I lost my atm card on 16th August 2016, I was suffering from your service because I registered complaint to regenerate my atm on 17th August 2016 and they told me that your card will be provided In 4 working days then after 7 days I checked with my branch then they said that, "This is the received ATM register you can check your name In the list, If you have your name In the list then let me know" and same thing is happening on 3 random day and When I called in customer care they transferred my call 3 times, I recorded all the phone calls. I am very frustrated with this type of service and going to close my Bank of Baroda​ account. Please do the needful at your Bank of Baroda service standard.

      The process is cumbersome and time killing
      first 8-10 minutes forced to listen non- sense music before connect to human interface

      then the person on that side asks about entire personal details from birth to death and if one misses or even misspell any single then request is not complete and service is denied.

      this is my experience while tried twice to request for cheque book on 08.09.2016 around 8.45 late evening and on 09.09.2016 at around 10.35

      the request could not be placed as my address PIN did not matched with records of bank; the bank does not have system to check that customer is calling from registered mobile and to take request at one or two step verification only instead of asking for his whole JANAM KUNDLI

        I am a customer of your bank and I don't want to reveal my identity. Make sure that my identity does not get revealed.

        I noticed yesterday that one employee of Bank of Baroda, Habra Branch, North 24 pgs, WB, made violation of office expenses. I am describing the incident. The very employee did fuel up his vehicle for Rs. 200 (two hundred only), but he took a manual bill of Rs. 500 (five hundred only) because he could not manipulate the computerised bill even though computerised bill facility was available and functioning at that very petrol pump. Please take a serious step against this very employee.

        Date and tentative of incident 07.09.2016 around 1:30 p.m.

          I was opened my account on October 2015...but I can't received my ATM and my checkbook..I am going continuously i.e., each week and the officers simply say that you will receive tomorrow..I am student and I opened a student account and I know that students are also capable to get their ATM but this is just a ridiculous behavior seen by faculty of bank of Baroda, pucca bagh branch, hapur.

            Rs.12 deducted from my account. On enquiry come to know this premium amount of govt scheme. For this no concerned taken. Manager says in 2015 i was not here so this is not my responsibility of taking concerned.
            And over and above he says "this is foolish scheme of govt we have to do compulsory and bank is not gtg profit on this so it's not our responsibility."
            How can responsible person like branch manager can say this.

            Your net banking OTP is very poor. Net banking OTP is not working immediately, maximum times i have not receive OTP & Many Times Received very late then OTP is not work. Many times I have very loos of tax interest because our tax not deposit timely. Please suggest what any type using your net banking. Please rectify this problem immediately.

                Full description: I have a S/B account in UCO Bank, Birati Branch bearing the number[protected].On 28.08.2016 I received a message from bank that an amount Rs. 10, 000/ has been withdrawn from Bank of Baroda ATM, North 24-Pargonas at 4-16 P M .The ATM I/D No. is NSUC 0000 . It is not known how it is possible when ATM Card And PIN kept in my safe custody.In this position I contact with Bank of Baroda, Birati Branch on 29.08.2016 but they can not help me. Then I loused a G.D at Nimta P S vide no.1541 dt. 29.08.2016.Now I request please help me to return back my money. The C C T V footage may recognize the fraud person/persons.So, please handed over the footage to Nimta PS for this purpose.

                  i was go to your bob cash deposit machine for deposit the cash 8800. On 30/08/2016. But when i have enter the account number and give the money in the machine counter the machine was hang and it was not work than i was go to your machines nearest branch oslo gandhidham bank of baroda they have lounge the complaint and say me that your complain will be solve and within three to four days the complaint number is[protected] and your customer care employees are not be able to give the status of the complaint and same situation is from the branch

                    Dear Sir,

                    With due respect, I would like to inform that I’ve been operating an account in your bank for last 17 years, apart from it there are more than 10 accounts of my family member in your bank. Recently, I was informed that my account got dormant and I would need to provide KYC documents. I did so and provided each and every bit of information to them. Mrs. Meera Anoop, Manager of ...Station Road..Branch, Moradabad-UP turned down those documents and asked for another set. I again provided all the required documents to them but even this time, they didn’t show any interest to process my info. I’ve attached scanned copies of my documents for your reference.

                    Today I visited there for the third time, they raised new issue by saying that my signatures aren’t matching to what was they had in their record, I do admit there was some difference in my older and new signatures, and its obvious for them to get changed slightly in long period of 17 years but normally banks update signature in their records if we provide required documents to them, but Mrs. Meera Anoop refused to do so and let my account inactive. Further to this, she got really aggressive, NON PROFESSIONAL and Misbehave during our conversation and started abusing me. That was real unprofessional attitude.

                    I don’t know why, but it seems like she literally wants to harass me or may be she wants me provide her with some benefits. Whatever the reason is, I have now plan to file complaint against your bank in the court.

                                  I had been a check to collect cash .after long waiting in a que for 2 hrs the cashier said we have to check the account handling so he transferred the check to the other officer i asked him how long it would take because i was waiting for long 2 hrs he replied you have to wait coz that check i hve to check and the other officer had gone for lunch..i asked him i have been waiting his reply was rude and he askeed if you want ucan close account ...i cannot do anthing

                                    I am the account holder in bank of baroda malakpet branch, hyderabad vide a/c. no.[protected]. yesterday i applied for issuance of banker's cheque for rs.725000/- and the bank charged rs.4169/- towards charges which is more than the prescribed charges on the website of the bank. the bank is supposed to charge less as i issued cheque from my account itself but they have charged more than the prescribed rate. infact i applied for another banker's cheque from bank of india on the very same day and they have not charged a single rupee for issuance of banker's cheque as they are providing first five dd/bc free of charge.

                                    Hence i request the bank authority to credit my account with the excess amount charged for issuance of banker's cheque.
