    BDS Nagar, K.Narayanapura, Bangalore-560077.
    Drain blockage and overflow in 7th cross, even after repeatedly digging up and clearing. It appears to be a problem of very old pipelines are damaged and created a blockage. We are senior citizens suffering for the past two months. Please attend and give peace to us.

              Respected sir,
              I am Ganesh, according to the above mentioned problem our street sewerage tank has been over flowed due to this dirty water from the tank is flowing in Kavari pipes and into our drinking water tank. Many people are suffering from this problem. I have already complained about this issue but they neglected it this problem is repeating every week. sir please consider this problem. I am hoping that we get clean water supply.

                  We are being supplied with very dirty water that has dirty foul smell like gutter sewage. It's been almost 3rd or 4th time we're having this issue. Everyone in our family already faced health issues due to this dirty water. This situation is very bad and is repeating again and again. I request you to please check in detail what is causing this issue and resolve at the earliest.

                    When we all are facing acute water shortage, some of the builders are wasting ground water which affects the whole locality. Here one picture is attached where water is getting wasted from the last 2 - 2.5 hours.

                        Kaveri water is barely been supplied for 30-40 mins once or twice a week even though the government claims to have enough Kaveri water. The water is been supplied to neighbouring area but barely to no water supplies in my area. Do take necessary actions to fix this as people in the area are forced to buy water for tanker suppliers. The person in-charge of supplying water is not doing his work.

                            Sir I am Ratna resident of ITI layout. Borewell charges applied in water bill as there is no borewell connection in my house.every month rs 1000 is charged extra in the bill.
                            I have complained about for nearly 3 times in the office.but still the concerned person is not action against my complaint.
                            I request the concerned authority to deal with this issue and do the needful.

                                    We stay in G.M palya 14th B cross, from last 4 months the sewage line has got damaged and water keeps over flowing on the road and in front of our house. Kindly take immediate action and replace the line with new line. The old line is 20 yrs old and need to be replaced at earliest.

                                      Sir water bill for the bwssb meter e-200882 was not given to us since APRIL 2021, after repeated requests it was given in OCTOBER 21
                                      we were shocked to see Rs 7186.00 as other charges
                                      every month since APRIL 21,
                                      OURS IS A 10 YEAR OLD BUILDING, WE HAVE INSTALLED RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM ALSO.
                                      we have paid the total bill amount inNOVEMBER 2021. balance due is NILL
                                      RQUEST YOU TO REVERD THE OTHER CHARGES of Rs 7186.00 per monthfrom APRIL TO NOVEMBER 21
