I am rashmi kanojiya. Customer o[censored]nion bank of india. Today i have done transaction in bank of india atm.in that atm i have entered 2000/-rupees. Requested amount i didnt get from atm. And same amount which i have entered 2000/-rupees is deducted from my account. And then i have done next transaction of 1000/-rupees that amount i got but 2000/-rupees transaction amount i dont get. And my account no. Is [protected]. And as a proof i have mini statement of my account. Also guard of bank of india atm.

Is[protected].and i have done transaction in bank of india atm bhopal.first i have entered amount 2000/-.that 2000/-rupees i dont get from atm bt 2000/-amount deducted from my account and at the same time second transaction i have done of 1000/-rupees that amount i got 1000/-but i didnt get my 2000/-rupees so please solve my problem and give my money.

    Hi,
    I have been receiving messages from boi star sandesh for quite a long time. but it is true that i dont have any account in bank of india. still i am getting messages stating that so and so amount has been credited or debited from my account no. so and so. i assume that boi is bank of india. ofcourse it could be a fraud message. but it disturbs me very much.
    Hence i request that necessary action may be taken in this regard and such messages shouldn't come in future to my mobile.

    I Also received such message and seems like they're linking aadhar to different account. That's forging and i will visit the bank to get more information about it.

        I'm a consumer of boi salt lake, kolkata branch. But i've visited birati branch (Branch code 004064) on thursday to take passbook print out. As my passbook barcode were not readable in kiosk machine, i went to manager but the manager said he could not provide the service as i'm not consumer of their branch as well as there were not available the branch staff & guide me to visit mother branch. As a manager how could he refused to give the service. Please take an action. It's not expectable with a government bank.

Please check and remove my number from your database. These messages are so annoying and it could be possible fraud msgs... Please help...

            Dear sir or madam mene bank of india se education loan liya tha. Us time bank manager ne kha tha ki apke is loan pe 4 sal ka ikatha byaj lg jayaga or vo apko pay kerna hoga bt sir ab bank of india ne hamare loan per chakr vidhi byaj lagana shuru ker diya hai. Ap hi batao ab me kya keru.
            Jb mene loan liya tha to unohone kuj b esa inform nhi kiya tha
            Or unhone kbhi b time se meri fee pay nhi ki his vajah se meri attandense short ho jati this or mujhe supply mentory aa jati thi or unhi ki vajh se aj tk meri deegre clear nhi hui

              Hi,
              I wanted to Complaint regarding branch not supporting to refund although its their mistake of not deactivating or hotlisting the ATM card.
              Actually, On 29th Sept because of one fraud call some amount has been deducted from Account Number - [protected] .
              So on 3rd October request regarding deactivation of ATM card and also for issuing new ATM card was given in the branch -Warthi [Bank of India],
              but it was not done by the branch and again On 8th October Rs7500 /- was deducted as ATM was not hotlisted by the branch.

              Please find attach screenshot.

              After the deduction of amount Rs7500/-on 8 October we had hotlisted ATM card by calling customer care and the card was deactivated at that time.

              So it's the branch mistake and we want the refund of Rs 7500 /-.

              Please corporate with us and take action ASAP.

              We will be thankful to you.

                Hi,
                I wanted to complaint regarding branch not supporting to refund although its their mistake of not deactivating or hotlisting the atm card.
                Actually, on 29th sept because of one fraud call some amount has been deducted from account number - [protected].

                Expected was branch should hotlist debit card on 3rd october to avoid fraud transaction which happened on 8th oct.

                After the deduction of amount rs7500/-on 8 october we had hotlisted atm card by calling customer care and the card was deactivated at that time.

                So it's the branch mistake and we want the refund of rs 7500 /-.

                  One month passed bank staff told me that they have not taken any step to process my mediclaim request, and say that it will take more time

                          Sir, my father dead on 23 november 2014. He was pension holder. He provided his services in defence. After his death the family pension to my mother had stopped due to bank employee legacy and ignorance, but after one year after pressure on bank employee by the coplainant the family pension to my mother started but the arier during that period in which the pension was stopped could not get till yet
                          Ir all these problem is due bank staff does not react accordingly as should

                              This is rizwana khan. I have visited to your goregaon west branch 2days before in the morning for deposit cash and update passbook..but i was not able to print my passbook coz of some bar code issue, then i ask to your branch person to update my passbook though branch printer then he did something with my passbook and told me try once again, but i requested him to do from the printer as i have to submit my statement, and again i have to wait in queue for 20 to 25 mints and already I spend 20mins for the same but he has not listent anything. again I spend my 30 min in queue and face same problem.. Then i ask for the printer person but he was not there, and your officer mr Mukesh was not ready to understand my problem. And he said he can't do anything and he doesn't no the person will come or not and ask me to leave my passbook.. So i told him how i can give u my personal bank account details to you ans i ask for the full name and complain form and email id. But he told that they don't have any email id and he can't say his sirname as he is belongs from up.. Now you tell me how you can keep officer like him.. He doesn't know how to talk with the customer.

                                I was deposited 6 (six) cheque dated 19-08-16 but that branch not credit that amount till 7-09-16, they credited that amount an evening of 7-09-16, that 19-20 days we not received that amount, i had complaints also branch manager but they give not proper answer, so i have requested to u check that matter n solve that. i want that days fully interest of my that cheque amount, other wise i will go further steps. i have attached that matter with bank seal.

                                  Sub- 4 months pension not created in my account

                                  Sir,
                                  I am Manoj kumar sharma, EX-NAVY, My account no [protected] in Bank of india, siwan branch (bihar ) pin -841226. I can't received my pension money from 27.02.2015 to 27.07.2015 ( march, april, may & June ) 4 months pension not created in my account. I complained to the bank manager regarding the above matter but still my pension not created in my account, 3-4 times visit the bank but nothing happens, bank manager say they are forward matter but, still nothing happens, i also email but no body take any action, who is the right person to solv the problem, and why they will not take any action regarding this matter, i don't know what is going on this bank, no body take any action.
                                  Pls check my bank account and details and rectify the problem, so that I can get my 4 months pension credit in my account.

                                      I visited Bank of India Bhilai Power House branch, thrice.
                                      All the times I was said that documents are non satisfactory.

                                      In my current visit lastday, they said that you will have to provide
                                      Current Address Proof, which I don't have. I requested them that I
                                      give an application regarding my current address self attested or in
                                      any format that bank follows, But they refused.

                                      How many times more I will have to visit for the correct document
                                      information. This time I talked to Branch Manager but he misbehaved
                                      and argued with me regarding the same.

                                        This is inform to you that wrongly deducted the charge rs 89+13.35 (service tax) from my s. b a/c no [protected] date as on[protected].
                                        I have submitted a cheque no 25187 to l. i. c for rs 12439/- date[protected], the l. i. c has not mentioned pay to lic. this is not my mistake, this was fault of lic, but the branch has deducted rs 89+13.35 from my account which is not admissible the above amount is deductible from lic (as per rbi guidelines the depositor is responsible) because no fault due from my side (sufficient balance is due, signature are matched).
                                        I have written already request to the branch on[protected], the branch is not taking any action and harassing me unnecessary.
                                        So pls take the action urgently for refund the amount rs 89+13.35
