There is drainage cleaning hole in front of canara bank, Vijayanagar. The drainage cover broken and looks dangerous. Already we complaint to the cleaning staff regarding this issue. But no action taken. Also the cleaning persons leaving the drainage wastes near the hole. More smell is coming from it. When we asked about this to them for leaving the wastes no proper answer. Kindly take necessary action in this regards....

I am working in bwssb. Many customers are complained about bwssb water supply for kauvery water connections and the polluted water. When i go to take meter reading the customers are complaining the same but the concern authority is not taking any action or visit the water connections. I found that in many places the water connection is provided without any meter installed on those places ex. Schools, shops and houses. I already informed the...

This rr no: s-250129/s-50 is connected to 3 houses.
Ideally as per the guidelines borewell charges should be only 300 rupees (100 rupees for each house)

Why bill charges to 600 rupees towards s.C. For borewell?.

Kindly look in to this immediately and rollback the additional borwell charges in the bill....

Till january 2016..Sc for borewell was rs 100/-pm...But from february 2016 onwards it is rs 500/- pm...Accordingly water, meter, sanitary charges also have to be looked into..Its a residential building...Request pls...Apply the bwssb tarrif charges as applicable for domestic connections in accordance with the bills raised till january 2016.

From more than year, sewage is flowing on the road . please fix
This is creating huge trouble to every one driving and walking,
Moreover there is temple nearby and everyone going tho this free get sewage splash
I tried reaching out to concern authority but there is no response to any one .

There is a problem of the sewage overflow on the road let out by the neighbours next door #51 Shankarmutt main road, Shankarapuram Bangalore-560004. From the past 6 months we have been giving complaints to the BWSSB & BBMP engineers and health inspectors. They have come and seen the place and the condition of the drainage but have not taken any action against this problem. There is a lot of foul smell and we are facing many health issues...

In front of our house there is house where the water is wasted atleast thrice a week for abt 30 mins and sometimes more than an hour. Contact me for more details on [protected]....

Sir,

I do not have a bore well or any other well or any other water source in my compound and my only source of water supply is BWSSB.
This was very clearly shown to the BWSSB official who came to my house to ascertain whether there is nay bore well. In spite of this the BWSSB has been adding Rs 100 as surcharge for bore well in my monthly water bill.
I had submitted a written request for cancelling this surcharge...

I stay in 17 th f main road 6th block, koramangala, they have dug the concrete road for past two months, they have put water pipe to supply cauvery water to Egipura, but they have not completed filling up dug portion properly causing lot of inconvenience, pollution & dust & also traffic flow is affected.can concerned look into it & complete work...

Sir/madam,
it's been more than one month since our locality 1st Main road kodihalli, HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore-08 has complained to the BWSSB authorities about the water supply problem . we are a people of 3 and we have been given a supply of just 4000lts of water for this month and i don't understand how they expect us to survive on that.the whole road is facing problem and for how long can we ask for water tankers.the engineer Mr.Raghavendra...

We are complaining the sanitary leakage in front of our house from past 8 days and no one is attending the same.
This leakage is flowing out in area and chances are there to spread the disease.
given the complaint to BWSSB je but there is no use.

This complaint is second time i am making since prvious one was not attended.
At yelahanka near Attur layout, recently say few months back BWSSB contractor has excavated asphalted roads for laying water supply and sewage lines.

But dug up roads are not levelled properly and reasphalted causing inconveniances to thousands of TirumalaNagar and Sorrounded area residents.

With reference to the above mentioned domestic water connection, we here by inform yo that the January bill has not yet been received by us. This is mainly due to the error committed by the BWSSB staff while replacing the old version water meter to new one dated 19th Dec. 2015. Receipt No. SPML 9940. While the pipes were changed (good initiative to change pipes), the pavement and road not surfaced. There is a lot of mud around and flying about when vehicles move around and it is a serious pollution issue. Residents and children of schools around have serious health hazard. Government departments should work in coordination and ensure that work is complete in all respects - in this case road is surfaced and all surrounding areas are cleared...
