I bought Weinbrenner model shoes art no 856-7001, size no 8 from BATA India Limited, Kollam, Kerala on 15.08.2014 with great happiness and expectations today on 24.8.2014 it is observed with great disappointment that the threads sewn to the elastic portion to sideways of tongue is getting detached. the showroom staff informed of repairing the defect. but they are not guaranteeing the same thread colour how can this happen. what should i do?

        To customer care manager I have got a pair of sleepers from the bata showroom add- bata showroom elite sipri road jhansi up. For Rs-499 on 7/08/14. It got damage on 16/08/14 from upper side. When i contact the store the staff was treating in a rude way. The store returned my product on 20/08/14 by just repairing it. Today on 22/08/14 it again got damage. I request you to take any action against it as earliest possible.

          to, customer service, I had purchased a bata sandal on 13th June, 2014 from the branch in goregaon west, Mumbai. And few days back the sole of the sandal detached from the top portion. When contacted the branch, they asked to mail u the complaint. The order details are as follows: product no[protected] price- 699 Rs store id- 02021 store branch- goregaon west, Mumbai. I am a regular customer and have faced such problems earlier also. This time its within the 3rd month after the purchase of the product.. As I am a loyal customer, I expect to get a replacement or at least get it repaired. I hope you will do the needful.

And its been 3 days I haven't received a single mail about my complaint from bata customer care. Well I have sent an email again just to check whether I get any response against my complaint. I hope bata doesn't loose a loyal customer.

            respected sir, I dr shivam agrawal recently byed a bata shoe with article no 851-6899 on date 17/08/2014 of no8 from a bata dealer at akola ( near tilak road) maharashtra and it was informed to me that the bill which he gave me will be helpful to replace the shoe (if any problem arise) any where in india. I found that the left shoe is unconfortable from inside and must be replaced, so i contacted a dealer at panjim goa ( my working place) and told him about the same .But the dealer is not intreasted in changing the shoe. sir i currently have a job at goa and is not possible for me to go specially to home (akola) to get replace my shoe. your are kindly requested to look into the matter and take action

              Hi, Reference No –CRF249275 I have bought hush puppies shoes 3699 Article No –824-6874 on 2-Feb 2014 from life style mall Hyderabad. I had size problem after i bought the shoes and I changed the shoes in month end and did not use that at all. After that I used only for 4 months and sole gone with in 4 months. I raised complaint regarding this. Now they offered me that we can only give me 50% off on the next shoes you will buy from bata store. I talked to the them and they are giving me argue that you have used it more that's why they are gone. I have hardly used these shoes and using only for my office 4 days a week. I escalated this to their customer care and they are giving me same argue, that these shoes are only for comfort. I am really disappointed after spending the huge money, if they can not provide me the quality, that's worse. Please let me know how can I get my money refunded back or can replace the shoes. I raised the complaint earlier as well reference number 253387 and it was closed with out any solution. Please solve this ASAP. I am really frustrated with your service and still waiting for your email from past 1 month. Regards Anil

              After registering the complaint Bata Company, I got a call from them and they started negotiation from 50-75% but i have not used the shoes from more than 3 months. So i stick to the 100% coverage and in last they have provided me the full cover and replaced my shoes.

                Sir, I have purchased one pair of ladies' chappal in th brand name "Scholl massagio" from Kochi M G Road branch of Bata Shoe Store on 15 Aug 2014, and the same got damaged on the same day While I was on the way to attend a party with my family. The sole of the footwear was seperated from the top cover of the same and found that is beyond any chance to repair, and I returned home without attending the party, this caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family especially to my children. Next day I approached the dealer and they advised me to contact the customer service for the compensation of my loss. Here I am enclosing a scanned copy of the cash memo.                       I purchased dr. Scholl's ladies footwear from b block market cannaught place.I didn't mind the price as I was confident about the quality because I've always trusted BATA. But to my shock the footwear purchased in the month of May 2014 has already started showing signs of wearing off.The thread used to stitch the upper portion is broken at places and soft layer is coming out of it in the right foot of the two.I'm so disappointed.What shall I do?

                            Manufacturing defect in Hush Puppies shoes

                            Sir, I bought a pair of Hush Puppy shoes Item no. 824-6727 from Bata India Outlet in Sector 19 Chandigarh on 4 June 2014. Its seams are coming off. When I went to the showroom I was told to lodge a complaint online. I had paid for the pair of shows with my credit card. Kindly replace the shoes immediately.                             Dear It is to bring to your kind notice that I had visited your show room in pune at phionex mall vimannagar .i was there to purchase a shoe I asked a sales man to show me the size of the shoe he sad that he is busy h will send some one to help me after waiting for good 15 to 20 min i no body came. After that I again went to the cash counter to know why there is no one to help.he was busy talking on phone and was not bothered.when I asked for a complaint book he said they do not keep it.it is very unfortunate that a brand like bata treats a costumer in this way.my no is [protected]

                              When i was in India, I purchased my pair of Bata shoes from Bata company showroom in Hall Bazar in March 2014 (complete address 40/1-1, Hall Bazar, Amritsar-143006). I paid 900/- for this pair of shoes. On the tag i found that these shoes were made by another company based out of Singapore. Now that i am in USA, i feel cheated after discovering that after very light use the sole of right shoe is broken within 3 months. Soon i saw that even the left shoe sole is cracked. Is there anything that can be done in this case. I am very disappointed and never expected such quality from Bata, You guys are ruining your long built reputation!                                 I bought Weinbrenner chappals in the month of April 2014 form 749 - within a month I saw cracks on soul. I went to Bata Shop and got exchanged with paying 150( Total 899) - since the price has changed. I got replacement in month of May. again within 2 months - the new chappal upper portion is seen with Cracks and broken leather. I wornder with this Great BATA product. The interesting thing is - I do not use Chappal everyday. I use them only on Weekends - 2days I had used it hardly for 15- 20 days - it's gone. earlier I used to purchase SPARX sandle/chappal for ( Rs 600-800), they use to last atleast 2-3 years since i use only on weekends. I really wondered about the Quality of Bata Chappals - I will NEVER- EVER visit BATA showroom again. This is final. I am feeling shamed to go to shop again for replacement. I will not go to the BATA shop again for replacement. I think I have donated the Money for charity. Rs 900 worth Chappals Not lasting for 15-20 days- then you guys are cheating us with WeinBrenner Brand in India If you need I will attach the proof by giving you photo My Purchase details: [protected] BATA Store in Seasons Mall, Magarpatta, Pune, Maharashtra Bill No :- 23839

                                  Respected Sir, Most humbly and respectfully, I have to say that my wife has purchased a pain of shoe (Size-7) from Bata Shoe Store, Shop No – 00192, CHAPRA, HATHWA MARKET, BIHAR (INDIA) on 28.07.2014, but due to some reasons I want to change it with same size of comfit/Hess-Puppies from BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar), India. I have submitted the purchased pair of shoes to the Manager of BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar) on 02.08.2014, but after the complete of 10 days the shoe has not replaced it. When asked about it they say it will be change/replaced we have mailed it to Head Quarter. I want to ask that when your mail will reach to Bata Store, Frazer Road, Patna and when I will put up into my legs. I have also call to customer Care for it the complain no is 254427 Dated 11.08.2014 and 254768 dated 12.08.2014. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter as earlier as possible.                                     I had bought all-season shoes from Bata Shoe Store, Viviana Mall, Thane, on 6th July 2014.

                                    After one day use itself the shoe wore out & so i went to the store to get them exchanged. I have visited the store three times for the exchange and every time the answer i got is that they are out of stock.
                                    Store Visit dates:
                                    1)20th July 2014
                                    2)27th July 2014
                                    3)3rd August 2014 - The owner of the store asked to wait till 20th of August, they think we are fools & jobless here to wait & come back again & again for your bad quality of product & that too with no assurance of getting exchanged on that given date

                                    The Salesman takes my number every time with an assurance to call back in 2-3 days but I have never got a call till date!

                                    The shoes were specially bought for rainy season use & all the season went in waiting for the exchange! i did not spent INR 999/- for this kind of quality of product & even worse customer care.

                                      In Adambakkam Bata show room, They don't know how to to behave with the customer when they come to buy the product, while exchanging the purchased products when it was not fit for me, they didn't accept the product and behave rudely even though i am regular customer to that show room.
