I have a concern regarding my return with Order Id - BW[protected] and Sub Order Id - BW[protected]. I created the return request on Monday which is 11 July and till now there is no update on the same, I want to add that the order is picked from the address on the same date, and till now it's been 11 days no update and the return product has delivered to bata warehouse on 18th of July. for proof (Dear customer, your Bata Reverse pickup with AWB[protected] & pickupcode DLVPC10501xxxxx is picked successfully. Status on www.delhivery.com. - Delhivery)...And for this return request reference number 313292.
so for getting the order update i made a call to customer support then I had a conversation on the phone with one of the people from the Customer support team and over the conversation, he said you will get a link within 5-7 days for filling bank details. And after filling in the details you will get your amount because this order is of cash on delivery. so i wait for the time period and after time is over and there is no any update from their side so
Again I made a call on 17th of July and i had a conversation with one of the customer support team and she said that there is technical issues on our side for the payment link you have to wait for 2-3 days to get the link...so I'm ok with that to waited for more 2-3 days...and again there is no any update...
So After that on 20th of July i again made a call to the customer support and I had a conversation with Name Aditi she said that 'sorry sir' for the inconvenience now everyone thing is fine and all the issues with the payment gateway link is resolved now...and you gonna receive the link in next 24-48 hours...but again nothing happening ...
So again i made a call yesterday on 21 of July and again he said the same thing and added that i generate a urgent request for your return you gonna get the link in 2-3 days...So I was frustrated that time so I said him to transfer the call to your senior executive then he said sorry sir every one is busy right now I have arranged the call back for you from our executive don't worry, you gonna receive the call from our executive in next half an hour but nothing like this happen no calls nothing, and they don't even replying to our mails.
This is how BATA treat their customers thay take us for granted.
I have a humble request to the bata to please listen to our concern and do the needful.

Still didn't get Pay you link... No any updates regarding this...even I talked to customer support but they continuously said to wait for 2-3 days...ab hame smjh nahi aa raha h ye 2-3 iss saal aayega ya nahi... please help us.

    BATA INDIA - CHEATS out - NO REFUND

    This is a mail sent to Bata

    Hi,
    My ref number is #280101

    05 June - bought the product
    09 June - delivered - immediately called+sent a mail with picture for return and refund
    10 June - return picked up
    13 June - called to confirm and was informed by customer care executive that accounts team will send the Payment link via mail on 15 June.
    17 June - Called and spoke to an unresponsive executive who rudely said “nothing can be done you will have to wait till 22 June. (5 days for the accounts team to send the link)
    22 June - called and was informed by customer care executive that they are working on it.
    28 June - Till this morning. No information about my refund.

    Is your accounts team so unresponsive ? Utterly disappointed.

    Will you take nearly a month to refund your customer?

    What business practice is this?

    You got your product, now where is my money?

    As promised from your side NO ONE CALLED on 07/07/2022.

    And as I was speaking to your customer service Suryansh, he disconnected the call.

    1. It has been 1.5 months and still you are not refunding the money back.
    2. I have sent the product, sent the pictures, sent all details asked by you all.
    The customer service person rudely asked for pics doubting the product would be used ( keeping him online I sent the mail with pictures proving the product to be new unused and tags not ripped)

    3. I have been constantly following up.
    4. The standard response I get is the ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT has sown server issues, so they cannot generate the payment link. And it would take another 3-5 days for tej accounts department to send the link.
    5. In one of your mails your supervisor promised for a call back on 7 July 2022
    6. Today is 21 July 2022 and no one has called or mailed or returned the money.
    7. Is it right to keep another persons money?
    8. Is it right to get the product and not return tej money?
    9. Not everyone has time to keep following you, calling and staying in line till you verify for around 28 minutes for each call, I must have called 19 time in total.

    Why are you cheating and Absolute horrible customer service.

      I had placed order of two shoes worth INR 1499 & INR 1599, via BATA.In on 10th June 2022 and on receiving the same, they were returned promptly. Bata send me a Pay u link for refund which was non operational and since then I have been continuously following up with customer service for refund. they even asked me to submit a cancelled check copy for manual refund which was done promptly. My Case # with BATA is 286387 and now the customer service has stopped answering my calls. I have all phone recordings of their customer support representatives and Escalation desk executives as well their emails confirming that the refund will be done by 15th July.
      Its come to a point of harassment by BATA customer service. Please Help!!

        I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used I observed in the shoes I recently bought.

        Respected, sir
        my name is Raju Kaushik and I had I bought a pair of shoes from your Hush puppies shop No C-7 Cannaught place new delhi on 04 /06/2022. The total billing amount paid was 4999. I made payment for the purchase via Debit card. The model name of the shoes bought is 824 6768 and Invoice number is #CM[protected] and size no 8.

        I regret to inform you that the product with such a good MRP turned out to be poor in quality. The sole of the shoe was damaged in 10 days. Then I go to your shop. The shop manager told me that we would repair this shoe and on June 14th I gave my shoe to stick it. And he returned the shoes to me on 28th June and that too with Fevikwik. Then I told the shop manager that you are giving me back shoes worth 5000 rupees by pasting 5 rupees feviquick, I can't take it. Give me my money back then they told me sir we can't return the money. You take this credit note and buy shoes from anywhere else. Then I go to the store for several hush puppies.

        DLF Promenade, South Ex, Lajpat Nagar, Noida GIP Mall But worn and old shoes are available in all stores, being a regular buyer of your branded products it becomes difficult for me to accept the product received. please give me my money back. I am very tired. By checking online and visiting your shops. And my last complaint number is 318251
        I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I look forward to your quick and positive response.

            I am having a worst experience with Bata right now.
            I bought my daughter school shoes from Bata Shoe Store, Kalkaji, K-104, New Delhi.
            Invoice No. CM[protected]
            Date of purchase: 23.03.2022
            Maximum used two months, the shoes sole in open and the shoes very sub-standard quality.
            The store manager denied to replace the same.

              The Bata doen't have intension to deliver the orders because if we call them why it not delivered they cancel the pending orders and simply say it canceled and there is no ontension of other products to deliver. There is no cancel option also.

                I have bought a pair of hush puppies sandal. But on receiving I found it was not in a good condition so I initiated a return request. The return pickup was completed on 4th July 2022 but as of today, i .e 15th July 2022. I haven’t received my refund. Every time I call the customer care service of bata they just say that it will take 2-3 more days. I have sent them emails and called them a hundredth time but my issue has not been resolved.

                  With reference to the above, I wanted to return the product and buy a bigger size of the same product - snap of product with tag intact attached). Tried returning through the online portal but was getting an error message even after several attempts (screenshot attached).

                  Mailed this to your customer service email and did not receive any reply. Called your toll free number and all I get is an irritating music.

                  Please help resolve this issue. Never expected this type of service from a company which I had lots of trust on

                    Recently I have brought one pair of women shoes from Bata Online but the product doesn't fit.
                    Then I was trying to returned the product on the same day and but I am not able to proceed the return due to SOME error on site during submitting the return request and while trying the toll free customer care Number for return but no one is responding on the call even after multiple try.

                    As BATA CLAIM THE HASLFREE ONLINE SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ASKING THE REASON FOR RETURN THEN WHY IT'S HAPPENING WITH ME. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT DUE TO SIZE ISSUE THEN WHAT. YOU GUYS ARE BREAKING AND HURTING THE TRUST OF CUSTOMERS.

                    KINDLY RESLOVED MY PRODUCT RETURNED ISSUE AND REFUND MY MONEY ON MY ORIGINAL MODE.

                      Ordered size 10 shoes, BATA sent me size 7 shoes.
                      On the website, it says returns within 30 days but its been a week and everyday I've been trying on the website, but it says "cannot process return, error, try again later".
                      None of the customer care numbers are picking up since days, they are not replying to emails.
                      Please either refund or send me replacement of right size.

                        I am shareholder of bata india ltd. Since more than 10 years. Every year i receive two discount coupons entitling me to purchase two pair of footwear at 20% discount. This year i have not received these coupons till date. Please let me know if bata india ltd. Has stopped sending such coupons to shareholders from this year. It doesn’t allow return, replies donot come to the complaints and no one cares when customers is calling them on the customer care number. I have 3 shoes at home with different sizes and want to return but unable to do it.

                            I went to buy a pair of slippers cost around 550(fresh, no discount) from BATA showroom of Cosmos mall, zirakpur.Next day I went to the store to return it, employee named Ajay did not return the product making all excuses. There is a condition that we can return in next 30 days, but they are not returning it even the next day.

                              I have purchased a pair of sandals from Bata, Mahagun Mall. The strap of the left foot sandal keeps falling after every two minutes making it very uncomfortable to walk. The sole of both of them has given blisters to my soles. What is the option for me now? I can’t wear them anymore.

                                  I would like to raise complaint against Bata store, Gaur city mall, Noida extension. We chosen one sandal on 30th Jun, 2022 from same Bata store for which they didn't have required size, so they said that we can book that and they will do home delivery. We got sandals in 3-4 days, but it was a defected piece(Photo attached). Then we talked to store and they were OK to replace it but again they sent the same defected piece. This is now very frustrating and hence we are raising this complaint.

                                    I've been trying to return a product bought from Bata online store (website) as it doesn't fits me well. And every time I try to returned it, the site generates an error (see the image).
                                    I mailed them regarding the product replacement and even tried the customer care helpline number. But none of them have been able to solve this issue.

                                    The product is withing the return policy of Bata. And they claimed to get it returned but the website is not reponding to the replacement query.
                                    Kindly get my product returned and refund my money. Or send me a different size of the product.

                                      I purchased a Bata Tan Loafer from Bata.in (i.e online purchase) on 19th June 2022. The product got delivered on 23rd June 2022. Tracking No. [protected] through ECom Express.
                                      The product was as per the specification but was oversized.
                                      Since that day I have been trying to reach Bata Customer care, as is advised online for product return and exchange. I even dropped a mail on customer care. I logged in as a Bata Club Member too for the return of the product. But till date I have failed in all my attempts to reach the Company because there is no response from such a reputed organization. I feel cheated and now I am tired of approaching these people. Need in getting the product returned and get my refund

                                        I have bought BATA shoes and i have received damaged product and i requested for product return and refund.
                                        Return has been picked up successfully on 4th June but refund is not initiated till now.
                                        Everytime i call to customer service, i hear from them saying it will be refunded in next 2-3 days. But it didn't happen even after calling 2-3 times week since a month

                                        I really feel extremly sad and hopeless here and lost all faith on BATA
