I have a saving account in SBI Bhuntar branch with account no.[protected] since last 8years.
On dt.12.06.2013 I made a transaction through ATM (State bank of Patiyala Shamshi, kullu,HP) to ATM with following details-

After transaction I saw my saving account through internet banking, amount debited my a/c but unfortunately same amount neither deposit in above said credit account nor return in my account till date.
Sir I have an urgent requirement of money so kindly help me to trace out of Rs.15000/-as soon as possible and credit in my saving account no. [protected].

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have placed an order on www.timtara.com on dated: 28-Feb-2013 with Transaction Id:[protected] and Order Id:[protected] for the product “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2p3100” worth Rs. 13992/- INR. I did a full advance payment via my SBI credit card for the same. After that I received the confirmation via email for the same from timtara.com side with promise of delivery of the product within 3 weeks.

    After 3 weeks when I inquired about my product, it was said (by your timtara.com customer care officer) it was awaiting the shipment. Since that day, my product was not supplied by them till date. I requested to timtara.com for cancellation of order but they didn't reply.

    As per the suggestion by SBI authority, I filled Dispute Transaction form and sent scan copy through attachment on 30-Apr-2013 to SBI Email Address : [protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com and requested to do the needful and for same I got reply from [protected]@sbicard.com that my complaint is under investigation. They give CaseID=[protected] on 30-Apr-2013.

    But after few days on 10-May-2013 I got reply from SBI and they requested me to mark a mail to merchant e mail-id and send us a copy at chargeback.[protected]@ge.com. I sent again mail to SBI with merchant email id on 11-May-2013 and for same i got reply from SBI that they acknowledge the receipt of my email and and they will revert me through email within 3 working days. Ref No:[protected]

    Again after few days when I spoke with SBI Customer care they informed that the case is handled by charge back team and the communication mode for charge back department is only e-mail. Today when again I spoke with SBI Customer Care they told me that the dispute form have not received Ref No:[protected]. So today again on 12-June-2013, I have send the required MCP letter.

    My concern is when I have already send MCP letter on 11-May-2013, I agree that due to any reason the charge back team have not received the letter ( though I have acknowledgement from charge back team --- may be aumated mail ) why they have kept their mouth shut till today.

    Also during this period of time I have received at least two calls per day from SBI to pay the bill amount for raised dispute. But not a single call received for the status of raised dispute. My concern is I have already raised the dispute then why I have to pay that credit card bill.

    I am totally I tired and frustrate with Timtara and SBI Card Customer care, SBI charge back team. They are not even answering and giving status of raised dispute.

    SBI Cards — NO RESPTECT & PROPER REVERT FOR CUSTOMERS

    Dear All,

    This is to inform you all that plz do not opt for SBI cards since they have a very bad customer care handling where i experienced it by myself where i have called them more than 100 times but till date they are responding my calls properly.

    Note : Even i was handling SBI credit card & i was using it & making payments on time till i received statements on time. Butfrom the month of August 2007 i havent received any statements from them & every 2 months later after me calling them several times they used to send a duplicate statement where late charges & other charges would be added & sent to me. When i enquired about the same they were not ready to reverse the amounts till date & they are not ready to send the statements too ontime.

    Now finally i asked them to close the card & asked for a settlement amount, but no one is ready to even spk to me properly or either close this issue.

    Due to this in my credit worth has gone down & i wanna file a case against them.

    They have also caused me morepain & tortured me by callibng me often for apyment, but no one is even ready to take a payment from my end.

    1 year back i applied for State bank of india credit card, but still now iam not received that card, but customer care people calling and they are asking for credit card payment, but they are saying that, when you applining for credit card it will cover some insurence, so you need to pay that amount, but so many time i called and asked to close my account, on that time they will tell system is down, we will not do now. i am paying my remaing credit card bills on time. it will effect my other card and SBI saving acoount . how can approach on these

    SBI Credit Card — TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN

    SBI Credit Card — Payment Complaints

    Dear Sir,
    I am just using SBI card for the last one year. 6 months SBI people offer me a loan for Rs58000 and they told me that i need to pay only Rs1633 for 48 month but for every month they are deeducting GST which costs about Rs100 on every month.So i mad a call to the people and asked so many times but they dint respond me properly and they told me that i have to pay, iasked them why you have not educate about the GST on every month .Till now they are not replying proplerly .So i stop purchasing on that.

    Now another issue " i had pay statement due amt in 4 days delay but i have sent a mail to apologize for them there is no response.then they have charged me Rs512 and i told them that i will not pay the amt since i dint get any feedback from your side but again they have generated another statement with Rs350 interest for that without closing the old issue and their collection people daily tortured me. i had written the story in a paper and i sent to chennai and Newdelhi office (2 days b4) i dint receive any feedback. the collectiion people called me and told me that you have to pay the amt and you can ask anything but i dint get any assurance because they can told that you was approved the amt.i dont know what to do. one of the very very very worst and dangerous situation i never felt in my life.
    All other banks say ICICI, HSBC as for my concern they are supportive but these peoples are very strange

    SBI Credit Card — Dispute of Non-Receipt of Payment

    Dear Sir,

    I was Credit Card Holder of SBI Cards having account No. [protected]. In the month of February, 2008 I noticed that SBI has raised the bills without verifying the records of credit which I has already paid.

    On 06.02.2008 I deposited an amount to the tune of Rs. 37, 450/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Thousands Four Hundred and Fifty Only) vide cheque no. 502253 dated 06.02.2008 drawn on HSBC against the due amount of Rs. 37, 404/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Thousands Four Hundred and Four Only) as stated in the credit card statement dated 17th January, 2008 which was due for payment latest by 07.02.2008 .

    I had already provided entire set of documents to SBI as per their requirements which fully establishes the factum of the proper and regular payment of the bill of SBI as the amount paid vide cheque No. mentioned above has been debited from the HSBC account and the certificate of the bank was also submitted to SBI through Fax and serving the copy of the certificate to SBI's recovery agent who called himself to be Mr. Yogesh Kumar working with M/s Balaji Investigation situated at Vikas Puri, New Delhi.

    Despite many reminders/correspondence in this matter SBI never paid any attention and even never bothered to close this matter by updating the records

    I would like to request you that kindly proceed my case and help me out in this matter.

    after paying full and final payment to SBI CREDIT CARD, Regurlary getting sms to my mobile from SBI CREDIT CARD division.
    Dear Bhaskar,

    Kindly note that whenever you get a settlement offer from any financial Institution, you should obtain the offer letter first before making the final payment.

    Now you know better that if you have the letter with you OR ????

    Meanwhile for your information you may note that in every cases of SETTLEMENT ; in a prima facie, Banks use to incurr a huge financial loss and thats what as per the guidelines they reserve the right to refer your card details to the negative database/regulators such as CIBIL which appears as " WRITTEN OFF ".

    Anyways if you have this letter with you and again if you are getting such kind of SMS for the outstanding you should escalated this matter to ajay.[protected]@ge.com.

    SBI Credit Card — SBI credit card payment.

    Hi,

    Long back an agent of SBI (credit card dept) had given me a credit card saying that the charges will be very less for the govt employee.After some time the same agent has taken a health insurance policy with same credit card with out my permission. ( i don't know how he had used my credit card).
    When i received the same policy by registered post then at that time have denied to take that policy and returned back as i have not applied for tha.
    I had also sent a request by post to deactivate my card but no action has been taken.
    Now my problem is that - iam getting phone calls somewhere from mumbai as they are telling to pay the money for that policy and they are taking very rudely.
    Please suggest me what should i do?

    SBI Credit Card — sbi card

    Sir,
    I have been served a letter by SBI Card vide letter no.15052899 dt.15th may 2009 that cheque no 807171 dt.08/03/2007 amount Rs.10, 000/- and cheque no.807174 dt.02/04/2007 Rs.2564/- have not been realized from my account and hence they are debiting the amount to my card account.If the amount has not been realized than why they are coming up after 2years and also they have not mentioned why the amount has not been realized and they have not given me the cheque also.I sincerely doubt the intentions of SBI card.

I am staying in Rajkot and I am working in a company when I am ready to settle down my account and I am in touch with you why I am getting friquent call from yr collection party.     I have not received any SBI card till todate.
    Just now I have received an SMS stating "Congartulations on 1st transaction made on SBI card".
    Till now I have not received any credit card from SBI, and where is the question of making transactions?
    kindly confirm it, clarify it and do the needful.
    In last year august probably, when IRCTC personnel contacted me to accept for IRCTC-SBI card, for which I said OK. Later, I have received an SMS stating, the card was despatched. But I have not received any card afterwards. When I contacted IRCTC personnel for non-receipt of card, they said it is courier lapse.
    Later, frequently I am receiving Offers.SBI card mails stating that dear SBI card holder.
    How it is possible for you to send such mails?
    Kindly do the needful and Clear this grievance.

    While issuing the card the persons told that it is life time free card and no charges on the card. But to be surprise last month I received to pay minimum renewal fee of Rs.550. Actaulyy I dont want card now This month again I am receiveing a statement for Rs.938.40 I have not at all used SBI card becuase of earlier bitter experience with SBI card. finally SBI card section will issue lawer notice for a big amount. Hence Please cancell the card [protected] and close the account.I dont want to renew the card

    Credit Card — Method of Payments

    I have read in the News Paper some time back that SC has passed one ruling stating that even Customers can get the receiving of their cheques or stamped deposit slips for paying their credit card bills, from last four months I use to pay my Credit Card bills through cheques on which I get signed deposit slips but this time they have refused to provide deposit slips, and asked to drop the cheque at Drop Box, I want to know if I insist Bank to give me receiving can they deny it.

    in 2004 i have taken sbi card. i with draw rs. 500 only to initiate the card and immediately i have paid back that ammount. but after 6 month some transactions occures thru my card which i had not done. but they charged me and from then upto 2005 end i have made so many applications to them. probably in the end of 2005 i came to an settelement with 1500 . upto 2008 i have kept all these documents but not a single phone came from them during this 3 yrs.

    now on 23 rd sept 2009 a call came from DELHI with a warning to start legal procedings or settelement with rs 5000, at present it is impossible for me to do this

    i was using a credit card (gold) of hdfc bank ... my credit card no. is----[protected] .this card was issued to me when i was working in bangalore..i was pregnant n i got a baby on 25th april 2009...i have gone through a major operation for that and after deliveri i was jobless for next 6 months bec doctor hasn't allowed me to work..i have requested the recovery people that i will start paying when i will start job..from 1st Nov. 2009 i joined future generali life insurance company...my first salary was credited on 30th nov...but my whole salary is on hold...i m requesting recovery deppt. to make a EMI of 5000 every month ...but they are telling that my whole salary will be gone to my card....i m having a baby now...for her bread n butter i need money...how can i pay all my salary...plz...provide me option...

    SBI Credit Card — Payments of SBI cards

    I have a SBI Credit card card No[protected] where by bank is time and againg calling me and asking me to make the payments which are not due. They are not deducting the amount paid earlier also on informing them about the change of address the same is not yet updated and then they say about late payment charges.
    Secondly every month although i am not using the card the amount out standing keeps on increasing when i spoke to their representative and asked to close the card and make full and final settlement she says that i need not pay for next six months then only they can do the final settlement i cannot understand the logic behind it. I also gave an option of EMI on which they said they would revert in next two days but i need to make the payments on the basis of that assurance the payments were made according to me the payment due was around 72000/- of which 40000/- has already been paid then also they are showing amt outstanding of more than 1.3 lacs. I am ready to make payments but everytime i get commitments and the not honoured.

    SBI Credit Card — SBI Card is charging for what I have paid earlier

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have taken a loan of Rs 40,000/- from SBI Card. While Issuing the loan, the executive told that you can forth close it at any time without intimation. I have started to pay EMI for the first year and when I got some extra saving I have asked t SBI Payment Department about my total amount due and told them I wanted to pay the Full Final amount. According to record it was Rs. 36080/- and wrote a cheque of Rs. Rs. 36100/- to repay the loan to close the loan amount in on 1st April 2009. They have sent me an SMS for confirmation of money recived. After that there was no statements were issued to me by the Credit card dept. But I shocked when I got an SMS of total amount due is Rs. 318/- which is followed by number of calls from payment dept saying Rs. 5000+ amount. It has reached to Rs. 7200/- as on date and they are saying this is due to you haven't paid last 2 installments and interest and late payment charges. So far they are calling twice a day from Jan 2010 and creating a pressure to repay whatever they say. I am ready to pay my purchase amount till Aug 2009 (after that I have stopped using my Credit Card) but they are not ready to accept and close my account after this. Even I have sent them few emails but they are not turning back to me.

    Please show me a correct way to proceed with or where can I file a complaint.

    I am Megaraj.I have taken sbicard in 2010 and last month in july i had called up SBI credit card customer care number they said my bill is 18, 000 approx which i have not got bill since from Jan 2011 and i have not used my creditcard but now in my account it shows 18000, approx. and they asked me to send the mail on [protected]@sbicard.com, but the address is bouncing back.Please clear & guide me they charged me.     this is regarding my SBI credit card bill dated Oct 7,2011 with due date 27 Oct 2011. i dropped a cheque in the Deonar SBI branch on 16 Nov . cheque no 645902. however i got a phone call on 30 Oct from SBI saying payment not recd. i gave them details of cheque etc but they said they have not recd it. so i went to SBI Deonar branch but they could not trace the cheque and it had not yet been credited. so i payed the amount due on my card directly i.e rs 29,526. and asked for a stop payment of cheque. subsequently i got a letter from SBi cards complaining that i have stopped payment of cheque due to them, however i ignored it thinking that they will look at their records and realize that they have already recd the payment due to them. however to my utter amazement i recd the DEC bill today which has charged me rs 500 as payment dishonour fee. i do not know why i was called to say that they have not recIEved payment for Nov when they already had my cheque.

    i am following from oct 2013 to till date there is no revert and investigation from SBI and daily getting calls for the payment litrsly they frustrate not listen and one time i got accident because of the same, and they never reply for the email please suggest me what to do please .

    please look into this every day i m getting more than 5 to 1 0 calls in a day and i got frustrate now so i request you i have not use this amount i told to do proper investigation check the signatures and transaction done in petrol pump you can check in cctv cameras please i will not pay this amount as i have not did and same time i have given blocking request you can check there is matter of minuets when i was on IVR check the locations from where i have given blocking request and where my transaction happen it should includes in investigation if without doing investigation hos come you can ask me same amount and every day using bad words to me from your collection dept and when i was travel and in hospital use to get calls one time because of your call got my accident and i told so many time to your customer care and collection team not to call please investigate and settle my amount as this is not done from me and stop calling me please if you want to see my accident Dr bills i can show you, and i have draft so many mail there is no reply from you or investigation report so i request you kindly look into this stopp calling me and settal my account and deactivate my credit card whatever i use i paid the amount,

      I use a sbi credit card in the month january 2012 i made a purchase of 33,000/-.In the month of february 2012 i converted my whole purchase in 6 flexipay instalment so my emi for 6 months used to come 5600 approx with some 200 approx interest every month for all 6 months.but when i received my statement i could find 33000/- converted twice as per the february bank statement my purchase was 33000/-+33000/-=66000/- where in i only made 33000/- purchase.i called the customer care immediately and they said it was an error from our side and it would be rectify as soon as possible and u only make payment of one amount i.e 5600+200 so i used to make that payment regularly.past 5 months i.e from february to september 2012 there was no rectification done and my payment due show was increasing.i made many attempts to rectify this error but their executive only say common dialogue that we are in the process and they just some pathetic number every time.i also drafted a mail to their nodal officer but it seems he is also not bothered sbi credit card never call they are robots with no customer satisfaction......'CaseID=[protected]' this is the case id which they have given and no resolution till date...for the reference i have attached their mistake

      SBI Credit Card — No resolution for complaints

      No resolution for complaints, misbehaving and careless, rude customer care staff, incomplete information abt the charges and interest, messed with requests, duplicate product sent by the SBI offers

      I suggest plz do something, and from last one year i have never defaulted any payment still this is a treatment to premium customer

          Sir,

          I have sent a mail to many of the higher officials in SBI related to the abusive behavior of SBI officials towards my Dad when he approached the bank for mutual settlement of our housing loan. However the mail was not at all responded and when I sent the mail again asking for any update, they are not responding. I have mentioned the detailed complaint details below which I have sent to the higher officials. Kindly do the needful.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I am Udhayakumar S. S/o Mr.K.N.Subramani who worked as an Accountant in Govt. I.T.I., borrowed housing loan from State Bank of India, Ekhu Nagar Branch in the year 1999 for Rs.2,00,000/- and in the year 2004 an additional loan for Rs.1,00,000/- was borrowed. Due to some administration dispute, my father was victimised and came out of work by CRS and he is yet to receive the settlement till date. In the mean time my father paid some amount for the housing loan borrowed and was not paid for few months. Then the SBI Ekhu Nagar Branch, Manager Mr.
          Subramani filed a case against my father in the year 2007 and he came to our house and called our parents to the branch and we have informed all our concerns to him and he advised my parents to give a written statement mentioning that we will be paying Rs.5000/- per month and my parents paid Rs.20000/- in the month of March 2008 stating they will start paying Rs.5000/- pm from June 2008. Then when my father went to pay the money in the month of June 2008, the Manager Mr.Subramani was transferred and the new manager Mr. Raghunathan did not accept the amount and he directed to pay Rs.50000/- immediately. Then even after many approach to the branch, the Manager did not accept even after mentioning about the written statement given to the Manager, Mr.Subramani.

          The Bank officials did not turn up and the case passed many hearings in the Poonamalle Court. Hence my father was fed up with the court proceedings and he went for Mutual settlement with the bank and the Branch Manager Mr. Sadhanantham directed my father to meet Mr.
          Sritharan in Vellore SBI regional office. My father met Mr.Sritharan however he abused My father severely stating about his personal problems in I.T.I. and he specifically told, "You are a Zero now, You have no job and how will you pay the money, What theft you have done in your office so they sent you out". My father even begged to him however he refused to talk further and asked my father to get out of the office. After having meet with Mr. Sridharan and because of his words my father attempted suicide however my uncle brought him back to home safely and My uncle had meet with Mr. Sridharan later however he refused to talk. Is this the way the bank officials of a reputed world class bank treat a person coming for Mutual Settlement?

          Years passed as the court hearings postponed to further date. On November 19, 2012, The Ekhu Nagar bank official Mr. Inbaraj reached our house and threatened my Mother when she was alone at home saying that he is going to arrest My father for non-payment of loan and he also threatened her by pasting a notice and he warned my mom that he will throw things in the road if we don't pay the loan within the month of November 2012 and he will advertise this in newspaper. My mom told to Mr.Inbaraj that she will inform my dad and make him talk to the Manager and pay the amount ASAP and not to advertise it in newspaper however he made us ashamed by advertising it on November 21, 2012.

          My father went to SBI Ekhu Nagar Branch to enquire about the threaten done at home to my mom and there Mr.Inbaraj told my father that only if we threaten you people, you will pay the amount. It is like gundas from the bank making things happen towards the bank. Then the New branch Manager Mr. Krishnakumar the current Manager of SBI Ekhu Nagar Branch contacted my parents and asked for Mutual settlement and we too agreed for the same. Myself and My father went to Ekhu Nagar Branch and asked for the total amount to be paid and he calculated with 11% interest on the balance amount however we have asked that in the point no. 16 (a) of the court order it is stated that 8.25% is the interest till the date of realisation however he did not consider what we are specifying. He arrived at the total amount of Rs.4,09,915/- and gave the statement to us and asked to meet Mr.K.C.Muralidharan, Chief Manager in Regional office at Vellore. We met him at Vellore on December 6th 2012 and he calculated the amount again and arrived at the amount Rs.4,65,618.81/- which includes the court fees, document retrieval charges and the newspaper charges which made us ashamed. My father mentioned that we came for mutual settlement and requested to deduct some of the interest. Then when I started to explain my father's situation, Mr.K.C.Muralidharan stopped me right away and told, "For my 32 years experience I should not talk to you and you shut up and sit". I am a 26 years old male and taking charge of all my father's debts but the bank official states that for his experience he will not talk to me itseems. Is this fine? Whatever may be the duration of experience, he should explain to the customer irrespective of his age and status. When this is not followed, what is the use of this 32 years experience and what experience did he get in this 32 years when the primary thing, "Attitude and Behaviour to the customer"
          is not followed. Then he asked a series to questions to my father which killed his soul in the office and he cried even in front of me.
          Then I explained Mr.K.C.Muralidharan that we are in a situation that we cannot borrrow such a huge amount and asked for some deduction in interest amount. Then he replied to both o[censored]s, "I cannot deduct even a single rupee for you because you have appointed a lawyer for the case filed by SBI". I am concerned, are we not supposed to answer the case through a lawyer? They behaved as if we had made a crime by appointing a lawyer. He again stated that, "You have to pay the entire amount". I requested him to reduce a few amount he can, then he shouted at us mentioning, "Both of you go and beg some where in the platforms and pay the amount". Is this the way a bank official will talk to a customer? Eventhough the payment is defaulted, he is a customer for the bank, right?

          Then he took us to Mr. Kanda Subramanian, Regional Manager. He asked us to pay the entire amount and instructed Mr.Muralidharan to leave us at road and subject the house to auction. Then he threatened us to sign the letter stating that we will pay Rs.450000/- within December
          17 2012 orelse we will leave the home. We requested time till December 30 2012 however the Regional Manager behaved like a rowdy stating that, "How you will pay the amount? You thieves, you people will rob some where and pay." We were thinking whether to sign or not and in the mean time Mr. Muralidharan stated that if you don't sign we will make you ashamed by releasing the information in Newspaper and they threatened my father and made him to sign the letter and told my dad that if he goes to any higher authority he cannot be done anything.
          Hence my father did not complain to anyone till date and waited for the document to get released.

          After signing, he promised that he will get the documents in the month of January 2013 and we have managed and paid the entire amount by getting loans from the gold we had and from my personal loan from Axis bank in the above said date December 17 2012. Days passed and due to that delay we contacted Mr. Krishnakumar, he told that he doesn't know anything and asked to proceed with bank lawyer. The bank lawyer told us to contact the Manager and this went for days and Months. On 8th April when I contacted Mr. Muralidharan, he thrashed me and told, "You people have kept a lawyer for the case and if you settle should we release the document as said?, Let me see how you people are getting the document". Then we contacted Mr.Krishnakumar and he too changed his words and stated that, "I will not do anything for your case to get the document released and lets see when you get those papers in your hands".

          They are now saying some reasons that the lawyers are delaying in the court after all these threatens and whatever it may me the reasons, how a bank official must behave to its customers. Is this the right way to approach a customer? Is this the situation of the customer of a World class bank after settling his loans?

          Now we are in a situation that the bank officials are taking revenge on us for appointing a lawyer and they are not showing any interest in getting the documents released. Since the interest for the loans we got is getting increased, my parents are very much upset and they are fell sick for three times till date.

          I kindly request you to look into this issue and get our documents released as soon as possible and get us relieved from the revenge and the threatens from the bank officials. And also I request you to get an apologize letter from,

          Mr. Inbaraj for threatening my mom when she was alone at home, Mr. K.C. Muralidharan, Mr. KandaSubramanian, Mr. Sridhar for severely abusing my father related to his personal issues and Mr. Krishnakumar for taking revenge and delaying the documents.

          And please investigate them about the threatens they made and because of that we have felt a lot in our mind and soul. My parents even got sick due to these issues and we request you to claim a compensation from the SBI bank officials for this issue. We are a middle class family and we cannot withstand the threatens and words from the bank officials. So please consider my complaint as a high priority and kindly do the needful. If you want us to proceed the issue in the Consumer court, we are ready to face them in the court. Please look into this issue and kindly do the needful.

          Atlast what we need is our House documents and Apologize letters from the above mentioned officials and compensation for all the threatens they made which affected our mind and soul.

          State Bank of India — Victimised by the Bank!

          Hi I am Saurabh and this is a letter that was sent by me to the SBI Credit card department. This contains my bad experience with this bank. i have been victimised for showing being honest to the bank and the debt taken. Kindly go through the following:

          Subject: Refer to the Demand Notice Sent- SBI Card Account No.[protected]

          Sir/Madam,

          This in reference to the snail mail sent at my Address yesterday.
          I am an unfortunate Credit Card holder of your Bank with the Credit Card number:[protected] and with an outstanding due of Rs.34715.47.

          Now, firstly I would like to clear one of your doubts. In the letter sent to me by Lawyers Inc. Advocates & Solicitors, It is mentioned that after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the bank (i.e.regular and timely payments of the charges) yet my intentions were of avoiding making any payments, In such a case I would not made the earlier paymentsand also would not have updated my address and phone number in the records.

          Now coming down to the actual story.
          Your ESTEEMED bank offered me a credit card with a limit of Rs.47000.00
          On which, the current Outstanding is Rs.34715.47 (In today's date)

          In the month of June 2008, i had made a payment of Rs.5000 (against the outstanding of Rs.30000.00 approx.)
          Whereas, If you check the records thr principal amount does not exceeds Rs.15000.00 approx.

          Earlier I was promised by your Customer card department a waiver of Rs.10000.00, Against which I was asked to pay the rest of amount.
          Agreeing to this I made a payment of Rs. 43, 700.00 approx. But the promised was not done(the waiver was not given).

          Now that I have become a victim of your bank and this vicious circle, i then e-mailed your bank about my shortcomings and also about the promise made by your Customer care department, In return to it i received a snail mail dated May 22, 2008 from the Manager- Customer services Stating that my request cannot be accepted.

          Further I have received calls from your recovery department accusing and abusing me. I also have a 4 hour telephonic conversation in which your associate has used a very highly abusive language. And now as recent as day before yesterday I received a call from[protected] number and the so to say associate of your generous organization used abusive language at the very start of the conversation and closing it with a life threatening statement!

          Sir/Madam, kindly answer a few of my queries:

          1. In which Agreement is it mentioned that what should be done or how to repay when there are major shortcomings?
          2. Is a customer liable enough to hear abusive language from some nerds appointed by the Bank for recovery?
          3. For an amount of Rs.37000.00 approx, Is the Bank recovery given a liberty to threaten or kill a person?
          4. What about the promises commited by the bank in terms of waiver of foolish interests put in for making extra money?
          5. Who would be responsible if I take any extreme action against myself due to the threatenings and abuses made by the bank?
          6. Last question, By all the accusations and abuses and the threatenings given on phone, dont you think that instead of you to take a leagal action
          against me, I can sue your organization for Character Assassination, Mental trauma, and threaten to kill?


          I am a reponsible person and that shows off by my writing my concern to you. I would not like to eat u the money of the bank. I am ready to pay in the following possible ways:

          1) FULL PAYMENT: I am ready to make the entire payment of thr NOW outstanding amount mentioned above.
          For this I shall issue Four - Six PDC from the next Month onwards (January 2008). At the submission of the PDCs I want the Bank to provide me the clearance letter as
          well as activate

          2) PRINCIPAL AMOUNT: Other option that i can opt for is to make the full payment of the PRINCIPAL amount that would not exceed Rs.15000.00 approx. On this I
          would want the bank to issue me the clearance letter on the day of making the payment also reissue me the card.


          Kindly answer the mentioned queries also let me know if something can be worked upon the mentioned ways of repaying the bank.
          But if you still want to question my intentions then i will advise you to take the actions necessary, but in the most legal way.

          Dear Sir,

          This is in regards to the conversation I had with your Customer Care Executive, who confirmed me that I am liable to pay an amount of Rs.15000 (approx.) to your bank.
          Which includes Credit Card’s costing (Rs.2500), which was earlier told to be free of cost.

          I would also like to tell you that in the previous days, I was been harassed by your recovery agent on phone, the person tend to nasty on phone which included abusive words also. The confirmation of which can be done by conversation’s recording
          That I have made.
          I shall inform you that I was eligible enough to take your services to a full stretch after this evidence, and bring it in the eyes of law. Its not that I was not willing to repay the money, but was not in a position to do so.

          Also, I was been cheated in respect to the Card limit. It was told to me that the Card limit is Rs.50000, but this was changed to 13000 without a prior intimidation to me.
          I am really disappointed with the lethargic and careless services being provided to your customers.

          Finally, I must inform you that the actual amount that I am supposed to pay is Rs.8100 only, on which your Bank has levied card costing (I was told its free of cost) and some other charges that are fictional to me.
          To which I am attaching a cheque that contains the amount that I am actually supposed to pay i.e. Rs 8100, further to which I am surrendering my card also.

          Hope you work better at least in this respect.

          I had to apply for Management Course from FMS. The forms for the same are available with SBI Bank.

          On 16th November 2009, at 2:30 pm, I visited Sector-2, Noida Branch of SBI. I was told that forms are 7now not available at their branch.

          So, I called up Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Branch. I was told that forms are available and can be collected from their branch till 4:00 pm.

          I reached Lajpat nagar Branch at 3:20 pm and asked Mr. Ashish regarding the forms. He told me that forms are unavailable now, and I can get the form only in the morning tomorrow.

          But, other officials told me that forms are available but he is not willing to give me the form today, so I should complain to Mr. Bhardwaj. I went to him and complained.

          Mr. Bhardwaj also told me that forms are available at this time also but can only be collected tomorrow as its closing time.

          It was 3:35 pm at that time but Mr. Ashish refused to give form even at the request of Mr. Bhardwaj and other officials.

          It caused a lot of inconvinience to me as I had taken leave from my office to get the form.

          I had also sent email to "chairmansbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in" also but didin't get any response till date.

          SBI — Customer service is poor

          Dear Sir,

          I did not get a proper response when i went to take DD at SBI, Tidel Park branch, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
          Lady who was sitting at the operator Window 2 was not at all talking properly. Her tone and voice is burning others like anything.

          I'm very sure that SBI is not providing free DD service for others customers who are not holding account in SBI. They are taking service charges as "exchange" but they are not servicing the customers in a good manner. I just asked what is the exchange amount for 12,500 but she replied "in which bank you are holding account ? go there and take DD. We will not give DD for others. how many 12,500 i will collect today" I asked, i have taken 3 times DD here, She said " we will give from today". I said OK and came out of that place and taken the DD in Canara bank.

          SBI.. pls don't loose the customers.

          SBI — abused, thrashed n

          me n my mother holdig account. my mother had 2 get her debit card. They made us wandering for 3 month. One day they crossed d limit i went wid my mother i was holding my baby we askd them gently all of sudden bloody sujan singh(worker) pushed me n we all fell down. Bloody Manager ws also watching. We neither got help nor card. I still afraid to go in bank.

          Hi,
          I wont often visit banks. I do all my transactions in online. But I went to SBI bank tiruppur last week to submit a net banking form for my brother. I was asked to wait for 2 hrs due to some network issue. But you wont believe , i wait 6 hrs to submit just a piece of paper, that net banking form. The worst part is , ever after waiting such a long period, they refuse to get the form for some fake reason. It was the moment where my frustration reached the sky. SBI bank though largest bank in India have poorest service in World. They treating the customers like animals. I closed my account but my request is please provide proper service to customers.
          Ya i agree totally with this comment...even i went to bank for 3 times...but with of no use...

          Really we are Dissatisfied with this banks service... I think No use o[censored]sing netbanking from this banks website...instead its better to do our transactions in person which is impossible for many people who depends on Online banking...

          I ank i am having bank locker at state bank indira nagar lucknow branch .the manage says to to his cleaning staff to go with me and open the locker his name is pintu.he also told that u can only operate locker 12 times after that i have to pay 100 rs per visit.this kind of behaviour is there in state bank

          Dear Sir,

          My husband had an RD Account which got matured on 6th of Feb 2011, since he didnt have any sb account there i wanted the matured amount to be transferred to my sb account.
          As per the information i had maild and also given application duly signed to my father to submit to SBI Pathanamthitta, but they went there somebody answered that since there were no person to take form come after two days.

          I am shocked by this response that to towards a senior citizen...we invest our money and dont expect such responses. I was not satisfied with someother bank service that is y we choosed SBI ...but now i think i shud rethink about it

          SBI — Poor Customer service

          I am a Defence Employee.I recently booked an Access in Canteen.To make the purchase i needed a DD for which i visited the Branch at the Defence colony at Secunderabad .The service there is not only horrible but the Employees behavior is so Disgusting that they are treating their customers with No Respect at all almost like School Kids.I was startled by this behavior and called the Senior management and talked about the same. One would be shocked that Senior management is equally same as they were of no help at all.

          State Bank of India — Non Responsiveness on Customer Care

          I have contacted to State Bank of India Customer Care on 07.01.2012 at 11.59 AM. Somebody has picked the call but instead of talking to me, he is going on to talk with the other persons present with him. I am saying hello in between but the response was 'koi kaam dham nahi hai kya...?(don't you have any other work)', 'hold karo (be on hold)' etc.. I have been hold for almost 2-3 minutes but the person on the other side have not responded.

          My concern is to make customer care responsive to address the grievance of the citizens. If this customer care can't help the customers, there is no reason to have such department and to pay the employees for no work.

          Please do the necessary help.

          State Bank of India — Poor Services of SBI

          Dear sir,

          I would like to inform you that my Dmat services are not disconnected permanently after submitting my application to SBI, Ashram road branch - Ahmedabad and personnaly requested many times at branch and a charges of Rs. 386 has been deducted from my account without informing to me on dated Jan 02, 2012.

          I have complained the same on SBI through my netbanking account but there is no positive response and my Dmat account did not closed permanently.The same screen shot is attached herewith for your reference.

          Sir, my genuine request to you that why Rs.772 (Rs. 386 * 2 = Rs 772 for two years) had been deducted two times (FY:2011-12 and FY :2010-11) from my account without inorming to customer.

          I am very much mentally disturbed for your poor poor poor services and cheating to customer. My account details are below for your reference.

          sir i opened a saving account no- [protected] in your shri krishnapuri patna branch on dated 05/09/2012. your branch was running a general insurance related with saving account. but your staff refused to do general insurance relating to my saving account without any reason.

              this is subhash kumar jha..an account holder of icici bank chandrashekharpur branch bhubaneswar...my a/c n o is...[protected]
              i have done transaction with my icici bank debit card with sbi atm situated at sbi kiit square branch in bhubaneswar...transaction was of 1500 rs/- on 20th of april around 11 a.m

              but at that point of time the atm was unable to dispatch cash..and i didnt recieve any amount instead many reciepts came out witten atm is unable to dispatch cash...and the amount is being deducted from the account...

              various time i have launched complain from icici customer service...but sbi is not at all accepting this...rejected the complain everytime
              from last 1 and 1/2 months and still i havenot recive my money back...this is the worst experience i have with sbi atm....

              its my request to please chech out the things properly...and watch by camera there that at atm was actually functioning or not and please do accordingly.....

              it is late enough but pls check it out and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                I was trying to talk to the Customer Servicer persion for last couple of day but in wine. I was holding the line for 30 odd mins but no one responded, only the recordings were played. I was very annoyed the my queries was not responded and my payment due date is was approching. SBI has be reputed Indian bank, but these says they are not par with other international banks. Very sorry to see this.

                    Credit Card — Unauthorized demand

                    Citi Bank is harrasing by demanding heavy amount that never outstanding upon me, however full & final payment was already made to them. Moreover they have taken additional amount in cash in line with promising to finish the case at once. My credit card number is [protected] and regularly threat calls from anonynous callers are being receiving on my mobile. I request the concerned person to take up the matter on priority since I am fed up with such calls which compells me to take extreme step.

                    For your ready reference I have all receipts stating that no liability is pending on me.

                                      SBI Credit Card — charges of late fees

                                      i have an sbi credit card no-[protected] .i have an limit of rs 20000/- my bill excess of rs 22000/- and i am paying reguraly minimum amount .but they are charging late fee also.i please request you to reversal of all late fees which charged in my bill.than only i will pay sbi amount.

                                      I have been using credit cards since 1999, but never was any of my payments delayed in any of my Credit Card transactions nor was I charged any fees.
                                      But SBI Cards is not resovling my queries pertaining to the Late Payment charges & fees it has debited to my account. There is deficiency of service and they have debited unnecesary charges and blocked my card. The have sent a mail on 26/04/2008 communicating as under:

                                      (We wish to inform you that we have credited Rs.393.26 towards the late payment fee and Rs. 379.24 towards the payment dishonor fee on your account as a service gesture and credit for the same would reflect on your subsequent statement of account.)

                                      Inspite of several mails, there is no satisfactory reply to my queries.I have been made to suffer because of this.

                                      I HAVE BEEN USING SBI CREDIT CARD FOR A LONG TIME.I MAKE MY BILL PAYMENT BY ATM.EVERETHING HAD BEEN GOING GREAT, BUT LAST TIME I MADE MY BILL PAYMENT AND LEFT Rs.3000/- ON, BECAUSE LACK OF BALANCE IN MY ACOUNT.
                                      I THOUGT THAT I WILL PAY IT NEXT TIME AND I WAS AWARE THAT THEY WOULD BE CHARGED ON AMOUNT 3000.
                                      I MADE MY OTHER TRANSACTION WITH THE CARD.IN THE NEXT BILL, WHAT I SAW THEY CHARGED EVEN MY TOTAL BILL AMOUNT Rs. 1, 1600/- LET ALONE Rs.3000.SO I PAID MY REAL BILL AMOUNT AND LEFT JUST DISPUTE AMOUNT Rs.500/- ONLY,
                                      I THOUGT WILL DISCUSS WITH THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND I DID.BUT IN THIS MONTH THEY AGAIN CHARGED 400/- EXTRA ON 500/-.I HAVE BEEN MADE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF EXTRA CHARGED.
