bought a BATA belly in april'14, within a month got spoiled, exchanged and paid 600 extra to tk other pair of marie claire, within jus 3 months the entire sole is broken and teared out, after visiting showroom at phoenix marketcity mall, manager told me to visit store at AECS layout, at AECS layout they said that's a wrong info and nothing can be done now, firstly didn't expect this quality from BATA n secondly such rude behaviour of staff at counter.. very disappointing.

I have bought a Hush Puppies shoe pair in BATA showroom, Madinaguda, Hyderabad on 9/8/2014 costing around 2300 bucks. When I checked it out around 15/8/2014, it was damaged. I immediately returned the shoe in your store expecting a replacement, but what I got in return on 21/8/2014 was a repaired shoe which was appearing in a very bad shape. This never happened to me in 30 years of my relationship with Bata. I was utterly dissapointed by...

I’m writing to complaint you that I had a negative experience at your location in Connaught Place, New Delhi. I have purchased Bata Shoes on 20th of July 2014. After 15 Days the shoe got damage.And now my original Biil of that shoe is Misplaced. I took that damaged shoes and show to the nearest showroom of Bata (Kamla nagar) but the salesman refuses to do anything straight. I know it is my mistake too for loosing that bill but you should also keep some billing records. I request you to please see this matter and replace or make any relief from the damage. Since i am a regular customer of yours so am expecting a help from your side.

I have placed an online order on 27-Aug order nb:12032674 .yet not processed.As per bata customer care executive it will take more 5 days and he has registered complain:complain number:270239.Can this be delivered today?

But the shoe crackd totally. i purchase the shoe during the sale time. the salesman convinced me that the shoe is as good as the fresh one and there will be no problem in future. our family is die hard Bata fan. From childhood I'm using Bata shoe and jogging shoe. But i never faced such a problem. All the shoe i used more than year but no problem. but this shoe cracked wdn 2 months. i cant use the shoe any more the condition is very bad i used it only 5to 6 times. i visit the Lindsay showroom few days back but they refused to replace it. But unfortunately the layer of the Belt has been damaged and unable to wear. Product 574-6810 size 6 MRP Rs 1699/- Purchased from Connaught Place New Delhi It broke off from the toe hook connecting the main base of the chappal, making it unusable. Pl resolve issue at Gurgaon main stores of Bata chowk, it is not comfortable to visit connaught place eveery time.

I bought a bata formal shoe pair, 2 mnths before... And I am xtremely unsatisfied.. Its pasting got loose.. Even water started coming in the shoe. I went to the nearest bata store. Dear Sir, I have purchased one Bata shoe Model No[protected], 43" @ RS-1699/ AT T.NAGER SHOW ROOM ON LAST 45 DAYS BEFORE FROM CASH .But after 35 days left leg product is totally broken the leather part & both are backside totally broken leather part, baddly condition.Now it is not using condition, please rectify this product as soon as possible, what because last 5 Years I valuable customer to you only.please needful favourably.

on 13 aug, we bought a product : f[protected] JOY II for rs 450/ from Bat chowk udyog marg Faridabad (HY) vide cash memo no 13-08-14/[protected], but fater few days only on 25th aug, some portion has been chipped off from its place, since i can not submit the defected product physically right now as my son uses this and he stays in Odissa for his study, in the first week of oct it can be submited . hi I am sidhik from kozhikode.I had purchased a shoes from bata showroom at calicut art no:821-4013.the counterpart of the shoes is torn within few days.the date of purchase is[protected].the purchase is through credit card(rs 1999).so i humbly request you to replace the shoes.

Please find the attachment having pictures of my damage belly bought from bata store. Its been only 2 weeks I bought this new belly from bata store. Now the upper layer of cloth removed from belly skin. I spent 600 rs. It not worth of 100 rupees. I want replacement with new set of pairs or I want my money back. I bought Weinbrenner model shoes art no 856-7001, size no 8 from BATA India Limited, Kollam, Kerala on 15.08.2014 with great happiness and expectations today on 24.8.2014 it is observed with great disappointment that the threads sewn to the elastic portion to sideways of tongue is getting detached. the showroom staff informed of repairing the defect. but they are not guaranteeing the same thread colour how can this happen. what should i do?

Dear Sir, I bought a foot wear from the Bata Showroom situated in the Raddison Hotel of Sec-13, Dwarka New Delhi in july 2014. The footwear was defective. To customer care manager I have got a pair of sleepers from the bata showroom add- bata showroom elite sipri road jhansi up. For Rs-499 on 7/08/14. It got damage on 16/08/14 from upper side. When i contact the store the staff was treating in a rude way. The store returned my product on 20/08/14 by just repairing it. Today on 22/08/14 it again got damage. I request you to take any action against it as earliest possible.

to, customer service, I had purchased a bata sandal on 13th June, 2014 from the branch in goregaon west, Mumbai. And few days back the sole of the sandal detached from the top portion. When contacted the branch, they asked to mail u the complaint. The order details are as follows: product no[protected] price- 699 Rs store id- 02021 store branch- goregaon west, Mumbai. I am a regular customer and have faced such problems earlier also. This time its within the 3rd month after the purchase of the product.. As I am a loyal customer, I expect to get a replacement or at least get it repaired. I hope you will do the needful.
