I have bought a black shoes for my child in the month of June 2014 for Re. 999. Within less than a month, the sole pasting came out layer by layer from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, Baji Jn, store, Visakhapatnam for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had put shoe in some fire thats why the sole had come out, one more person in the store said he might had put on the silencer of a bike. I told sole actually did not come out but some kind of layers were coming out, it was left leg shoe and i think no bike has silencer in the left side. I told him that i dont own a bike as i am using a Honda scooter. Then he stopped talking. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes.
My request is that check the shoe if there is an manufacturing defect please try to replace the shoe. One more thing is that i dont have the reciept. Being a big company you can find the shoe is manufactured in your factory or not.
I am attaching some pictures of the shoe, as this responsibility should be taken by your showroom representative, but they are very bad in responsibility.
So, Please consider my complaint and solve as soon as possible. If you want i can courier the shoes to your company . If you insist me to get the bill, I can get you the credit card statement through which i bought the shoe.
Please do the needful.
