SUB: STOPPING OF MILITARY PENSION AFTER DEPOSITING THE LIFE CERTIFICATE TO STATE BANK OF INDIA (KALING PONG BRANCH, DARGALING DT)
Sir,
1. I have the honor to state that , iam a military pensioner from army wef 30.07.2007and up to November 2010 I was getting the pensions , on 30 November 2010 my wife Smt Durga Gurung deposited my life certificate to above mentioned branch personally (which was attested by the senior manager SBI NAL Bangalore ).
2. But my pension is stopped without any notice from bank, and it is my live hood and I am requesting you to restore my live hood immediately.

father mr J.S. BALI died on 22 dec 2008 was havingac with SBI IMA DEHRADOON AC NO [protected].
Request letter with death certificate was submitted with
bank to transfer pension to my mothers account no

Matter is still pending. kindly reply
