Dear sir, i regret to inform you that branch nimiyaghat boi has a face a many problems to all people belongs that area. Your senior staff and casual are also involved in that. I am 3 times request to opening welcome kits in my your branch but no any one interest in that. All says that no staff available. I don't know who is staff. Please i request to you this is very big problem. Thanks & regards

    Boi issued me a new rupay debit card. Money gets deducted while transacting online but if some of your orders get cancelled, teh amount doesnt get refunded back through this rupay card until a reversal claim is filed for each transaction.
    I had to talk to the mumbai head office to get my previous issue resolved wherein all refunds were stuck somewhere and were credited after 5 months of my continuous complaints.
    This has never happened with mastercard/visa cards issued by boi.

    Please fix this issue in rupay cards.

[protected]. on date 17/8/2019 at 6:39 pm I tried to withdrawl 4000 Rs. cash from ATM of Bank of India located at Patani Chauk, Washim Dist Washim Maharashtra. I didnt received cash but the same time I recieved the maasage of deduct money. The ATM machine showing massage that is Sorry, this ATM temporarily unable to dispense cash. Please do needfull.

        You have wrongly deducted an amount of rs.1868/- from my scss account no.[protected] - a/c no. Sah00230165 on 1.10.2018, inspite of giving form 15h duly acknowledge by in april, 2019. However, despite several reminders you have failed to submit tds certificate for the same. I have yet not filed my itr returns for want of this tds certificate. Please issue immediately.

        Bank manager is not able to provide my internet banking user ID inspite of several visit to bank..

          I have the above scss account with bank of india, grant road branch. They have wrongly deducted an amount of rs.3488/- on october 1, 2018 for which no tds certificate is issued despite several reminders/person visits. They say that they have to get it from their ho and is not receiving any response from them. I have not filed my itr returns for want of this certificate. Today is 19th instant and running short of time. There are many more like me who have not received tds certficates from boi. Please help and oblige.

          I have been receiving multiple messages from BW-BOIIND regarding credit and debit for account xx8039.
          I do not have any a/c with BOI. Pls remove my mobile number (Protected) from database.
          BOI would be responsible if any problem occurs to my existing account and if my funds gets misplaced.

          Branch staff is not giving, receiving of KYC of Sb Account. And not to covert Sb account to saving plus. I have gone three or four times at branch but not receive my application and send to bank staff. They are not give good response.

            Sir, i’m mr jayant suvarna (Senior citizen) holding savings acc in boi. There is a refund amt of 2170 from amazon initiated on 5thaug 19. Ref no 367981. Sir after follow up with customer care n sending lot many mails there is not a single response. Also i had been told that refund amt in master card takes 47 working days which is not in rbi norms. Sir it’s been quite a long time n fed up of the situation been faced. Also note that it’s a small amount.

              Dear sir,

              I have booked 2 nos. Rail ticket through irctc website on 31.03.2019 and paid by upi and deducted the money of rs 570/- and 860/- from my boi a/c. Also note, on 06/07/2019 i have cancelled the same ticket and on 07.07.2019 irctc refund the amount of rs. 510/- and 640/- by same payment gateway but till now no amount has been credited to my account. I have also mailed to irctc and they confirmed me that they already refunded the same and suggest me to contact my banker for refund and after that i visit my branch but they are unable to help me and i am also mailed to bank of india customer care several time and also discussed to the customer care representative over phone but till date i am getting any fruitful response from them/boi. Irctc furnished me the below mentioned transaction refund details..

              Till date no amount refund in my account, I am also submit a letter to my bank branch but I am not getting any refund amount to my account. Please look into the matter.
              I paid twice to d restaurant cafe ekante in d month of february.

                  Sir i made transaction of rs 4286 through boi debit card for purchase of product on amazon.com. However due to some reason product got cancelled and refund was initiated. According to amazon, refund was initiated on[protected] and amount should reflect in my account by[protected] but amount hasn't been refunded yet.
                  The authorization code (Reference number) for the transaction is 383663.

                                My debit amount is not reached to my hand from atm due to link out... But when i claimed my amount in bank after 2 day suddenly bank send me a sms that contains... My application rejected.. The amount is too much to me.. But i can not get any solution i am in great trouble..
                                I entered 10000 amount in atm but when the transaction was processeing suddenly the link is out. Atm was out of service.. But my amount cut from my account but i did not get the amount.. Then i wont to ban an give a application... But today a message come in my mobile that tell me that my application is rejected

                                        I vaishnavi karmveer done online payment of college admission fees rs.20974.12 on 19/07/19 through feepayr.com. The transaction failed but the amount deducted from my account.in bank statement it was written that payment is done to pos aggrepay. When i contacted aggrepay they processed the refund.
