Hi,

This is regarding water supply in Siri MN Nivas Apartment, Chikkkalasandra, Bangalore 560061.

We have not received water supply for last 2 days (6th and 7th Jan) and today 8th Jan the water supply was there for 1.5 hours but it was very Feeble/Thin due to which we might have got around 20 ltrs of water for the entire apartment. It is very difficult for consumers without regular and sufficient water supply. Most of the times the water is supplied for every alternate day only for 2https://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/#.5 hrs at the maximum, the force of the water is very thin due to which water supply is very much below the apartment requirement. We always live with scarcity of water supply within the city. If the employee cannot perform his responsibilities request you to kindly have some one else take care of the responsibilities for the day. Please increase the duration of the supply if possible.

There is no water supply in Bhoopsandra [Hebbal] for the past 5 days and people here does not even have tanks so they can call tanker and store the water. It has been hell for the past 5 days here. No one gave any reason why the water did not come. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

Since the past one week or more there is a very bad rotten smell and taste in the water. Please check and resolve.

No water supply from last 3, 4 days, nowadays water supply is only once or twice in 2 weeks. Kindly help residents to get regular water supply at least once in 3 days.

We have not got water in our area, Shivaji Nagar from past 4 days. It is very difficult to even do the households chores.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

There is not water supply last 5 days in Milkman B Street, Shanthinagar, Bangalore 560025. We all are suffering with fever and we have small kids, we dont have water to cook, to use washroom, to clean the vessels, to do anything. We are also suffering with COVID along with kids, we called our area water supplier man to supply water, Rajesh [protected]. He is least bothered and disconnecting the calls inspite of informing. Pls help us, how will we survive without food, cleaning ourselves.

No water since Tuesday(04/01/2022) in Dayananda layout Ramamurthy nagar

I am Ranga, resident of 256, 3rd cross, 4th main, Domlur 2nd stg., Bangalore560071. My sewage tank is not getting cleared and automatically flowing into the manhole since Oct.last. I took up the matter with BWSSB, Domlur Dn. I even spoke and met with A E incharge who kindly assured to solve the problem but nothing has been done despite my several visits to the BWSSB office, messages and pers meeting with the A.E. The blockage has become a health hazard. I am a senior citizen aged 75. Please help. Thanks

We are just 4 in our family. 2 adults and 2 kids. Every month i get BWSSB bill of 1900rs and sometimes it crosses 2000rs. It is used only for domestic purpose. I request you to check and meter and replace it. Details are as below:

One of the resident of TG Lake Vista in Begur. The Apartment is draining the sewage water in open behind the C block in the open space. It is so hazardous to the health of the residents and the smell is so strong, we are unable to sit in the house and open the balcony doors. It is imperative to note that it is not allowed to drain the sewage water in open, whereas the apartment is not heading any sort of requests from the residents. Please act on the same immediately.

This is single resedence, only staying 2 people. I use to get Rs 500+ and got the bill of Rs 9130 usages showing 106000 Lts in one month. This is scam by Bscom. Need to resolve immediately, I will not pay more than the regular bill.
