Dear Sir,

I am maintaining Account with Bank of India, Janathapet Branch, Kavali, Nellore(Dt), Andhrapradesh with SB Account No. [protected]. I have transferred an amount of Rs.46000/- to my own SBI Account. However Amount has been debited from my BOI Account and not credited to my SBI Account.

Date and Time of Transfer:[protected]:50 am.

My Transaction Number is : IMPS/RRN/STCON/[protected]

I have made calls to Customer Care numbers several times but they are not responding in a proper way. They are not lifting the landline numbers at all.

You may please forward my issue to concerned authorities and resolve as early as possible

I dont have any such account
Sir, I tried to 6000/- (Six thousand) withdraw money from ATM of icici on 17.05.2016 at 11.59 ATM ID. is S1CN2844 at icici bank. P.Y.Road Rajbada, but money not recd. then i tried to get money from another machine at same premises. while transaction from two machine.

      Sir, there is no atm of bank of india in my area i.e is krishna colony, gurgaon I request you to open an atm over here so that it is easy for all my transactions amd withdraws . Also there is only one atm of bank of india in sec 4 & it too dificult to draw money inatantly as it is far away from my house so please open a new atm in pr near krihna col., gurgaon

        Complaint against outright denial of boi staff to process my request for issue of star-token saying "i will not issue your startokendo what you canyou can not do anything to me."
        I have a boi account ([protected]) since 2006. After boi launched startoken system, i came to know about the same when i logged into internet-banking system for making payments. But before downloading the startoken, a verificationkey and activationcode was required.

        Since i regularly use my boi account for online transactions, i
        Contacted boi customer care for help regarding this issue. They replied back via email with a cc to the technical team of cuttack with full details about what form i need to submit at the bank and what your bank officials have to do at their end.

        I submitted the said form on 30may2016 at boi-cuttack ranihat
        Branch (New home branch). I received a call on 4june2016 from mrs
        Bijaylakshmi satpathy, an official of boi-cuttack ranihat branch sayingmy account did not belong to her branch, even though my account had been transferred from boi-cuttack nayasarak branch to ranihat branch since 2014 and i have been using check-book and passbook of boi-cuttack ranihat branch since 2014 onwards.

        Between 30may2016 and 8july2016 mrs bijaylakshmi made me run 3 times to your bank branch and my mother who is a senior citizen five times to your ranihat branch on some pretext or the other and everytime providing some baseless reason for not accepting my form for issuance of star-token.

        Finally when on 8july2016 she made me and my mother run 3 times to your ranihat branch even though it was raining heavily that day, the
        Third time when i asked why she was harassing me like that, mrs
        Bijaylakshmi satpathy replied "i will not issue your startoken. Do
        What you can. You can not do anything to me.". She even asked her
        Colleagues not to help me.

        When i raised my concerns, even your branch-manager did not help. Nobody took note of the fact that a senior citizen was made to run 3 times to your bank even though it was raining heavily outside just because mrs bijaylakshmi satpathy was carrying out some personal vendetta for reasons unknown to me.

        I strongly request you to take note and action against her for
        High-handedness and customer-harassment. This is not
        Professional-behaviour. How can she say a customer "i will not process your request. Do what you can"? And continue ill-treating and scolding us.

        Ps. Please collect cctv footage of boi-cuttack ranihat branch from
        30may2016-8july2016 for proof as to how many times mrs bijaylakshmi satpathy has made us run to the bank.

        I have not been contacted by any official of the bank till now.Please notify me if any action has been taken at all.
        No one is reciving my phone call on any number of bank of india . i am trying from 24/08/2016 but there is no responce. I have some Atm related issue.

            विगत कुछ दिनों से शाखा मे हिमांशु जैन नामक आफिसर का स्थानांतरण रतलाम मुख्य शाखा मे हुआ जो बेहद अव्यवहारीक, अभद्र, एवं अशिष्ट व्यक्ति हैं जो आए दिन शाखा मे किसी न किसी को अशिष्टता करते हैं। काम मे टालमटोली, एवं खीज का प्रयोग करते हैं जो हम केवल इस लिए बरदाश्त करते हैं कि वह शेष बेहतरीन बैंक का हिस्सा हैं । इस अभद्रता क्रम मे आज सुबह जब मैंने फोन कर मेरे खाते का बैलेन्स चाहा तो अशिष्टता पुर्वक बताने से इनकार करते हुए यह भी कहा गया कि मेरे पास केवल ये फालतू काम के अलावा भी और भी काम हैं हिमांशु जैन द्वारा ये भी कहा गया की यदि आप हमारी सेवा से संतुष्ट नही है तो अन्य बैक मे खाता खुलवा कर अच्छी सेवा ले सकते है

              I got two messages by boi star sandesh of rs 4999 being debited from my account at 11:46 pm and 1:38 am last night i. E 13/6/2016 and 14/6/2016. On seeing the 1st message, i immediately hotlisted my atm/debit card, still i got the 2nd message of rs 4999 being debited from my account. I am trying to contact customer care but no one is answering the call. Please update me what can i do in this situation and how can i recover my money. Here are the messages i received. 1st: *boi star sandesh* rs. 4999 has been debited to your account number xx2760 from pos on[protected]. If this txn is not done by you please hotlist your card by calling on [protected] or[protected]. 2nd: *boi star sandesh* rs 4999 has been debited to your account xx2760 from pos-mpesa on[protected].                 Sir,

                I have a savings account with bank of india chaibasa and had 2 commercial vehicle loan accounts with them as well. Due to some unforeseen problems i was unable to keep the loan accounts updated and the loan went into npa on 30.03.2016. The balance loan of both accounts was a total of rs. 900000 (Nine lacs) with od of rs. 250000 (Two lac fifty thousand)

                On asking the bank officials for directions so that the same could be resolved there was some heated discussion and due to bad behavior of bank officialsi decided to close my loan accounts. I cleared the overdue amount in 3 days and even deposited the total amount to close one of my loans while the other loan had only rs. 19000 (Nineteen thousand) left to be cleared.

                I had deposited almost rupees nine lacs in 5 days so that my cibil is not adversely affected for long time. Bothe the loan accounts were cleared and closed.

                I had requested the bank to update my cibil so that i can avail loan from another bank. They assured that it will happen in a few days. But even after almost 2 months my cibil has not yet been updated. Now banks are not going to give loan as my cibil still reflects od of over 2.5 lacs. I have again requested the bank to update cibil and even raised a complaint with cibil.

                But the bank is not willing to comply and is trying to procrastinate by giving excuses.

                Please help, as this is adversely affecting my business.

                i uday kumar ram submit my two cheque in my nearest BOI branch for RTGS in 22.07.2016 but due to bank fault i didn't recieve my amount. Bank manager told me your amount got returned and he does not want give me any
                documents and my return cheque also. please consider me what i do.

                  Hi,

                  I am anil kumar and my account number is [protected] in boi. I am customer of boi from last 17 years. But suddenly my atm get expired in 2 feb. From that period, i struggling to get atm from yamunanagar branch of boi. But they just providing me atm without any working condition.

                  I got 5 atm cards from bank but they are just cards like a toy of kids, only plastic card. I tried in atm many times but not working. Now every-time i asked for this problem to branch manager what he say to me:-

                  "change your account. Close this account and open new one"

                  Is that solution boi are providing to their customer if any problem comes. I have 2-3 accounts in another banks too but they providing best service.

                  I don't know what i say to them but its all very very frustrating to me. If they can't help me with this email/complaint then i have to take action more.

                  Take a urgent action with very high priority this time... I can't handle myself this time.

                      We landlord of Indore MP Ramachandra Nagar airport square branch came to know that the bank is going to shift this branch elsewhere.
                      Here I want to get notified that this branch is located in preoccupied densely populated area such as vt of Mumbai we had provided king of property of this area good customer business what ll happen of this area client the bank is shifting for unnecessary reasons we had provided at very nominal rate 12 RS sqft carpet through 15 year lease registered agreement deed the tenure of 10 is going to complete we are providing extra space for bank and we are having 4250sqft area adjoining to property good handsome property
                      Shifting unnecessarily will cause more expanse to bank it ll affect the customer and also to us.

                              This is to inform you that on 15th April, 2016, I collected the debit card from BOI. But it is not working since the pin provided by the bank is incorrect. Now I am not in my home town Calcutta and stationed in Orissa but the account is in Calcutta. When I tried to check the functionality of the card in the very day I collected the bank authority told me that it would take 3 days to get activated. Hence I had to return to Orissa and now I find it is non functional. I have contacted the bank to find a resolution but nothing happened. They are absolutely silent and not responding to my request. The complaint is against BOI Ultadanga branch (IFSC Code BKID0004039). Now whom should I contact to resolve my issue.

                                  Either consumer is making fdr for rs.5000/- he is first registered his pan at this branch, this is not a guideline of rbi . As per other bank when pan is not submitted tds deducted by bank @20% & if pan submitted @10% & if form 15g/h is submitted no tds.
                                  Then why boi is making this rules.
                                  Please confirm that what is the new rule .

                                    I was withdrawing firstly 500 and 2nd time 300 rupees from ATM at amravatiu dated- 11/04/2016, through bank of India ATM card but HDFC ATM show the error response and transaction declined, unable to process i can't receive money but these money deducted from my account.
                                    please refund my money

                                      My sister sonali sandeep orpe,

                                      Her a/c is in bank of india mahim branch...A/c his since 2nd january 2013

                                      This is complaint against that i had not recived rs 10000 from atm machine on 20 december 2015 ( sunday) due to machine error i had informed the security staff of the same atm branch ...Security person his the i witness that he had seen that cash has not come from machine

                                      I have offically followed the procedure of the bank of 21 deceember and they have sent text message saying that a/c will be reversed in 3 days but it is 5 months from now

                                      This is my humble request to all superior plz investigate in this matter and reflect my 10000 in my a/c


                                      And take necessary action on mahim branch ...Because i had given many new application to them and they had insulted my sister sonali ...My sister had cry in front of branch manager and even they told us jo karna hai karu aapko paisa nahi milega...


                                      They had spoke with us arrogantly language...So it is request to higher authorites to take action against branch manager and teach him to talk with customer...

                                        Hamare nagar chhapihera main nationlise bank yahi hai
                                        Is branch ka staff har custmer ke saath gali galoch aur missbehave karte hai. Peak season hone ke baad bhi fund ka arreange ment nahi karte hain unse milne wali party ko fund arreange karadete hain inke reagional branch main bhi complane kar ne par bhi koi samadhan nahi hua hai branch manegar aur staff cheak lene se inkar kar dete hain. Kripiya is aur dhyaan dene ki kripa kare aise bahut sare custmer hain jo inki complane karna chahte hain lekin jankari. Ke abhav main vo aisa nahi kar pa rahe hain kisan credit card banane main bhi comm ki demand kar te hain
