For the first four months the new pipe from the water from outside to the house has been leaking non stop 24hours. it is a total waste of resources even though it does not reflect on our meter. Even on calling the person in charge multiple number of times, the problem has not been resolved please do something about it I want to raise a very strong complaint.

We have lived in this area for the past 45years and no problems like this ever with bwssb.

    In my areas water is getting wasted

    I can hear sound of water full over night

    Check with neighbours but all okay

    Please inspect from where it is getting wasted.

            Due to choke/ blockage of external sewer line reverse flow to my house no.53, 4th cross, devegowda block, adugodi, Bangalore-560030, is causing inconvenience and health hazard. Request clearance of external sewer lines at the earliest.

                Hi BWSSB,

                In Bangalore Arehalli near Uttarahalli they given meter connection and giving us bill from November 2021 and till now no one bother about giving water facility we all in this area tired of going and asking infront of BWSSB AEE. Need your support to resolve ASAP . As we paying to government without the facility.

                  Sewage water gets mixed with drinking water very often in 10th main, jeevanbimanagar main road. this is causing health problems for the residents. I request the authorities concerned to kindly identify the problem and please rectify the same.

                    I had cancelled my ECS mandate more than 3 years ago and had been paying my bills regularly, in the online payment mode. In the last 3-4 months however, your portal does not permit payment stating 'Payment received for the billing period; the irony is it shows the date of payment this month as 27 Jan 2022 and today's date is 17 Jan 2022.

                    Kindly record the ECS as cancelled in your system - the necessary letter was submitted to your Malleswaram office long back, under acknowledgement. I am a senior citizen and cannot risk going to outside offices billing counters due to the prevailing Covid Pandemic. Please help.

                      This is to inform you that water supplied from BWSSB to BAGALAGUNTE (NH4 Sub division, Bengaluru 73) is found with very high chlorine concentration in water from previous & today's water supply.
                      Kind request to take necessary action & immediate rectification & ensure for controlled chlorine concentration in water prior to water supplies as it seriously affects human health.

                              The sewerage is blocked in front of my building and reverse flowing into our sanitary drainage.

                              Please unblock and clean the main sewerage pipe immediately.

                                    We are paying every month but water not coming properly in btm 1 stage. If not provided the water then don't send the bill every month. I don't know CM and other ministers. Very very worst government.

                                      Hello I'm residing in Kanaka nagar 9th cross, R T nagar post and the water connection here is so bad that literally the water is supplied only once in 4 days and that's only for 1 hour.

                                      This is causing a lot of problem and the water man has not been doing his job properly

                                      Requesting you to please check and fix

                                      I'm writing this on behalf of the complete 9 th cross residence

                                      This issue has caused me to pay almost 2000 rupees this month for water tankers

                                      Please fix this if you do not want us to take further steps and reach out to court

                                        For several months the sewage chamber outside my house has been overflowing and the backwash is coming in to my compound.

                                        The smell and sewage water is unbearable and is a health hazard for the neighborhood. The local BWSSB Office (RT Nagar) is unable to provide us a permanent solution and every 15 days we have to beg them to clean the chamber.

                                        Please give us a permanent solution
