I had given ECS mandate for the above meter.1 1/2 months back the L & T people changed the meter and after that the ECS is not getting effected. The one who took meter reading says the meter number is changed. He did not give us any bill either. Kindly look into this matter and update the new meter number and re effect the ECS. I am past 80 years and can not run behind all these all over again.

Hi,
I have been calling up to your helpline number since yesterday and no 1 is responding the call... And here in front of my house there lot of dirty water is leaking through the chamber..

So we called up to JDS leader Prabhakar and informed on the same...
But there is no use and he is useless

I understand today Sunday and it's holiday...

If I don't get a call from BWSSB on Monday to slove my issue then I will have to take call to the consumer Court...

Mainly this all government is like drunken invisible
Munk. This is first time i am writing true complaint. Weather you rectify or not it is my citizenship to write. There is no water this week. Without shy or mercy how can you rise water rates like this. Who is going to rectify everytime. Without water how can we live.In this sequence government is marketing to come north indians to live here for money and out side indian people also.

This is to bring to your notice that the sanitary drain is blocked for the past 15 days in Ejipura, 24th F Cross. Even after repeatedly contacting BWSSB officials nobody is attending to this problem. They are seen visiting the area several times during the day, when approached they give false assurances they will come.

Please consider this matter seriously and help resolve the issue asap.

Sir/madam, as a senior citizen i have been facing a lot of problem from yesterday evening because of over flow of sewage water from the manhole in frount of our house and the sewage water is flow all over the road and causing lot of problems for the locals here and might result in health issues. There is lot of stinking smell arising from it.
As a senior cetizen i please request you to address the issue as soon as possible.

It is to bring to your notice that our locality has been suffering the problem of acute water shortage and contaminated (Drainage/Stinky) water supply for last 6 months. Water supply and quality has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. Quite often, water supply is so scanty that it is not sufficient for day to day use such as cooking, washing etc. Sometimes water is supplied for only for half an hour and sometimes we have to wait the whole day for water. But it is very poor and stinky that we get from the tap.

I therefore, on behalf of our locality request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on regular basis.

All the members of our locality will be grateful if you will take immediate action to solve this matter soon.

I wounder how a government organisation can be so irresponsible in needs of people

Please make necessary arrangements for getting water.this is not a simple request it is our right .
I belive citizens rights are protected by court of law.

We are staying in 11/1 ranga swamy temple street 13th cross road chickpet bangalore.53
With reference to the above mentioned domestic water connection, we here by inform you that the march bill had been received more by us. This is mainly due to the error committed by the bwssb staff. Our water meter has never been checked by water meter reader since 07 months and giving false receipt for false usage and charging the way he wants.
On 16 dec 2015, i went to bangalore center-1 bwss board office and met mr. Kotekar executive engineer and explained to him, since 07 month meter reader never checked water meter and left water bill in gate. Without calling to open gate to check water meter. Without calling to open gate to check water meter which is cellar.
At present my meter reading is 0028910, whereas as per water receipt 0033000. When i contacted mr. Tippesh to come and rectify he said he will solve the issue and did not attended yet.

I kindly request to inquiry my meter reading and give correct statement.

The sewage is flowing back in the whole street the affected houses are 1123, 1122, 1120, 1119, 1097, 1095, 1126.
17th main 1st stage, 5th block, hbr layout, bangalore 560043.
The newly laid pies and the old pipes are not connected to the main drain. The man hole covers are missing and some of the manholes are filled with stones and garbage.
We are living here for the last 25 years.
One rain the whole area stinks and it is a health hazard.

There is drainage cleaning hole in front of canara bank, Vijayanagar. The drainage cover broken and looks dangerous. Already we complaint to the cleaning staff regarding this issue. But no action taken. Also the cleaning persons leaving the drainage wastes near the hole. More smell is coming from it. When we asked about this to them for leaving the wastes no proper answer. Kindly take necessary action in this regards.

I am working in bwssb. Many customers are complained about bwssb water supply for kauvery water connections and the polluted water. When i go to take meter reading the customers are complaining the same but the concern authority is not taking any action or visit the water connections. I found that in many places the water connection is provided without any meter installed on those places ex. Schools, shops and houses. I already informed the bwssb superintendent and my seniors. Please anyone through a light on this please.

This rr no: s-250129/s-50 is connected to 3 houses.
Ideally as per the guidelines borewell charges should be only 300 rupees (100 rupees for each house)

Why bill charges to 600 rupees towards s.C. For borewell?.

Kindly look in to this immediately and rollback the additional borwell charges in the bill....

Till january 2016..Sc for borewell was rs 100/-pm...But from february 2016 onwards it is rs 500/- pm...Accordingly water, meter, sanitary charges also have to be looked into..Its a residential building...Request pls...Apply the bwssb tarrif charges as applicable for domestic connections in accordance with the bills raised till january 2016.

There is a problem of the sewage overflow on the road let out by the neighbours next door #51 Shankarmutt main road, Shankarapuram Bangalore-560004. From the past 6 months we have been giving complaints to the BWSSB & BBMP engineers and health inspectors. They have come and seen the place and the condition of the drainage but have not taken any action against this problem. There is a lot of foul smell and we are facing many health issues
PLEASE SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
