Dear sir,
I have been using SBI credit cards for almost 4 years now and suddenly
on 13.02.2013, I received a SMS stating that a transaction for the
amount of Rs.17602.89/- (Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Two rupees and
89 paisa) is made on my SBI railway card with number 4317 xxxx xxxx
1600. I have not used my card for the above transaction. Immediately
after receiving the SMS, I have intimated the customer care and blocked the card on 13.02.2013 night itself. I registered a complaint with SBI card by submitting the dispute form on 14.02.201This card was issued to me only on 19th of January 2013 and I
have used the new card only on 5th of Feb 2013 that too with IRCTC and I
have not used the card anywhere else. A similar fraud attempt was made
with my old card 4317 xxxx xxxx 8017 on 14th of January 2013 and
immediately I blocked the card and a new card has been issued on
19.01.2013 on which this fraudulent transaction has been done. 3 and I got a reply from SBI cards on 16.04.2013 and the reply
was as follows:
: Review of Retail Transaction dated 13/02/2013 at HOUSETRIP.COM LONDON
For Rs 17537.16 on your SBI Credit Card.
Dear B SHANMUGARAJAN,
This is with reference to your letter regarding the non-receipt of
credit from HOUSETRIP.COM LONDON for Rs 17537.16 on your SBI Card number
xxxx xxxx xxxx 1600. The investigation for these transactions has been
completed. We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been
performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been
validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet; hence
the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder. The time and
status log for all Internet transactions attempted on your card is
enclosed for your reference. Since the card is still in your possession,
we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid
further late fee and finance charges on your card account. We are
therefore closing the dispute at our end. Incase of any further query on
your card account, please contact the SBI Card helpline at 39 02 02 02
or[protected]if calling from MTNL and BSNL lines). IVR Emergency
Services are available 24 hours And Customer Service representatives are
available from Monday to Saturday between 8am to 8pm. SBI Railways

I am really disappointed to see such a dont care attitude of SBI cards
towards the customer problems. If I have done such a transaction, I won’t
be complaining against it. The card was not used anywhere else other
than the Government of India, IRCTC website. I have not shared the card
details to anybody else as I know very well it is going to affect me
only. Also, I have visa secure password for this card and I have not
revealed the password to anybody else and I don’t know how the
transaction was completed without the password. Also, if there had been
a system of generating one time password which is sent to the registered
mobile number as it is in practice with online banking, this fraud could
have been easily averted. Hence, this is a case of security lapse from
SBI cards. I have noted that a similar fraud on the same website was
done on somebody else's card also as I understand from my internet
search.Hence, it is a clear case of security lapse of SBI cards.
Moreover, I was very much in trichy, tamilnadu and NOT in London where
the transaction was done. Also, I have intimated the details of the
fraud within one hour after the transaction was made and the dispute
form was submitted within 15 hours. So, SBI cards could have easily
stopped the payment to the merchant if they have acted immediately after
receiving the complaint. . Hence, it is to be considered as negligence
of duty on the part of SBI cards.
There were so many other issues in the way SBI cards has handled this
issue which are as follows: When the transaction is under dispute also
the bank keeps generating monthly statements including the disputed
amount along with the interest for the period which I feel is not
correct. Secondly, when the case was under investigation, I didnt understand
why the case id is changed from[protected] to[protected] suddenly by
SBI cards. Lastly, in their reply, it has been mentioned they are
enclosing all the transaction attempts made on this card, which was
actually not present..
Hence, I request you to kindly interfere and help me in getting justice by reversing the fraudulent transaction amount along with interest charged so far

Please don't put your last 4 digits of your credit card on the internet! You have put the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits. Enough for a crook to find all the info about you and your CC.

SBI Cards — Cash Back Offer Declined by SBI

I have got an SBI Card# 4006 #### #### 3197.

In Sep-07 I had received a pamphlet from the company offering 3% cash back on all transactions above Rs. 2,999 done between 15-Sep-07 & 15-Dec-07. There was no upper limit on the amount of cash back, meaning thereby the more I spend on such transactions, the more cash back I would become eligible for. I even confirmed this with the phone banking officer of SBI Cards.

The scheme finished on 15-Dec-07, I am yet to get any cash back. Whenever I ring up SBI Cards, they reassure me that I will get the cash back in my "next bill". Then suddenly, when I rang them up last week, I was told that I will only get a cash back of Rs 1,500, as per the scheme conditions. When I argued that this was not part of the original terms & conditions, I was asked to "prove" this. The phone banking supervisor's name was Gagan

My contentions are the following:
1. Why did SBI Cards change scheme details after the scheme had finished?
2. The very fact that even 2.5 months after the scheme finished, I have not received the cash back shows that they were eveluating their losses/ expenses for this promotional scheme, and decided to cut back their losses by imposing an upper limit

Request you to please look into this.

SBI Cards — Given Credit Card Statement with an amount that never reached me

I 'am a SBI Credit Card Holder for the past 8 months. I have been a loyal customer of SBI cards and has been regular with my payments.

In the month of Jan I got a call from one of the customer service executive regarding easymoney demand draft facility provided by SBI Cards.

According to the representative I can avail the facility interest free for one month. So I opted for Rs. 20,000 as a pilot to know the benefit provided by your service.

I placed the request in Jan 2008, the representative told me I will have to pay back the amount within one month of me receving the Demand Draft. I was in unison with the service.

I was expecting the DD to come in the month of Jan 2008, but to my dismay the DD never reached me , and to add anger to my disappointement, I got the SBI Card statement in the month of February with the DD amount of Rs20,000 added to my outstanding amount to be paid .I called up the SBI representative and told my concern, he assured me that the things will be sorted out and I need to pay only the amount other than that of the Rs 20,000 (worst money scheme).

Now in the month of February ,I got a call from the office mail room , stating that there is a mail from SBI. I got the mail and to my surprise , it contain the DD amount. The mail reached me on 25th of Feb and that too in my office address. I have given my residence address as the correspondence address to SBI Cards, so how come I receive the mail in my office address.

I called up the representative and told him, that I don't need your DD and 'am sending it back. I had mailed back the DD to SBI office at Gurgaon on 28th of February.

Now on 10th of March , I receive another credit card statement from SBI having the Rs.20,000 added to it along with the finance charges . This is really getting into me and I need an action at the earliest. I know that SBI Office at Gurgaon has received the DD that I had send back . So I would like to know what further actions I need to take to sort this whole headache.

I request all the members not to avail the facility , it is really cheating all the users

SBI — Statement against cancelled cards, almost 4 yrs ago.

Sir/Madam,

My SBI card [protected] was terminated by me, and a letter(Ref Number: MQ[protected] was issued by them on October20, 2004 confirming the cancellation, and clearance of outstanding dues.
But a statement has been send dated 13 April, 2008, claiming outstanding dues amounting to Rs 483.34, which is totally unacceptable.
I am a retired person now, and my health has also deteriorated. I can't bear such tensions that can endanger my life.
This is for your information and necessary action.

SBI Credit Card — card settled , still getting collections call

i had sbi credit card #[protected] what is been settled for Rs.22000 and got settlment letter. account was settled on 29th august 2007 and still getting harrasment calls. i have settlment num- mumindbhp[protected] i want to file legal case for harrasment-- wat to do?????????????

SBI Credit Card — Fraud by SBI Credit Card debt

This is with reference to my SBI credit card no. [protected] for which I have got settlement (Rs. 8000 Terrance no – delhi[protected] already. The half of payment was made with immediate effect but I used to get calls for payment at least 7-8 times in a day for payment asking for different-different amount and nobody was updated about my settlement and not having the rights information which made me harassed and I didn’t respond any such call. Finally in July08 I got a call from SBI customer care (Mr. Vinay) to make the balance payment (4000/-) and I was assured that this is your final settlement payment and no dues would remain further and you will get your no dues letter after 30 days. The same thing has been even given to me in writing.

But I am still getting constant calls with same frequency stating that payment is due and when approached to customer care they never respond and says that settlement is invalid.

So I am writing you to look into matter and seeking your assistance for the same.
I have an SBI platinum card. I have not used the card for last one year. Now they are telling me that I have to pay 1100 rs. they are telling that I had opted for insurance. They had send me bill some 6 months ago and I had remited 250 rs and Asked them to cancel my insurance option. They didnt do that and they are still extracting money from. their call centre executives talk like machines without any emotion or concern for my plight. Now I am blindly paying 1100 rs and asked them to cancel my card. if they dont I will have to pay them until my death or even after that.

SBI Cards — Outstanding balance

I had taken crdit card, i have used only ontime and i paid the due.I am not using from one year.My credit card bill shows
3690/- rs i have pay, they are claimg one insurence(SBI crd insurence only).I haven't opted at all now they are telling i have to pay .Even thought my card get deactivated they are adding penalty every month.
Simply these the customer care is blaming that i had obyed that they have proof .

SBI Credit Card — Making Fraud in Out Standing Balance

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have taken a loan of Rs.30, 000.00 on 11/10/2007. Pre computed Interest on it is Rs.5, 100.00. So total amount shows Rs.35, 100 as loan and tenure for which is 24 months of equal installment of Rs. 1, 462.50. First installment started from 19/10/2007. Installment is due on 19th of every month. I had paid up to 19/06/2008 which means 9 installments which include Principal amount of Rs. 10, 190.24 and Interest of Rs. 2, 972.26. So there is outstanding balance of Rs. 19, 809.76 and if i include the interest for next month of Rs.255.88 then it will be comes to Rs. 20, 065.64. But statement of 19/07/2008 show outstanding balance of Rs. 21937.50. I had send many e-mails before the due date of payment but they had not replied in due time. Now i have stopped the payment but they are not solving the above problem and started charging for outstanding balance. Even i have given many phone calls at customer care but they are also not providing proper answer as they telling they does not having any authority and even did not write complain.

Secondly due to which my credibility is adversely affected. I could not put a file for loan. Due the fault of credit card division i am showing as defaulter in the record.

For above i have demanded apology letter and credit for every miscellaneous charges which they have levied.

Please do the needful as earliest so that my credibility isstopped to adversely affecting.

SBI Cards — Getting regular calls for cards holding by other person

Hi,
I am receiving regular calls from SBI card regarding payment of another card holder 'MR Rituparna Khaund' for last two years. It was told that my name was written in their database. I repeatedly asked SBI card to remove my name from their database. The person was my colleague since last year. And even i had not joined the company when he had taken the card. I don't know how they can add my name in his database.

I want to add that I am having my own SBI card for which I never receive such call.
Kindly help so that i can get rid of such calls.

If you're honest & sincere to repay the credit card bills promptly, NEVER opt for SBI Credit Cards. They particularly trap such customers with good payment records to harass them with unjustified alibi just to rob money. SBI has got nothing to do with these cards except lending the name, the entire working is in the fraudulent hands of the recovery agents without any communication links with SBI and SBI Cards Customer Service.

SBI Credit Card — two false transaction are shown which i have not made

I am using credit card of sbi in the statement of july18,2009 i have found that below mentioned two entries are shown in my statement which i have not made i have not seen this two places and than also they debited this two amount. my card with me only than also how can this happen i am socked to know this two entries.

SBI Credit Card — Fraud transaction in SBI Credit card by on-line transaction

Sub: - Fraud transaction in SBI credit card no.:[protected] dt.07.09.09 by online transaction.

Sir,

I would like to inform you that my SBI Credit card No [protected] has been used by online transaction without my knowledge (Card is alongwith me) . Following are the two transactions which I received from TA SBI Card through SMS:

1. At 06:48:37 PM dated 07.09.2009: Transaction of Rs 23136.00 from Timesclassifieds.com.
2. At 06:58:25 PM dated 07.09.2009: Transaction of Rs 20188.00 from Timesclassifieds.com.

I have informed immediately within 10 – 15 minutes to the SBI Credit Card Customer Help Line “39020202” and blocked the card with immediate effect also informed the above case in detail and requested them to decline the above mentioned transactions but they ignore the same. The reference number given by them is MQ[protected]. But they had not given any assurance of reversible of the above fraud transactions. Hence I had done Police diary GDE:567 dt.:07.09.07 at Thakurpukur Police station ,Kolkata-700 061 also given a email to SBI credit card customer grievience cell (headcards-head.[protected]@ge.com) dt:08.09.07 mentioning the details.I had also received the acknowledgement from them with CaseID=[protected] dt.09.08.09 without any satisfactory reply.

Please take the appropriate action.

SBI Cards — getting SMS for payments dues for NO CARD

It has been more than 1 year, I am getting MS from SBI cards that some payment is due on my card. I am not having any card from SBI. Once I called up their Customer Care and tried to figure out about the card, but he could not find with my details or mobile no.

MTNL — SBI-CARD PAYMENT

The amount duw in 2005 was around INR 1136 .
we have received a call to pay INR 1567 with interest & paid by cheque INR 1567 cheque nbr 860260 dtd 15/feb/2005 & cheque was withdrawn from bank under SBI card -INR 1567 dtd 21//feb/2009.However
till date we are receiving threaninng call to pay INR 2000 immediately & not ready to listen to our request .

SBI Cards — Harassment

I had availed balance transfer loan from SBI cards. They had wrongly captured my repayment. For two months i paid minimum amount and sent umpteen mails to their customer head. When there was no response, I stopped paying the minimum amount and the account became NPA. SBI cards started chasing thru their muscle men. meanwhile I had lodged a complaint with OMBUDSMAN. They kept silent and without hearing my version, they awarded the degree in favour of SBI CARDS. Later I agreed on a settlement to pay the amount in six instalments. I paid two instalments and now I had been served lawyer notice to appear before them in delhi, in lieu of the total outstanding.

SBI Cards — Harassment through phone calls & spurious claims 4 years after cancellation & payment of dues according to claims of SBI cards.

My SBI credit card ([protected]) was cancelled at my request, and I received a letter from them (ref no. MQ[protected], dated May 11,2005) informing me of the cancellation. However they also asked for an amount for the final settlement. However, I received a letter dated June 27, 2005, signed by Mr. Vikas Arora of the Payment Assistance Unit of the Gurgaon office of SBI Cartds from which I quote below:

"Your current outstanding on your SBI Cards stands at Rs.2882.47
We, are however, giving you an opportunity to settle the above outstanding dues for Rs. 1441.24 befre 31st July,2005. We confirm that on receipt of the aforesaid amount, your account will stand fully settled and the balance outstanding on your account will be fully reversed."(in bold and underlined)
Accordingly a cheque for this amount was sent and they confirmed its receipt on 23/8/2005.
However, in contradiction to the commitment made on their June 27, 2005 letter SBI Cards continued to send claims against this card number. I contacted one of their representatives, whose telephone number was provided on their June 27th letter. He assured methat their won't be any further bills after a few months. He agreed that no question of further payments arises and advised me to ignore the bills.
The bills did stop arriving after a few months, but from May, 2009, almost 4 years, after the settlement dues were paid, i have been receiving frequent phone calls from the Delhi office of SBI Cards at
most inappropriate times, both at my home and office. They are making spurious claims against this card cancelled long ago, and the charges for which, according to their very clear and unambiguous commitment, should have been settled at that time. I still continue to receive these annoying calls even after explaining the situation to the Delhi office several times. I have sent copies of the above-mentioned documents to the manager, receipt of which has not been acknowledged. I feel the conduct of the company to be callous and gravely offensive.

Railways — cleared all dues and closed account

I have cleared all the dues on my SBI CREDIT CARD but still I am getting messages to my cellphone which is disturbing me alot.

SBI Credit Card — Fraudulent Customer Service

I have applied for credit card of SBI 3 times, @ times on their phone call request but there is a huge mental harresment as there is no policies document provided nor any terms and conditions justified. They simply reject the application harshly without any proper clarifications. The documents were all ok. And also they have no customer support available. They provide no support. I appeal all customers to make appeal to such harrasment as they are taking identity proof of every customer making it a matter of identity theft.

SBI Cards — misuse of card

Dear all,

i was using a sbi card which i had cancelled on 12 apr 2007, but these people had sent me another card on 12 jan 2008, to the residence address.

acutaly i had moved from that residense long back, and someone, i dont know has taken the card and misused it for 30K.i dont know how people operate the company like this, how can this card be delivered to someone else???? without any verification checks.and why the card was sent??

later some guys kept calling me (recovery i belive), saying that i have to pay 40k or 50 k, so many times i told them, to get touch with the fraud department of sbi to investigate the case.

more over the now they are telling me that my out standing is 1lac.

what is there with this company i dont know.i have been asking their callcenter to give me the mail id of the CEO, they are not giving,saying that its not their company policy.strange company.

i amit kharbanda applied for sbi credit card on 4th feb 10. i was promise to recieve card within 20 days.i had recieve pin number on 25th feb 10. SBI Credit Card — Credit Card Fraud and Comprising Customer Information

Hi,

I had already reported earlier that SBI offered me a card which i had requested to cancel. The card came to me on 2-Mar-2010 and i had mailed on 2-Mar itself to cancel the card since it was not as per the promise initially made to me by SBI.
On 3-Mar-2010 i got a call in response to my mail for cancellation of SBI Credit Card. I was told that they would upgrade the card and meet the initial commitment. However an hour latter there were multiple sms on my mobile indicating transactions made on my credit card. I was not sure what just happened and called up immediately to SBI Credit Card Customer Care wherein i got to know that there were transaction done and i blocked the card. I reported that the data was comprised by the staff member who had called me in response to my mail. Till date there is no reply for this issue and i am constantly following up with SBI still all efforts seem to go in vain since there is no response.
Can someone please assist me ??

I have earned Reward points in my SBI Card.They are advising to REDEEM the points.So I have send my mail to Redeem my points and send me credit or product for my points earned .There is no reply properly from SBI CARDS.

SBI Credit Card — FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION

Fradulant transaction made on my sbi credit card 0n 02/09/2010. Physical card is with me. I have not made any transaction on this card after June 2010. I have not got any message about the tranaction of some 80000/- amount.
Statements are not sent on time, mostly one or two days before due dates and some after due dates.

SBI Cards sells insurance policies to its customers giving wrong informations.

Customer service is very poor.
I would like to redeem my full reward points on SBI card for NIKE products. Pl send me the gift vouchers immediately and donot deduct any reward point at month end.

I AM PUT UNDER IMMENSE HARRASMENT BY SBI CARD DIVISION.I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SBI PEOPLE ENCOURIGING ME FOR SETTLEMENT OF CARD PAYMENT.THOUGH I HAD NEVER USED THAT CARD FOR ANY KIND OF PURCHASES,STILL I HAD RECEIVED THE STATEMENT TO PAY A HUGE SUM.MR ADIL ONE OF THE CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE HAD GIVEN ME A CALL AND THIS WAS DECIDED TO SETTLE THE CARD PAYMENT BY 1164.00 WHICH WAS DULY COLLECTED BY THEM AGAINST RECIPT NO.15841890 DT.24.02.11. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED A STATEMENT AGAIN TO PAY HUGE SUM. I FINALLY HAD DECIDED TO LAUNCH AN F.I.R IF I DONT RECEIVE AN CALL BY 22.03.11 FOR THE MISTAKE THEY HAD COMMITTED AND REVERSE THE SAME.

SBI has been calling a lot.
Even though I have shown anger and frustration to them to remove my number from their list still they continously call.
I do not want to put DND on my mobile but i do not want any SBI call.

        Good Day, I am an ex-service man currently at sea near Cape Town in South Africa.

        Today on 23rd Jun evening I tried to top up my wife's mobile bearing no +[protected] belonging to BSNL in Kerala circle. The top was done through Oxypay which is available in State Bank of India's (SBI) net banking site.
        The top up procedure was un successful and the amount Rs.2000/-(Two Thousand only) was deducted from my account.

        Many times I tried to send mail to [protected]@myoxygencom from where I used to get confirmation reports of successful recharges and top ups. But the complaint could not be delivered to the said address. I also send a complaint to Customer care of State Bank of India mentioning the details of transaction.

        Transation Details are as follows

        kindly you are requested to take necessary steps to reimburse the amount or to top up the mobile. I also request you to give directives to Oxypay to publish their customer care details or grievance handling procedures along with the oxypay icon.

          following information,pointwise :
          1. Why was my card blocked on 28th April 2013,and is still blocked,when annual fees and
          any other dues,if any, have been paid on time ?
          2.If any fraudulant activity,as alleged by your call centre representative,has been
          observed,please let me know with documentary evidence about what efforts
          (like telephone call,sms or email,or a letter),has your office taken to warn me or
          inform me about the same.
          3.Also let me know,alongwith documentary evidence,what efforts your office has taken to
          inform me that my card has been blocked.
          4.Also let me know why it takes 10 days to activate a blocked card when everything is in
          order from the customer's end.Probably a new card application may take less time.
          5.Also let me know how SBI Card will compensate me,by cash and by extending the validity
          period for the 'blocked' period till the card is reactivated,
          for the mental stress,inconvenience caused and loss of "blocked"time in annual
          subscription period.
          6.Also let me know if you have the policy to inform me that the card has been activated,
          or it is left to the customer to find out by trial and error in front of the shopkeeper,
          and suffer humiliation if the card is still"blocked'.

          sorry to say .. I haven't gone through such a worst banking service !!



          The situation is like this :



          One credit card had issued which has validation from 11-2008 to 11-2012 .I had my salary account with icici and after that I got many insurance related calls and so many calls from different regions .I haven't accepted any policies offered by them
          I got one sms on may saying that "It had been put to zero balance " .Actually I have used the card once for online transaction and paid the amount correctly .AFter that I couldn't used the card due to personal reasons.


          On may lat week ( may 29th ) I got a letter saying that "My Credit card has been put to zero balance due to security reasons and it can be activated if I calls the customer care " So i called customer care, after gong through the long procedures one officer updated me that my card has been canceled permanently and need to take another card .



          So which is true ? My card canceled ? or it is active ? If it is canceled, what is the reason ? and what is the need for the e-mail ?

          Whether you can cancel just with the reason that I haven't used for one months ?


          So much ridiculous !! stupid ..


          I need the credit card to be activated as early as possible .i don't need to know what you are doing ?


          Its not my job to simply apply for credit cards in each month..

          this Lt Col A K Nagpal I have a sbi credit card and I would like to close it as it is blocked by 3 weeks and daily I get msg from sbi card for some schemes. this is pathetic. my phone No is [protected] and if I try toll free No the phone line is either always busy or by the time your no comes line gets disconnected or some thing else but one can not talk to customer care. this is one of the worst scenarioes pathetic is the only word which comes to mind.I dont know how to address such a pathetic thing, therefore you r requested please tell sbi how pathetic they are. Then I found it was fraud company after depositing it. So, I had complaint 4 times with application and deposit slip to the Branch Manager, Kakching SBI branch to transfer such amount to my account but he did not accept my requests, he was so jealous.               I have joint A/C with my father Mr.Bharat prasad in nagra branch, bank code=5785, A/C NO-[protected] in state bank of india.I transfered online Rs.2000/- in above mentioned A/C No. from surat, GHOD-DOD ROAD BRANCH OF SBI dated 22/07/2008 in favour of Bharat Prasad.but till date the money has not been deposited in my father's account.MY father is facing problem about receiving his pension from that branch.

              i am a farmer .eid parrye indian limited . have to give me RS. 7140 for the sugarcane cultivation. the company have transferred money through sbi bank.. but the bank have not yet transferred the to my account.
              it has been long time happening... i have asked them many times.. but the bank is not taking any actions.
              so please help me to get the money from the bank.. it is not only for me .. it also happening for many of the farmers.. this is mainly happening in sbi bank, srirangam branch, trichy disrt tamilnadu.

                  I am got a call 18/06/2013 from a person speaking on behalf of SBI bank . he told that as per the transanction your eligibility of card limit we are increasing by issuing a new credit card so they collected all the information details of my existing card no,Date of birth,etc and other personal information and they said for that you will get an offer which will be issued through Shiftthought please cooperate for verification call.
                  When other person saying irrelevent to the subject and saying offer details and asked me pay i have refused suddenly. But again and again called by the the same number saying that some minimum formalties is to be done for which u have to cooperate but this amount you need not topay after issuing of this card with the available reward point we will adjust and make as zero payment and she has given her phone number and post as asst. manager so

                  At last they got connected to some one told me about the offer and gift voucher which i would be getting free of cost as a part of SBI bank of indiaesteemed customer .i asked again this is free of cost for you because you have good credit history and you are lucky customer,also the they told me that i will get supper saver card it has 25% on every purchases .expect Reliance and big bazar, and after that they ask me credit card details to them after that i came to know that Rs-6399/- is devited from my SBI credit card.

                  Next day from the same number called and said that yesterday due to server problem recorded voice erased so please cooperate for two minutes like that. then similarly some other call came and diverted another Rs.6999/- from my card. at last i have checked with my online sbicard account there is no card has despatched i got doubt and confirmed with sbi card that they are the fake. So please help to get back my amount which is got diverted from my card please sir.

                  Getting call from [protected] Tamil Nadu, display name was Delar charan Jeet from True caller app.
                  He is working with sbi. He wants me to verify credit card details regarding reward point adjust ment. But i didn't share the details. I thing this is fraud call.

                  I received fake call from [protected] Manawar (MP) from true caller. This is regarding to redeem reward points from SBI Credit Card.

                  Initially they have asked for credit card number (16 digits) and started asking for CVV number and told that I will receive SMS and need to share the PIN. So that they will process reward points. I realized this is fake call and to avoid.

                  Please be care full of such calls.

                  i got a call like that today... they tricked me into giving them my card details, DOB and CVV...

                  They said I was eligible for a new photo card with twice the credit limit. Then they offered to redeem my points into cash for the new card. They said i would recieve an OTP which i must give them to help them convert the points into money and tranfer in into my new card.

                  But then they asked me for the OTP which i recieved on my mobile. I message said OTP for Rs..2000/- deducted towards an oxygen wallet account.

                  I refused to give them the OTP and they couldnt deduct my money. Next I immediately called SBI, blocked my card and asked them to issue a new card since these crooks had all my details with them..

                  SBI confirmed that these calls are fake calls made by tricksters using different cell phone numbers.

                  By Gods grace my money was not deducted as i did not share the OTP.
                  Kindly do not give any sensitive information to any person claiming to be Bank employee. Do not divulge any details such as card number, Date of Birth, Card expiry details or CVV. As these crooks can use these details to make purchases on your card.

                  If you have given any of these informations, it is better to call the bank and ask them to block your card and issue a new on to you for your own financial safety.

                  Today I got a call from [protected], saying that they r calling from SBI bank, for issuing new photo printed credit card which needs my end verification..
                  As usual they started asking frim DOB, current credit card details, and they even had my card details, they provided me my card exp date, 16digit pin everything, since I was in work, whatever they asked I said but at one point, they asked for cvv, I was shocked, I asked y u need cvv, they even said don't share cvv its highly confidential and only if we get cvv v can process further for new credit card, I ignored, they checked my accounts trabscations, said my last bill amt and 1months transactions etc, they said they have increased my credit limit and I have my rewards points untouched and each reward point s 0.99p and I have 7000reward points, they said when they provide new card, I can redeem. It, I asked can I convert into amt(I knew it can't be), they said yes, I asked how, they said with cvv verification I will get an PIN, if both r updated I can use those reward points in new card, I said ok.. Then there they we're putting my call on hold, to make similar represent if original call.. They said me to say the transaction pin which I would receive in msg.. I said I didn't receive any message, they asked me is ur number registered, I said yes.. Ok wait for 2 Mins was the reply.. I cut the call, they just kept calling me 8 times, after an hr r so I got otp for 7k transaction.. Was literally breath taking moment, I used to hear stories, but today it happen to me.. Usually I will scold SBI for these otp generation stuff, it takes too ling time but today that's what saved me..

                      I have an account with State Bank of India, Chamarajpet Bangalore. The bank has given me a debit card, that I hadn't used in the

                      last 2 years. On 16th of January 2013 I got am SMS saying that 20,000Rs x 2 has been withdrawn from my account in an ATM in Calcutta

                      (the card was and is very safe and secure with me). I have never visited Calcutta and was present in Bangalore at the time of the

                      incident. I went to bank manager and filed a complaint. Also formally lodged a complaint with the police. The bank said they would

                      investigate but didn't provide me with any response for a month. I then escalated it to Ombudsman, who said that it is not their

                      purview to do detailed investigation frauds. The bank says that issue is closed, with even looking into the cause. Kindly help.

                      There is no negligence on my part and bank is clearly to blame as they did not make the card secure enough to prevent it from

                      cloning. RBI Guidelines say that it is bank's duty to ensure that the card is secure. many of my friends have account with other

                      banks and those banks have compensated the individual even before investigating into a fraud. Kindly help. I badly need this money.



                      Guys, beware of taking an SBI Debit card, it is highly insecure technically and when you have problem with their account or card,

                      they are the most customer unfriendly.

                          I samir banik A/c number [protected], SBI Branch Code 6809 applied for a credit card in the last month the after phone verification the assured me that they will send me the card after 15to21 days.
                          After the stipulated date is over i rang there customer care number a lot of time at that time also the assured me that we will get the card very soon now they send me letter in which the said your profile is not upto the mark.I want to from them what is criteria for getting the card.

                          I had a Citibank Credit card which i used for over 3 years.
                          On once occasion, Citibank disclosed my personal info to a 3rd party - to confim a purchase that i made. I sent a complaint and got an apology note. I was told that I would be sent a Gift certificate for because of the damage.
                          I never got the Gift certificate and when i wanted to avail my points, they were also not sent to me.
                          I had an ongoing complaint. However, I settled the card and have the settlement letter and NOC and the name is still listed in CIBIL.

                          How can i solve my query?

                                I RAMAKRISHNAN S CWC OFFICE S.B. A/C No.[protected] used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs.10000 from YES bank ATM (YBL ATM NMUP0599) on 11/06/2013 at 10:08:56 hrs. Transaction details txn#[protected]. But no amount was received whereas the amount of Rs.10000 has been debited from my SB A/C No.[protected] maintained in R.K.Puram, New Delhi branch of SBI Code No.01076. I waited for 24 hours believing that banks are working promptly and my amount will be credited in my A/c as per RBI instructions. But not; I approached the ATM concerned officer of SBI branch who told to wait further or do complaint on toll free No. Accordingly I did; But before receiving the details they send me the Ticket No. AT [protected].
                                Sir, we the middle class customers are withdrawing the amount from our Saving Bank A/c (Not Current A/c) for our urgent day to day requirements; But the bank does not bother about the customers problem and respond the complaints in a tortoise speed; what AT Machines can perform?

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I have my savings account in canera bank in sivassa ( D & N.H.). I have withdrawn amount Rs. 15, 000/- by canara bank debit card from the ATM of ICICI bank located at silvassa on dated 24/11/08, but cash not received and shows some errors. And cash debited from my account. I had given written complaint to canara bank, and they are unable to what exact time will taken to solve the mistake.
                                I have withdraw money in canara bank OFFsite ATM at maruthinagar Nagarbhavi main road bangalore, actually i have a SBM account holder, i have requested for 15000=00 but i have recived only 500=00

                                SBI ATM — Cash not received from ATM

                                I tried for the wdl of the sum of Rs 20000/- from SBI ATM at Sanjay place, Agra on 23 Aug 2011 at 1.15PM ,but the sys was not responding and neither money Nor teh slip was given by the ATM, latter Ministatement which was received after one hour from the same ATM shows that the amount of Rs 20,000/- has been deducted from my account. my AC No [protected] SBI Sultanpur UP

                                I withdrawn 6000 rs from SBI ATM but I didn;t got that amount. so I made a complaint for it in SBI bank of FOUR BUNGLOW , ANDHERI WEST on 8 nov. but till now I didn't get my money back. Those members are not providing me good service and there is no details about my complaint. so please do needful.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I have placed an order on www.timtara.com on dated: 28-Feb-2013 with Transaction Id:[protected] and Order Id:[protected] for the product “Samsung Galaxy Tab 2p3100” worth Rs. 13992/- INR. I did a full advance payment via my SBI credit card for the same. After that I received the confirmation via email for the same from timtara.com side with promise of delivery of the product within 3 weeks.

                                    After 3 weeks when I inquired about my product, it was said (by your timtara.com customer care officer) it was awaiting the shipment. Since that day, my product was not supplied by them till date. I requested to timtara.com for cancellation of order but they didn't reply.

                                    As per the suggestion by SBI authority, I filled Dispute Transaction form and sent scan copy through attachment on 30-Apr-2013 to SBI Email Address : [protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com and requested to do the needful and for same I got reply from [protected]@sbicard.com that my complaint is under investigation. They give CaseID=[protected] on 30-Apr-2013.

                                    But after few days on 10-May-2013 I got reply from SBI and they requested me to mark a mail to merchant e mail-id and send us a copy at chargeback.[protected]@ge.com. I sent again mail to SBI with merchant email id on 11-May-2013 and for same i got reply from SBI that they acknowledge the receipt of my email and and they will revert me through email within 3 working days. Ref No:[protected]

                                    Again after few days when I spoke with SBI Customer care they informed that the case is handled by charge back team and the communication mode for charge back department is only e-mail. Today when again I spoke with SBI Customer Care they told me that the dispute form have not received Ref No:[protected]. So today again on 12-June-2013, I have send the required MCP letter.

                                    My concern is when I have already send MCP letter on 11-May-2013, I agree that due to any reason the charge back team have not received the letter ( though I have acknowledgement from charge back team --- may be aumated mail ) why they have kept their mouth shut till today.

                                    Also during this period of time I have received at least two calls per day from SBI to pay the bill amount for raised dispute. But not a single call received for the status of raised dispute. My concern is I have already raised the dispute then why I have to pay that credit card bill.

                                    I am totally I tired and frustrate with Timtara and SBI Card Customer care, SBI charge back team. They are not even answering and giving status of raised dispute.

                                    SBI Cards — NO RESPTECT & PROPER REVERT FOR CUSTOMERS

                                    Dear All,

                                    This is to inform you all that plz do not opt for SBI cards since they have a very bad customer care handling where i experienced it by myself where i have called them more than 100 times but till date they are responding my calls properly.

                                    Note : Even i was handling SBI credit card & i was using it & making payments on time till i received statements on time. Butfrom the month of August 2007 i havent received any statements from them & every 2 months later after me calling them several times they used to send a duplicate statement where late charges & other charges would be added & sent to me. When i enquired about the same they were not ready to reverse the amounts till date & they are not ready to send the statements too ontime.

                                    Now finally i asked them to close the card & asked for a settlement amount, but no one is ready to even spk to me properly or either close this issue.

                                    Due to this in my credit worth has gone down & i wanna file a case against them.

                                    They have also caused me morepain & tortured me by callibng me often for apyment, but no one is even ready to take a payment from my end.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am just using SBI card for the last one year. 6 months SBI people offer me a loan for Rs58000 and they told me that i need to pay only Rs1633 for 48 month but for every month they are deeducting GST which costs about Rs100 on every month.So i mad a call to the people and asked so many times but they dint respond me properly and they told me that i have to pay, iasked them why you have not educate about the GST on every month .Till now they are not replying proplerly .So i stop purchasing on that.

                                    Now another issue " i had pay statement due amt in 4 days delay but i have sent a mail to apologize for them there is no response.then they have charged me Rs512 and i told them that i will not pay the amt since i dint get any feedback from your side but again they have generated another statement with Rs350 interest for that without closing the old issue and their collection people daily tortured me. i had written the story in a paper and i sent to chennai and Newdelhi office (2 days b4) i dint receive any feedback. the collectiion people called me and told me that you have to pay the amt and you can ask anything but i dint get any assurance because they can told that you was approved the amt.i dont know what to do. one of the very very very worst and dangerous situation i never felt in my life.
                                    All other banks say ICICI, HSBC as for my concern they are supportive but these peoples are very strange

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I was Credit Card Holder of SBI Cards having account No. [protected]. In the month of February, 2008 I noticed that SBI has raised the bills without verifying the records of credit which I has already paid.

                                    On 06.02.2008 I deposited an amount to the tune of Rs. 37, 450/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Thousands Four Hundred and Fifty Only) vide cheque no. 502253 dated 06.02.2008 drawn on HSBC against the due amount of Rs. 37, 404/- (Rupees Thirty Seven Thousands Four Hundred and Four Only) as stated in the credit card statement dated 17th January, 2008 which was due for payment latest by 07.02.2008 .

                                    I had already provided entire set of documents to SBI as per their requirements which fully establishes the factum of the proper and regular payment of the bill of SBI as the amount paid vide cheque No. mentioned above has been debited from the HSBC account and the certificate of the bank was also submitted to SBI through Fax and serving the copy of the certificate to SBI's recovery agent who called himself to be Mr. Yogesh Kumar working with M/s Balaji Investigation situated at Vikas Puri, New Delhi.

                                    Despite many reminders/correspondence in this matter SBI never paid any attention and even never bothered to close this matter by updating the records

                                    I would like to request you that kindly proceed my case and help me out in this matter.

                                    Hi,

                                    Long back an agent of SBI (credit card dept) had given me a credit card saying that the charges will be very less for the govt employee.After some time the same agent has taken a health insurance policy with same credit card with out my permission. ( i don't know how he had used my credit card).
                                    When i received the same policy by registered post then at that time have denied to take that policy and returned back as i have not applied for tha.
                                    I had also sent a request by post to deactivate my card but no action has been taken.
                                    Now my problem is that - iam getting phone calls somewhere from mumbai as they are telling to pay the money for that policy and they are taking very rudely.

                                    I have been served a letter by SBI Card vide letter no.15052899 dt.15th may 2009 that cheque no 807171 dt.08/03/2007 amount Rs.10, 000/- and cheque no.807174 dt.02/04/2007 Rs.2564/- have not been realized from my account and hence they are debiting the amount to my card account.If the amount has not been realized than why they are coming up after 2years and also they have not mentioned why the amount has not been realized and they have not given me the cheque also.I sincerely doubt the intentions of SBI card.

Later, I have received an SMS stating, the card was despatched. But I have not received any card afterwards. When I contacted IRCTC personnel for non-receipt of card, they said it is courier lapse.
                                    Later, frequently I am receiving Offers.SBI card mails stating that dear SBI card holder.
                                    How it is possible for you to send such mails?

But to be surprise last month I received to pay minimum renewal fee of Rs.550.                                     I have read in the News Paper some time back that SC has passed one ruling stating that even Customers can get the receiving of their cheques or stamped deposit slips for paying their credit card bills, from last four months I use to pay my Credit Card bills through cheques on which I get signed deposit slips but this time they have refused to provide deposit slips, and asked to drop the cheque at Drop Box, I want to know if I insist Bank to give me receiving can they deny it.

                                    i was using a credit card (gold) of hdfc bank ... my credit card no. is----[protected] .this card was issued to me when i was working in bangalore..i was pregnant n i got a baby on 25th april 2009...i have gone through a major operation for that and after deliveri i was jobless for next 6 months bec doctor hasn't allowed me to work..i have requested the recovery people that i will start paying when i will start job..from 1st Nov. 2009 i joined future generali life insurance company...my first salary was credited on 30th nov...but my whole salary is on hold...i m requesting recovery deppt. to make a EMI of 5000 every month ...but they are telling that my whole salary will be gone to my card....i m having a baby now...for her bread n butter i need money...how can i pay all my salary...plz...provide me option...

                                    I have a SBI Credit card card No[protected] where by bank is time and againg calling me and asking me to make the payments which are not due. They are not deducting the amount paid earlier also on informing them about the change of address the same is not yet updated and then they say about late payment charges.
                                    Secondly every month although i am not using the card the amount out standing keeps on increasing when i spoke to their representative and asked to close the card and make full and final settlement she says that i need not pay for next six months then only they can do the final settlement i cannot understand the logic behind it. I also gave an option of EMI on which they said they would revert in next two days but i need to make the payments on the basis of that assurance the payments were made according to me the payment due was around 72000/- of which 40000/- has already been paid then also they are showing amt outstanding of more than 1.3 lacs. I am ready to make payments but everytime i get commitments and the not honoured.

                                    SBI Credit Card — SBI Card is charging for what I have paid earlier

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have taken a loan of Rs 40,000/- from SBI Card. While Issuing the loan, the executive told that you can forth close it at any time without intimation. I have started to pay EMI for the first year and when I got some extra saving I have asked t SBI Payment Department about my total amount due and told them I wanted to pay the Full Final amount. According to record it was Rs. 36080/- and wrote a cheque of Rs. Rs. 36100/- to repay the loan to close the loan amount in on 1st April 2009. They have sent me an SMS for confirmation of money recived. After that there was no statements were issued to me by the Credit card dept. But I shocked when I got an SMS of total amount due is Rs. 318/- which is followed by number of calls from payment dept saying Rs. 5000+ amount. It has reached to Rs. 7200/- as on date and they are saying this is due to you haven't paid last 2 installments and interest and late payment charges. So far they are calling twice a day from Jan 2010 and creating a pressure to repay whatever they say. I am ready to pay my purchase amount till Aug 2009 (after that I have stopped using my Credit Card) but they are not ready to accept and close my account after this. Even I have sent them few emails but they are not turning back to me.

                                    Please show me a correct way to proceed with or where can I file a complaint.

                                    i have sbi credit card. and the credit limit is 16,000. plz clarify my recent transaction. why i should pay 820.00 amount. tell me the details.

                                    I am Megaraj.I have taken sbicard in 2010 and last month in july i had called up SBI credit card customer care number they said my bill is 18, 000 approx which i have not got bill since from Jan 2011 and i have not used my creditcard but now in my account it shows 18000, approx. and they asked me to send the mail on [protected]@sbicard.com, but the address is bouncing back.Please clear & guide me they charged me. Please do needful.

                                    SBI Credit Card — billing

                                    this is regarding my SBI credit card bill dated Oct 7,2011 with due date 27 Oct 2011. i dropped a cheque in the Deonar SBI branch on 16 Nov . cheque no 645902. however i got a phone call on 30 Oct from SBI saying payment not recd. i gave them details of cheque etc but they said they have not recd it. so i went to SBI Deonar branch but they could not trace the cheque and it had not yet been credited. so i payed the amount due on my card directly i.e rs 29,526. and asked for a stop payment of cheque. subsequently i got a letter from SBi cards complaining that i have stopped payment of cheque due to them, however i ignored it thinking that they will look at their records and realize that they have already recd the payment due to them. however to my utter amazement i recd the DEC bill today which has charged me rs 500 as payment dishonour fee. i do not know why i was called to say that they have not recIEved payment for Nov when they already had my cheque.

                                    i am following from oct 2013 to till date there is no revert and investigation from SBI and daily getting calls for the payment litrsly they frustrate not listen and one time i got accident because of the same, and they never reply for the email please suggest me what to do please .

                                    please look into this every day i m getting more than 5 to 1 0 calls in a day and i got frustrate now so i request you i have not use this amount i told to do proper investigation check the signatures and transaction done in petrol pump you can check in cctv cameras please i will not pay this amount as i have not did and same time i have given blocking request you can check there is matter of minuets when i was on IVR check the locations from where i have given blocking request and where my transaction happen it should includes in investigation if without doing investigation hos come you can ask me same amount and every day using bad words to me from your collection dept and when i was travel and in hospital use to get calls one time because of your call got my accident and i told so many time to your customer care and collection team not to call please investigate and settle my amount as this is not done from me and stop calling me please if you want to see my accident Dr bills i can show you, and i have draft so many mail there is no reply from you or investigation report so i request you kindly look into this stopp calling me and settal my account and deactivate my credit card whatever i use i paid the amount,

                                      I use a sbi credit card in the month january 2012 i made a purchase of 33,000/-.In the month of february 2012 i converted my whole purchase in 6 flexipay instalment so my emi for 6 months used to come 5600 approx with some 200 approx interest every month for all 6 months.but when i received my statement i could find 33000/- converted twice as per the february bank statement my purchase was 33000/-+33000/-=66000/- where in i only made 33000/- purchase.i called the customer care immediately and they said it was an error from our side and it would be rectify as soon as possible and u only make payment of one amount i.e 5600+200 so i used to make that payment regularly.past 5 months i.e from february to september 2012 there was no rectification done and my payment due show was increasing.i made many attempts to rectify this error but their executive only say common dialogue that we are in the process and they just some pathetic number every time.i also drafted a mail to their nodal officer but it seems he is also not bothered sbi credit card never call they are robots with no customer satisfaction......'CaseID=[protected]' this is the case id which they have given and no resolution till date...for the reference i have attached their mistake

                                      SBI Credit Card — No resolution for complaints

                                      No resolution for complaints, misbehaving and careless, rude customer care staff, incomplete information abt the charges and interest, messed with requests, duplicate product sent by the SBI offers

                                      I suggest plz do something, and from last one year i have never defaulted any payment still this is a treatment to premium customer
