      I have requested for debit card and net banking at jankipuram extension branch, which rude staff denied by saying we don't have form later when i asked for complaint register and account closure form again they denied.

      Officer ishant sharam started shouting on me and was supported by manager ramsingh.

      Other staff started laughing on me and maing taunts that let's see what he can do as customer, when we all are against him.

        I received new chip embedded debit card received from bank of india during last week of december 2018. The card was issued for my salary account. My office collected the cards from the bank and gave us the same.

        The envelope enclosing the card i received was in questionable state. I found my envelope already opened from the top with breaking the seal with a blade kind of thing and re-taped carefully again.

        I've reported the same via mail to my employer. When i tried generating the green pin for the card, the card was marked as hotlisted.

        I've checked my colleagues envelope and they were able to generate pin successfully. Also their envelopes were not opened in such a way.

          My nri savings account has been closed by bank of india, singapore branch. To my surprise on inquiring i was told kyc updation missing.
          There was no message from bank in this regard. Moreover, the account can be suspended for kyc updation and not closed.
          My passport copy with bank expired on 25.12.2018. They should have informed me to send new copy for kyc updation. But they closed my account and are refusing to activate it.
          I would like to lodge a complaint against the bank hegemony and harassment for dereliction of their duty to inform the costumer timely for latest banking guidelines for which the service charges are deducted from the account of the holder.

          Matter needs to be escalated as the closure is illegitimate and coercive.

            I ordered a product (BoAt stone portable Bluetooth speaker) on Amazon but for few reasons I request for replacement.This order replaced by 19 Aug 2018. But new speakers are also damaged so I request to return. Return was completed on 26 Nov 2018 and also they i got message from Amazon is "your amount is refunded". But I didn't get message from my bank. I checked my bank passbook but no transaction showed with that reference. So I call to Amazon they said, "fill online dispute form ". But bank manager said "online dispute form is fill only when your transaction done online from bank and then this money when refunded then on this case online dispute form is filled" Refund reference no. for transaction is :[protected]
            From Amazon mail, my refund transaction has done on 26/08/2018, but when checked my passbook then no any transaction found with that reference.
            Refund for order[protected]order id) of 999.00 RS.

              Am Tinku raj from kumarakudi, cuddalore, tamilnadu.i got education loan in year of 2013 to 2017, each year I got 60000 rs to my bachelor's studies.after that I didt get any job, but bank torturing me to repay my loan amount.in 2013 bank told to create join account with my dad in kumarakudi BOI branch, now in my dad salary the intrest will debited in bank cost of 25000.how my family will run without money.please respond as soon as possible sir/mam.

I have rupaycard without emv chip that is failed on 31st december. I received a message in this regard on 29th of december. New debit card is despatched but i didn't received yet. I visit the branch two days for debit card but they rudely behave. Please take a action in this regard.

                  My name is Pramod Dnyanoba Chaundkar. I am account holder of your Bank of India Ghatkopar West M G Road Branch from since 08.11.2018. My Saving Account number is [protected]. I have already applied for new ATM card & net banking on 15th October 2018. Yesterday i have visited in my branch for ATM purpose but they are saying our internal issue is going on please fill new form. Really this is a very worst service of Ghatkopar West M G Road Branch. Also yesterday i have submitted application for removing old ATM card from your system after that i have received following message from you
                  BOI- Card number ending with 3224 in Account Number xxxxxxxxxx7377 has been issued to you. In case of discrepancy please contact branch.
                  Kindly note that i have already submitted application for removing old ATM from your system then how can you send this message. Also i am trying to call to my home branch (BOI MG Road Ghatkopar West) but no one answering the phone calls. Really tell you this is a very worstest service of BANK OF INDIA.
                  Please take it on priority basis & issue new ATM card immediately.
                  Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

                    I have saving account in bank of india, a. B road branch. Some amount of money has been regularly deposited through government policies. I have habit of checking the balance of my saving account on regular basis. Last time i have checked balance using the account passbook o found that the amount of rs. 2700 has been withdrawn from my account by any anonymous person. But the bank officials are refused to accept their mistakes and also not returning my amount.

                    Please take this issue on top note.

                      On 22dec2018 at the time of payment on amazon, money got deducted from my bank account but due to technical issues it didn't reached to amazon and saw message on amazon that payment failed. Even after complaining on customer care. And giving details of account and deduction on support. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in my issue is not resolved.
                      It's been 13 days, i didn't got my money back. Highly disappointed, worst bank n services. Going to close account.

                        I dr. Somnath koley, have an sb account no-[protected], ifsc-0004385 at balisai branch, bank of india from where l made an on line transaction of rs1000/with the help of my debit card on 24thdecember, 2018. When l make update my pass book l find that rs1028. 9/has been deducted from my account though i received otp against rs1000/. I visited your banks of many times but no one gives satisfactory answer. Kindly look into the matter so that l may get back my deducted amount.

                          My mother having a/c no. [protected]. She is an 80 year old. She had gone to bank of india, nawada branch for withdraw the cash but unfortunately their thumb scanning not match with your record but she is showing the original passbook & adhar card but cashier did not withdraw the cash. & make the unethical behavior with my mother. She has fed-up with unethical behavior with bank staff even manager also. What is this can you explain why. She is an 80 year ladies & bank guy doing unethical behavior with my mother

                          I had transferred an amount of Rs. 3000 by bhim app on 15/12/2018 & transaction was successful with transaction id No:[[protected]]. However the amount had not reached to the receiver.
                          Its been thirteen days and i have not got any resolution or reply.

                          And he is saying that he is callig from MUMBAI BRANCH ([protected])
                          Please let me know is it real or fake.
                          If account is lapse it would be very serious.
                          And i will complaint against u.
                          I mean again bank of india.

                            I am pankaj chopra and i have a saving account in meerut branch,
                            Ac no is [protected], today on 31st dec 2018 at 11:35 am, i got a phone message of my entire today's balance rs 6200/- in the account has been debited from atmid:ndel9031by an unknown criminal, it's shocking that how it could be possible when i have my debit card in my pocket and the amount is debited, this is a serious matter for your bank too as it's the bank's responsibility to secure our account and our hard earned money.
                            It is requested, kindly look into the matter seriously and get my money back as the bank is equally responsible for these kind of serious frauds

                                      On 28/12/2018 i had two consecutive unsuccessful transaction yet the amount was debited and not reimbursed until now, for acc. No.-[protected]. I want immediate reimbursement. It has been three days now, no solution yet. After two unsuccessful transaction with irctc, amount was debited. This is indeed a suspicious banking policy of bank of india. More importantly, once only i received the message of debit while twice same amount had been debited.

                                        I had Ordered a Nike cap from myntra on the first week but after getting it i was not happy. so i placed a return request. they picked up the parcel on 17.12.2018. But 11 days are past i have not received my refund yet. i have called there several times. and then they gave me a reference no and asked to seek further help from the bank. when i called to the bank they asked to mail them about my problem. Dont know how many days i have to wait further. n what kind of harassment it is. I am a 2nd year student and it is not possible for me to call every single day to both MYNTRA and BOI to ask about my money .
