Hello sir/mam,

Myself rajul rastogi from bareilly (u. p). account holder of bob bank (bareilly, khuaza qutub branch), i am registering this complaint as my 3000 rupees has deducted from my account at a time i have deposit 8000 rupees through bob (24*7) deposit machine on 20- nov-2016.
This is not a small amount for me, i am doing a job of 7000 thousand and bob bank has deduct 3000.
I want you to take serious action regarding my complaint, kindly refund my money and ensure me that in future, this type of rubbish deduction will never happen again by your bank.
I am really very disappointed for this bank. i"ll take a legal action on this if my complaint is neglected by the bank.

Sir, I think government had issued that all bank should open till 8 pm but here branch name THAKURDWAR BRANCH close at 4 pm all people suffer a big probleim sir please contact with them that pleas pay the money that we can survive easily
