Ref No. -Article No. 876-5346 Plan No. - 447/3194 Featherlite footwear- MRP. 429.95 Invoice No. -17823 Bata Showroom, Thulunad shopping complex, KSRTC, Bank Road, Kasaragod Purchased on 20.03.2014 Quality of footwear is very miserable, the base torn away within a week in normal usage itself.

    Rainy shoes

    I buy rainy shoes from bata at colaba branch. I wish to inform you that shoe sole are not properly stick I buy on 3 June
    To wear very uncomfortable . It come out
    When I wear first time I told your person. . He told me it will be good in sometime

      I have purchased two articles from "Bata Shoe Store, WG-542, New Lovely Sweets, Nakodar Road, Jalandhar, Punjab" on[protected] vide cash memo number "Sl.No.03658/3347 date[protected].out of these two articles one article ( number :[protected] was found defective. On[protected]:30 p.m.) when i when to the said store for replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article. He also keeps the defective article and talked in rude manner. Kindly take strict action against the person on duty and replace the faulty article.

        I had purchased a shoes worth Rs.2000 vide voucher no.26/5/2013/1/0240/02417 from Bata Show room located at SV Road, opp Borivali station west, Mumbai, Maharasthra. This show room it owned by them.

        Though the shoe was purchased in May 2013 and I had used used an alternate shoe during rainy season that means this shoe was actually used from October 2013 onwards and in two or three month o[censored]sage the bottom sole broke in the centre. I had approached their showroom in November 2013 from where the product was purchased and I brought to their notice, they advised me that I should lodge a complaint on the email. Accordingly, I had written mails to their customer services centre on customer.[protected]@bata.co.in in December 2013 which they did not reply despite several reminders. Again I approached their show room and they advised to lodge complaint on their phone number [protected]. I had lodged a verbal complaints on this phone number in January 2014 vide complaint no.156313.

        I am surprised to note that a product of Bata worth Rs.2000/- can't even last for even six months. I have attached the soft copy of my mails to them for your ready reference

        This is not acceptable to me, I had visited to your showroom with the cash memo and showed them the product and damage took place. On their advise have wrote below mail in December 2013. I would request your good office to take a favorable decision and do justice my case, as I had paid Rs. 2000 which is my hard earned money.

        I have been a patron customer of Bata since couple decade doing shopping from Bata show rooms right from Colaba Mumbai, Fort, Mahim and now Borivali.

        Off late there are issues mainly with the sole of any shoe or for that matter sandle. The sole does not last for a year or so even if the shoe price may be runs in two or three thousand.

        I had purchased a shoe from Bata Show room at Thakkar Shopping mall at S V Road, Borivali west vide cash receipt no.26/5113/1/0140/02417 dated[protected] and product code [protected] price Rs.1899/-.

        I have visit this show room along with the above cash receipt and they have advised me to write to customer service cell.

        I have a complaint that the sole of my shoe is broken in the centre and both the soles are peeled off from the upper portion within six to eight month. Out of this I have not used the shoe during rainy season at all.

        Therefore, I actually used the shoes only from May 2013 a couple of days and from October to December 2013. Just image the bad quality of product despite we pay higher price tag.

        I would request you to review my compliant in considering the quality and do justice. Its not fair that a Corporate like Bata selling sub standard product in the market which does not even last for six.

        This is Sathish Pandurengan, regular customer of your products (BATA Shoes).

        Recently on 25th March 2017, I have purchased new set of shoes of Model number[protected] from BATA Show room in Tambaram ( 01385) branch in Tamilnadu. But less than 15 days the new shoe has torn from upper side. Unfortunately I have lost the purchase bill in my overseas travel and not having the bill currently.

With due reference I inform to you that I am a regular customer of your Bata Store, Grand Hotel Branch. Now a days I facing lots of problem from your particulars store. I purchased a Huss puppies shoe (size 3) from last year. Due to torn of my shoe within guarratty period shoe had been replaced of your store 18/01/2014. And also note that due to no stock of your store since December 2013 I change my brand and replace alternative 2 shoes. But problem is one shoe model no. 5286121 price is Rs.2499/- is same which I purchased earlier. So I go to Esplanade store for replace the shoe. But due to 3no. size is not available from your store Sales man Gopal Das (Mob no. [protected] & [protected])taken my shoe and written over Xerox bill “received 25/01/2014”. He gave me his mob no. & store no. But several time I go to your store and no size available. But today i.e. 15/03/2014 I again go to your store and facing a shocking experience which I never express anyone. Your sales man Ganesh Das is told that I not receive any shoe. I surprised your store salesman behavior. He told that he never receive any shoe from me & he not written receive he written ”Reporting 25/01/2014”. Than my question is if he not receive my shoe why he written “Reporting 25/01/2014”. From December13 to March14 I spend so many rupees for taxi fare. One who spend Rs.4000/- for shoe she can kept shoe to home. How your salesman talking like rubies. Rs.2499/- not so many valueable for me. I am a capable to spend money for my shoe. But I am shocking very much from your sales man. My advice that you not give my Rs2499/-. But your salesman should be some knowledge in English & also some good behavior. I told my family members & friend that never purchase any shoe from your particular store. I represent a well known family seriously I am very upset.now I request to you please see your cc tv footage on 25.01/2014 on esplanade bata store. Please reply my letter.           Yesterday on 25/04/2014 I received a phone call from Bata from Gurgaon [protected]. Bata Representative talked on behalf of Kolkata Grand Hotel Store. A well mannered, very good behavier representative talking with me. He understand me to forget the episode. He done a good job. But problem is I never purchase a shoe from gurgaon because I live at Kolkata. And due to near of my office I go to purchase a shoe from Grand Hotel Branch if I not change the brand. Whenever I go to the store I see the same salesman Mr. Gopal Das. So what was the situation? The salesman feel very proud na? I lost my Rs.2499/- I paid to Akosha for Consultancy Rs.561/-. So what was my next step. I forgot the chapter or I go to the lok adalot ? If I receive any apologize phone call from Kolkata Grand Hotel Store then it should be more digest from myside. If any one of your bata team is facing a same problem like me then your team will solved like this?
          Any way I was not happy with the case.

            I bought one pair of bata hush puppies from bata showroom Thalipparamba, Kannur, Kerala. I used it within one month less than ten times, after that the sole this sandal has peeled off. I made a complaint to the dealer, for that I had to go there with sandal for four times. More than that I did not get it back till now. I am waiting for the sandal for two months after it"s rectification. Whenever I made enquiry...I got response that it did not come from the bata company and it is not our fault and it is the fault of company... -What is the actual problem in this? -Who is the culprit in this problem? -How many months I have to run behind this matter after paying an amount of 2000 rs for the sandals? -Whether the company give any value for customer's money? Anticipating a replay soon...

              To Whom It May Concern, I want to say you that I have purchased pair of shoes (851-H017, Size – 7, Re.1799) from Bata showroom Regale Building in month of October 2013, While buying the famous brand product of BATA and having complaint of crack sole and pasting removed on both of my pair in 5 months is simply a disgraceful thing I am facing. After visiting the store they are simply not attending and diverting me to the helpdesk after chasing of 15 days. At the time of purchased they told me that warranty will cover pasting for 60 days and sole for 6 months but after having the crack sole as well as in the heel they are saying it will cover for only 60 days or talk to customer care. Hence I hereby want to request you please replace this pair of broken and tore shoes. If we have this type of issue in the product of Branded Company“ Bata” what is the use of buying this brand and nobody is attending to replace that shoes what is the difference between the branded and local Company. And as the quality of the Bata shoes is not good, even haven’t worked for 6 months. So please take care of consumer and do need full as soon as possible. Regards

              "Worst Quality Product BATA"

              BATA shoes are no longer for 5 months. I have purchased BATA Shoes from its Regale Building outlet CP, New Delhi was torn and sole was cracked in only 5 months what is the use of buying the well named branded Product BATA and whereas out let boy told me the warranty 3 months for pasting and 6 months for sole but nobody attending me there and also wrote to in-Customer.[protected]@bata.com they are saying we have inspected and it is OK but the product is with me no one contacted me regarding that, hence what is the use of buying from Bata as they are behaving like the local brand. why we buy branded when BATA is using compromising products only moto to earn money not client's Satisfaction.

              How you able to inspect the article as the article is with me and having several issue in this as mentioned in the complain and you are giving me this type of resolution that is totally unjustified what will be use for me to buying the well named branded product of BATA as you are behaving like local brand in the market. if you wish i will send you the picture of the said defected and tore article and please send me some better resolution for this or I have to take some serious steps regarding that

                Hello Sir/ Madam,
                for a complain of your sandals product, I went with my fiance to your Alambagh Bata show room. there are two boys named Shakti and Rishu, who works as a show off boys, I saw that those boys were teasing a girl by their bad comment, I generally asked the manager, but he also replied as OK.. OK... pls tell me, do you ever want to down your reputation as your branch manager give up as those boys to work there. I just want to say that please take any action for those boys either I will complain in higher authority. respect girls, women please. its a humble request.

I am sorry to say that this i got complaint from your product, i bought it in Rs 499 but now after one month of purchase i am feeling that i have done mistek.its not a comfetable casuals.n after one month its sole was start breaking.

                      I brought a butterfly v shape sleeper from bata, amanora town center, pune on sunday 23/02/2014.
                      Today I wear it and ome to my office..after 2-3 hour I noticed there is a big patch is occuring at the base of the sleeper when i touch it its tears and damage.

                      I need replacement.

                        Dear Bata Management Team,

                        It is a very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you.
                        I have never used a Non Bata shoes since I have started using slippers and shoes. In the month of Oct' 2013,
                        I purchased a shoes for Rs1700 from Bata Showroom (Address : 40, SNP Area, Purulia Highway, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand).
                        Using after 4 Months only the sole got cracked. I went to the show room for complain. They told me complains can only be taken within or before 2 Month of a purchased date. The Sales Executive told us, that he will repair the shoes, but when we went to pick the same on 23rd Feb'14, the conditions remains the same. It is bring into your notice, we checked the fresh shoes from the Bata outlet &amp; we found that there were cracks in the Sole of fresh shoes.
                        Only this which I want to put before you is the QUALITY OF A BRAND. Please let me know is anyone can help me on this. Although I know this mail will not be entertained still as a good customer I will try for a last hope.
                        Accompanying photograph speaks every thing of the quality. I hope the company would do justice in replacing the one with better and long lasting quality.

But I'm sorry to say that I had the bad experience on 9-2-14 as I visited one of your showroom in karnataka at udupi near city bus stand . from one of yours 'Bata saleman' salemanas i heard his name is SANDEEP.when I was seeing shoes ssuddenly he came and told "I know that you wont purchase just go" really i was shocked by his behaviour and how dare he is to tel like that to me .is this the way you give training to your saleman ???? so I will be discontinuing for this. Also I will suggest my friends and all my relatives to do this.being an advocate I can make it big issue but as bata products are my favourite one so I thought of logge a complaint .                               Sir, I went to the Bata outlet in Kattur, Thiruverumbur, Trichy yesterday (12.02.2014, 07.15 pm) and i bought ladies sandal which cost Rs. 399/-. i asked the staff for replacement in case the size differs with suitability. He agreed to that and delivered the product. I went home and did the trial for the sandal and noticed that the size was too big (instead of size-6 i had bought size 7) i had to move for an exchange. i reached that shop again by around 07.45 pm and asked the staff for replacement of the required size. And, i found a better model in the same size on the rack. more over it is the customer's right and choice to prefer the model. i took another model which cost Rs.349/- and i decided to buy it. Naturally my choice should have been accepted and payment or refund as the case may be must have been adjusted accordingly. But, the staff addressed in a rude manner with out rendering respect to the customer and refused to refund the amount back. When questioned on, he says that he has no practice of refunding the amount for the past 20 years since his debut in Bata. The staff does not value the customer. he abused me and challenged himself as if the company safeguards him supporting his mischiefs and malpractices.                                 On 28th Jan I had purchased a Tennis Shoe at the Bata Store, when the shoe box was opened to my surprise I found only one Shoe lace. I immediately went to the store the next day asking for another shoe lace . After much argument I was given another shoe lace which turned out to be smaller than the one that came with the shoe. Once again I sent my person to the store so that he could explain the manager the difference and to get the shoe lace of the longer size. The store person however gave him a pair of lace of the smaller size which does not fit in the tennis shoe. I went back to the store asking for a longer length of the Shoe lace. THE store manager is RUDE and flatly refused to give me a new shoe lace. He is saying that all shoe laces are same size and this is only what is available. Even though I have given him a sample of the older shoe lace of Size 3 he is refusing to give me a new pair of Shoe Lace. Kindly investigate in the matter.                                     Hi, My mother, who is 60 yrs old bought dr.scolls from your Parle East market outlet on 17th dec.Next day she left for South Africa.In the flight she wore Sport shoe.She just carried these two shoes.Aft reaching there she cut the tag.Then she noticed that the scandals were defected.the Velcro was not sticking so it kept coming out of her feet.she tried to stick it with glue, but no use.She had to complete her 13 days tour in sport shoes though she is not a shoe person.Her scandals were in six month guarantee.as soon as she returned to India, she returned the scandals to your outlet, on 3rd jan.They refused to help as there was a drop of glue n they were very rude.they just had to rectify the Same piece.My father angrily left the shoe there.Our 1500/ RS went in drain.She is very disappointed &amp;your 20 yr old dr.schol customer switched to Clark's.but it still pinches me, how could bata do this to their customer.When discussed with friends they also have arrogant staff stories in your other outlets.Pls stop spoiling your name n troubling your coustomer
