      Sir,

      I do not have a bore well or any other well or any other water source in my compound and my only source of water supply is BWSSB.
      This was very clearly shown to the BWSSB official who came to my house to ascertain whether there is nay bore well. In spite of this the BWSSB has been adding Rs 100 as surcharge for bore well in my monthly water bill.
      I had submitted a written request for cancelling this surcharge and got an acknowledgement. (I had to take one day leave from my work to do this and is a financial burden and torture to me).
      Even after submitting this application, the new bill is also with the surcharge.
      Kindly resolve and allow me to attend my work and earn my living.

        Dear sir/ madam,
        I would like to inform you that water is leaving only 45 minutes in the arfath nagar, which is come under west of padarayanapura, bangaluru, 560026.pls tell us how we can manage and carry in that time for all who is staying in one building, And which is have 2 floor, 7 houses in one building there is lot of middle and lower peoples are living. Pls take action on this statement which is truth and fact and take action the person who is leaving the water to that area and why iam telling this because these persons only not leaving water properly to the area and they are focusing only some money which is getting extra from the people, those who are giving money to them there are sending to them only and i don't want to say anymore, i hope you fulfill mine complain. ...thank you

          I stay in 17 th f main road 6th block, koramangala, they have dug the concrete road for past two months, they have put water pipe to supply cauvery water to Egipura, but they have not completed filling up dug portion properly causing lot of inconvenience, pollution & dust & also traffic flow is affected.can concerned look into it & complete work

              Sir/madam,
              it's been more than one month since our locality 1st Main road kodihalli, HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore-08 has complained to the BWSSB authorities about the water supply problem . we are a people of 3 and we have been given a supply of just 4000lts of water for this month and i don't understand how they expect us to survive on that.the whole road is facing problem and for how long can we ask for water tankers.the engineer Mr.Raghavendra of BWSSB Domlur branch is highly unresponsive and high headed and doesn't listen to the complaints. we also see a lot of BWSSB tankers supplying water which is being paid 550 Rs and we don't get any receipt to it too.There seems to be vested interests in this issue.I request you to please resolve this issue.

                We are complaining the sanitary leakage in front of our house from past 8 days and no one is attending the same.
                This leakage is flowing out in area and chances are there to spread the disease.

                  Dear Vijaya Bhaskar Sir,

                  This complaint is second time i am making since prvious one was not attended.
                  At yelahanka near Attur layout, recently say few months back BWSSB contractor has excavated asphalted roads for laying water supply and sewage lines.

                  But dug up roads are not levelled properly and reasphalted causing inconveniances to thousands of TirumalaNagar and Sorrounded area residents.

                  Am sure contractor had provision to make these roads good, but engineers are care less and not responsible to ensure originality of roads.

                  This shows serious lapse by engineers, may irequest you to some time and inspect entire Attur Layout sorrounding recent works out works and give us relief from dust, slush, dug up roads and pits.

                    With reference to the above mentioned domestic water connection, we here by inform yo that the January bill has not yet been received by us. This is mainly due to the error committed by the BWSSB staff while replacing the old version water meter to new one dated 19th Dec. 2015. Receipt No. SPML 9940. Kindly look into the matter immediately and do the needful.

                        While the pipes were changed (good initiative to change pipes), the pavement and road not surfaced. There is a lot of mud around and flying about when vehicles move around and it is a serious pollution issue. Residents and children of schools around have serious health hazard. Government departments should work in coordination and ensure that work is complete in all respects - in this case road is surfaced and all surrounding areas are cleared of mud. It is the responsibility of BWSSB to ensure that this coordinated and work is completed as BWSSB is the one who initiated this brought about this problem.

                            We are staying in No 38, 9th Cross, 2A Main Road in Vignan Nagar, Bangalore 560075. Our Water Meter has never been checked by Water Meter Reader since 07 Months and giving false receipt for false usage and charging the way he wants.
                            in july Rs 100, In Aug Rs. 300, in Sep 100, in Oct 300, In Nov 150 and in Dec 541.

                            On 16 Dec 2015, I went to Bangalore East -4 BWSSBoard office and Met Mr. A Rajashekar Asst Executive Engineer and explain to him the since 07 month Meter reader never checked water meter and left water bill in gate. with out calling to open gate to check water meter which is cellur.
                            Mr. A Rajashekar has depended that he got the record of meter reading and hence meter reading is done.

                            At present my meter reading is 0036101, where as as per water receipt 350000 . When I contacted Mr. Narashima Murthy to come and rectify he said He will solve the issue and did not attended.

                            My earnest request, kindly my inquiry why meter reader giving false statement and not checking meter and why Assistant executive Engineer is supporting his meter reader even he know he is at fault.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, address- 1st Cross Extension Muneshwara Layout, KR Puram Bangalore 560036 (Near/Opp area- Ayyappa Nagar Petrol Pump). since begining we are facing Kavery Water Supply Problem in this area it comes (Once in a week) on Thursday only. and so many times it does come on that day also due to some reason, like today there is no water supply in this area, people has to buy water tank by spending too much of money. i would like to request you please regularize the kavery supply in this area and supply it atleast twice in a week.

                                  From past november 2014 we are excess of water bill before that getting 700, 500, like that but from december more 2500 per month regarding this i complained for kothnur dinner bwssb and gave complaint letter also but i dint get any response from that side but from october 2015 i am getting 4500 rs per month so please check the complaint this my RR NO 21026 bilekahalli b g road bangalore
