With reference to above recently during Aug.-2021, I took new BWSSB connection, the water also every Friday use to come, but now it’s dead slow, I enquired the Waterman, he told that, our connection has took from beside site dead end line crossly, Hence the main pipe has blocked some waste material has gone, hence the water flowing has come down, to solve this problem, another 3 length of pipe has to extend this line of 12th cross of Prasanna Layout/Vigneshwara Nagar.

Now for laying UGC Cable, New Box type Sanitary Camber for Door to Door and OFC Cable like this lot of digging of Road is happening, hence before asphalting of Road, Kindly solve this problem at the earliest.

I am contacting from BTM Layout 2nd Stage 16th Cross, 16th Main Road. Now a days there have been shortage of water supply as they will supply the water two days once and that too only for 2 hours which will not fill out half tank as well and every week twice we have to call the private water tanker.

Please help us at the earliest and resolve this problem,

Last 6 months back we complained about blockage in the sewerage chamber after couple of complaints followed by regular follow-ups to the BWSSB officials they showed their mercy to clear the blockage and the filthy waste & mud which is removed from chamber is not cleared its just lying on the road from past 6months and no one is bothered to clear the waste, if we contact to BWSSB officials they just say will come tomorrow and clear the filthy waste & mud, kindly clear this as earliest & help us to create a clean INDIA "Swachh Bharath"

We the residents of 18th cross, 2nd block, Akshaya nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, are facing Cauvery water supply issues.

We get water supply on every Monday and Thursday, but the water supply quantity is very less when compared to the other streets in the same area.

We get a maximum monthly water bill between Rs. 250 - Rs. 300 only.
Where as the other residents of the other streets get about Rs. 1000. This is due the difference in the quantity of water supplied.

We have raised this issue with the local line man many times but we did not seen any improvement.

Request your good self to please help us to resolve this issue.

We have been facing severe water problem in our area as there has been no water supply since yesterday(26th Dec 2021). BWSSB authorities yesterday mentioned there is some major leakage problem & will be restored within evening. So far we have not got water supply. The authorities do not bother to even pick up the call & respond. We are facing severe water crunch. Atleast will the water supply get restored today. Please help as we are running out of water even to meet our basic necessities.

Sir/Madam,
Not receiving water on Scheduled Dates from almost 2 weeks and simply waiving off our phone complaints. Everyone in this street are managing only with CMC water(borewell Water) for general utility purpose... for drinking and cooking we are not receiving water from BWSSB, making us tough for cooking food and for drinking.
Hope concerned authorities will look into this issue immediately, that will be greatly appreciated with thanks.
