I have two accounts one with BOI and one with Kotak Mahindra. My account with kotak is seeded with NPCI and linked to aadhaar but BOI account is only linked to aadhaar and not mapping with NPCI. The DBT shows me notification that account number not mapped. Ihave several time visited the bank but they decline to take the NPCI form. And today i just peeked into their system when they were checking my linking status it showed that my bank account was not mapped with aadhaar. Please help what to do

    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

        Sir i have a master card issued by bank of india and it is not working online as it shows every time that transaction is declined from bank. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

          I had booked a ticket by Paytm and booking had failed and my money has not refunded yet or they are sending me messages that they refunded but refund has not claimed.             To the whomsoever it may concern i herewith mention a complaint that on 4 th june 2019 my atm transaction was failed due to network conjestion or network problem, for that my amount to be withdrawn is being debited and i had not received cash at atm machine at bank of baroda vita sangli branch transaction time and date 4-6-2019 time: 8.15-8.30 a. M. So bank of india needs a lot time to refund so, i will close my account of bank of india soon and will not open any account at this bank in my life.

              I was doing ATM transaction and it's information are:

              The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful since the cash not obtained.

              sir almost 5 days have passed since this incident and I already claimed for ATM Transactions refund on BOI official site. Its reference ID: ATM[protected].
              I haven't got the refund yet.so, I will be very grateful of you if you look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                Dear Sir,

                Myself Rajiv Basu i had opened an salary account at BANK OF INDIA. Branch : Vimannagar, Pune
                I had a balance of rupees 24, 338)- in my account.. 1st of July, 2019 at 1.57p.m in the afternoon I received a msg saying your account has been debited @14, 000/- from POS-SBIMFECOM. It was a fraud withdrawl from my account.

                As soon as I got that deduction msg I opened my mobile banking apps and checked 10, 338 rupees was remaining.

                Then I transferred 10, 000/- to my father account immediately via NEFT so that my rest amount are not get hacked again.. I am very much disappointed for my 14, 000/- cut off without my interest.

                At my mobile banking mini statement transaction report it is showing BDIPG/QB[protected]/SBIMFECOM.

                What should I do now.. Plz help me out. It was my debit card.. I don't understand how shall I get that money back.. someone did a fraud or may hacked my account and withdraw money via online.

                Plz! Help me regarding this. 14, 000/- is really matter for a lower middle class family people.. plz look into this.!!

                      Sir i was paid 785+9 rps (785 for electricity bill and 9 for movie copoun i claimed) from paytm app . Money is deducted from my account and payment not successful on 15th june at between 7-7:30 pm . Then i register complain in paytm app they send your num with a message then i call your agent he said that for file a complain in your email

                        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                           Hi,
                          I have made 2 online transaction using bank of india debit card on flipkart.com for rs. 1399 each dated 5th may 2019. Both the transactions were failed due to technical errors.
                          I have raised complaint to the bank for both failed transactions on may 6 through their online portal. The reference no. For the same are 08051data87430 and 080519data87444.
                          However, i have given refund for only one transaction and the refund for other transaction is still due.
                          Kindly help me with the same.

                              Dear sir,
                              My amount is debited on 4-june at morning between 8.15-8.30 am at bank of baroda atm machine at vita branch sangli and i have not received cash due to conjestion in network. And i had filled online form for refund of amount still i had not receive d the same,
                              Kindly check transaction failure and please refund my amount and do the needfull.
                              Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              I use my debit card to pay 500/- for Jyoti petrol pump, machine declined but the amount deducted from my account.So I paid again n second time it was successfully completed n deducted amount again.So first when it declined It has not yet reversed. Will you please check out what's wrong.

                                  I have been getting message that Xx amount has been credited in BOIIND ACCOUNT. I don't have an account associated to this, this is a false message. Please take some action against it. This is such a nuisance happening and any random person would fall into this trap. How these fraudsters have an access to our numbers? What is Consumer forum doing? No actions has been take yet after so many messages. Please stop this.

                                    I have an current account in in bank of India Gandhi nager branch Delhi because if negligence of staff my account debited by 65000 rupies so advise all of them never open your account in bank of India because if you're check book is stoollen your balance is debited my check book is lost but the stollen person on my check take three sign in which 2 sign he cut but bank clear the 3 sign major surprised was in date coloum of check there was cutting but bank employee give cash to third person without taking any proff from him
