      Dear HUSH PUPPIES International, I have purchased sandal from GIP Noida store .Actually My wife size is not available in store at that time .Sales girl assured that sandal will fit after some time .Now it sorry to say that is impossible to wear the sandal .We have visited the store, Mr Jitendra at store asked for the mail from customer care to even take our sandal .We are following this case for more than 3-4 months at customer care no. .Last time, we called at customer care and talk to Mr. Abhishek (complaint no.238534 dated[protected], as per Mr. Abhishek problem will be resolved in 4-5 working days .Till date no reply / call has been received from customer care . I want to know the reply of following questions- How an International brand has so insensitive towards the customer? Why at ur store asked for email to even registered my complain? How ur sales representative cheated us ? Is hush puppies like brand require this low class practice to sale their product?         We went for shopping in d Bata store near jubilee baug vadodara (23/07/14) in d afternoon, got good response but on asking for more designs in kids section they asked us to visit d Bata store near ellora park besides inox multiplex b'coz of its area n space. They told us that we can find more range of variety for kids there. On reaching there at around 5.30-6.30 p.m we couldn't find any salesman to attend us but we still went in d kids department to have a look. Then a single salesman came to us just to stand besides us n not to help us in showing d collection. He was not a single percent interested to show us or even help us get d perfect size of our kids shoes n sandals. We were there with our six kids looking for a good footwear with perfect size n comfort. On asking him for d size availability he would either simply say not available or else would take a lot of time n kept us waiting but cant just ask for help from any of his collegue inspite of them being free, standing downstairs near d cash counter with other collegues n having a chat. As a result we had to leave d store despite o[censored]s having selected some footwears for our kids. Asking for d manager downstairs near d cash counter we came to know that he was not attending his duty n was neither in d store. Manager's name is Shailandera Singh, atlast on asking about d contact no of jubilee baug store for d availability of a particular size we didnt get a +ve response n was told that d server is down.

          Dear Bata, I bought shoes 3 month ago from MGF Gurgaon, which was naturalizer shoes of rupees 4300 after 3 month I realised the elastic of shoes is not proper and not good as it was at time of purchase. on july 16 I registered my complaint regarding these shoes and the complaint number is 239397. today I got mail from your side for 75% of replacement. Which made me so disappointing. If a person is speeding 4300 rupees with faith on bata and you people are giving such kind of service to them? Is this fair? Now i need to spend 1720 rupees more to buy another shoes in total it means my shoes will be 6000 rupees. I mean What? one shoes of rupees 6000. Do you think you have processed my complaint with fair decision. My family use to wear your shoes and I never com paint for a single piece. I have used so many product from bata. But this time you guys really disappointed me, I need 100 % replacement. Kindly don't break the faith and relation which I have upon Bata. I request you please please process my thing as soon as possible. and turn this replacement in 100 %. I hope you will understand my point.

              i had bought hushh puppies shoes about 1.5 years back. costed me rs 5000+. had very good experience. black colour-oxford type with holes - formal-sole had some system which made walking very easy n leg never pained. today the upper is perfect but sole is broken/chpped. cant wear. can you help with new sole fot the same with same system sole. what i get locally is plain sole. thanks.

                please note that I Santanu Bhattacharyya Purchased one Pair of shoes from BATA INDIA LTD 48 Dobson Road Branch on dated 07/07/2014.Please Note that I have purchased LIFE SLEEK (F[protected]) CODE-[protected]X357 08.The product was under 50% discount.As per your shop sales person advise I have purchased knowing that this product can not exchange.Shop sales executive told me that this will last at least for one year.
                Unfornutaely After using twice only in next two day its adhesive pesting of bottom part dismantled.Its realy very unfortunate from brand like Bata that its product is getting this problen in just two days.

                After that I went to BATA shop within tow days whereform I have purchased the shoe.Unfortunatey one Gentleman saying that he is the Branch Manager abused me and threat me and tried to punch me.please ask for CCTV footage of the shop and see who have misbehaved.Please take nessecery asction as one unhappy customer is actualy damaging the brand of yours. Sir I was very disturbed and came back without the shoes from the shop.The shoe is lying there only.

                  Bought this Hush Puppies casual shoe from hyderabad few months back(I'm based at Kolkata). Being one of the 8 pairs of my shoes, this particular one is used very sparingly. But to my surprise the leather has kind of wore off from one side and there is a gaping hole now. Contacted Hush Puppies showroom at South City Mall, Kolkata literally washed his hands off saying 'you need to lodge the complaint and then we'll see if something can be done" Is this the kind of 'Customer Service' these companies provide ? And, that too for such a costly shoe. I really don't know how this is going to be resolved !!!

                  I have purchase 1 pair shoes on 03.01.2015. I have just wear the shoe 3-4 times but the stitch of shoe beginning cut. the cutting increasing every time i have used it.

                      Dear Sir I am esteemed customer to BATA India from past 15 years self purchased Hush Puppies Shoes at Rajarajeshwari Nagar BATA outlet on 05.03.2014 paying Rs. 3800.00. Started using from the day of purchased, initial 2 months it was fine & comfortable. Last month i observed there is Sole Torn in both Shoes, immediately Informed the outlet about the same. They advised to raise the complaint to BATA customer service. Bills details are as follows, Cash memo no. 05-03-14/1/0045 In my view it is not possible to repair the shoes, hence i humbly request you to provide replacement at the earliest.                         It is submitted that I had purchased a pair of Bata Sandals, Article No (500CD[protected] from authorised Bata Stores, Main Bazar Jalandhar Cantt for Rs 799/-. It is also submitted that the bill which was given by the shopekeeper was automatically vanished as it was printed on the Fax paper. I approached to the owner of your store and show him the condition of sole which was came out from front and back. He is saying that this is minor fault and pasted the sole and returned the sandals to me next day. But after two days the condition was same and the sole agian came out. I again reached to your store and he adviced me to lodge complaint in this regard. Earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products as we are using your products since childhood. Now at last I request you to give directions to your store holder to give me a new pair of sandals in lieu of the previous one.                           I've purchased an power play on shoes art no:818-4724 cash memo no:03-07-14/1/0027 for RS.2300 from BATA store 01433 Ramanathapuram, coimbatore.My wife used it for two days merely half an hour a day for walking in concrete road, but sole started to wear away and started breaking up in few areas.When complaint was lodged to the same store manager on 15-07-14 the way he replied was very rude and he was not even ready to hear what we say.40yrs of BATA brand relationship is being spoiled by such store managers and i have raised a complaint with customer service cell regarding the same.It's the duty of store manager to help customers for any complaint related issues and not to only concentrate on sales and wash away their hands after selling the product.Really very bad experience for the first time with bata.

                            I had purchased one Bata Sandel model No. 4616120 from Shop No. 53, Sarojini Nagar New Delhi on 23rd June 2014 for Rs. 499/-. I have not retained the bill since earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products. We have been using Bata since past 40 years. Yesterday, flaps of one leg came out and I had to get it repaired outside. Today, I visited your shop and was advised to lodge complaint.This is a case of poor quality.                               I have bought a black shoes for my child in the month of June 2014 for Re. 999. Within less than a month, the sole pasting came out layer by layer from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, Baji Jn, store, Visakhapatnam for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had put shoe in some fire thats why the sole had come out, one more person in the store said he might had put on the silencer of a bike. I told sole actually did not come out but some kind of layers were coming out, it was left leg shoe and i think no bike has silencer in the left side. I told him that i dont own a bike as i am using a Honda scooter. Then he stopped talking. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes. My request is that check the shoe if there is an manufacturing defect please try to replace the shoe. One more thing is that i dont have the reciept. Being a big company you can find the shoe is manufactured in your factory or not. I am attaching some pictures of the shoe, as this responsibility should be taken by your showroom representative, but they are very bad in responsibility. So, Please consider my complaint and solve as soon as possible. If you want i can courier the shoes to your company . If you insist me to get the bill, I can get you the credit card statement through which i bought the shoe. Please do the needful.

                                I have bought a black shoes for my child on 29th June 2014 for Rs 800. Within 10 days, the sole pasting came out from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, JNTU store, Hyderabad for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very cold and rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had deliberately taken out the sole. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes.                                       Dear Sir, Greetings! I bought a Hush Puppies Shoe from Bata India around six months back from Retail store in MGF Mall saket for Rs 3, 500. No doubt its very comfortable shoes but its been only four months since i am wearing the shoes the rubber sole has cracked. Hush Puppies is the top brand of Bata India and generally shoes are very good. Request you to kindly review my shoe and please tell me the alternative. I paid a huge sum of money to buy the shoe which has not lasted me six months. Request you to kindly consider my complaint and take corrective action and allow me a replacement.

                                        I have purchase shoe Hush puppies from your Old post Office Show-Room, Indore. I have used this pair since about last one and half month. The bill of this pair is lost by me. While getting brushing the pair, I have noted that the sole of left foot shoe is going to start separate from upper.
