From past 4 to 6 months manhole is leaking in our area.. No body is taking action on this i have raised complaint many time but still not sorted out. This manhole is making whole road extremely dirty. It's very serious problem.. Even people can't walk on the street, bad smell please take action asap.

    I am from Royal Shelters, Ward 175, Devarachikanahalli, under Bommanahalli BBMP. For the last 1 month, huge quantity of sewage water is flowing into our layout, 2nd main, and is causing serious health problems along with pungent smell. this problem is existing for over 1 month. Complaint given by RWA Welfare association of Royal Shelters many times. no action

      Citizen of mahalakshmi layout, bangalore. I would like to complain that we are being supplied dirty water from past 4 weeks. I tried calling the customer service numbers but my calls were never answered. Fix the issues quickly. We do not want to fall sick. If we get any disease after using this dirty water we will take legal actions against your board.

        The Drainage system in front of our house at 5th A Cross, 16th main, S.B.M Colony, near Mutumaramma temple & PES College Ladies Hostel.Bangalore-560050, has blocked from last 10 days and there is overflow of drainage water. The BWSSB staff are asking for Rs.2000 for bringing the drainage cleaning vehicle to clean the same. Is the BWSSB charging for the drainage cleaning vehicle and if so are they going to provide the receipt. BWSSB is charging for the drainage every month in their bill and it is there responsibility to clean the chocked drainage system. Request the concerned BWSSB officers and take necessary action against the staff seeking money for cleaning the drainage system or if BWSSB is charging then let them provide the proper receipt.

            ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರಿಪೇರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಂತಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪಿಟ್‌ ಭರ್ತಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮನೆ ಕಂಪೌಂಡ್‌ನ ಷೇಂಬರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಟಾಯ್ಲೆಟ್‌ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನೀರು ಹೊರ ಚೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಹದಿನೈದು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕರ್ಮಚಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿಸಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಅವರು ಪಿಟ್‌ ಖಾಲಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಪೈಪ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಚೆಕ್‌ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಪಿಟ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮುಂದೆ ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಪೈಪ್‌ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಏನೋ ನಿರಾಳವಾಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಎರಡು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಲ್ಬಣಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸುತ್ತ ಮುತ್ತ ಗಬ್ಬು ವಾಸನೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅದನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯಾನ್‌ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

              I am trying to apply job in bwssb for meter readers post as the notification announced on official website of bwssb. Got.in but when ever i am trying register for exams it always says server error and it is not taking my registration for the same. I call toll free number given but the person who answered my call says it is taking exam registration. But i am really unable to register for exam last date for exam registration is 28th sept 2018. Kindly help to register or help me if any other way available to apply for the same

                    BWSSB dug up this spot on HBR Layout 5th Block and left it as it is . It has been more than 10 days now and no one has come to fill up the hole . This will now become a dumping place . Please take some action. Recently this place was repaired and citizens took part in restoration

                            As the resident of the address #a-24, b-4th cross, s. V. Layout, ayyapanagar, k. R puram, bengaluru. We are staying here for nearly 8 years.

                            As per the rules and regulations, we are paying the water charges and sanitary charges properly every month without fail.

                            But the residents who are staying next to our building has given the water and sanitary through direct connection from the water person which is considered as fraudlent which means they aren't paying the charges for water they are consuming, they are cheating the government. The sad part is that the waterman not even cares about it. So l kindly request u people to take an action against this issue and solve our problem for clearing the sanitary overflow.

                              Our meter has been incorrectly read for the last few months. There is an extra zero that is getting added at the end, in the meter bill. Ex: the reading in the bill shows[protected] = 5600 ltrs when it is actually[protected] = 560 ltrs. Because of this our bill amt is 10 times the actual. How and where should this be taken up, so that it can be resolved at the earliest. This is a major issue.

                              No water is coming from last 2-3 days in btm 2 nd stage, 29 main (Near lake). When the people in this ward called and complained they have told us some pipeline somewhere is broken and they need a official complaint to fix it..

                              We have been surviving on water tank water for last 4 days costing us 700 rs per day. I request that it gets resolved by the concerned officials quickly. Thank you hno 177, 29 main, 9 cross.

                                  We are residence in 10th main, 11th cross, maruthi nagar, malleshpalya [near priyanka homes]. We did not get single drop of water from bwssb however, we are getting bill every month and paying regularly. Kindly investigate it and do needful.
                                  This problem faced for entire 11th cross people, other cross people are receiving. It looks like somewhere near 11th cross water gate not opened past 2 months. Kindly help us.

                                    An additional charges of 990 was levied on my water bill for the bill no E[protected] for the date 07/08/2018. This has compounded to a significant amount.The water meter was showing progressive reading. There was no correction/check done on the meter to know whether it is faulty. The number of occupants in the house have drastically reduced which would have reduced the rate of consumption. But while the meter was showing the reading increasing month on month, I do not know the reason of charging this extra amount on my bill. Kindly check and address this issue please
