As I want to inform You that water is not coming since from 3-4 years & swerage pipe are Blocked in this condition every month they will give the bill with out miss we have lodge the written compliant 4 to 5 times in Bwssb office but no use. will you kindly send any of the person to cross check the billing meter issue.

    PF Layout Vijaynagar. The pipe connecting two manholes is broken and hence blocking our toilets.My house is in 2nd main road PF layout. Near the Ward office.Each time we complain, BWSSB does a temporary work and again after few days the problem resurfaces. Since its the main pipe which is the problem, I expect BWSSB to relay with new ones at no cost..What is the process.There is no respite from toilet bloackages due to this issue.

      Even after paying amount of Rs. 4300 as Meter replacement charges in year 2014, the BWSSB has not replaced the faulty meter on the premises of Ramaraju Infrastructure, Glenwood Apts, 1st Cross Rd, Arekere, Bannerghata Road, Bangalore - 560076, RR No - S337005. Even after multiple follow-ups with BWSSB Vijaya Layout office and Kothnur Dinge substation, there is no redressal to this grievance. The BWSSB is collecting flat Rs 4242 citing "Suspected Meter Stop" from the apartment complex. Please report this as a serious violation on part of BWSSB and help compensate appropriately and to rectify the issue.

        Hi Tream, We could see that our meter reading is only showing a reading of 0127549 and we have been billed at 723000 which way way higher than current charges we should be receiving a refund for this higher billing. Please let us know how do we sort this issue.

          Dear Sir, Reg:- Complaint against the External Agency who fixes the digital meters As per the recent decision of BWSSB the old water meters are being replaced by digital meters by an external Agency engaged by BWSSB in the entire Bangalore City. This work is being undertaken when servicing is not there(i.e., day time). After their work, when servicing is given in the night, in almost all the new fittings people are experiencing huge water leakage. While in some cases the leakage is after water passes through the meter, in some other cases it is before water enters the meter. Thus, it causes loss to either the house owner or to the BWSSB. No authority seem to have looked into this ultimate loss in otherwise useable water. It is strange as to why it has not been made mandatory for the Agency to check this aspect after servicing is given? Secondly, in our apt. building at 113, BCC Lay Out, 1st Stage, Attiguppe, 4th Cross, Bangalore 40, while we had got the earlier meter fixed in ‘U’ form in order to ensure that the reading in the meter not to get moved by blow of air in the pipe when servicing is given, the Agency has made the new fitting straight, thereby removing all the additional fittings in ‘U’ form fitting. Strangely, the Agency has taken away the addl. fittings also. Thus, the action of the Agency has not only made us to lose our addl. fittings, but also entailed us to get increase in consumption units with out flow of water, for run of meter reading due to initial blow of air resulting at the time of servicing. Thus, for our protection, now we are required to get the fixing changed into ‘U’ form, if we want. I have already put this query to the engineers Sri.Hanumantharaju and Sri Jayashankar of your office in Chandra Lay Out branch. But neither of them have replied so far.               Personnel from BWSSB are laying new sewage pipe in front of my building and in the process have blocked the sewage pipe outlet from the building, which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents of the building. This is a 70 year old connection and regularly maintained. Address: Shree Complex, 73, St. John's Road, Opp RBANM's Grounds, Bangalore - 560 042.                 from past 1 month, cauvery water is mixed with DRIANAGE WATER, can you please check this. my address is No.112/2, Manju Nilaya, Srinivagillu, Viveknagar post, EG PURA, BANGALORE-47. I HAVE CALLED THE BWSSB person who is incharge of that area and he knows it too.Inspite o raising serveral complaints this is still not resolved. can higher authorities look into this. my mobile no.                 It seems bwssb emoyees are telling this was like this for past 1 Yr. Why now only ppl are complaining of drinking sewage water

                  I am herewith on behalf of residents of D. V .G road basavanagudi apprise you, The drainage manhole in front of our houses are frequently overflowing and as a result, overflowing drains is stagnating at front of all our houses The main reason being, the main manhole chambers getting blocked/choked and the water reverses on to the streets and causing it to overflow. When it rains the drainage water is overflown from drainage chamber and getting into bathrooms and kitchens. In the past also on many occasions it was brought to the notice of BWSSB, we request you to rectify this in priority i[censored]nattended may lead to transmittable diseases

                    Sewage water let into storm water drain which is overflowing into the road and entering my compound.Unable to use the maingate as sewage water is flooded.
                    Have been complaining but no serious action taken.
                    Terrible stinch and has become the breeding groud of mosqitoes.

                    The govt releases half page adv in locals to educate on dengue
                    Spread, but does not take action on what it is seeing and can actually control.

                        name :SUHAIL SADDAM MS ph no [protected] ward no 21 address: no 186, 1stmain 3rd cross near ashwattekatee hebbal ward no 21 560025 dear BWSSB, we are not find any water from past 20 days, we contacted the local water person he inform it will ready by 2 days but we waited one week but no water again we askes some of water man he told there is pipe damage due to cable installation, whats this is it our mistake ? we don't have any other source of water, we are working in private company's we don't have much time to fill water from some other source we purely depends on bwssb, kindly see the problem and find out exact resolution. and please guide the cable company's where to adopt cables, kindly provide alternate solution as soon as possible.

                          good morning sir, i S.Thirumalai the resident of somasundra palaya, 7th cross, karumariamman street. during digging of the road for cauvery water supply BWSSB worker damaged our water connection and hence the is flowing in road for no reason, its of no use to any one, when we complaint about this for public the water man is asking 6000/- with us for checking that connection for which we are not responsible, in our street no one has applied for water meter and has dug three holes for the main water pipe, please take action or else water is wasted for all weeks during its supply .I am being complaining from past two months but no response

                            Dear Sir, We are facing lot many problems for timings of water and no water. Previously you were releasing water around 8 PM every day. It was a good time but later I was changed to 1 AM and now 3.30 AM. It is very very difficult to wake up every night and past 4 days we didn’t get water even. We don’t have any another alternative to get water. We depended on your water supply service only. Requesting you to understand the difficulty and do needful. My family staying in rental house. So can not arrange new motor. We depende on kaveri water. Please sir knidly underastand the situtation.

                              There is a borewell situated opposite to presidency school, bilekahalli, bangalore - 560076. You will find the groundwater is fully exploited continuously and hundreds of lorryloads of water is transported daily to various places. This place is overwhelmed by traffic always since there is a lot of traffic because of school buses and vehicles. The tar road was laid afresh on 1 / 11 / 2013 and it is totally damaged within 2 years due to heavy traffic by water lorries. Please take action against the borewell operator as he is commercially exploiting the groundwater unauthorisedly from a residential connection and also damaging the adjoining roads

                                      Dear Sir/Mam, Kindly check the meter at 1903, 10th cross, Kumaraswamy layout 2nd stage bangalore -78 as we are getting bill of above 2000 from past 3 months. This months bill which we paid is : 3166/- PFA the bill. There are only 7 people in the house. I guess the meter might be faulty.                                         Our bill for the month of May is very high (Rs 8581). Someone from BWSSB was sent to our office today and he was unable to give us a proper explanation as to why the bill was high. He just told us that the meter readings are high with no further explanations. It is not fair for us to pay such a high amount as we have not consumed so much water. The RR number is N-204656/SHN-5-353. Can you please send someone who can rectify and solve our bill issue.
