My name is ronit kumar and i had ordered redmi 6 on exchange offer of rs. 5199 in amazon on 12 aug 2019 and on the same day i cancelled this order due to personal reason. After cancelling amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Dear sir, i regret to inform you that branch nimiyaghat boi has a face a many problems to all people belongs that area. Your senior staff and casual are also involved in that. Boi issued me a new rupay debit card. Money gets deducted while transacting online but if some of your orders get cancelled, teh amount doesnt get refunded back through this rupay card until a reversal claim is filed for each transaction.
I had to talk to the mumbai head office to get my previous issue resolved wherein all refunds were stuck somewhere and were credited after 5 months of my continuous complaints.
