Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I have to say that my wife has purchased a pain of shoe (Size-7) from Bata Shoe Store, Shop No – 00192, CHAPRA, HATHWA MARKET, BIHAR (INDIA) on 28.07.2014, but due to some reasons I want to change it with same size of comfit/Hess-Puppies from BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar), India.
I have submitted the purchased pair of shoes to the Manager of BATA STORE, Frazer Road, Patna (Bihar) on 02.08.2014, but after the complete of 10 days the shoe has not replaced it. When asked about it they say it will be change/replaced we have mailed it to Head Quarter. I want to ask that when your mail will reach to Bata Store, Frazer Road, Patna and when I will put up into my legs.
I have also call to customer Care for it the complain no is 254427 Dated 11.08.2014 and 254768 dated 12.08.2014.
Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter as earlier as possible.
