Iam a consumer of your product and fully trusted its quality and assurance given by the company every time is beyond the doubt as well as the quality of the product is very durable and comfortable . But I can't believe one of the product, leather shoe mocassino 9" worth of Rs.1399( one thousand and three hundred ninety nine) was brought on 2011 from one of the outlet of bata showroom at muzaffarpur (Bihar), sole of the same removed off as in the powdered foam . Since the product was durable and very comfortable especially the sole lightweight and smooth when using regularly for 2 years and more . after a gap of hardly 09 months later ( during this time not used the article due to detached from home in connection with my profession ) I saw when I wear the shoe, sole of the leather shoe continuously removed off part by part when in contact with the surface, physically checked then found and felt the sole is peeled off and became very soft in nature even as a finger press in any part of the sole resulting the removal of the sole part . This is the realty and never be a lies . Later I approached one of the bata outlet in my town kollam (kerala) and enquire to replace the sole on rate basis but they refused having not the availability of bata original sole in the outlet . the same remarks received from another bata outlet nearby . since i brought the commodity due to its style and durability and comforts, i desire to replace the damaged sole in payment basis by buying the original sole of the bata for the commodity ( ie. mocassino 9" leather shoe).
!) so my kind request is please enable me bata company sole on payment basis ( iam willing to pay the worth of the sole, but i want the original sole of the bata company for the same ) any way mode of payment and availabilty of the product (sole) may be arranged by taking this issue as prior consideration of the customer and hoping you that surely the company will be assured and solved my complaints in a good faith .
i shall be ever thankful to you for a favourable action on this issue

    I ordered a pair of shoes from Bata online store size 7 worth Rs 1500/-. I registered a complaint number: 206482 and requested customer care executive that i need one small size, he assured me too that wait for 5 days till that product size:6 of that model reaches your nearest Bata store. As he said i got the mail i went to the Bata store Sec-9 Panchkula that was mentioned in mail. As i was supposed to get small size of same model but the size was not available there... Look i am very much annoyed with this service and now they are asking to take some other model. I don't like variety of shoes you are delivering in Chandigarh, Panchkula region. So, I want the 6 number of same model. As in terms and conditions it is mentioned that replacement can be done. But they are just ignoring and not offering any service.

      We purchased a ladies chappal on 09/05/14 from Bata Shoe Stores, Hatibagan, Kolkata. At that time, there was no discount offer or "sale" going on for any of the items at the store. The chappal doesn't fit well and I need a bigger size of the chappal. But at Hatibagan Bata, they are telling me that it can't be exchanged (reason being, it was a discounted item previously during April 2014 when SALE was going on and now, even when the SALE has ended, the computer was not updated of the status of the item, and accordingly, their computer was considering it as a discounted item). Why should we suffer for their technical fault? And no one at the store had intimated us during purchase that it was a discounted item and that it could not be exchanged, the general rule in Bata being, unused goods can be exchanged within due time. Is this how Bata clears it's stocks, deceiving customers? In the process however, it is also clearing it's own hard earned reputation along with it's old stocks, which is sure to cost Bata heavily in thje long run... R Gupta Mobile: [protected]

        sir im a regular visitor at your bata store located at city centre siliguri matigara-734010. Even i own a store at city centre. Actually i had bought one ladies sandal which turned out to be defective. I went to the store but since i was not carrying the bill i was turned back and the second time i was told the manger was out for lunch.. At last they agreed to change the sandals in a very shrude and unpleasant manner. I had a heated arguement with the manager his name is mr. NIRANJAN BANGARI. He was acting in the same manner as people behave in government offices. And also even i noticed one foreigner was also complaining saying no one was interested in attending him. \\plus there are many issues . /Thank you regards mukesh [protected]

          I purchased a pair of bata shoes worth Rs 1999/- on Dec 8 2013. After 4 months i noticed my right shoe sole is broken and left shoe sole got cracked. When both the shoes got the problem i feel the problem is with poor quality of shoes. On bill i found warranty period is only for 2 months for model no: 8256086 and cash memo no: 08-12-13/1/0141. Can you please consider this complaint and take the further action required.

          Shoes worn out just within a month

          I bought shoes in april and they worn out just within a month. I want to know if that can be replaceable now ?
          For brand I am expecting good quality but it cant be trusted anymore.

            Why Bata stores charge extra 1 rupee even if the product is of 249. By card they accept 249, but when cash paid the person at counter said no change is available. Isn't this unethical.               I am writing this email to inform you that I was wearing formal Bata shoes from last 2 year and didn't find any complaint about this but this time I was shocked with shoes which doesn't match with the standard of the such brand name. This is how that I purchased shoe from Karol Bagh outlet three months back and after wearing two months its sole pasting get torn off and detached from the shoe. I was surprised after buying a shoes from such company facing such a type of problem and dealers also not cooperating in the problem. I have complaint for it to the concerned dealer at - Opposite Gaffar Market, Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh, Delhi - 110005.                 On 12.04.14 i purchase a foot wear on discount rate vide cash memo no 276.                     We had on 1/4/2014 visited bata store at sayaji rao road mysore to buy a sandal. Since I wanted size 8 and the only sandal available there, was tried and as I wore it, its rivet broke off and on enquiry they said they would get it repaired immediately and they did and on confirmation that the sandals will have no further problem, we brought the sandals costing Rs.2000/-. They guaranteed us that the sandal can be brought back with receipt in case it gives any further problem. On coming home I tried wearing the sandal and I found that the rivet again broke and I could not wear it at all. Since I was too busy to visit the store for couple of days, I went again to the store to inform them regarding the problem on 6/4/2014 and they were very indifferent now and said that I can get a exchange only if a size 8 sandals is got by them and that they would inform us. They also informed that the return would be taken only within 15 days of purchase and since there was no size 8 they informed that I would have a chance to return only within another 6 or 7 days provided they get a size 8 sandal. They also informed that the money paid would not be refunded. What sought of sandal are you giving the customer, damaged sandal with no exchange nor refund of money paid. Kindly look into the same at the earliest If nothing happens I would be forced to visit the consumer forum.                       I had purchased a "N Walk Dr. Scholls shoe" from a Bata Retail outlet ( 7B Middleton Street ) in Kolkata, West Bengal, India on[protected] for Rs. 1599. Cash Memo #: 11-12-13/1/0029. However the product was damaged after only 3 months o[censored]se. On taking the same to the outlet the Store Manager (Mr. A Nandy) refused any kind of assistance. This product was purchased as a replacement of a ALEXIA Sandal which was damaged within 15 days o[censored]sage. It has been my experience that the shoes at the store are of extremely poor quality and the customers like us are harassed because of the same.

I have purchased two Huss Puppies shoes worth Rs 6859/- from "Bata Shoes Store, Infinity Mall, Malad-West, Mumbai, Maharashtra vide cash memo number "20-01-14/1/0001 dated 20.01.14.out of these two articles one article number : 8544784 was found defective within 15 days of the purchase. I was using it within one month less than ten times and continuously facing uncomfortable regarding sole and when I showed to the store manager to identify the problem, he told that the sole of this shoes bend due to internal cracked in sole. When I asked replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article and suggest for complaint lodge on mail.                         The sole of shoes is pushed, when I complaint to the store staff they said this is not a defect, i told them, that i am not felling comfortable in this, they said we have not sold this shoe on trial and refused to check and change the same. At the time of selling the shoes they were saying big words, like you'll have the replacement warranty. if you face any problem then you can come to us and replace the pair. But now they were not listening anything.

Then they mailed us the incorrect product and now since past more than 2 weeks, they haven't sent us the right product. Though we visited their shop twice but then they said product is not available to them. It seems they are fooling us and trying to settle with incorrect product.                         Hush Puppies shoes are not of good quality and the service provided by store at GIP Noida is even worse. I purchased one pair of shoe from GIP store on 16th June 2015. Within one month of purchase the leather from the side started peeling off. Hush puppies guys said this is not their fault. Even more the GIP shop keeper response is also very bad... Till date my shoe is laying with GIP store.

                        I was shocked when he said the Soal is not under warrantee it guarantee.
                        THis is is the first time a bought a HP shoe since it was recommended by my friend but this will be the last time.
                        And trust me I will spead a negative word of mouth.

                        You guys cheat your customer with the quality you have created a good brand but I am sorry you can't manage it well.
                        If you guys can't replace my shoe I want it to atleast repair it.
                        The store guys a very less qualified and when I asked them at the time of buying the shoe the person told me the guarantee it for 6 months and now when I spoke to the customer care they said 2 months.

                        I have purchased a 3 piece set of Hush Puppies socks costing rs. 549 from Bata shoes store, #4-1-952, Abids road 1, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
                        I used only one pair and that itself showed me the type of material being used.I used it for a day and at the evening i find the socks totally in a worst condition as all the threads were loose and were detached from the socks.I am left with the two fresh pair of socks that obviously is a waste as cannot be used. When I asked replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article and said there is no warantee or guarantee

                        I purchased one pair of shoes in Nov'15 and found some manufacturing defect within 2-3 months only. But, I was not able to go to store as I thought that whenever I will going to that site, will speak to store guy.

                        Some time back, when I contacted their store, they are saying that they will not be able to address this issue as this is more than 2 months old case. Now, the same reply I am getting from their service centre.

                        Looks like Hush Puppies in India is not better than local shoes. In fact, it is worst than local shoes because at lest local shoe manufacturer listen your issue/complain and try to resolve.

                        Suggest everybody not to buy hush puppies shoes.

                        I am a customer of Hush Puppies and I bought a new pair of shoes in Sep or Oct-16 from Hush Puppies showroom at Lulu Mall, Ernakulam, Kerala.

                        Within 3-4 months of purchase of this product, I noticed that the stitching of shoes worn and outer sole is started getting detached. While purchasing the product, showroom staff intimated me that the product is under warranty and replacement will be given in case of any damage. Since I am not a resident of Ernakulam, I could not visit the showroom immediately on noticing the complaint. During my visit to Ernakulam last month, I approached the showroom at Lulu and raised my complaint. The person attended my case asked me to visit store on Tuesday or Friday since the Cobbler will be available on Wednesday or Saturday to take the repair orders.

                        Sir, please understand the difficulty of a customer who stays 80 Kms away from the store to get the repair done. I have to visit 2 times for this purpose once for submission and then for collection. I bought the product considering the high brand value and expected long life. To my surprise, product got damaged within 4 months. I seriously doubts the genuineness of the product I bought, Is there any possibility to sell duplicate products through exclusive store ?

                              I have purchased two articles from "Bata Shoe Store, WG-542, New Lovely Sweets, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar, Punjab" on[protected] vide cash memo number "Sl.No.03658/3347 date[protected].out of these two articles one article ( number :[protected] was found defective. On[protected]:30 p.m.) when i when to the said store for replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article. He also keeps the defective article and talked in rude manner. Kindly take strict action against the person on duty and replace the faulty article.

                                I had purchased a shoes worth Rs.2000 vide voucher no.26/5/2013/1/0240/02417 from Bata Show room located at SV Road, opp Borivali station west, Mumbai, Maharasthra. This show room it owned by them.

                                Though the shoe was purchased in May 2013 and I had used used an alternate shoe during rainy season that means this shoe was actually used from October 2013 onwards and in two or three month o[censored]sage the bottom sole broke in the centre. I had approached their showroom in November 2013 from where the product was purchased and I brought to their notice, they advised me that I should lodge a complaint on the email. Accordingly, I had written mails to their customer services centre on customer.[protected]@bata.co.in in December 2013 which they did not reply despite several reminders. Again I approached their show room and they advised to lodge complaint on their phone number [protected]. I had lodged a verbal complaints on this phone number in January 2014 vide complaint no.156313.

                                I am surprised to note that a product of Bata worth Rs.2000/- can't even last for even six months. I have attached the soft copy of my mails to them for your ready reference

                                Therefore, I actually used the shoes only from May 2013 a couple of days and from October to December 2013. Just image the bad quality of product despite we pay higher price tag.

                                I would request you to review my compliant in considering the quality and do justice. Its not fair that a Corporate like Bata selling sub standard product in the market which does not even last for six.

But due to 3no. size is not available from your store Sales man Gopal Das (Mob no. [protected] & [protected])taken my shoe and written over Xerox bill “received 25/01/2014”. He gave me his mob no. & store no. But several time I go to your store and no size available. But today i.e. 15/03/2014 I again go to your store and facing a shocking experience which I never express anyone. Your sales man Ganesh Das is told that I not receive any shoe. I surprised your store salesman behavior. He told that he never receive any shoe from me & he not written receive he written ”Reporting 25/01/2014”. Than my question is if he not receive my shoe why he written “Reporting 25/01/2014”. From December13 to March14 I spend so many rupees for taxi fare. One who spend Rs.4000/- for shoe she can kept shoe to home. How your salesman talking like rubies. Rs.2499/- not so many valueable for me. I am a capable to spend money for my shoe. But I am shocking very much from your sales man. My advice that you not give my Rs2499/-. But your salesman should be some knowledge in English & also some good behavior. I told my family members & friend that never purchase any shoe from your particular store. I represent a well known family seriously I am very upset.now I request to you please see your cc tv footage on 25.01/2014 on esplanade bata store. Please reply my letter.                                   Yesterday on 25/04/2014 I received a phone call from Bata from Gurgaon [protected]. Bata Representative talked on behalf of Kolkata Grand Hotel Store. A well mannered, very good behavier representative talking with me. He understand me to forget the episode. He done a good job. But problem is I never purchase a shoe from gurgaon because I live at Kolkata. And due to near of my office I go to purchase a shoe from Grand Hotel Branch if I not change the brand. Whenever I go to the store I see the same salesman Mr. Gopal Das. So what was the situation? The salesman feel very proud na? I lost my Rs.2499/- I paid to Akosha for Consultancy Rs.561/-. So what was my next step. I forgot the chapter or I go to the lok adalot ? If I receive any apologize phone call from Kolkata Grand Hotel Store then it should be more digest from myside. If any one of your bata team is facing a same problem like me then your team will solved like this?
                                  Any way I was not happy with the case.

                                    I bought one pair of bata hush puppies from bata showroom Thalipparamba, Kannur, Kerala. I used it within one month less than ten times, after that the sole this sandal has peeled off. I made a complaint to the dealer, for that I had to go there with sandal for four times. More than that I did not get it back till now. I am waiting for the sandal for two months after it"s rectification. Whenever I made enquiry...I got response that it did not come from the bata company and it is not our fault and it is the fault of company... -What is the actual problem in this? -Who is the culprit in this problem? -How many months I have to run behind this matter after paying an amount of 2000 rs for the sandals? -Whether the company give any value for customer's money? Anticipating a replay soon...

                                      To Whom It May Concern, I want to say you that I have purchased pair of shoes (851-H017, Size – 7, Re.1799) from Bata showroom Regale Building in month of October 2013, While buying the famous brand product of BATA and having complaint of crack sole and pasting removed on both of my pair in 5 months is simply a disgraceful thing I am facing. After visiting the store they are simply not attending and diverting me to the helpdesk after chasing of 15 days. At the time of purchased they told me that warranty will cover pasting for 60 days and sole for 6 months but after having the crack sole as well as in the heel they are saying it will cover for only 60 days or talk to customer care. Hence I hereby want to request you please replace this pair of broken and tore shoes. If we have this type of issue in the product of Branded Company“ Bata” what is the use of buying this brand and nobody is attending to replace that shoes what is the difference between the branded and local Company. And as the quality of the Bata shoes is not good, even haven’t worked for 6 months. So please take care of consumer and do need full as soon as possible. Regards

                                      BATA shoes are no longer for 5 months. I have purchased BATA Shoes from its Regale Building outlet CP, New Delhi was torn and sole was cracked in only 5 months what is the use of buying the well named branded Product BATA and whereas out let boy told me the warranty 3 months for pasting and 6 months for sole but nobody attending me there and also wrote to in-Customer.[protected]@bata.com they are saying we have inspected and it is OK but the product is with me no one contacted me regarding that, hence what is the use of buying from Bata as they are behaving like the local brand. why we buy branded when BATA is using compromising products only moto to earn money not client's Satisfaction.

                                        for a complain of your sandals product, I went with my fiance to your Alambagh Bata show room. there are two boys named Shakti and Rishu, who works as a show off boys, I saw that those boys were teasing a girl by their bad comment, I generally asked the manager, but he also replied as OK.. OK... pls tell me, do you ever want to down your reputation as your branch manager give up as those boys to work there. I just want to say that please take any action for those boys either I will complain in higher authority. respect girls, women please. its a humble request.
