Sir/Mam,
I Nishant Kumar want to say that I had ordered a product from Amazon.in, but due to some reason I cancelled the product to Amazon but as it was an online payment I had already paid for it using my visa card via UPI using google pay and they had already initiated refund of rs.1293.47 on[protected] and said that my refund amount will be deposited to bank account on or before 07/09/2019 but it has not been deposited yet and when i informed amazon regarding this they told me to call my bank customer care and asked them to case " charge file dispute " to process my transaction using refund reference number i.e., #[protected]provided by amazon). But it is very harsh to inform you that i have got no response from my bank regarding my issues they are simply ignoring it.
So, i kindly request you to please help me in resolving this problem as soon as possible.

        On 31st aug at 7:24pm i had transfered rs.2000 from paytm payments bank to bank of india in this process money had not been credited to bank of india when i have enquired with paytm payments bank they informed me that paytm payments bank transfered it on september 4 at 10:01am but i have not been credited so please kindly look into it.           I have registered complaint from bank official site on[protected] about ATM failed transaction the complaint no is. ATM[protected].
          Still I didn't get any updates of transactions failed from ATM swipe machine in SBI CSC centre, code - 1A771P56 and amount debited from my account still didn't get my amount.
          I contacted with bank manager, but they are also not helping.
          Bank manager should be know the procedure to resolve the issue.
          They are telling simply contact with customer care or far end atm concerned people.
          Far end ATM CSC centre also check same date transactions statement but nothing showing.

          No one helping how we can trust on digital pay.

          I ll publish in media as well.

          Kindly help if possible.

            A refund of rupees 19999 has been processed on[protected] to my debit card ending 7193 (Rupay). The amount should be reflected in my account by[protected]. But i do not recieve any amount till now[protected]. The refund reference number for the transaction is 193679.

              I have applied for education loan at 08/08/2019 at Bank of india Breman chowk branch. Before that I visited the bank's loan department and they asked me to open bank account there and i did the same. But after that they BOI officer went on holiday for one week and nobody took my request under consideration. And after that when i visited the bank again they told me that they cant approve the loan as i am resident of Bhusawal. But if that was the case why didn't they told this to me before. From one month i am visiting the bank but they didn't even transferred my application to BOI Bhusawal. Its really frustrating and time consuming.

                My name is ronit kumar and i had ordered redmi 6 on exchange offer of rs. 5199 in amazon on 12 aug 2019 and on the same day i cancelled this order due to personal reason. After cancelling amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005492259224167168694 and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  Money got deducted from my account but cash didn't got dispense been 3 days i have raise complain reference number is atm[protected] but i still haven't received and follow up by the bank it was from a sbi atm i didn't got any slip for it either amount was 5000/- without any slip of transition or reference number atm id is s1bb[protected] i can't check the status of my complaint and haven't received follow up emails from them

                        I have a savings bank account with bank of india sarkhej branch ahmedabad (Gujarat). I have registered for mobile banking & i have used it since mid august 2019 while i am in india. But now i am outside from india. Hence since last 10 days i can't able to open the app, it shows that you have to send an sms from your device & i have tried several times to send an sms but sending failed every time. Plss do the needfull.

                        Last month i collect my new atm card.
                        Thereafter i go to the atm for creat a green pin to creat a new password but i didn't receive any OTP .

                          Respected Sir, I am Nickey.L holding savings account in bank of India, Thousands lights branch. I purchased a product from amazon online and got cancelled the amount is still not credited back into my account .There is a refund amt of ₹.1980/- from amazon initiated on 13thAug 19. It should have been refunded by 20th Aug 19. But the amount is still not reflected. I called the call centre of my bank they told me to send an email with all the required details I have sent the email to support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in but till date there is no reply or message from any coner please consider my request and Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

Your senior staff and casual are also involved in that. I am 3 times request to opening welcome kits in my your branch but no any one interest in that. All says that no staff available.                                       Boi issued me a new rupay debit card. Money gets deducted while transacting online but if some of your orders get cancelled, teh amount doesnt get refunded back through this rupay card until a reversal claim is filed for each transaction.
                                      I had to talk to the mumbai head office to get my previous issue resolved wherein all refunds were stuck somewhere and were credited after 5 months of my continuous complaints.
                                      This has never happened with mastercard/visa cards issued by boi.

                                      Please fix this issue in rupay cards.
