Dear Sir/Madam,

From past 1 month we are not receiving any water in our street. We are forced to buy the tankers. Our neighboring localities are receiving the water but not us. We are paying the bills on time and genuinely paying taxes. This is not acceptable. Waterman Mohan and Engineer Dinesh are not responding to our calls. Please help.

With reference to the subject, I would like to bring to your attention about the issues faced due to negligent and unethical behaviour of BWSSB meter reading personnel in sub division S1.

We are facing the following issues from the past few months:
1. We have requested the meter reading staff multiple times to provide the bills to by fixing in the door latch or dropping in letter box.
2. We request the BWSSB personnel to close the gate after reading the meter but unfortunately they do not close the gates which leads to stray dogs coming inside our compound.

Despite multiple requests and polite explanations, we see that the attitude of BWSSB meter reading staff is the same.
On 13-Dec-2021, we have requested and had a discussion with them regarding these issues, the staff gave the following replies:
1. The meter staff are on field duty to cover more than 2, 000 houses and hence they cannot close the gates in a proper manner for all houses.
2. We customers are complaining because our intentions are not correct.

Furthermore, we request you to bring some changes in the meter reading process so that the whole hassle for consumers and BWSSB staff can be avoided at best.

We could suggest the following to be implemented gradually.
1. More consumers are nowadays opting for online bill-payment. This has also increased during the COVID pandemic. As bills are available online, the meter system can be changed so that manual work to provide the bills can be avoided.
2. Consumer address and communication are also updated in BWSSB records and hence the bills could be sent through post which would also reduce the manual work for BWSSB.

We would also like to highlight on behalf of the residents of Eshwara Layout that our intention is not negative (as suggested by the staff) but it is purely to suggest best customer practices from our end and also BWSSB staff's end

We request your goodselves to look into the matter and encourage the BWSSB staff to be more considerate in this regard and oblige.

Kaveri water pipeline is getting leaked for whole time in 13th Cross, Ideal Homes Township, RR Nagar, Bengaluru. In front of Najundeshwara Residency RR 3. Please resolve it ASAP. too much of water is getting wasted.

We have regular shortage of water as the water supply to our area is reduced.. We were supplied with water every alternate days earlier but from last 1.5months it's only 4days in 2weeks.. we request to consider this matter seriously and do the needful at the earliest..

10days back few workers came to build the manhole. They have broken the pipe by digging in a wrong place. Foul smell and water is flowing in the road. After complaining they blocked it, but it is again flowing on the road and my pipe is also blocked by them. Request the authorities to check the site as we are facing problems always as many houses have connected their lines in front of our house.

There is blockage in the water supply pipe, no water since 3 days, the water meter rolls even without water flow, Kindly resolve the problem.

I stay in #93, Sri Ranga Nilaya, BHCS Layout, Near Thurahalli Govt School, Raja Gardenia Road, Uttarhalli. Since few days there is a leakage in the drainage pipe laid out near my home which is foul smelling & causing a Havoc. The main concern is that there is a school opposite to my home & since due to the leakage here would cause serious problems to the school kids & the residential houses in the area. We request you to kindly take action & fix this in the earliest.

This is very horrible to say due to pipeline broken in somewhere we are unable to get the Water since last 3 days, nobody is trying to solve in local, the people are facing a very worst time in this area please solve the problem.

From the past 4 days no water supply even for drinking also we are not getting the water

This is my 3rd complaint, absolutely No Water Supply even today and yesterday the whole day. Since 04 Days there is absolutely No Water.
Checked with the AEE- Response-water pipe line damaged.
When will it get rectified.
No response.

For 2 weeks, there is a water shortage in my area.
The timing and the speed of water are unstable.
We are 100% dependent on line water.

Because of this, we face a lot of issues.

Please consider this is an urgent request and repair the line.

Even after Several complaints to the concerned AE the problem has not been solved.
Request the concerned authorities to immediately supply water to our Area.

Sir, I am a resident of HIG Dollars Colony, RMV 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560094. The sewerage drain next to my house is smelling bad. It seems like the sewerage chamber on 13th cross, 4th Main is blocked. I sincerely request you to please look into this matter.
