Dear sir,
Ihave bought two pairs of shoes -( Power )and slippers of Dr.Scholl, worth Rupees 2300and 1800. right shoe is not fitting, straps of the slippers are biting my feet.After repeated request to the store manager of Jamshedpur, Bistupur branch, Jharkhand -831001. is making me run every after two to three days saying that" we don`t refund money, let the new stock come we will replace but not the shoes "(I have used the pair during morning walk-1/4th km to feel that how does it work ). Sir how do i feel the deffect if i do not walk on with the shoes. Now its difficult to believe the stock is going to be there every after two to three days . As i am suffering from sever heel spur with sharp pain . Thoes are prescribed by a renouned senior orthopedic surgeon. My heels are getting more injury . Being a loyal customer of Bata india and Dr. Scholl from Bata India form my childhood days ironically i had to face this problem. So please order him to refund my money that i can buy thoes form any other store or you can write a requisition slip ( the manager is refusing to write the slip )that i can buy thoes from any outlet of Bata India any where in India . Sir please do the needful as early as possible as my sufferings are making my life miserable.

slippers-14.06.2014, TIN NO [protected] rest i could not understand because there were no tag as shoes i have got the bill only bills cannot be send due to lack of provision. Shops address;
