Dear Team, Please share the timeline for when will be allot the shareholders discount coupons for FY 2022...

Most inferior product. Purchased 2 pairs of school shoes for my kids that didn't last for 2 days for both my kids - the sole came off. The shoes were purchased online, based on direction from Bata showroom in Total Mall on Sarjapur road, Bangalore.
They are not offering refunds or replacement of this worst quality school shoes. Pathetic customer service and very arrogant staff when we went to seek explanation for the poor quality....

I had purchased a shoes online on 7th June. The size was smaller and I had to return it (on 17th June). I haven't received refund even after 3 months. I have contacted customer care both by phone and by mail multiple times. Every time they promise a refund in 24 hours.

With reference to the above Order No, i have received the wrong product on 01/08/2022 which is not matching with my order and same has been returned by me on 02/08/2022 (Pick up reference no. DLVPC[protected] ) to Blue dart (AWB[protected].

It is nearly one month going to complete; my payment has not been refunded to my account. I have been follow-up...

I am shareholder of @Bata India Ltd. Every year @Bata India Ltd. sends two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date.
Please let me know if bata india ltd. has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year. If not then please look into the matter and send me the discount coupons.

I have purchased 2 sanadals online from bata on 26 june but I have returned both because one was small in size and another was defected. But till now I have not received my refund, i am calling them from july and August. But every time they reply it will take 2 to 3 days. I am really disappointed with their behaviour. Please take some action. They are very irresponsible....

I had bought a product from Bata India last year and had to return it due to quality issue around 25 Jul 2021.They provided a reference number 81297 on 25th July for resolution and later 81285 on 5th Aug. You need to do so many calls to Bata for a resolution and multiple emails.

I ordered Bata shoes on 5th, July, 2022 and after few days, I received the shoes and they were not of my size so I immediately called them back and asked for refund. They picked up the order next day and told me that I will be receiving a payment link in few days. And after few days, I received a payment link in which I mentioned my UPI id. I have recently purchased foot wear from Bata India and for the carry bag they have charged Rs 4. According to terms and condition it should be cost free.I think Bata is a international brand and by law it's illegal to charge for carry bag....

Last month in July, I bought a Bata sport show worth 2000 from fresh collection with no sale discounts from Delhi Sarojini Market Bata Store. Within a week it's base sole came off and also the covering of the back counter in the sole.

It's highly embarrassing and disappointing to see Bata shoes serving such bad quality despite paying full MRP. I and my family have trusted Bata since decades. It seems now we should stop buying...
