We are having serious water shortage from January 2022, Our street receives water for 2 days on Wed and Sat. Most of the time we dont receive water on Wednesday. Like today 16 feb we have not received water from bwssb.

Most o[censored]s load water tankers for our daily use. Is there really water shortage or is it really a lack of management from water authorities.

          We are only 2 adults in the house.

          Consumption of water as per bill is 73000 ltrs which is crazy/impossible

          Pls support and replace Water Meter immediately and oblige.

          Neighbpours are getting Rs 300/- about bill

          Our bill is Rs 2810/- which is crazey

          Pls revise bill also for Rs 300/-

            Generally we used to get a Consumption of 55000 to 60000 ltrs for 4 houses in our Building, but this has exactly doubled last month to 120000 ltrs, without any reason.Please depute your staff for evaluation and rectification of the same.

              My domestic meter was automatically changed to non-domestic meter last month as we are constructing a first floor. The connection is now non-domestic. I was told I need not apply anymore.

              Last week the bwssb official said the meter is damaged and we have to pay Rs. 12000 for a new meter. I asked why so high. He said it was because we had a temp new connection.

              Do I have to pay Rs. 12, 000? This is a temporary domestic connection.

                  The main sewage connection from the layout to main pipe outside the layout is pending past many years.even after several complaints to Bwssb chairman, Engineers, the issue is not taken up on high priority.every now and then there is drain blockage and we need to call for Kambi.this is pathetic and almost a very common scenario in the layout.this is already brought to the notice of MLA, corporator.very soon it will be brought to the notice of MP too.the higherups responsible to solve the issue are giving false promises and postponing.this is not a good sign as it only shows their lack of civic responsibility.address the issue and resolve it.

                    We are not getting sufficient water for household purposes. Only 2 hours comes for week and that to not much force . Not even getting 2k liters for a 4 member’s family. Every week has problem and need to follow up water releasing or not every week. Struggling to cope up minimum daily needs at homes.

                      Corporation water leave 4 days for one time bwssd man water leave in evening 7pm several years .but now early morning 4 am to 7 am & closed. Every one not filling water . We compliant bwssd person please do not leave water on 4 am but not accepting request . please humble request u water leave as usual 7 pm.

                          From past 45 days water crisis in our building reached crucial stage in between tenants and owner. Too many times called and complained to BWSSB AE she doesn’t receive the calls at all. Water supply time has postponed 2-3 hours late to normal regular time, stops early within 2-3 hours behalf of this we are facing water shortage.

                            Customer name: Jayakrishna S/o Thiruvarangam.

                            In our house only 4 members are staying its 2BHK ground Floor Building. And I have paid the Amount as furnished below:
                            1) Rs 482/- on 06/10/2021 Paid.
                            2) Rs 614/- on 07/11/2021 Paid.
                            3) Rs 1461/- on 13/01/2022 Paid.
                            4) Rs.2124/……Excess Bill.
                            - As above mentioned 3 month bill for 4 people consumption and Amount was already paid there was no dues as per my knowledge. .
                            January to Feb (2022) bill came around Rs.2124/- how come BWSSB was charging us excessive amount for their services. And I wasn’t received any kind of physical water bills and nobody came here for Meter Reading from November 2011 to Present day (Feb-2022).
                            BWSSB Charged so much Bill amount for a single month. There are lots of discrepancies held in my water bill. Please resolve this and amend the bill.

                                From past our monthly bill increased from Rs.550 to 600 per month to Rs.900 to 2777/- per month.
                                even though there is no change in family members or consumption, the monthly bill has increased to very high.
                                Request you to check the meter and if required pls replace the same with new meter.

                                    I reside in slum and the BMC has come and set up an AMR meter for testing which they did not remove afterwards and now we are facing the trouble of paying this huge amount of bills every month.

                                    After filling so many complaint applications since 2016 still no one is taking any action to set up the correct private meter.

                                    After visiting the BMC R/North ward office on Borivali they are asking for bribe of Rs.15000 to change the meter.

                                    Is this what or Indian government is doing to solve the issues?

                                        All the residents in our street (3rd cross) with around 15 houses are facing SHORTAGE of water supply.

                                        Water is supplied ONLY ONCE every week on Tuesday that too for a duration for maximum 3-4 hours which is insufficient. Our standard water sump also does not get filled much due to low water pressure. All the residents are forced to call in Tanker service and pay additionally every week.

                                        The situation in neighboring streets is completely different like 3rd main and other cross street is such that they receive at least 2-3 times water supply every week and the duration is also longer hence they do not face any water shortage problem.

                                        We have repeatedly called in the local BWSSB officials requesting to provide water supply for a longer duration or at least increase the frequency to twice a week which they are already doing for other neighboring areas as standard practice but there has been NO progress for our street.
