestic type individual house. Now the problem is when we are generate the bill in online payment like karnataka one, mobikwik, paytm etc. The bill date will be shown for the date of february 2022 amount of 1976/-. Because of this i cannot able to pay the bill in online. What was the issue i cant find that but in all online payments it is showing like that only. So plz find the problem and resolve the problem as soon as possible. Because of this i have to go to the billing counter for that i have to take off from the duty plz do the needful and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                            It’s been 5 days bwssb did supply water to hbr 3rd block area. I have not scene such careless and worst government service in my entire life. Do they even understand what are consequences of not leaving water for 5days. Can they survive without water? And if try calling them either they do not answer or else their phone is engaged. Worst service ever.
                            The cauvery water is yellow in colour and of poor quality from last 2 months in KGE layout (3rd Main), New Bel Road. Please fix the problem.

                              Main chamber has been blocked due to which sewage water is flowing back into house, toilet etc..
                              I have complained 3days back in my ward bwssb office no one is taking initiative or responding back...
                              Yesterday they said everyone are busy attending house warming ceremony of there colleague..
                              From toddler to 4kids stay in our home due to this they are facing health issues.. Mosquito are building due to stagnant water..

                              I request you to please resolve this asap..

                                  Change of partialand water meter to domestic
                                  Rr no - s529454/s50 consumer id - 46678 previously it was multi-housi and suddenly bwssb changed it to partialnd on their own, we do not have any offices here. This change was done by our water supply office on their own. We did offline complaint but no one is ready to provide the acknowledgment for the same. Every month because of change from multi-housi to partialnd, we're getting bill more of rs.700+ more. Who will compensate us back, from june'18, the bill has shooted up.                                     As the water flow is choked, the same leads to accumulation and blockage of our park’s entrance causing discomfort and difficulty for vehicles arriving park and employees walking on pedestrian walkway

                                        Hi, i have raised the same issues again and again but to respond from anyone till now. Sub division location e 3 & consumer no - e[protected].
                                        They have several time bills have been raised the front to us. But till date, they raise bill saying gate locked. Also in the previous complain, i have raise saying that bill reading is 2800 and still my present meter reading says 2617. Kindly explain to me why is this? That means i have paid excess amount also from past 4 months we have water pressure issues too.
