category is wrongly mentioned in the call letter.
it has to be corrected as SC.

I HAVE CHANGED MY MOBILE NUMBER...SO CANT PROCESS NETBANKING FURTHER...SO KINDLY TAKE MY MOBILE NUMBER AND PROCESS NET BANKING...[protected]

I think you have to show your address as in your PAN Card, passport, or Aadhaar card. Or as per your gas connection booklet. I think voter id is not sufficient.

Once you have these address proofs, the manager is obliged to make the change. You may have to fill out a form and present it along with your address proof, but he cannot deny you the right to change your address if you have the correct ids.
