    I had bought a product from Bata India last year and had to return it due to quality issue around 25 Jul 2021.They provided a reference number 81297 on 25th July for resolution and later 81285 on 5th Aug. You need to do so many calls to Bata for a resolution and multiple emails.

    For another product I had raise a concern in Sept 2021 and got a reference number # 107701. Followed up for 3 months and last email I received from Bata on 26th Dec with the same message that we need to wait for 4-5 days. Finally I stopped following up.

    Now I have another issue from Bata where I had raised a compliant on 24th July... reference number 328179, and i am following up even today that we will get a resolution in 4-5 days.

    I have no clue how to escalate and get a resolution from Bata.
    Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Today Bata closed the ticket without any resolution.

      I ordered Bata shoes on 5th, July, 2022 and after few days, I received the shoes and they were not of my size so I immediately called them back and asked for refund. They picked up the order next day and told me that I will be receiving a payment link in few days. And after few days, I received a payment link in which I mentioned my UPI id. And still didn't got the refund. It has been above one month. They are giving me excuses and not giving me my money. Every time I call them, they tell me to call again after 3 days. And they don't even share relevant information. I should seriously say that, don't buy Bata product. I repeat don't buy BATA products.

        Dear Sir

        I purchased Hush Puppies Shoes on 26th Jun from bata store. Everytime i wear it, my socks get blackened from front (near tips of my fingers). Please replace my shoes or Refund my amount

          I have recently purchased foot wear from Bata India and for the carry bag they have charged Rs 4. According to terms and condition it should be cost free.I think Bata is a international brand and by law it's illegal to charge for carry bag.

              Last month in July, I bought a Bata sport show worth 2000 from fresh collection with no sale discounts from Delhi Sarojini Market Bata Store. Within a week it's base sole came off and also the covering of the back counter in the sole.

              It's highly embarrassing and disappointing to see Bata shoes serving such bad quality despite paying full MRP. I and my family have trusted Bata since decades. It seems now we should stop buying from them.
              Please either exchange the item or refund my money!

                        And requested for return, It is not getting picked from last once.
                        I have been calling consistently and every time i get the response it will be done mam,
                        But nothing has been done till no.
                        I m raising the official complain against Bata India.
                        Please see the attached screenshots the response from bata.
                        Around 10 different days I have requested them.

                            To Whom It May Concern: I have purchased the above prepaid order BW[protected] and was not delivered and got returned to the Bata Online Store, I have been writing several time to the Customer Care either to substitute my order or Refund. After so many mails I got a mail from Mansi stating some one will respond shortly under reference number 284013, later nobody contacted me and later an email came stating Ticket Closed. I have been a client with Bata and did not expect such irresponsibility from a reputed firm like Bata. My name is Jyothish Kumar and my number is [protected] and my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Really bad experience. The call center nobody respond as well.

                                Purchased shoes on 22/06 and received item on 01/07 and initiated return request on the same day due to size issue. Till date Bata did not arrange pickup for my item and holding my money without refund. Its been more than a month now and I've been communicated with customer service so many times and every time I get same response saying that it will be processed in 1-2 days. Attaching the mail update details by Bata. There is no promising date on which I can get the refund. Due to their technical issues, my money hasn't been releasing.

                                  After returning a pair of shoe due to size issue, on 30th June, it's been more than a month i haven't got any pay u link. I have been calling them for refund every 2 or 3 days. when called all they say is "finance department is unable to create payu link due to technical issues, just wait for more 2 or 3 days, your will get your payu link.                                     I had placed orders ( AI[protected] and AI[protected] from Gurgaon -BATA City center MG road on 7th of July and payment was made on the spot for both items.
                                    On 11th of July had received a confirmation SMS on my registered mobile that delivery is delayed.
                                    Later it was confirmed dvi SMS and EMAIL that orders has been cancelled due to high demand.
                                    All of this was fine, until I had started process for initiating refund.
                                    Went to same centre to initiate refund and was guided that it needs to be done online via customer service call centre email or number.
                                    Right from 18th July I have been dropping emails as suggested and following on calls after specified time of interval to initiate PAYU link for refund.
                                    Once shared it did not work for UPI/NEFT and after that customer service executive confirmed that I shall receive new link on 22nd, called again to confirm and was asked again to wait for one week.
                                    Again called on 25th to confirm status and waiting time went beyond TAT time of 7 days.
                                    From time being customer care and engagement team only says concern has been forwarded to finance department to resolve issue but there is no revert on same .
                                    Last they asked to wait for was until- 2nd august and called today on 4th of august to resolve issue.
                                    Today also they are asking again to wait until monday.
                                    I am totally fed up of this unwanted waiting time and harassment.
                                    In such a long period of follow up has called for 4/5 times and no resolution has been provided

                                    Dear team,
                                    There is no revert from Bata over refund even after complaint. They do not even pay attention to what customer have to say except a system generated response

                                        I have ordered Bata slippers at store at MGF metropolitan Mall, Gurgaon for home delivery.

                                        I have received damaged product.

                                        I have contacted Bata customer care but no productive response received.

                                        I expect Bata to do replacement or refund.

                                        @Bata Pls don't say to visit the store, I can't waste time and money in visiting the store, when it is completely your fault.
