The water supply to 10th cross, indiranagar 2nd stage is both irregular and of low pressure. Although water is supplied for a few hours every alternate day, i find the period of time water is supplied is drastically reduced. Furthermore the pressure is so low that we don't get even 3000 litres of water on the days it is supplied.

I had shared this information with you earlier as well. While i expected some corrective action will be taken, i am afraid that no action is taken. The pathetic supply continues still.

I may further add that in the 2 weeks when the officials in charge were on leave, we were getting sufficient water. There was no dearth then. With the officials returning back to work, the perennial problem of water has returned.

While i understand the issue in summer, i fail to understand why it is happening now, with abundant rains in the catchment area, rivers overflowing, etc. Can you conduct regular independent audits to see whether water supply is proper or not as the first step please?

Can i request you to resolve this issue permanently please? If you need suggestions, i am happy to facilitate.

Sanitary drainage coming out from building is left out directly in sewers without connecting to sanitary sewer pipes, though pipes are in place in front of every building. Due to missing of proper sanitary connection from commercial building (Pg), heavy sewage smell blowing out and causing health issues and difficult to stay at home. Could you please consider this complaint on priority and take proper action immediately.

This complaint is from virupakshapura, kodigehalli, bangalore, 560097. Along with lots of dirt, bird feathers and other tiny ust particles, we have found live crawly creatures in the cauvery water, coming out of the water tap in high abundance. This is a serious health hazard and is completely unacceptable. We request the concerned authorities to address the issue with immediate effect and take the necessary steps as soon as possible. We are attaching photograph and video of the menace.

Last 6 months we have raised compliant not resolved asking extra money for doing work, simply coming not doing anything cheeking with motor and going back then no reply.

The sewage chamber near maruthi apartment on 3rd a cross, behind ragigudda temple, j p nagar second phase is inadequate to take sewage waste from ragigudda and is causing frequent blockage and overflowing of sewage into the road and nearby houses causing public nuisance and health hazard. The sewage line needs to be cleaned urgently as a temporary measure and for permanent solution the sewage line and chambers have to be upgraded urgently. Many complaints have been lodged earlier and it has only been cleaned and left. To avoid this frequent public nuisance and health hazard please take permanent remedial measures at the earliest.

I am applied for group c exam and paid the exam fees on tuesday and when i tried to print application the page is asking to pay the exam fees and then i called to helpline number given in notification but it was busy i tried and tried and finally phone was rang but no one is receiving the phone if you are not receiving the phone then why you gave helpline number

It has been more than 5-6 months, the waste water pipe laying has been taking place on the kadernahalli - yaraabnagar main road, causing lot of havoc, health hazard due to slow work, not completing fast, now they the contracters have been deviating from yaraabnagar main road into residential areas of the 11th main, 31st cross banasankari 2nd stage, whereas this is not according to work to be carried, by deviating work into residential areas these contract workers have been causing lot s nuisence, havoc leading all types of deases like dengue, malaria, & rodants menance.

It has been our sincere request to the authorities concerned not to zeopardise our living condition we residents of banasankari 2nd stage on 31st cross, 11th main. R silently sufferings the menance bythese wonderful
Never ending work.

Please take quick action to stop this menance work of waste water pipe laying. Already all roads streets of banasankari 2nd stage have been well planned with drainage, water pipe laying storm water channel... All

There is no water supply to kaggadasapura 1st a cross (Land mark, people showroom), c. V. Raman nagar bangalore 560093. Its frustrating as the other streets receive water and there is currently no water shortage in bangalore. Please help us get water regularly. This has started after the purvankara apartments have been launched. We have also complained to the person who comes to take the meter reading, but he said that he would not be able to do anything. We pay our taxes on time we pay all our dues on time, what exactly is the muncipal corporation doing? Why should we pay our taxes when we dont receive water, the lake in 1st cross has started being used as garbage dump. We are really frustrated and this needs to be addressed.

In kadugodi area, in belathur locality, channasandra locality and in the road connecting hope form circle to channasandra circle (Mvj eng college road) contractors and sub contractors area working everyday night to lay cauvery water pipes. While working they recklessly work with jcb and damage bsnl underground cables causing huge number of faults and revenue loss to bsnl. Bsnl whitefield telephone exchange customers are under great trouble...

There is drainage overflow in our apparent, causing abnormal day to day activities. There are many mosquitoes and unhygienic environment causing health issues to children and everyone.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Since from last one week we are getting muddy water supply to our apartment which is highly unhealthy to drink, it may cause some many diseases hence i request authority to look into this matter immediately. We have 125 flats in our apartment and many elders and children are staying.

Dear bwssb,
Our office is located at entrance of rmc 6th gate road, yeshwanthpur industrial area and due to lots of textile industries the drainage are blocked as wastage are thrown directly into the drainage by the people who are running canteen on the footpath starting from indian oil petrol pump and no hygiene is not maintained at all on that road. Now the water is flowing on the road like a stream stinking badly and makes us impossible to sit inside the office to work.

I hope at least some initiative would be taken by the area corporator to keep this menace in control, else very shortly thousands of garment people working in this area would have lot of deaths by dengue or any other disease and infection which will be a breeding prone area for
Mosquitoes as well.

Sir,
The chamber opposite our house is blocked due to which all the sewage water is entering inside our home. Kindly send the machine to clear the chamber so that the sewage water flows correctly without entering our house. All people are falling ill. Last week also we summoned the machine had the chamber cleared however within 2 days it is blocked again. This seems to be a perenial problem. Kindly have the issue sorted out on priority as the sewage water is getting mixed into our well contaminating the well water also. Kindly do the needful.

This is regarding a complaint (Written and personally provided to the asst. Executive engineer rt nagar office and an email sent on 19th sep to the north east division)

I wish to bring to your kind attention that the man-holes opposite to my house is completely choked and the flow of sewage water is stuck and emitting very bad odor, becoming a health hazard. I complained to the asst. Engineer sub-division anand nagar (On 18th sep’18) situated near atria college entrance. The workers who attended informed that the connection to the main sewage pipe laid in the storm water drain has been completely blocked by cement wall that is recently constructed by bbmp. This needs your attention as the work seems to be a major one and until clearance from you is not obtained your staff in the department has refused to attend. The situation is getting worse. We fear the sewage water which is full in the man-holes will start flowing onto the street and also choke the drain inside our houses.

I request you to instruct your asst. Engineer & staff to attend to this problem without further delay. I will be much obliged with your early actions.

(Date 23/9/18 sunday) i suresh & others residing at no 1375, 1376, 1377, 1382, 1383, 24th main, 24th cross, banashankari 2nd stage bangalore pin 560070. The man hole is broken (Damaged) may be heavy vehicles might have passed on the man hole due to the blockage of the sanitary the water has entered to my entire house as it's a low lieng area i request you to install a bigger sewerage pipes in the ground as you have placed the pipe size is not at all sufficient. Water supplied today is with so low pressure that despite it being sent for 3 hours today, less than 1000 litres is got. I'm referring to the water supply to the houses in 10th cross, indiranagar2nd stage.

Can you have the lineman and engineer supply water with increased pressure please? This will help citizens get sufficient water for their daily needs.

Ref. To the attached photos of the bwssb latest bill dated 04/9/2018 for our domestic consumer id 38353, rr no. E-225072. Apparently, the reading was taken as 1083000 instead of 1033000. This resulted in a huge jump in our regular consumption rates and the bill amount to rs2837/-
. Our monthly bills have been varying from rs231 to rs631.

Please find the attached photos of the bill, consumption and payment records along with the actual meter photo showing reading as 0104495.

Kindly rectify this mistake and issue the correct bill. Thank you.

We are facing accute shortage of drinking water in our area ie; at kalappa lane, behind srinidhi residency, murugeshpalya bangalore.in the past 6 days no water supply is there for us and we are finding it extremely difficult to without water. Mr. Bhaskar who opens the valve in our area says that no supply of water is there and therefore he is helpless. All washing and cleaning activities in most of the houses in this lane are suspended for want of water.

It is requested that this water shortage should be addressed immediately.

From past 4 to 6 months manhole is leaking in our area.. No body is taking action on this i have raised complaint many time but still not sorted out. This manhole is making whole road extremely dirty. It's very serious problem.. Even people can't walk on the street, bad smell please take action asap.
