Dear Sir I am esteemed customer to BATA India from past 15 years self purchased Hush Puppies Shoes at Rajarajeshwari Nagar BATA outlet on 05.03.2014 paying Rs. 3800.00. Started using from the day of purchased, initial 2 months it was fine & comfortable. Last month i observed there is Sole Torn in both Shoes, immediately Informed the outlet about the same. They advised to raise the complaint to BATA customer service. Bills details are as follows, Cash memo no. 05-03-14/1/0045 In my view it is not possible to repair the shoes, hence i humbly request you to provide replacement at the earliest. If any clarification you can reach me on [protected].

    It is submitted that I had purchased a pair of Bata Sandals, Article No (500CD[protected] from authorised Bata Stores, Main Bazar Jalandhar Cantt for Rs 799/-. It is also submitted that the bill which was given by the shopekeeper was automatically vanished as it was printed on the Fax paper. I approached to the owner of your store and show him the condition of sole which was came out from front and back. He is saying that this is minor fault and pasted the sole and returned the sandals to me next day. But after two days the condition was same and the sole agian came out. I again reached to your store and he adviced me to lodge complaint in this regard. Earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products as we are using your products since childhood. Now at last I request you to give directions to your store holder to give me a new pair of sandals in lieu of the previous one.       I've purchased an power play on shoes art no:818-4724 cash memo no:03-07-14/1/0027 for RS.2300 from BATA store 01433 Ramanathapuram, coimbatore.My wife used it for two days merely half an hour a day for walking in concrete road, but sole started to wear away and started breaking up in few areas.When complaint was lodged to the same store manager on 15-07-14 the way he replied was very rude and he was not even ready to hear what we say.40yrs of BATA brand relationship is being spoiled by such store managers and i have raised a complaint with customer service cell regarding the same.It's the duty of store manager to help customers for any complaint related issues and not to only concentrate on sales and wash away their hands after selling the product.Really very bad experience for the first time with bata.

        I had purchased one Bata Sandel model No. 4616120 from Shop No. 53, Sarojini Nagar New Delhi on 23rd June 2014 for Rs. 499/-. I have not retained the bill since earlier there has not been any complaint from Bata products. We have been using Bata since past 40 years. Yesterday, flaps of one leg came out and I had to get it repaired outside. Today, I visited your shop and was advised to lodge complaint.This is a case of poor quality.           I have bought a black shoes for my child in the month of June 2014 for Re. 999. Within less than a month, the sole pasting came out layer by layer from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, Baji Jn, store, Visakhapatnam for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had put shoe in some fire thats why the sole had come out, one more person in the store said he might had put on the silencer of a bike. I told sole actually did not come out but some kind of layers were coming out, it was left leg shoe and i think no bike has silencer in the left side. I told him that i dont own a bike as i am using a Honda scooter. Then he stopped talking. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes. My request is that check the shoe if there is an manufacturing defect please try to replace the shoe. One more thing is that i dont have the reciept. Being a big company you can find the shoe is manufactured in your factory or not. I am attaching some pictures of the shoe, as this responsibility should be taken by your showroom representative, but they are very bad in responsibility. So, Please consider my complaint and solve as soon as possible. If you want i can courier the shoes to your company . If you insist me to get the bill, I can get you the credit card statement through which i bought the shoe. Please do the needful.

            I have bought a black shoes for my child on 29th June 2014 for Rs 800. Within 10 days, the sole pasting came out from both front and back. I took the shoes to Bata, JNTU store, Hyderabad for exchange but the manager straight away refused and his response to my complain was very cold and rude. I have never seen such an unprofessional Manager in a Bata store till date. He said my son had deliberately taken out the sole. This was ridiculous as this was not the first time my son is wearing shoes.                   Dear Sir, Greetings! I bought a Hush Puppies Shoe from Bata India around six months back from Retail store in MGF Mall saket for Rs 3, 500. No doubt its very comfortable shoes but its been only four months since i am wearing the shoes the rubber sole has cracked. Hush Puppies is the top brand of Bata India and generally shoes are very good. Request you to kindly review my shoe and please tell me the alternative. I paid a huge sum of money to buy the shoe which has not lasted me six months. Request you to kindly consider my complaint and take corrective action and allow me a replacement.

                    I have purchase shoe Hush puppies from your Old post Office Show-Room, Indore. I have used this pair since about last one and half month. The bill of this pair is lost by me. While getting brushing the pair, I have noted that the sole of left foot shoe is going to start separate from upper. I am myself and family is using your brand since last 15 years and face hardly once or twice any complaint. I have tried your customer care number but the voice of the same was not clear. After a week I found major damage in shoe as show in attach photographs and I lost original Bill. The showroom suggest me to write mail customer service for replace the shoes.                           Today i want to complaint about a severe treachery done with us. We are the residents of Kurukshetra city. And we are a very regular customer at our nearby Bata showroom, located in the premises of kessel mall kurukshetra. Few weeks back we went there with kids and bought a pair of shoe and did the billing. But unfortunately we forgot to collect the shoes. After 15 min. Of coming out of the mall we realised our mistake and call the showroom and asked them to safe keep our shoe piece and we will collect them the next time. Last week my mom and me went to this shop and told the entire incident to the owner. His assistant recognised us and even the shoe pair we bought. But the owner asked us to come in a few days time, saying that the person who sold us the pair of shoe is absent. We believing him went back to our home. Today when we went there, the owner completely changed and talked with me and my mother very rudely and said that there was no shoe bought and he will give us nothing. On top of that he pointed finger at us two ladies and talked very rudely, saying he does not need customers like us. I would like to know what was his reason for misbehaviour and why is he not giving us our shoe pair which we bought back, even his staff earlier recognised us and even told his owner that we bought the pair and forgot it. I really want to know why men can not respect women in this society and okay forget about shoe pair but there should be some kind of mannerism in which you deal with customers. I would like if some action could be taken against this store. thank you

                            Sir, I am the customer of BATA. I am using BATA chappals till my high school level. Now I am in degree 3rd year & and I purchase 1pair ladies chappal in BATA ernakulam broad way branch cashmemo : 21-03-14/1/0021. I am studing in malappuram. so, I am going there by using that chappal. But, that was damached after 1 month. Now I am coming in vaccation then I contact the BATA showroom manager at broad way. He told me time is over so doesn't replace that. I mentioned that is chappal's manufacturing defect. But, he told me send a massage to BATA company.                               Sir, for the last 10 years I am a pride customer of BATA products. I have purchased 3 pairs of ladies chappals(article no.661-6241 Rs 499, article no.661-4241 Rs 499) for my daughters and my mother from Shanmugham road showroom of BATA on .Out of those 3, two of them are damaged very soon .When I contacted the showroom in connection with this they demanded the purchase bill. In fact, in a hurry, I have misplaced the bill and I have mentioned the exact time and date of purchase to them.                                 Dear sir, Ihave bought two pairs of shoes -( Power )and slippers of Dr.Scholl, worth Rupees 2300and 1800. right shoe is not fitting, straps of the slippers are biting my feet.After repeated request to the store manager of Jamshedpur, Bistupur branch, Jharkhand -831001. is making me run every after two to three days saying that" we don`t refund money, let the new stock come we will replace but not the shoes "(I have used the pair during morning walk-1/4th km to feel that how does it work ). Sir how do i feel the deffect if i do not walk on with the shoes. Now its difficult to believe the stock is going to be there every after two to three days . As i am suffering from sever heel spur with sharp pain . Thoes are prescribed by a renouned senior orthopedic surgeon. My heels are getting more injury . Being a loyal customer of Bata india and Dr. Scholl from Bata India form my childhood days ironically i had to face this problem. So please order him to refund my money that i can buy thoes form any other store or you can write a requisition slip ( the manager is refusing to write the slip )that i can buy thoes from any outlet of Bata India any where in India . Sir please do the needful as early as possible as my sufferings are making my life miserable. shoes- 16.06.2014, article no.518-5734, mrp. rs. 2299 size-6. slippers-14.06.2014, TIN NO [protected] rest i could not understand because there were no tag as shoes i have got the bill only bills cannot be send due to lack of provision.                                   Hi Team, I bought a Bata shoe on 1st June 2014. The product ID is 8216947 for Rs. 1399/- in MG Road, Hosur, TN shop. I took the shoe to Chennai for my use and one of the shoes worn out in a week's time. When I reported the same to the shop he mentioned that there will be no replacement and it can be repaired only. Later he took my shoe to a local cobbler and pasted it with a glue and returned it. Again it got worn out on the next day. The customer service was also not good at the shop and he neglected my complaint as well. I would like my shoes to be replaced or my money to be refunded. Angry Customer, Muthu.

                                    I brought a pair of Hush Puppies Sandal's from the Bata outlet in Borivali, It not even Three months and the materials on the strap has started to wear off. Also the pair stinks even if little water or sweat gets accumulated on the leg. I have tried to wash them a number of times but the smell doesn't seem to go. Such a waste. I cannot even remove my Sandals in front of everyone fearing that the smell. Not worth Rs. 5000/-

                                      Only ten days back i brought your product "Ortocomfit- CD[protected]" from the Bata store in Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043.

                                      the said product is totally unsuitable for using inside home which now-a-days have vitrified tiles. the wearer of this chappal can slip within few seconds of wearing it. my wife sliped inside the very home and got injured.

                                      i strongly recommend that the bata india either refund my money or else issue a "sorry" note with the promise to recall this product from the market
