When i was in India, I purchased my pair of Bata shoes from Bata company showroom in Hall Bazar in March 2014 (complete address 40/1-1, Hall Bazar, Amritsar-143006). I paid 900/- for this pair of shoes. On the tag i found that these shoes were made by another company based out of Singapore. Now that i am in USA, i feel cheated after discovering that after very light use the sole of right shoe is broken within 3 months. Soon i saw that even the left shoe sole is cracked. Is there anything that can be done in this case. I am very disappointed and never expected such quality from Bata, You guys are ruining your long built reputation!     I bought Weinbrenner chappals in the month of April 2014 form 749 - within a month I saw cracks on soul. I went to Bata Shop and got exchanged with paying 150( Total 899) - since the price has changed. I got replacement in month of May. again within 2 months - the new chappal upper portion is seen with Cracks and broken leather. I wornder with this Great BATA product. The interesting thing is - I do not use Chappal everyday. I use them only on Weekends - 2days I had used it hardly for 15- 20 days - it's gone. earlier I used to purchase SPARX sandle/chappal for ( Rs 600-800), they use to last atleast 2-3 years since i use only on weekends. I really wondered about the Quality of Bata Chappals - I will NEVER- EVER visit BATA showroom again. This is final. I am feeling shamed to go to shop again for replacement. I will not go to the BATA shop again for replacement. I think I have donated the Money for charity.       Respected Sir, Most humbly and respectfully, I have to say that my wife has purchased a pain of shoe (Size-7) from Bata Shoe Store, Shop No – 00192, CHAPRA, HATHWA MARKET, BIHAR (INDIA) on 28.07.2014, but due to some reasons I want to change it with same size of comfit/Hess-Puppies from BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar), India. I have submitted the purchased pair of shoes to the Manager of BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar) on 02.08.2014, but after the complete of 10 days the shoe has not replaced it. When asked about it they say it will be change/replaced we have mailed it to Head Quarter. I want to ask that when your mail will reach to Bata Store, Frazer Road, Patna and when I will put up into my legs. I have also call to customer Care for it the complain no is 254427 Dated 11.08.2014 and 254768 dated 12.08.2014. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter as earlier as possible.         I had bought all-season shoes from Bata Shoe Store, Viviana Mall, Thane, on 6th July 2014.

        After one day use itself the shoe wore out & so i went to the store to get them exchanged. I have visited the store three times for the exchange and every time the answer i got is that they are out of stock.
        Store Visit dates:
        1)20th July 2014
        2)27th July 2014
        3)3rd August 2014 - The owner of the store asked to wait till 20th of August, they think we are fools & jobless here to wait & come back again & again for your bad quality of product & that too with no assurance of getting exchanged on that given date

        The Salesman takes my number every time with an assurance to call back in 2-3 days but I have never got a call till date!

        The shoes were specially bought for rainy season use & all the season went in waiting for the exchange! i did not spent INR 999/- for this kind of quality of product & even worse customer care.

          In Adambakkam Bata show room, They don't know how to to behave with the customer when they come to buy the product, while exchanging the purchased products when it was not fit for me, they didn't accept the product and behave rudely even though i am regular customer to that show room.             Hi, Reference No –CRF249275 I have bought hush puppies shoes 3699 Article No –824-6874 on 2-Feb 2014 from life style mall Hyderabad. I had size problem after i bought the shoes and I changed the shoes in month end and did not use that at all. After that I used only for 4 months and sole gone with in 4 months. I raised complaint regarding this. Now they offered me that we can only give me 50% off on the next shoes you will buy from bata store. I talked to the them and they are giving me argue that you have used it more that's why they are gone. I have hardly used these shoes and using only for my office 4 days a week. I escalated this to their customer care and they are giving me same argue, that these shoes are only for comfort. I am really disappointed after spending the huge money, if they can not provide me the quality, that's worse. Please let me know how can I get my money refunded back or can replace the shoes.             After registering the complaint Bata Company, I got a call from them and they started negotiation from 50-75% but i have not used the shoes from more than 3 months. So i stick to the 100% coverage and in last they have provided me the full cover and replaced my shoes.

            I am still waiting for your reply over the email from past 7 days

            My compaint number is Reference No –CRF249492

            I have been given 50% replacement option. It is totally wastage of money on your product.
            I have used this shoes only less than 4-5 months and my 1800 is gone into waste. I do not buy any other product from your store.

            Please refund me my money back.

              I bought the all season shoe keeping rainy season in mind on 4th May 2014 and spent Rs.1300/- for shoes. I started wearing only a month ago and it from the back side it completely torned.. 1300/- is not a small amount and the repute company like this have made their quality as road side... It was quite embarrassing to wear such shoes in office.. I need a replacement of the shoes. Also when I requested for an invoice copy they gave me the small printout where I said the ink will go off after sometime and further requested to send the bill to my mail ID which they never did so.. I have the proof of purchase as fortunately I paid the amount through my Debit card...

                I purchased a pair of school shoes for my son this season from a Bata showroom near Vavin Junction, Mogappair. Just after a week's time the sole of both shoes peeled off. Though it was replaced I was worried with the quality. After a couple of weeks, the replaced shoe also got the same problem. I took it to the showroom and showed the condition of new Bata shoes. Immediately the Manager of the showroom (reportedly Mr.Balasubramaniam) said that he will arrange for service of the shoes. I was not satisfied with his response as the shoes were only recently bought and needed to be replaced with good ones. When expressed my dissatisfaction over 'Service' of shoes, he said that I seemed not to know how to use shoes. I was shocked. When asked what made you make such judgement against a customer who is a continuously satisfied customer of Bata for 3 decades. The immature manager told that the lace are already tied with notches in a shoe. If that be the reason, I asked, why the other shoe which is perfectly alright with lace, is also peeled off. Then he told me that if you didn't have the bill I could not take it even for service. I got out of the showroom after advising him not to point the fingers of complaints towards a customer when you could not help it because a satisfied customer if ill treated will start Negative Marketing.

                    The said shoe were puchased from westend mall -ludhiana @7000/- on[protected] my visit, meeting with manager - mr madan mohan on 20th of july and complaint on line on dt 22th july and call received from your customer care on 22nd - it is now 31st- nothing care action taken from your side till date - here i am very loyal customer who has regarly wearing your shoes - at that day i brought 3pair coasting rs 11000/-.

                          Dear HUSH PUPPIES International, I have purchased sandal from GIP Noida store .Actually My wife size is not available in store at that time .Sales girl assured that sandal will fit after some time .Now it sorry to say that is impossible to wear the sandal .We have visited the store, Mr Jitendra at store asked for the mail from customer care to even take our sandal .We are following this case for more than 3-4 months at customer care no. .Last time, we called at customer care and talk to Mr. Abhishek (complaint no.238534 dated[protected], as per Mr. Abhishek problem will be resolved in 4-5 working days .Till date no reply / call has been received from customer care . I want to know the reply of following questions- How an International brand has so insensitive towards the customer? Why at ur store asked for email to even registered my complain? How ur sales representative cheated us ? Is hush puppies like brand require this low class practice to sale their product?                             We went for shopping in d Bata store near jubilee baug vadodara (23/07/14) in d afternoon, got good response but on asking for more designs in kids section they asked us to visit d Bata store near ellora park besides inox multiplex b'coz of its area n space. They told us that we can find more range of variety for kids there. On reaching there at around 5.30-6.30 p.m we couldn't find any salesman to attend us but we still went in d kids department to have a look. Then a single salesman came to us just to stand besides us n not to help us in showing d collection. He was not a single percent interested to show us or even help us get d perfect size of our kids shoes n sandals. We were there with our six kids looking for a good footwear with perfect size n comfort. On asking him for d size availability he would either simply say not available or else would take a lot of time n kept us waiting but cant just ask for help from any of his collegue inspite of them being free, standing downstairs near d cash counter with other collegues n having a chat. As a result we had to leave d store despite o[censored]s having selected some footwears for our kids. Asking for d manager downstairs near d cash counter we came to know that he was not attending his duty n was neither in d store. Manager's name is Shailandera Singh, atlast on asking about d contact no of jubilee baug store for d availability of a particular size we didnt get a +ve response n was told that d server is down.

                              Dear Bata, I bought shoes 3 month ago from MGF Gurgaon, which was naturalizer shoes of rupees 4300 after 3 month I realised the elastic of shoes is not proper and not good as it was at time of purchase. on july 16 I registered my complaint regarding these shoes and the complaint number is 239397. today I got mail from your side for 75% of replacement. Which made me so disappointing. If a person is speeding 4300 rupees with faith on bata and you people are giving such kind of service to them? Is this fair? Now i need to spend 1720 rupees more to buy another shoes in total it means my shoes will be 6000 rupees. I mean What? one shoes of rupees 6000. Do you think you have processed my complaint with fair decision. My family use to wear your shoes and I never com paint for a single piece. I have used so many product from bata. But this time you guys really disappointed me, I need 100 % replacement. Kindly don't break the faith and relation which I have upon Bata. I request you please please process my thing as soon as possible. and turn this replacement in 100 %. I hope you will understand my point.

                                  i had bought hushh puppies shoes about 1.5 years back. costed me rs 5000+. had very good experience. black colour-oxford type with holes - formal-sole had some system which made walking very easy n leg never pained. today the upper is perfect but sole is broken/chpped. cant wear. can you help with new sole fot the same with same system sole. what i get locally is plain sole. thanks.

                                    please note that I Santanu Bhattacharyya Purchased one Pair of shoes from BATA INDIA LTD 48 Dobson Road Branch on dated 07/07/2014.Please Note that I have purchased LIFE SLEEK (F[protected]) CODE-[protected]X357 08.The product was under 50% discount.As per your shop sales person advise I have purchased knowing that this product can not exchange.Shop sales executive told me that this will last at least for one year.
                                    Unfornutaely After using twice only in next two day its adhesive pesting of bottom part dismantled.Its realy very unfortunate from brand like Bata that its product is getting this problen in just two days.

                                    After that I went to BATA shop within tow days whereform I have purchased the shoe.Unfortunatey one Gentleman saying that he is the Branch Manager abused me and threat me and tried to punch me.please ask for CCTV footage of the shop and see who have misbehaved.Please take nessecery asction as one unhappy customer is actualy damaging the brand of yours. Sir I was very disturbed and came back without the shoes from the shop.The shoe is lying there only.

                                      Bought this Hush Puppies casual shoe from hyderabad few months back(I'm based at Kolkata). Being one of the 8 pairs of my shoes, this particular one is used very sparingly. But to my surprise the leather has kind of wore off from one side and there is a gaping hole now. Contacted Hush Puppies showroom at South City Mall, Kolkata literally washed his hands off saying 'you need to lodge the complaint and then we'll see if something can be done" Is this the kind of 'Customer Service' these companies provide ? And, that too for such a costly shoe. I really don't know how this is going to be resolved !!!

                                      I have purchase 1 pair shoes on 03.01.2015. I have just wear the shoe 3-4 times but the stitch of shoe beginning cut. the cutting increasing every time i have used it.
